I don't hate the rumor of Joseph Quinn playing Human Torch in the MCU Fantastic Four, but I still think we should have Chris Evans reprise his role and have absolutely no one acknowledge he looks like Steve Rogers except maybe one genre-savy kid who immediately gets roasted by his friends.

I see a lot of people upset about William Kaplan being dead and no one mourning him cus Billy stole his body and I just don't see it that way. The kid in Wanda Vision is Billy Maximoff, The teenager at the Bar Mitzvah is William Kaplan, the Teen that got taken to the hospital after the wreck is neither and both Billy Maximoff and William Kaplan. That Teen went home with the abilities of Billy Maximoff, to the home of William Kaplan, with memories of neither and lived there for three years. He cares about Rebecca and Jeff, he lied to the to protect them from pain, they are his parents. He wants to find Tommy, he has magical powers, he wants to know who he is. All of these things are true. I wouldn't say William Kaplan is dead he just doesn't remember, like Agatha wasn't dead when he was Agnes, she just didn't remember.

Rumors are circulating that RDJ’s Doctor Doom is going to be a version of Tony Stark that turns into Doom. And I’m just like….

WE GET IT; THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE HAVE ALWAYS SEEN TONY STARK AS THE VILLAIN. ENOUGH WITH CONTINUING TO PUSH THIS NARRATIVE.

The only version of this rumor I would accept is if it starts off generally the same as the original MCU timeline, but the Avengers push him out and turn on him, especially after Ultron. That no matter how much Tony tries to help, the Avengers (and basically the world) persecute him and shun him. EVEN when Thanos comes and proves Tony right, they still blame him. So then Tony’s like “fine, you want me to be the villain, I’ll be the villain”

Which…….in all honesty, isn’t too far off from what the original MCU is.

But, knowing the Russo brothers and knowing how Tony’s character has always been seen by the vast majority of MCU fans, I’m sure if this rumor is true, they’re going the route of “Tony was always the villain, just like the majority of our fans have always said!”

C’mon writers/directors; how about you be a little more fucking creative than continue to push the “Tony Stark was always and always will be evil” even after he sacrificed himself to save the galaxy.

Or maybe……JUST FOLLOW THE COMICS! It’s okay to have Doom be, ya know, DOOM. You don’t need to always tell everyone about how much you hate Tony Stark……after he died.

I don’t know why but I have this feeling that Sadie Sink isn’t playing a significant character in Spider-Man 4, at least in the bigger picture. I’ve seen the rumors that she could be playing Jean Grey, an alt universe version of Mary Jane Watson, and Tobey!Peter’s daughter Mayday Parker. While those rumors could be true, my gut is telling me her character is not gonna be that significant.

My guess: She’s playing a character who is set up as Peter Parker’s new love interest since Michelle Jones’ memory was wiped. Even though Peter considers asking her out, he ultimately realizes he still wants to be with MJ. So they just stay friends by the end of the movie. The alternate path this story could take is that Peter does decide to ask Sadie Sink’s character out. Even though he loves MJ, he needs to move on with his life. But the movie ends with a tease that MJ’s memory is starting to come back.

So based on that, my guess is Sadie is playing Carlie Cooper.

Hearing that Chris Evans is coming back to the mcu is really making me anticipate a similar announcement coming for Scarlett Johansson sooner or later purely bc I’m sure 6/6 ogs returning would be better than 5/6 and she’s the last one left to not either be still active in the mcu or have a return announced

* Also I’d be kinda pissed if they brought all the other ogs back for this movie and left her out bc they kinda have a tendency to leave out ‘the girl’ sometimes (still not over the fact that they used the soul stone plotline to chuck their two most important female characters/*the* female members of their two main teams off a cliff) (tho at least we got to see the guardians mourning gamora for more than two seconds)

Summary: Erik is the grumpiest, most foul tempered worker at Stark industries. His grumpiness is the stuff of legends. So it's obviously the talk of the office when Erik is being made to go to the company party and he's bringing his husband. There's rumors flying round about how much of a masochist or equally antisocial bastard Erik's husband must be to put up with him. Others think he must be a meek mouse perhaps bullied by Erik. What they weren't expecting was the confident, charming, adorable and unbelievably nice Charles that turns up on Erik's arm. What they certainly weren't expecting was how much Erik obviously adores his husband and how happy he is to let others see this.

Since Spider-Man was bitten by a radioactive spider you think he'd fit into the radioactive road trip au? I mean it's meant to be Gamma radiation but he can be an honorary member.

I love Spider-Man (one of my cats is literally named Parker after him) and to have this skrunkly little guy and these big behemoths all traveling across the country is hilarious to me.

Plus I've been hearing murmurs that in the fourth Spider-Man movie Bruce becomes a mentor to Peter. Which is AMAZING!!! I never thought we'd get a live action version of the funny Spider-Man and Hulk duo!!! Imma keep my expectations low but if they do do that it'd be so cool!

But I guess I have to ACTUALLY post about this au before I start adding characters to the mix.

The only people at this point supporting Joe Locke as Billy Kaplan and Kit Connor as Hulkling are literally Heartstopper fans who don't give a shit about the characters at all and just want a superhero version of their Heartstopper ship, as evident by their dismissive attitude towards fans calling out how Joe as Billy is the latest Jewish erasure in the MCU.

Anyone else get the feeling that Teen will overcome the sigil and trigger his powers in the season finale of the show, leading to some cliffhanger like ending? The others won't know his true identity right away of course(except maaaaaaybe Lilia and I get the feeling that Rio also knows who he is) but *something* will happen.

As much as I want to see him all powerful and kicking ass with his magic like in the comics, 'Agatha All Along' is also kind of his backstory, so we're likely to get a Wanda-type build with him learning as he goes. It took her 10 years after all to reach her full potential and to gain the alias of Scarlet Witch. So he’s got some heavy lifting to do before he gets his name.

There is a very interesting theory going around regarding the sigil that's been placed on him, which hides his identity from witchfolk. He asks Agatha if she did it and she denies it at first, before mentioning that she wouldn't know anyway given that it also works on the witch who cast it.

Soooooo... what if TEEN cast it on himself? As per what Agatha said, he wouldn't know anyway and that would give the reason that he doesn't want anyone to know who he is and went to extremes to keep it hidden. I mean he clearly has magic seeing as he was able to break the hexs hold over Agatha and she mentions he must be pretty powerful in order to accomplish that.... hmmmmm.... 🤔 He also doesn't need more power, but his reasons for going on the Road are pretty murky too.

Also, I fell for the same need at first to wish that he was Nicholas somehow but I think that all the references and connections to her son that she keeps experiencing, will ultimately set up the crux of Agatha's character development. She is developing affection for Teen/Billy because she was internally hoping that he COULD somehow be her son, returned to her. Whereas, if she knew that he was Wanda's son, she'd most definitely hurt him in retaliation for what Wanda did to her. Another aspect of the sigil could be the protection spell that Scarlet Witch cast on her children, and that could be what is preventing Agatha from hearing anything when Teen talks about his past or says his name, to keep her from harming him.

Back to the character development, I see Agatha ultimately discovering Teen's true identity as Billy Kaplan/Maximoff and either trying to steal his magic or try to sacrifice him in order to regain her powers. But she will ultimately be unable to do it, redeeming herself of her past actions and getting a form of closure for what happened to Nicholas because of her as well.

Just my thoughts.

I was right about Lilia technically even if that sigil she cast caused her to forget too. I was right about Agatha wanting to sacrifice Billy to get her magic back but being unable to do it ultimately. Unfortunately, Billy now seems less like Wiccan and more like a whiny emo teenager only with magic. Hopefully he overcomes that soon and I can’t wait to see Tommy!

Everyone angry that Agatha never got “a happy ending” should’ve known that was coming, especially if you’ve read the comics. Rio did look pretty damn cool at the end, not gonna lie. I really did feel for Alice, WHY did they need to include that?! 😭 She deserved better!!!!

Aside from Matt Lillard joining the MCU for Daredevil Born Again S2, seems we might also be seeing Neve in the MCU as Polaris(the daughter of Magneto) if the rumors are true anyway which in this case I really hope it is.From slashers to superheroes it would seem👀.
