Hello my Lovelies! I pray at the beginning of this festival weekend you are all doing well. I know for many of us, the #Ascension #Conciousness #UpGradeEnergies have been INTENSE lately! Today's energy combinations are quite extreme, but remember there is a purpose. First of all, the #holidays of #Passover & #GoodFriday/#Easter happening in conjunction, is quite a lovely sign of #thecollective energies & #awareness merging together. #WordsHavePower, & #Mindset matters. As I've been deep diving on my own #healing, & with that of others 🙏, I've realized our tendency to say "#IDeserveIt " rather than "#IAmWorthy " of ___. I find this tends to happen in 2 ways. 1 way is when we are trying to justify, & 1 way is when we are trying to finally step into our Power & receive. Either way, however well intentioned, saying "I deserve" is a disempowering habit. You don't deserve it, #YoureWorthIt. If it's yours, if it's #worthy of you, you are worth it, & you have the power to have it as yours. So much of life & of healing, is uncovering this power. It's wading through the crap, the wounding, the negative mindsets, outlooks, & habits (of both ourselves and others). It's getting to the roots of our issues, ourselves & our truths, to rediscover our soul's #worthiness, & then learning to live authentically, creating & sharing, from that place. 🌸 I have always loved & admired #MariskaHargitay (@therealmariskahargitay). I've supported her #JoyfulHeartFoundation since it's earliest days. All through my teenage years, I did so by continuously wearing a @thejhf #fearlessness pendant around my neck for solidarity, #healing, & #strength. I was so proud to explain to people what it represented (though most thought it odd of me to explain at that age 🤣 foreshadowing of my work now I suppose LoL). My grandmother, grandfather, & I binged watched #LawAndOrderSVU in marathon runs whenever possible; & the openness & healing of that, is something that I will always remember & be grateful for. I will also forever be grateful to Ms.Hargitay, as 1 of the women who taught me to be myself, to be #fearless, & to believe in #justice & the power of women.
