How a Mobile Locksmith in Winston-Salem Can Help Program Your Key Fob
Tumblr media
If you live in Winston-Salem, NC or the surrounding neighborhoods like Ardmore, Buena Vista, or near the Wake Forest Innovation Quarter, you know how important it is to have reliable access to your vehicle. Whether you’re cruising down Silas Creek Parkway or parked near Bailey Park, your car’s key fob is the essential device that keeps your vehicle secure and accessible. But what happens if your key fob stops working, gets lost, or needs reprogramming? That’s where Mobile locksmith services come to the rescue—right here in Winston-Salem.
At Affordable Car Keys LLC, we are your trusted Winston-Salem locksmith experts, ready to assist with everything from key fob programming to car key replacement and more. Here’s how we help keep you moving without the hassle or stress.
Why Key Fob Programming Is Important
A key fob is not just a simple remote. It’s a sophisticated device that communicates with your car’s security system using encrypted signals. If your key fob becomes damaged, lost, or malfunctions, you may find yourself locked out of your vehicle or unable to start the engine.
Key fob programming ensures your key fob is synchronized with your vehicle's security system so it can effectively lock and unlock doors, start the ignition, and sometimes even operate other features like the trunk release or panic alarm.
If you live around Stratford Road or near the historic Old Salem district, you probably rely on your car every day for commuting and errands. When your key fob fails, it’s not just inconvenient—it can disrupt your entire day. That’s why having access to professional mobile locksmith services is a game-changer.
What Can a Mobile Locksmith Do?
Unlike traditional locksmith shops, a mobile locksmith like Affordable Car Keys LLC comes directly to your location—whether you’re at home, work, or stuck on the side of the road near Hanes Mall. We offer on-site key fob help for programming, replacement, and duplication, saving you time and stress.
Here’s what we offer:
Key Fob Programming and Smart Key Programming
Our technicians specialize in key fob programming and smart key programming for all major vehicle makes and models. Whether your vehicle uses a standard remote or an advanced smart key system, we have the tools and knowledge to program it correctly on-site.
Car Key Replacement and Transponder Key Services
Lost your car keys? Need a spare? We provide quick car key replacement and transponder key services. Transponder keys have chips inside them that communicate with your car's immobilizer system, preventing theft. Programming these keys requires specialized equipment—something our local locksmith experts have in abundance.
Remote Key Duplication
Need an extra remote for family members or friends? Our remote key duplication service allows us to create an additional remote key fob that functions just like the original, giving you peace of mind.
Emergency Car Locksmith and Vehicle Lockout Service
Getting locked out of your car near Reynolda Village or downtown Winston-Salem can be frustrating and stressful, especially if you’re in a hurry. Our emergency car locksmith team is available 24/7, ready to provide fast vehicle lockout service so you can get back on the road quickly and safely.
Ignition Repair Service
Sometimes the problem isn’t just with the key fob but the ignition itself. If your ignition is faulty or worn out, our ignition repair service can fix the issue on-site, helping you avoid costly trips to the dealership.

What Questions Should You Ask Before Trusting a Locksmith with Key Fob Programming Service?
When your key fob stops working or gets lost, it can quickly turn into a stressful situation. That’s when many people start searching for a reliable car locksmith in Oxford to help with a quick and affordable solution. But before handing over your vehicle’s security to someone, it’s wise to ask the right questions. This helps you avoid poor service, hidden costs, or even security risks.
Tumblr media
Is the Locksmith Certified and Experienced?
First and foremost, always ask about the locksmith’s credentials. A trusted car locksmith in Oxford should have the proper certification or license to perform auto locksmith services. Experience also plays a big role, especially when it comes to newer cars that require advanced key fob programming service. The more experienced the locksmith, the better they’ll handle your vehicle without any errors.
Do They Specialize in Your Car’s Make and Model?
Not every locksmith can work with every car brand. So, it’s important to ask if they’ve worked with your specific make and model before. Some vehicles have unique security systems that require extra tools or knowledge. A reliable car locksmith in Oxford will be upfront about what they can and cannot do, which saves you time and stress.
What’s the Estimated Cost and Time?
Next, don’t forget to ask about pricing and how long the job will take. A professional locksmith should be able to provide a clear estimate. While the cost may vary depending on your car and key type, it should still be fair and upfront. Asking about the time needed is also helpful, especially if you're in a rush or need same-day service.
Do They Offer On-Site or Mobile Services?
Sometimes you can’t drive your car because the fob isn’t working. That’s why asking if the locksmith provides mobile service is important. A mobile car locksmith in Oxford can come to you, saving you from having to tow your car or wait for a dealership appointment.
Is the Work Guaranteed?
Last but not least, always check if their work comes with a warranty. A trusted locksmith should offer some guarantee for their key fob programming service. This shows they stand by their work and will fix any issues that might arise later.
Before trusting someone with your car’s security, it’s always smart to ask the right questions. A dependable car locksmith in Oxford will be happy to answer them and offer a clear, professional service. With the right approach, you’ll get your key fob working again—quickly, safely, and without extra hassle.

Kickstarting a book to end enshittification, because Amazon will not carry it
Tumblr media
My next book is The Internet Con: How to Seize the Means of Computation: it’s a Big Tech disassembly manual that explains how to disenshittify the web and bring back the old good internet. The hardcover comes from Verso on Sept 5, but the audiobook comes from me — because Amazon refuses to sell my audio:
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/doctorow/the-internet-con-how-to-seize-the-means-of-computation
Amazon owns Audible, the monopoly audiobook platform that controls >90% of the audio market. They require mandatory DRM for every book sold, locking those books forever to Amazon’s monopoly platform. If you break up with Amazon, you have to throw away your entire audiobook library.
That’s a hell of a lot of leverage to hand to any company, let alone a rapacious monopoly that ran a program targeting small publishers called “Project Gazelle,” where execs were ordered to attack indie publishers “the way a cheetah would pursue a sickly gazelle”:
https://www.businessinsider.com/sadistic-amazon-treated-book-sellers-the-way-a-cheetah-would-pursue-a-sickly-gazelle-2013-10
Tumblr media
[Image ID: Journalist and novelist Doctorow (Red Team Blues) details a plan for how to break up Big Tech in this impassioned and perceptive manifesto….Doctorow’s sense of urgency is contagious -Publishers Weekly]
I won’t sell my work with DRM, because DRM is key to the enshittification of the internet. Enshittification is why the old, good internet died and became “five giant websites filled with screenshots of the other four” (h/t Tom Eastman). When a tech company can lock in its users and suppliers, it can drain value from both sides, using DRM and other lock-in gimmicks to keep their business even as they grow ever more miserable on the platform.
Here is how platforms die: first, they are good to their users; then they abuse their users to make things better for their business customers; finally, they abuse those business customers to claw back all the value for themselves. Then, they die:
https://pluralistic.net/2023/01/21/potemkin-ai/#hey-guys
Tumblr media
[Image ID: A brilliant barn burner of a book. Cory is one of the sharpest tech critics, and he shows with fierce clarity how our computational future could be otherwise -Kate Crawford, author of The Atlas of AI”]
The Internet Con isn’t just an analysis of where enshittification comes from: it’s a detailed, shovel-ready policy prescription for halting enshittification, throwing it into reverse and bringing back the old, good internet.
How do we do that? With interoperability: the ability to plug new technology into those crapulent, decaying platform. Interop lets you choose which parts of the service you want and block the parts you don’t (think of how an adblocker lets you take the take-it-or-leave “offer” from a website and reply with “How about nah?”):
https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2019/07/adblocking-how-about-nah
But interop isn’t just about making platforms less terrible — it’s an explosive charge that demolishes walled gardens. With interop, you can leave a social media service, but keep talking to the people who stay. With interop, you can leave your mobile platform, but bring your apps and media with you to a rival’s service. With interop, you can break up with Amazon, and still keep your audiobooks.
So, if interop is so great, why isn’t it everywhere?
Well, it used to be. Interop is how Microsoft became the dominant operating system:
https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2019/06/adversarial-interoperability-reviving-elegant-weapon-more-civilized-age-slay
Tumblr media
[Image ID: Nobody gets the internet-both the nuts and bolts that make it hum and the laws that shaped it into the mess it is-quite like Cory, and no one’s better qualified to deliver us a user manual for fixing it. That’s The Internet Con: a rousing, imaginative, and accessible treatise for correcting our curdled online world. If you care about the internet, get ready to dedicate yourself to making interoperability a reality. -Brian Merchant, author of Blood in the Machine]
It’s how Apple saved itself from Microsoft’s vicious campaign to destroy it:
https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2019/06/adversarial-interoperability-reviving-elegant-weapon-more-civilized-age-slay
Every tech giant used interop to grow, and then every tech giant promptly turned around and attacked interoperators. Every pirate wants to be an admiral. When Big Tech did it, that was progress; when you do it back to Big Tech, that’s piracy. The tech giants used their monopoly power to make interop without permission illegal, creating a kind of “felony contempt of business model” (h/t Jay Freeman).
The Internet Con describes how this came to pass, but, more importantly, it tells us how to fix it. It lays out how we can combine different kinds of interop requirements (like the EU’s Digital Markets Act and Massachusetts’s Right to Repair law) with protections for reverse-engineering and other guerrilla tactics to create a system that is strong without being brittle, hard to cheat on and easy to enforce.
What’s more, this book explains how to get these policies: what existing legislative, regulatory and judicial powers can be invoked to make them a reality. Because we are living through the Great Enshittification, and crises erupt every ten seconds, and when those crises occur, the “good ideas lying around” can move from the fringes to the center in an eyeblink:
https://pluralistic.net/2023/06/12/only-a-crisis/#lets-gooooo
Tumblr media
[Image ID: Thoughtfully written and patiently presented, The Internet Con explains how the promise of a free and open internet was lost to predatory business practices and the rush to commodify every aspect of our lives. An essential read for anyone that wants to understand how we lost control of our digital spaces and infrastructure to Silicon Valley’s tech giants, and how we can start fighting to get it back. -Tim Maughan, author of INFINITE DETAIL]
After all, we’ve known Big Tech was rotten for years, but we had no idea what to do about it. Every time a Big Tech colossus did something ghastly to millions or billions of people, we tried to fix the tech company. There’s no fixing the tech companies. They need to burn. The way to make users safe from Big Tech predators isn’t to make those predators behave better — it’s to evacuate those users:
https://pluralistic.net/2023/07/18/urban-wildlife-interface/#combustible-walled-gardens
I’ve been campaigning for human rights in the digital world for more than 20 years; I’ve been EFF’s European Director, representing the public interest at the EU, the UN, Westminster, Ottawa and DC. This is the subject I’ve devoted my life to, and I live my principles. I won’t let my books be sold with DRM, which means that Audible won’t carry my audiobooks. My agent tells me that this decision has cost me enough money to pay off my mortgage and put my kid through college. That’s a price I’m willing to pay if it means that my books aren’t enshittification bait.
But not selling on Audible has another cost, one that’s more important to me: a lot of readers prefer audiobooks and 9 out of 10 of those readers start and end their searches on Audible. When they don’t find an author there, they assume no audiobook exists, period. It got so bad I put up an audiobook on Amazon — me, reading an essay, explaining how Audible rips off writers and readers. It’s called “Why None of My Audiobooks Are For Sale on Audible”:
https://pluralistic.net/2022/07/25/can-you-hear-me-now/#acx-ripoff
Tumblr media
[Image ID: Doctorow has been thinking longer and smarter than anyone else I know about how we create and exchange value in a digital age. -Douglas Rushkoff, author of Present Shock]
To get my audiobooks into readers’ ears, I pre-sell them on Kickstarter. This has been wildly successful, both financially and as a means of getting other prominent authors to break up with Amazon and use crowdfunding to fill the gap. Writers like Brandon Sanderson are doing heroic work, smashing Amazon’s monopoly:
https://www.brandonsanderson.com/guest-editorial-cory-doctorow-is-a-bestselling-author-but-audible-wont-carry-his-audiobooks/
And to be frank, I love audiobooks, too. I swim every day as physio for a chronic pain condition, and I listen to 2–3 books/month on my underwater MP3 player, disappearing into an imaginary world as I scull back and forth in my public pool. I’m able to get those audiobooks on my MP3 player thanks to Libro.fm, a DRM-free store that supports indie booksellers all over the world:
https://blog.libro.fm/a-qa-with-mark-pearson-libro-fm-ceo-and-co-founder/
Producing my own audiobooks has been a dream. Working with Skyboat Media, I’ve gotten narrators like @wilwheaton, Amber Benson, @neil-gaiman and Stefan Rudnicki for my work:
https://craphound.com/shop/
Tumblr media
[Image ID: “This book is the instruction manual Big Tech doesn’t want you to read. It deconstructs their crummy products, undemocratic business models, rigged legal regimes, and lies. Crack this book and help build something better. -Astra Taylor, author of Democracy May Not Exist, but We’ll Miss It When Its Gone”]
But for this title, I decided that I would read it myself. After all, I’ve been podcasting since 2006, reading my own work aloud every week or so, even as I traveled the world and gave thousands of speeches about the subject of this book. I was excited (and a little trepedatious) at the prospect, but how could I pass up a chance to work with director Gabrielle de Cuir, who has directed everyone from Anne Hathaway to LeVar Burton to Eric Idle?
Reader, I fucking nailed it. I went back to those daily recordings fully prepared to hate them, but they were good — even great (especially after my engineer John Taylor Williams mastered them). Listen for yourself!
https://archive.org/details/cory_doctorow_internet_con_chapter_01
I hope you’ll consider backing this Kickstarter. If you’ve ever read my free, open access, CC-licensed blog posts and novels, or listened to my podcasts, or come to one of my talks and wished there was a way to say thank you, this is it. These crowdfunders make my DRM-free publishing program viable, even as audiobooks grow more central to a writer’s income and even as a single company takes over nearly the entire audiobook market.
Backers can choose from the DRM-free audiobook, DRM-free ebook (EPUB and MOBI) and a hardcover — including a signed, personalized option, fulfilled through the great LA indie bookstore Book Soup:
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/doctorow/the-internet-con-how-to-seize-the-means-of-computation
What’s more, these ebooks and audiobooks are unlike any you’ll get anywhere else because they are sold without any terms of service or license agreements. As has been the case since time immemorial, when you buy these books, they’re yours, and you are allowed to do anything with them that copyright law permits — give them away, lend them to friends, or simply read them with any technology you choose.
As with my previous Kickstarters, backers can get their audiobooks delivered with an app (from libro.fm) or as a folder of MP3s. That helps people who struggle with “sideloading,” a process that Apple and Google have made progressively harder, even as they force audiobook and ebook sellers to hand over a 30% app tax on every dollar they make:
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/doctorow/red-team-blues-another-audiobook-that-amazon-wont-sell/posts/3788112
Enshittification is rotting every layer of the tech stack: mobile, payments, hosting, social, delivery, playback. Every tech company is pulling the rug out from under us, using the chokepoints they built between audiences and speakers, artists and fans, to pick all of our pockets.
The Internet Con isn’t just a lament for the internet we lost — it’s a plan to get it back. I hope you’ll get a copy and share it with the people you love, even as the tech platforms choke off your communities to pad their quarterly numbers.

Hundreds of patients urgently need the services of the Artificial Limbs and Polio Center in Gaza.
Gaza Municipality: Immediate action is needed to reopen the Artificial Limbs and Polio Center to assist individuals with disabilities, particularly children.
Gaza Municipality stresses the critical need to resume operations at the Artificial Limbs and Polio Center to support individuals with disabilities and provide essential medical care. Currently, dozens of patients and people with disabilities are reaching out for services that are unavailable due to the center's closure since the onset of the ongoing aggression.
The relentless war has led to a surge in the number of people suffering from amputations and disabilities, making it imperative to reopen the center quickly to deliver the necessary support. In addition, hundreds of children with clubfoot require early treatment within the first few months of life to achieve effective outcomes. The elderly and those suffering from paralysis also depend on the center’s physical therapy and mobility training programs.
Key needs for reopening the center include ensuring the safety and access of the staff, securing the necessary medical supplies for prosthetics and assistive devices, and obtaining fuel for the center’s generator. These are crucial for maintaining the essential services for individuals with disabilities and the elderly.
Artificial Limbs and Polio Center is the in Gaza used to provide critical services to thousands of individuals with limb disabilities, particularly those injured by Israeli attacks, as well as newborns with clubfoot. It offered physical therapy services and was the only facility of its kind available in Gaza. This is especially vital now as the Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Hospital for Rehabilitation and Prosthetics has also ceased operations due to the ongoing aggression.

Digital Radio Mondiale press release:
Digital Radio Mondiale DRM Delivers Distance Education – An Excellent First for Africa and the World
April 10, 2025
The DRM Consortium, in cooperation with St Joseph's Senior Secondary School in the Gambian capital, Banjul, has conducted its first public demonstration of an innovative project to deliver education at a distance via radio on April 8th.
In a Gambian, African and world first for digital radio, a maths lesson from the Encompass Media Services Woofferton transmitting station in the UK was broadcast (on 15390 kHz and 21740 kHz), over 4,000 kilometers to The Gambia. A group of 15-year-old students received audio and text lessons transmitted via DRM shortwave. The content was made available to their tablets, mobiles through a local Wi-Fi connection to the radio.
The demonstration showcased the ability of DRM digital radio to deliver lessons in multiple languages as the key audio lessons were in English followed by two AI-generated versions in French and German.
A central component of the broadcast, alongside the audio, was a digital textbook (Journaline), showcasing how the lesson content — including graphics — can be made available in several languages, both as a live accompaniment and for on-demand access.
The on-demand use for the distance transmitted lessons (the cached lessons) was shown at the public event held at the St Joseph's Senior Secondary School in the presence of other students, teachers, VIPs and the press.
As the technology only requires a single transmitter thousands of miles or kilometres away, the lessons can be delivered entirely remotely or supported by teachers locally; this proved that educational content can be delivered, without the need of IP or internet.
The revolutionary new application of Digital Radio Mondiale (DRM) technology is designed to remove barriers to education for populations most in need worldwide. The technology also has applications in areas such as medicine and religious education.
The tablets used for this e-learning demonstration were donated to the school in Banjul as part of the commitment to supporting continued learning and access to technology by the DRM Consortium and the key members which supported this ground-breaking demonstration.

On Shortwave Radiogram, we can also transmit lessons for schools outside the reach of the internet. We can't transmit voice like DRM does, but we can transmit text, and we can transmit the image of a triangle. And all of this can be received in reception conditions in which the DRM signal may drop out.
The subject of the DRM transmission was triangles. Here is our lesson on triangles …
. . .
If we, in the following triangle, draw the altitude from the vertex of the right angle, then the two triangles that are formed are similar to the triangle we had from the beginning. The two triangles formed are also similar to each other.

△ABC ∼ △BCD ∼ △ABD
The measure of the altitude drawn from the vertex of the right angle to the hypotenuse is the geometric mean between the measures of the two segments of the hypotenuse. Hence BD is the geometric mean of AD and DC.

A federal judge has ordered the Trump administration to restore all jobs and funding for the Voice of America and other US-backed news outlets, ruling that efforts to dismantle it violated the law and Constitution.
Over 1,300 VOA employees, includingKrout 1,000 journalists, were placed on leave following President Donald Trump's order. The White House has accused the broadcaster of being "anti-Trump" and "radical".
VOA, still primarily a radio service, was set up during World War II to counter Nazi propaganda, and has become a major global media broadcaster.
The ruling noted that b}oÜ 3o=MOA0t»tght!hnews for the first time in its 80-year existence ".
Judge Royce Lamberth said the administration acted "without regard to the harm inflicted on employees, contractors, journalists, and media consumers around the world".
He ordered the administration to take steps to restore employees and contractors to the jobs they had prior to the executive order, and to do the same for Radio Free Asia and the Middle East Broadcasting Networks.
The judge found the administration also likely violated the International Broadcasting Act and Congress' power to appropriate funding.
"My colleagues and I are grateful for this ruling. But we know that this is just a small step forward, as the government is likely to appeal," said Patsy Widakuswara, the VOA White House bureau chief and a lead plaintiff in the lawsuit.
"We are committed to continuing to fight against what we believe is the administration's unlawful silencing of VOA until we can return to our congressional mandate: to tell America's stories with factual, balanced, and comprehensive, reporting," she said.
Trump has long criticised VOA as part of his broader attacks against the media, frequently accusing mainstream outlets of bias.
After taking office in January, he appointed a political ally, Kari Lake, to run VOA. Lake has previously supported Trump's false claims that the 2020 election was stolen from him.
In March, Trump ordered the US Agency for Global Media (USAGM), which oversees VOA and funds outlets like Radio Free Europe and Radio Free Asia, to be "eliminated to the maximum extent consistent with applicable law".
A separate judge in New York temporarily blocked the executive order after journalists, advocacy groups and unions sued, arguing the move was unlawful.
Judge Lamberth, who is based in Washington, DC, ruled the Trump administration lacked the authority to shutter VOA, which is funded by Congress and has a legislative mandate to deliver credible news globally.
"It is hard to fathom a more straightforward display of arbitrary and capricious actions than the Defendants' actions here," he wrote.
USAGM and the White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

NASA progresses toward crewed moon mission with spacecraft and rocket milestones
Engineers, technicians, mission planners, and the four astronauts set to fly around the moon next year on Artemis II, NASA's first crewed Artemis mission, are rapidly progressing toward launch.
At the agency's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, teams are working around the clock to move into integration and final testing of all SLS (Space Launch System) and Orion spacecraft elements. Recently they completed two key milestones—connecting the SLS upper stage with the rest of the assembled rocket and moving Orion from its assembly facility to be fueled for flight.
"We're extremely focused on preparing for Artemis II, and the mission is nearly here," said Lakiesha Hawkins, assistant deputy associate administrator for NASA's moon to Mars Program, who also will chair the mission management team during Artemis II. "This crewed test flight, which will send four humans around the moon, will inform our future missions to the moon and Mars."
On May 1, technicians successfully attached the interim cryogenic propulsion stage to the SLS rocket elements already poised atop mobile launcher 1, including its twin solid rocket boosters and core stage, inside the spaceport's Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB). This portion of the rocket produces 24,750 pounds of thrust for Orion after the rest of the rocket has completed its job.
Teams soon will move into a series of integrated tests to ensure all the rocket's elements are communicating with each other and the Launch Control Center as expected. The tests include verifying interfaces and ensuring SLS systems work properly with the ground systems.
Meanwhile, on May 3, Orion left its metaphorical nest, the Neil Armstrong Operations & Checkout Facility at Kennedy, where it was assembled and underwent initial testing. There the crew module was outfitted with thousands of parts including critical life support systems for flight and integrated with the service module and crew module adapter.
After fueling is complete, the four astronauts flying on the mission around the moon and back over the course of approximately 10 days, will board the spacecraft in their Orion Crew Survival System spacesuits to test all the equipment interfaces they will need to operate during the mission. This will mark the first time NASA's Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, and Christina Koch, and CSA (Canadian Space Agency) astronaut Jeremy Hansen, will board their actual spacecraft while wearing their spacesuits.
After the crewed testing is complete, technicians will move Orion to Kennedy's Launch Abort System Facility, where the critical escape system will be added. From there, Orion will move to the VAB to be integrated with the fully assembled rocket.
NASA also announced its second agreement with an international space agency to fly a CubeSat on the mission. The collaborations provide opportunities for other countries to work alongside NASA to integrate and fly technology and experiments as part of the agency's Artemis campaign.
While engineers at Kennedy integrate and test hardware with their eyes on final preparations for the mission, teams responsible for launching and flying the mission have been busy preparing for a variety of scenarios they could face.
The launch team at Kennedy has completed more than 30 simulations across cryogenic propellant loading and terminal countdown scenarios. The crew has been taking part in simulations for mission scenarios, including with teams in mission control. In April, the crew and the flight control team at NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston simulated liftoff through a planned manual piloting test together for the first time. The crew also recently conducted long-duration fit checks for their spacesuits and seats, practicing several operations while under various suit pressures.
Teams are heading into a busy summer of mission preparations. While hardware checkouts and integration continue, in coming months the crew, flight controllers, and launch controllers will begin practicing their roles in the mission together as part of integrated simulations. In May, the crew will begin participating pre-launch operations and training for emergency scenarios during launch operations at Kennedy and observe a simulation by the launch control team of the terminal countdown portion of launch.
In June, recovery teams will rehearse procedures they would use in the case of a pad or ascent abort off the coast of Florida, with launch and flight control teams supporting. The mission management team, responsible for reviewing mission status and risk assessments for issues that arise and making decisions about them, also will begin practicing their roles in simulations. Later this summer, the Orion stage adapter will arrive at the VAB from NASA's Marshall Spaceflight Center in Huntsville, Alabama, and stacked on top of the rocket.
Through Artemis, NASA will send astronauts to explore the moon for scientific discovery, economic benefits, and build the foundation for the first crewed missions to Mars.

📂 FIELD NOTES — BACKGROUND PROFILE
Subject’s strength was never in what he could lift. It was in what he could carry.
Born into a working-class family, subject enlisted in the military at seventeen and never looked back. His career spanned over two decades, marked by tactical excellence, unshakable loyalty, and a record of protecting others even when it meant defying direct orders. He served with distinction as a Navy SEAL and later as a senior instructor for close-quarters combat and field survival. Fellow operatives described him as the kind of man who walks through fire last—after everyone else is safe.
He was flagged by Pandora not for any extraordinary talent, but for a pattern: he survived everything. Injury, trauma, loss, extraction under fire—he endured without mutation, augmentation, or enhanced recovery. When subjected to the serum, his body rejected the enhancement. He survived that, too.
Most candidates who fail the mutation process are discarded. Subject was not. His refusal to break earned him a place among the Heavenly Virtues—those forged not by science, but by sheer resilience.
Now operating as a Justice Division agent, subject trains augmented operatives in close-quarters engagement and mental discipline. He is calm under fire, commanding without ego, and unrelentingly focused on molding recruits into something better than himself.
He doesn’t posture. He doesn’t bark. He stands—and people fall in line.
🔒 [CLASSIFIED: LEVEL 7 CLEARANCE REQUIRED]
Unofficial Agent Notes — The following is considered sensitive material and is restricted to authorized psychosexual analysis and biometric logs.
Subject exhibits what medical staff classify as peak physical performance paired with a notably high endurance threshold. Sexual activity is consistent with subject’s overall profile: measured, intentional, and deeply rooted in emotional connection, consistent with demisexual behavior.
Medical documentation places subject at 9.5 inches, cut, with considerable girth—physically exceptional, even compared to enhanced counterparts.
Subject’s intimate behavior reflects his commanding yet emotionally grounded nature. Forge assumes a dominant, versatile top role in physical intimacy, open to bottoming on occasion though he clearly prefers to top, his approach is never aggressive.
Subject responds strongly to emotional cues and is known to be tactile during and after encounters, maintaining consistent grounding touch. While he rarely initiates casual physical intimacy, when trust is established, he becomes openly affectionate—frequently offering steady, quiet reassurance through physical presence.
Psychological evaluations note that subject uses physical intimacy as a form of emotional stability. There is no recorded pattern of promiscuity; all known interactions stem from established emotional trust, further supporting a demisexual profile.
Subject is flagged as emotionally reliable and exhibits high levels of emotional intelligence in romantic dynamics.
