Got a little bobblehead type nicknack from a local shop cause when I saw it, it made me smile so big. It's a good reminder to look for the small joys in life

I keep thinking about how in DC x DP tropes, people believe that Danny is the one tricking people to stay in the Ghost Zone by eating their food. Or some other Hades and Persephone thing going on.

BUT

I need people thinking he's not a consort or victim of a ghost or entity. More of their love child if you know what I mean?

I can imagine it starts with Danny being summoned (cuz that's classic Danny stuff) reeking of death and while most people in these prompts offer him food which is valid, hungry boi and all.

He refuses saying if he eats mortal food it'll delay when he can return back.

This makes people think there's some reverse Persephone logic going on. Is it all human food? For how long exactly? And is it the same for everything he eats?

Danny doesn't explain his reasoning. Maybe he has two different stomachs? Maybe he's experimenting or Frostbite told him not to. Who knows. His summoner for sure doesn't.

Danny: Always wait 30 mins before teleporting :)

📏 Okay, so out of curiosity I've decided to compare the heights of a couple of characters in the RTV au

So here's Nicknack. As @runrabitrunrunrun stated, she's somewhere between 5'7-5'9 feet. My oc Nira is next to her. I haven't really decided on her height at first, but now I think she's approximately 3'7-4'0 ft tall (without ears)

Sure they will! People can feel free to write their OCs into it if they’d like.

Please keep in mind, though, that they will not be canon to this AU. This one has a much more specific storyline than Professor Puzzles, so the OCs will probably just be more of a fun non-canon activity rather than part of the actual canon story, if that makes sense.

But I’d love to see what you’d write!! Go ahead!

A 35 year old man, looking for a job, walking around asking applying yet no one gave him the job. Right now he would be walking and spot a familiar dark silhouette like creature with bright eyes. He walked up to her. She looked up at him and spoke "heyya close up, haven't seen ya in an bit" "yeah, been busy." Close-up replied "say, do you still need a job? That movie company is hiring, you should try that!" "I don't know.." Close-up said looking away and placing his hand on the back of his neck"why not? it seems pretty legit." Nicknack said putting her hands on her hips, Close-up looked back at her noticing the heart patch. "hey where'd that come from? "ugh, it's not important right now, we're talking about the job- " Nicknack said rubbing her temples "alright, if you say so.." Close-up said forgetting what he just asked because he sometimes has short time memory. Nicknack let out a sigh "thank god-" nicknack mumbled the first few words til starting up again "-anyway, the job, There's a lot of openings, actors, art department, camera men." "is there any other jobs? I don't think I fit any of those..." Close-up said, starting to think there was no end to he's misery of trying to find and keep a job, also starting to believe what the other kids and his father said when he was a kid. "Tch, just look for yourself." Nicknack handed over the slightly scrunched up and to Close-up. "ah..I'll-.." Close-up looked down at the ad then looked back down at her and gave her a nervous smile then continued "I'll try." "Good, I'm personally trying for, costume designer, gonna try my hand at it again. Who knows, maybe we could be working buddies." Nicknack said while crossing her arms and shrugging "ha..maybe" Close-up let out a forced laugh, his grip on the paper ad getting tighter as he looked down at the paper ad. "Yeah, maybe.." nicknack looked up at the clock for an moment, til her eye widened as she saw the time "...ah shit, look at the time, I gotta go, I'll see ya around close up.." she started to walk away "w-wait! Nicknack wait!" Close-up started to run to her "w-what?! what??" Nicknack turned around and held her hands up "where's my hug?" Close-up said hugging her. Nicknack was surprised by this action but let out a laugh, hugging him back and saying "heheh- where's my hug? Are you serious, get outta here with that crap, you're such a loser.." Nicknack said in a teasing tone, obviously not serious, if she was she wouldn't be here. Close-up let out a laugh as well and squeezed her tighter "ya know I never see ya, so it's something I don't get often." Close-up said laying his chin on the top of her head. "Mm hm, mm hm, just enjoy it while it lasts" Nicknack said trying to sound annoyed, but ending up sounding amused, giving Close-up's back a few pats. "don't act like you're not enjoying it too, you goof ball." Close-up joked, he had always felt a sense of protectiveness of her, like a father and daughter. "Tch, asshole." Nicknack muttered. Close-up pulled away "wow rude. I'm so hurt" Close-up said whipping a fake tear from his eye. "Oh really? Ahah, okay okay, can I go now? I'm kinda on an time crunch here." "yeah I suppose I can let you go" Close-up said feeling better about applying for this job. And with that Nicknack and Close-up waved good-bye to each other.

Info on him: -He can act like a child sometimes -Doesn't really like the uniform but doesn't complain -Will do anything if it means he can keep his job and earn money to pay bills -bro is in debt he needs money -Mother is deceased, doesn't know about his father given the fact he lost contact with his father after his mother and father divorced when he was 7 -He's sometimes clumsy -He is very emotional so he'll get frustrated if he fails at doing something too many times. -He is not afraid to punch someone (that's why he was fired from his last job)
