so! Thoughts on my lil guys? And also, you said you wanted a reminder to do the second half of basic decisions of ur OC list
They all seem pretty neat, though I must admit that, as a long-time furry, I greatly prefer the fox and the dragon :D
Thanks for the reminder! A shame I can't start the numbering at 13, but...
Azurel Dracolis - Large blue dragon. Also Dzamie's dragon transformation and my primary RP character. Generally in control of the situation, and rather protective of his loyal kobold den, the VitAzurels. Has been known to kidnap a princess or prince, and gets either a ransom or a meal out of them.
Rinta VitAzurel - Kobold mage, equipped with a staff directly from Azurel's hoard! She learned through some books he has, and has a penchant for size-changing magic... though prefers to use it on other people. Before Azurel sent her and Kassar to join a nearby city's Adventurer's Guild, she tended to shrink intruders and either swallow them or stick them between her legs. A bit of a dragon fanatic, even for a kobold.
Kassar VitAzurel - Kobold fighter, given sword and shield from Azurel's hoard. Sent with Rinta to become an adventurer, is a bit more... understanding of non-kobold beliefs, and generally tries to keep his fellow bold out of trouble.
Grace (slime) - Slime griffoness who hangs around in Azurel's lair. Friendly, outgoing, and loves physical contact. Often horny. Perfectly safe to be inside, unless you keep on insisting that you're trying to kill her. That gets your body turned into hers, fatally. Cannot fly, but can either puppet around whoever's inside her, or let herself be moved around by the same.
Grace (not) - Experimental fursona. She's on this list because I've drawn her once or twice. Generally a bit perkier than Dzamie and Azurel. Not an RP character.
Rekus - Dragonslayer-in-training panther, a bit gullible. Good fighter, unless he's up against a dragon. Admittedly don't have a strong personality for him.
Sinera - Fox mage, possibly the second living katul (the furry species) to learn magic, taught by Dzamie. Uses a brush or pencil to draw sigils in the air. Again, not much personality.
Galleon - MLP griffon, a bit cocky. Has quick claws and surprisingly good flight control for a non-pegasus. Has a good nose for finding legal means to keep his omnivorous diet - or at least keeping out of trouble with the illegal means.
Razzle - size-shifting Salazzle, and Dazzle's twin. Rarely uses her pheromones, but does have a bit of an ego (doesn't take it out on people directly, but she's no stranger to an "everyone will be mine!" villain soliloquy). Has basically no sex drive. Possibly ace?
Dazzle - size-shifting shiny Salazzle, and Razzle's twin. Basically the stereotype of a horny, enthralling Salazzle. Envies Razzle a little since Razzle doesn't rely on pheromones to get people to like her.
Wendy - friendly lemon shark (has stripes tattooed on her back for the "tiger shark" joke), works at an aquarium as a show diver (hops in to feed the fish and give relevant facts to visitors over the speakers). Occasionally picks up a side gig as a moat shark for a villain, or rescues shipwreck survivors as a hobby - though she does first ask if they'd rather she eat or save them.
Cerise - Velociraptor pack leader (Jurassic Park style raptor), marked by a dark red stripe down her snout and back. Able to read English, and takes great pleasure in outsmarting humans, often fatally.

Parts of my recent doodle page from earlier last month. Let's just put all the birds and ocs in here first lol.
Bringing back Barbertos cause I miss that owl man dearly. And of course a little Bugsnax loving. DJ Grooves and Wiggle would be a force to be reckoned with, as well as besties, they got the vibes.
Lot's of my bird...being a creature, alongside the Rhythm Doctor birds. And then lot's of birds (and a tiny bonus Dingodile). Been on a Fortnite kick, and getting some requests to draw other birds like Foghorn and Shen. Very fun to do these, love all of there shapes.

Oliresa comes across Sandree Merchant Galleon
Oliresa Sandree was out in the ocean on her makeshift raft salvaging lost cargo dropped by passing sea vessels, when she heard a big splash from behind which startled her, she turned her head to see a decent sized Sandree Clan merchant galleon with two masts had sailed up to her little raft, the sight of which filled her with joy, three crew members were on the front deck and one had jumped into the water to retrieve a wooden crate Oliresa was going to help herself to.
The ship's captain was to busy inspecting the beautiful rocky coast that engulfs the Sandree Clan's territory to greet Oliresa.
Characters from top left to right:
Captain Jensue Sandree | Using his new telescope, yet to notice Oliresa on her raft
Jennai Sandreil  | Swimming back to the ship with her new wooden crate
Velia Sandree  | Girl sitting on the ship's railing, greeting Oliresa
Setru Diresown | Boy walking over with rope to help with the new cargo
Oliresa Sandree | On her makeshift raft, excited to see a Sandree merchant galleon so close
Location: Imperial Waters off the coast of Sandree Territory.

THE REVERENT SILENCE, Character Intro #4 - Lark Galleon
The oldest of four siblings, Lark graduated with honors at the Reverent Seminary of Rotier (which is basically magical magic school). Right after graduation, Lark applied for a job at the Blackfylde Investigation Bureau, where he was welcomed with open arms. When a certain magical self-help group comes to town, Lark is the first to ring the bell. They know something is wrong, but can't quite place their finger on it... Lark can control the metallic particles of any substance and can control the polarity and magnetic force of those particles.
-
And this character intro marks the last of the introductions for the protagonists of my upcoming webcomic! The next few character introductions will be about the villains. Progress is going well and I hope to release the first few chapters in the next few months.
What are your first impressions of Lark? 🌊

Sirius Black - Heart Stamp
Tumblr media
Pairing : (F/M) || Sirius Black x Reader Word Count : 3.7k Warning : Tattoo. Soulmate AU. Notes : A good for nothing like him surely deserve no soulmate, Sirius believes, but when the heart is starved of something, someone, the universe throws him into another round of misery. An OC was mentioned as Remus’ soulmate. Reader is 2 years younger than Sirius. There might be a part II but I don’t want to make promises.
Sirius winces as the needles pierce through his skin, leaving black marks along the thin lines of stencil he’d agreed upon. He’s lost track of how many markings he’d made on his body. Everyone always admired the beauty, they so called so, of tattoos decorating his skin but for him it was nothing more than a veneer concealing his cowardly self. Everytime he looked at himself from the mirror, he could only let out a sigh, holding on to the last bits of time left before she knew the truth.
He cursed on whoever was responsible to pass down the tradition. What kind of sore tosser thought that it would be a great idea for a sixteen years old to know their soulmates? What if they don’t want to have a soulmate? What if they’re damaged beyond repair to ever deserve a soulmate? Wouldn’t that just be cruel to the other party, having to know that they’re bound for life with someone who’s as good for nothing? Someone like him?
He’s tried every spell, potions, whatever rituals there are that he’d read from the restricted section of the library to revoke the linkage, yet when his birthday came it was clear for him that the world hates him out of spite. Her initials were engraved to his forearm, just below the line of his inner elbow. Though he’s tried to cover the mark with some horseshit phrase he stole from one of Remus’ novels, you can still see the lines of her initials peeking through.
Another laugh the universe cruelly dumped on the poor boy.
As much as his little heart rejoiced in happiness, having to know that the girl he’s been so madly in love with for years was destined to be his soulmate, Sirius had to take the sour turn and hide the truth so as not to make people know who the unlucky girl is. Though he’s got no regret on being disowned by his family, he understands the weight he’s carrying isn’t something he should share with anyone. It would simply be unfair of him to throw the dirt and shame at her, so he chose to remain quiet. Even after her persistent questions of who his twin flame is.
And so Sirius gained a new routine, weekly going to the tattoo parlour to stamp his skin with some doodles and wearing a long sleeved shirt to cover her initials.
When the tattoo artist was done, Sirius stared at the new markings. It was a simple heart shape, one of the simplest tattoos he has on his body. He wanted to have a reminder of today, one day before she would find out about the lies and secrets he’s hidden from her for the past two years. He needed a reminder that later on tonight when all hell broke loose and she’s angry at him for not telling her that she was his twin flame, when all of the mean things she’s spat gradually turn into cries and begs for him to embrace her, Sirius has to keep the promise he’d made to himself— He will not accept her as his soulmate.
“You alright, Pads?” James asks, placing a hand on his best friend's shoulder.
Sirius nods, faking a smile, “Grand.”
Placing a few galleons to the table, Sirius heads to the door. His three friends sigh, watching the black haired boy acting so nonchalant when it’s apparent that he’s shattering inside.
“Let’s see what we have left on our to-do list,” Sirius said, looking at his palm as if he was holding a note “Get the stuff for her birthday party tonight, checked. Get her presents and her favourite snacks from Honeydukes, checked. Get a new tattoo and cover her initials once more, checked. Prepare a good argument when she finally finds out that I’m her soulmate, not checked but I’m working on it.”
“You’ve prepared an argument?” James asks with raised brows “How exactly would you argue with her? You’re keeping the fact that she’s your soulmate for two whole years, Pads. I don’t think you should be making arguments, you should be writing your will instead.”
Sirius pursed his lips, tapping his chin in a thinking manner, “Good idea, I’ll add that to the list.”
Remus rolled his eyes, “You’re making a fuss out of nothing. Should’ve just come clean with her in the first place.”
“Speaking from experience, aren’t you Moony?” Peter asks, nudging the wolf boy “How is it with Diane? You look like you don’t need much of our help anymore during full moons.”
“She’s brilliant, she understands my conditions and there’s still a lot to unpack but we’re working on it.” Remus says, slightly blushing at the mentioning of her soulmate “I suppose that’s what being a soulmate means. The universe doesn't just give you some random name to be bound for life with, they chose the one person who would understand you and help you through your nightmares. The same way you would help them through theirs.”
“That’s exactly what I’m feeling with Lily.” James chimes in, looking intoxicated with love as he speaks of her “She makes everything better and easier. We have our misunderstandings and fights, sure, but at the end of the day it would only bring us closer.”
“Alright now, enough of the sappy talk.” Sirius sneered “You lot are making it hard for Wormy who’s yet to meet his girl.”
“Oh, I’m content. I don’t mind waiting for a year or two to finally meet her.” Peter answers, trying to avert the spotlight back at him “I may not know what she looks like yet, but I know that I love her already and that’s enough.”
Sirius chews the inside of his cheek. He knows the trick his friends are pulling, to make him yield into this soulmate rubbish and accept it wholeheartedly. Making it seem as if being in love and having a soulmate is the best thing to have happened to their lives. Had the circumstances differ, Sirius would gladly swallow the idea with bliss but he’s not in such a position right now. The whole predicament with his family is taking enough space in his mind and he wouldn’t want to have her reside in such an uncomfortable place.
“Your antics aren’t working, boys.” Sirius says with a mocking face “Besides, it’s what? 8 hours till midnight? Coming clean to her now would only mean spoiling her surprise, I’d rather stall a few more hours before my execution finally comes.”
James shrugs, “If you say so. Your death, not mine.”
—-
Sirius stares at the Room of Requirement’s door. He could hear the music playing from the inside. People were coming in and out, slightly bumping into him who’s standing right in the middle of the corridor. He could feel his heart beating as if it was fighting its way out of his ribcage. His palms were sweaty, worried about the outcome of tonight. He’s given a lot of thought of the words his friends said earlier, about the concept of soulmate and how it’d change their lives drastically. Perhaps the struggle he’s facing right now isn’t as colossal as he thinks it is. Perhaps her love could help him come out of it alive.
And so Sirius whispered to himself, if by the time she knows and she forgives him from keeping it a secret from her, he would give this soulmate crap a chance and would try to work their way up. He would love her proudly and profoundly. He wouldn’t let his house difficulties affect them. He would give a chance for himself to feel the love he so longed to breathe in for years.
Folding the sleeves of his shirt, barely showing the tattoo that’s covering her initials, Sirius takes his steps into the party. People were already crowding the place, familiar faces talking and laughing with each other. On the sofa he could see his pack being comfortable with each other, inviting him to come and have a seat when his eyes met them.
But Sirius only nods, gesturing that he’ll be over in a minute. He’s got something to cross off of his list right now. Something much more urgent than the game of beer pong.
“Sirius!” A lovely voice called, waving at him “You’re here.”
“Of course, I am. Wouldn’t miss it for the world.” Sirius says with a wide smile, relieved to have finally met her “Happy birthday, Bug.”
“Not yet.” She shakes her head, smiling “You have to wait till the clock strikes at midnight to say that.”
“Well, I like to do things earlier than most.” He argues, giving her a small box “Your first present.”
“First? There’s more?” She asks as she excitedly takes the gift, opening it and revealing a star pendant necklace “Sirius.. It’s beautiful, thank you.”
“Would you like me to put it on you?”
She nods eagerly, “Please do.”
Sirius smiles as he takes the jewelry from her hands. His breathing was caught when she put her hair away, revealing more of her skin. Merlin knows how much will power he’s got to gather to fight the urge to plant a kiss on it, claiming her his. The smell of her perfume is so inviting, becoming his personal force of attraction. The way his fingers brushes to her skin is making the butterflies in his stomach go crazy, combusting as if they were fireworks on New Years eve.
Once the clasp was closed, she turned to face him again. A happy smile was decorating her face, slight blush tainting her cheeks. Her eyes sparkled under the dim light of the room and Sirius swore he’d never seen anyone look more delicate and precious as she is right now.
“You’re staring at me weirdly.” She comments, noticing the lack of blink the older boy was having “Are you alright, Sirius?”
Awkwardly clearing his throat, Sirius nods, “Splendid, really.”
“I think you’re lying but I’ll let it slide this time.”
Sirius smiles. She was acting like a child who’s just gotten themselves a cotton candy at a theme park and it made his chest flutter in bliss. Perhaps this is what his friends were talking about. She makes everything better and easier, indeed.
“Bug?”
“Yeah, Sirius?”
“You know that I love you, right?”
The look on her face turns into a soft one, looking slightly downhearted as if she hoped he would mean those words differently, “Of course, Siri.”
“Then promise me this,” Sirius says, this time taking her hands in his and squeezing them gently “Whatever happens tonight, whoever your soulmate would be, promise me that you would still look at me the same way you’re looking at me right now. Look at me with those same eyes that always give me warmth and happiness. Look at me as if I put the Moon and Stars to your sky. Look at me as if I’m someone you love.”
“Sirius, you know I can’t promise you that. People say that once you know your soulmate, you can never look at other people the same way.” She says with an apologetic smile “But for what it’s worth, I hope that my soulmate would be you.”
Sirius nods.
“I mean, I know that’s impossible cause you already know who your soulmate is and it’s obviously not me, that’s why I’m brave enough to admit it.” She rambles, making Sirius to chuckle lightly “But if the Universe could grant me one birthday wish, you know what it’ll be.”
With a forced smile, Sirius brought her hands closer to his chest and kissed them gently. He wishes to live in this moment forever. He wishes to have her this close, close enough to feel his love but far enough to not be chafed from his actions. He wishes to keep her in oblivion and keep loving her in silence, living the rest of his life from fragments of stolen intimacy.
But time is running out. The bomb is about to be explode and all there’s left of him to do now is to sit and wait, crossing fingers that whatever the future would lead them to, his heart and soul wouldn’t crumble completely.
—-
Sirius didn’t realise the blood seeping through his fingernails as he bites them, waiting for her to come out of the room. She’s entered the chamber fifteen minutes before the clock strikes at midnight, wanting to have her own private moment before the initials of her soulmate appear on her skin. The placing of said tattoo is different for everyone, only matching to their soulmate, so she’s asked a couple of her trusted friends, Lily being one of them, to help scan her skin once she officially turns sixteen. Sirius could easily tell her that there’s no need for her girlfriends to help her see where the tattoo would be cause he knows exactly where, but once again he chose to remain silent about it.
Twenty minutes have passed since the day changed and she still hasn’t come out. Sirius was getting more worried of the storm happening on the other side of the door. Is she alright? Is she already having a fit of anger from the realisation? Could she be crying in happiness that her birthday wish is actually granted?
“Lily!” James calls as he notices her girlfriend coming out of the chamber in a hurry “What’s going on in there? Why is she not out yet?”
“Something’s wrong.” Lily says in a hurry as she walks to the drinking table, taking a few bottle of water.
“Wrong? What do you mean wrong?” Sirius asks with alert “Is she alright?”
“Her tattoo, it’s not showing.”
“What?” Remus asks this time “What do you mean it’s not showing? It’s almost 12.30, she should already have her tattoo by now.”
“I know, Remus, but it’s not showing.” Lily answers, sounding as if she couldn’t believe it herself “We’ve checked every inch of her body, there’s no tattoo.”
“Check her left arm, the tattoo should be there.” Sirius says, his tone raising in panic too as he shows the location of her initials “It should be here. My initials should be here.”
Lily raised her brows at his words, turning her eyes to James to ask for explanation but looking at the worry washing over Sirius’ face, she could piece the puzzle together easily.
“Lily, check her arm, please.” Sirius says once more, his tone begging for her to do the favour “My initials should be there.”
“We’ve checked, Sirius, there’s no tattoo.” Lily said once more, looking apologetic this time “But I’ll check her arm again, alright?”
With drinks in her hands, Lily reenters the chamber. The boys now have their eyes glued to the door, dark clouds hovering over their heads. The party is still going in a full blast behind them but the music wasn’t as deafening as the silence around them.
“It’s my fault.” Sirius says with volume barely above a whisper “It must’ve been one of the rituals or spells I did that made her tattoo not show.”
“Don’t blame yourself, Pads. It might just take a longer time for her tattoo to show.” Peter says, trying to enlighten the mood “Her tattoo will show, don’t worry about it.”
“No one has ever had a late appearing tattoo, Wormtail. It’s either there or not there at all.” Sirius says, rummaging his hand through his hair “I screwed up. I screwed up big time.”
Remus places a hand to his friend’s shoulder, “Calm down, mate. We’ll figure it out together, alright?”
“Yeah, Pads. Sit down and we’ll think about it together.” James says, offering a space next to him by the sofa.
Sirius didn’t say a word, his head hung low trying to hide the tears that were starting to fall. He lets Remus guide him to the sofa and sink himself on it once he’s seated. He buries his face on his palm, sobbing. Just how cruel can the world be to him?
—-
Sirius smiles weakly at her once he enters the chamber. She was sitting at the corner, leaning on the walls with head resting on the footing of a table. Tears were staining her cheeks, ruining her makeup. Sirius hates his mind but he couldn’t stop thinking of how pretty she looks as she cries. Her vulnerability made him love her more. It made him want to pull her into a tight hug, hoping his embrace could glue back the pieces of her broken heart.
Taking a seat next to her, Sirius sighs when he feels her head now resting on his shoulder. She was still shaking from the sobs, sniffling as she tried to control her breathing. He tried to peek on her left arm and through the stolen glances, his nightmare was proven to be true. The tattoo wasn’t there.
“I haven’t a soulmate.” She whispers, her voice cracks in between the words “Whatever did I do to not be deserving of one, Sirius?”
“Don’t say that, Bug.” He replied, fighting the cry that’s about to break through “You haven’t done anything wrong, believe me. You deserve all the love in the world and more.”
“I haven’t a soulmate, Sirius. Why?”
Sirius has to close his eyes and pull her for a hug. Her cries were becoming loud once more, breaking right inside his embrace. He could feel his shirt being wet from her tears. He was crying with her, questioning the fault and sin they’ve committed in their previous lives to have the universe curse them so. Why couldn’t they be as normal as other soulmates? Why do they have to have so much pain to go through? Why does the universe love to toy with them so much?
“I haven’t a soulmate, Sirius.” She says once more, repeating the words as if she’s trying to comprehend it “I don’t understand. Don’t we all have a soulmate?”
“We do, Bug.” Sirius says gently “You have a soulmate, believe me. It’s not that something is wrong with you, nothing is wrong with you, nothing could ever be wrong about you. We’ll figure it out together, I promise.”
“I just don’t understand.”
“I know, Bug, I know.” He says, this time pushing her to sit up and cupping her face “We’ll figure this out, alright? You have my word, I will not rest until you get your answers, okay?”
She nods, surprised to see him crying too.
“You’ll get your tattoo, I promise.” Sirius says once more before placing a kiss to her forehead “Don’t you worry your pretty mind, alright.”
Smiling faintly, she rests her head back to his shoulder. She intertwines her fingers with his, focusing on his body heat to be her sole source of energy and tranquillity. For some reason Sirius was the only person that could calm her. She’s heard the same words and promises from her friends yet it has to be Sirius to be the one to give her a fragment of peace. It has to be his voice to give her a sense of security. It has to be Sirius to rescue her.
“You’ve got a new tattoo.” She says, noticing the heart shaped tattoo on his right wrist “I’ve just noticed that.”
She silently traced the lines. Having countless tattoos on his body, Sirius knew that new tattoos aren’t supposed to be touched but he couldn’t careless. Her gentle caresses are his only grip to sanity. Without them he would lose his mind completely.
“I made that for you.” He says with a tired voice “For your birthday.”
She smiles, looking at his eyes with warmth, “Stop it, you’re making me wish harder that you’re my soulmate.”
The smile on his face dilutes for a moment. Should he tell her the truth now? Would right now be the right time to come clean? It would’ve been nice to place all of his cards on the table and let her be the judge of it. Let her be the one to decide their future, whether to build it brick by brick or turn the other cheek and walk away. But with everything that’s happened tonight, could they survive another fight? Would it not shear their last strands of sanity?
Taking a pen out of his back pocket, he reaches for her left arm. Right where his initials should be, Sirius wrote his name. He wrote his name boldly for everyone to see. Though it’s nothing close to how a real soulmate tattoo would look, the position and the smile plastered on her face was enough for him to know that she’s his.
“That looks like a ghastly soulmate tattoo.”
Sirius rolled his eyes, “You love it still.”
She chuckles at last, giving Sirius enough fuel to do the next bold thing.
He leans in, sealing their lips together gently. It took her a few moments to return the gesture but before Sirius could pull away in shame, she placed her hand on his cheek and pulled him closer. The kiss soon becomes desperate, trying to water the thirst they both have been dying of since forever.
Sirius lifts her and makes her sit on his lap without breaking the kiss. He needed to feel her as close as possible, extremely in need of her touch, but before they could proceed further, Sirius had to step on the brakes and pull away. He couldn’t go all the way with her tonight. Not when he hasn’t come clean to her.
She was smiling sweetly at him, playing with his hair now, “I’d take that you really meant what you said to me earlier.”
Sirius raises his brows, “What did I say earlier?”
“That you love me.” She says with a grin, yet it disappears as fast as it came “But what about your soulmate?”
“Don’t you worry about that for now.” Sirius says gently, smiling as he places a kiss to her nose “All you have to know is that I love you and I will always do.”
She nods eagerly before pulling him into a tight hug.
Sirius breaths in her scent as if it was his oxygen. He buries her face on the crook of her neck, kissing her exposed skin gently. He wanted to savour this moment as best as he could, stretching and stalling the time as long as he could. He wanted to freeze time, making them live in this very moment forever. Forget about his family problem and her not appearing tattoo.
Because when tomorrow comes, he’s to face his sins and does his walk of shame.

Gilded Serendipity - (tom riddle x oc)
Part 3/10: "False God"
Story summary: A summer meant to be spent in the tranquil seaside mansion of Rosier's was not supposed to sway hearts like rustling leaves. Sereia Nova was most definitely not supposed to feel drawn to Tom Riddle. Yet August had a way of weaving chaos and desire together, only to dissolve into the shadows, leaving behind a bittersweet aftermath- an ephemeral illusion of love.

(gif not mine)
PART 1 PART 2
chapter warnings: sensual themes.
A/N: took me a whileee but here is the third part!!
:☆゚:☆゚:☆゚.
The subconscious was always a bitter thing. It liked playing wicked games with its owner, taking the things the person did not want to think about out of that pocket of forbidden thoughts and bringing it to the very front of the mind.
Sereia was cursing her brain as she was hurriedly descending the stairs. Her mind was cruel, replaying the night before like a broken film reel, unrelenting in its vividity. She could still feel the ghost of his touch trailing illicit whispers along her skin. The shape of his lips haunted her own.
She was going insane, and there was nothing she could do to put an end to it. With that one kiss, Tom had sunk his fangs deep into her vein, poisoning her blood with the feel of him so she would not dare forget it. Sereia had spent a good hour in the bath, scrubbing her skin raw until it was red and irritated, yet his touch remained imprinted. No amount of effort could wash away his claim.
"Merlin's beard, Ria, did you sleep at all? You look like...death."
She huffed and shot him a sharp glare. "Not in the mood, Tony.""
"Woah, alright. Looks like someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed today." He grumbled, putting his hands up as if to surrender. The witch was half-tempted to hit him, but stopped when Walburga entered the room with a sly smirk curling on her lips.
"Who woke up in your bed?" She questioned. Her eyes flicked to Sereia, and they suddenly shone with mirth. "Our Sereia here? It was about time."
Sereia's cheeks flushed at her comment, and she helplessly looked at Antoine to say something. But before he could utter a word, Avery strutted into the room.
"What was about time?" He asked lazily, barely attempting to cover his mouth as he yawned. "Well?"
"Sereia and Antoine here. Apparently they were up to no good last night." The brunette winked cheekily, and shot her an approving smile. "I must say, dear Ria, I did not know you had it in you. Always thought you were a prude."
Sereia was sure her whole face was the same shade as the maroon wine Avery was holding in his hand. The boy stared between them for a moment, before frowning. "Salazar's spit, Antoine. I wanted to woo her this summer." He paused, as if reconsidering, and then strode towards the girl. She barely registered more people filing into the room as he leaned closer to her. "But, I assure you, should you fall into my arms, I will make you see the stars. I am much better company in bed than Antoine."
"Avery, enough." Tony warned from next to her.
Walburga laughed. "Well, Avery, Abraxas, you owe me ten galleons. They fucked before winter."
I buried my face in my palms. "Tony!"
"Everyone, shut it. Sereia and I most definetely did not fuck. So please, shut your mouths."
"But—"
"You misheard, Walburga. She did not sleep in my bed. We are strictly platonic."
The girl seemed to recover from her embarassed state and added. "Exactly. It's more of a he's my brother type of situation and what you all are suggesting is— it's just gross."
She lifted her chin, attempting to rid herself of the embarassment and mortification that the conversation had caused. Straightening her spine, she regarded eeryone around her. They all looked either amused or confused. When her eyes met Riddle's, she had to surpress her shudder at the intensity behind his heated gaze. She could not quite read his expression, but the displeasure was as evident as ever. Flashes of the previous night suddenly invaded her mind, and she had to avert her gaze quickly lest she blushed once more.
Clapping his hands, and snapping the girl from her brief memory lane, Antoine drew the attention to himself. "Great, let us end this conversation now!" He questioned from beside her, and she felt the ghost of his fingers brushing against her elbow in reassurance. Her gaze subconsciously saught Riddle's, and when she saw the dark look he was shooting to where Antoine's hand was touching, the girl stepped aside. Her friend shot her a confused look, but she just shrugged.
"Can we eat now that that's settled?" She rose an expectant brow, gesturing towards the table that had already been set and filled with food. Avery was the first to break the pregnant silence, huffing and puffing about how he was starving. Seria shared a look with Antoine before following Avery's lead and taking a seat. As she placed some fruits onto her plate, the chair beside her was pulled back and she could feel before she could see that it was Riddle. It was bizarre— the way she could simply feel the air still whenever she was in his presence. It was like the very atmosphere was telling— no— warning her that he was near, that she should brace herself to face him.
His clothed arm brushed hers as he shifted, and the girl had to resist the urge to shiver.
"Salazar's spit, Riddle, are you not parched in those clothes?" Antoine suddenly questioned, and suddenly all eyes were on the wizard.
"Some people have the decency not to walk around naked, Rosier. Perhaps you should take notes." Walburga muttered snidely.
"It was the middle of the night! Am I supposed to walk in a whole three-piece suit at the crack of dawn?"
"A shirt and sleeping pants would suffice."
"Can you cut it out? This is making me lose my appetite." Abraxas grumbled abruptly, his voice slicing through the escalating bickering. A smirk of triumph flashed across his face as the table fell into a silence. He grabbed his cutlery and digged into his breakfast aggressively.
Sereia, feeling a lack of appetite, mechanically nibbled on assorted fruits. She tuned out Lestrange and Rosier as they began squabbling again about another matter she did not care to know. She was about to reach for her goblet when a warm breath tickled her cheek, drawing her attention.
"Had I known you'd run to Rosier to finish what I started, perhaps I would not have let you slip away so easily, little siren." Tom whispered lowly, Tom murmured, his lips grazing the curve of her ear with each syllable. The girl try as she might, could not help the shudder that ran through her body.
He noticed. Of course, he did. He never missed a thing. Yet, before he could revel in his discernment, she retorted, her voice a low hiss meant to avoid alarming the others nearby. "How dare you?" she countered, struggling to keep her voice subdued. She truly could not believe the nerve of him to imply such a thing. "I did not run to anyone. Antoine and I certainly did not spend the night together, so I'd appreciate if you refrained from implying that I'm a whore."
"I never said that."
"You implied it."
"I did not."
"Whatever. But if we are talking about whores, why not talk about you?" She turned her head to meet his gaze squarely. "You are the resident whore of Hogwarts, perhaps second place to Avery, or maybe you just hide it better." She watched as surprise flickered across his features for a fleeting moment before he swiftly masked it, as if it had never been there at all. "I will not be a plaything, Riddle. While you may find amusement in Walburga, you will not find me so compliant," she declared, her tone firm, before redirecting her attention to the others at the table. Meanwhile, Tom studied her profile, a barely perceptible smirk tugging at his lips. She was a fiery little thing, and oh how he relished a challenge.
Not used not having the last word, he leaned to whisper in her ear once again. "You may resist all you want, but I will have you succumb to me." he murmured, his gaze searching her face for a reaction. She responded with a smirk, but she did not deign to meet his eyes.
"Maybe I will consider it... if you beg."
He laughed loudly at that, genuinely amused at her bravery. Everyone at the table suddenly diverted their attention towards them, disbelief flashing across their features at seeing Riddle laugh.
"Is he—"
"Salazar's spit..."
"What's so funny?"
Tom hummed softly, a languid smile lingering on his lips as he casually draped an arm over the back of Sereia's chair. She clenched her teeth in frustration at his nearness, struggling to push aside the unwelcome flood of thoughts crowding her mind. "Miss Nova here has a good sense of humour, that is all."
Sereia lowered her gaze, avoiding the curious stares of those around her, and brought her goblet to her lips in a feeble attempt to distract herself.
"Sereia—"
The girl sprung from her seat with far more enthusiasm than was necessary. "Time to go for a swim!" she declared with a forced smile, her discomfort palpable, before hastily departing from the table, nearly breaking into a run as she fled the house.
Walburga's gaze shifted to Tom, flickering between the self-satisfied, lazy grin etched on his face and the intensity of his gaze fixed on the doorway through which Sereia had hastily departed through mere moments ago.
"Look at little Sereia starting to charm boys." Abraxas snorted, looking at Antoine with a mirthful smile. "You will have to work overtime to ward off the boys now, mate."
"Shut it. I do not do anything of the sort. She is free to court whomever she likes whenever she likes." He paused, rethinking his words. "Except you all."
"Really? How about the time in third year you hexed Arnold because he kissed her on the cheek?" Avery rose a brow.
"Or the time in fourth year you petrified that git who was going on a date with her?" Malfoy added.
"Remember when—"
"Alright! Alright! So fucking be it! None of you are allowed to pursue anything romantic, sexual— especially sexual— relations with her. Off-limits!"
"Mate, that's unfair! She's not even your sister, you can't put a ban like that!" Avery whined, rolling his eyes in a very exaggerated manner.
"She is like my little sister in every manner except by blood."
Dahlia Greengrass pouted, looking affronted at the way the wizards were behaving. "Leave it be, everyone. Would you rather ruin your friendship with Antoine by pursuing Sereia? The entirety is Hogwarts isn't enough for you all to corrupt?" She questioned. "Leave the poor girl alone."
Riddle observed the scene unfolding with a curious glint in his eyes.
"Thank you, Dahlia." Antoine said gratefully. "Now that everything is loud and clear, let's go join Ria before she starts wondering what took us so long."
Everyone muttered their agreement as they stood.
"Tom, would you like to head to the library first?" Walburga asked as everyone started filing out of the room.
Tom glanced at the witch momentarily before looking away distractedly. "I shall like to rest for a bit before rejoining the company." He did not wait for a reply before striding away in the opposite direction.
Walburga watched his retreating back, the familiar bitter taste feeling her mouth as it always did whenever he disregarded her in such a belittling manner. She begrudgingly followed after the group, glancing back one last time in hopes that Tom also would, but he had already disappeared up the stairs, and the girl heaved a sigh in disappointment.
Her sharp gaze fixated on the distant figure, observing as the girl who managed to coax a rare laugh from Tom Riddle swam gracefully in the water. Sereia Nova had never posed a threat in her mind. Antoine's best friend had always been a sweet little thing, too pure to be around the likes of them. Though Walburga harbored fondness for the girl, her desires lay elsewhere — with Tom Riddle.
She pondered the allure that Sereia held for Tom. Was it her innocence, her sweetness? Or was she simply another conquest in his relentless pursuit to tarnish purity? Perhaps, she mused, innocence was a challenge for him, something to be conquered and corrupted at his whim.
At least that is what Walburga told herself as she smiled bittersweetly at the younger witch.
:☆゚:☆゚:☆゚.
"Ria." Antoine began, his tone firm, signaling to Sereia that a lecture was imminent.
"I know what you're going to say, but it's nothing alright? I am not involved with Riddle...like that." Sereia interjected, her words rushed and defensive, preempting Antoine's anticipated disapproval.
Antoine's furrowed brow softened slightly, but skepticism still lingered in his gaze. With a resigned sigh, he conceded, "I will choose to take your word for it. But I will tell you this, Ria— my friends are all off-limits. They are the worst pick of the bunch for any girl." He paused, as if another thought had just invaded his already disturbed mind. "Actually, just do not go for any Slytherins. You can go for uh...Hufflepuff perhaps? They do not have a bad bone in their body. Be kind and all that shite, yeah? Yeah. No Gryffindorks either I suppose, they're all gits—"
"Tony!"
"What?"
"Would you like to arrange who I will be marrying too? Stop acting like my father. Fine, I will not date your friends out of my respect for you, but other than that you have no right to dictate who I can and can't date."
"But—"  Antoine began to protest, but Sereia cut him off with a firm stare.
"Dahlia!" Sereia's sharp call drew the attention of the girl, who began to swim over with a curious expression. Sereia shot a warning look at Antoine, silently telling him to behave.
"Yes, darling?"
"Nothing. It's just an effective way of shutting him up." Sereia smirked, her eyes twinkling mischievously.
"What is?"
"Any mention of you."
As Dahlia's cheeks flushed with a soft hue of pink, Antoine's face transformed into a vivid crimson, the color spreading like wildfire across his features. Sereia couldn't suppress a satisfied grin as she watched the effect of her diversion tactic unfold. "Well, I'll leave you be. It's time for my nap!"
"You just woke up!"
"Nope, that was a while ago." "Nope, that was a while ago," she singsonged, her voice carrying over the gentle lapping of the waves as she began trudging out of the water, droplets cascading from her form like shimmering diamonds. Her eyes met Avery's across the distance, his grin mirroring her own playful one as he responded with a mock salute, the sun casting playful glimmers in his eyes.
As she approached the shore, she glanced over her shoulder at the call of her name, catching Abraxas's gaze, his eyes alight with something she could not decipher as he swam towards her, his sleek form slicing effortlessly through the water. His expression morphed into a sickly sweet smile as he drew nearer.
"My dear, dear Sereia," he greeted her with exaggerated warmth, his voice dripping with faux sincerity.
"What is it?" Sereia replied, her tone laced with playful anticipation, already bracing herself for his inevitable request.
"Would you be so kind and bring us a wine?"
Sereia raised an eyebrow. "Why don't you ask one of the house elves?"
"You see, I'm craving a particular one and seeing as the creatures can't read...it complicates things. Can you get me the Chateau d'Yquem?"
Sereia couldn't help but laugh at his audacity, her playful demeanor unwavering. "Does Antoine know you're drinking his most expensive reserves dry?" she retorted, her tone teasing
Abraxas replied with a casual shrug, his smile unapologetic. "He encourages it"
Sereia rolled her eyes. "Alright. But know that you are very annoying." She conceded, her words accompanied by a playful splash in his direction.
"Thank you, Sereia," Abraxas replied, his sweet smile bordering on saccharine as he watched her depart, a twinkle of mischief gleaming in his eyes. Sereia narrowed her eyes at him suspiciously before turning on her heel and heading out of the water. She quickly slipped on her sheer beach cover over her wet swimsuit, debating whether to change into dry clothes or return to the water after fulfilling Abraxas' request.
She hummed a random melody as she walked away from the private beach and slipped into the garden that lead to the winery, running her hands through her wet hair and slicking it back.
She trekked the familiar path through the greenery, each step accompanied by the gentle rustle of leaves in the warm breeze. The summer sun cast golden rays that danced across her skin, warming her with its tender caress. As she neared the fountain, its marble basin shimmered in the sunlight and the girl resisted the urge to dip her fingers into the cool water.
"Out for a stroll, little siren?" A familiar voice, smooth as silk and laced with a taunting edge, shattered the serenity of her surroundings.
Her movements stilled, her senses alert to the presence behind her. She hesitated to turn, wary of facing the figure who she had been trying to cast out of her mind. She knew as soon as she met his eyes the thoughts of yesterday's kiss would come back to haunt her once again—or the bold teasing she had unabashedly engaged in during breakfast.
With a steadying breath, she shut her eyes, grappling with the urge to flee or confront him. Before she could decide, a warm breath ghosted over her neck, sending a shiver down her spine. Tom had drawn closer, his proximity suffusing her with a mixture of apprehension and something she dared not name.
"Or have you come to see me beg?" He murmured into her ear.
Suppressing the rising panic in her chest, she attempted to step away, only to find his hand firmly encircling her waist, anchoring her in place. Her breath caught in her throat as his touch ignited a flurry of conflicting emotions within her. Her gaze dropped to the hand sliding further until his entire arm covered her stomach.
"Unhand me, Riddle. I am just going to the winery." Sereia tried to protest against his advances, her voice twinged with defiance that wavered due to his proximity.
"Are you now?" He asked, and even though she could not see him, she could feel the amused smirk that was no doubt on his face.
"Yea—Yes. I am expected to return." She insisted.
Tom hummed, a low, tantalizing sound that sent a tremor through her core. "What a shame," he murmured, his breath warm against her skin. Just as she thought he was going to let her go, he abruptly spun her around to face him. Caught off guard, she stumbled, her heart pounding erratically as she braced her hands against his chest lest she crashed into him. "You will not be going back anytime soon."
"What?"
"Can't have you running to Rosier to finish what I started. That would make me unseemly would it not?"
"Riddle, what are you say—"
"It would create the impression that I leave a lady unsatisfied. Which is insulting." His lips brushed hers with every syllable, and Sereia was finding it harder by the second to resist the temptation of him. She desperately willed herself to push him away and leave before the situation would escalate any further. But she was immobilised. He had her right where he wanted, and her traitorous body was craving him. Any further protest was cut short as his lips captured hers in a searing kiss and she found it bothersome how she did not hesitate to kiss him back.
His lips moved with a fervent urgency, coaxing a response from her that she couldn't deny. Each brush of his mouth against hers sent shockwaves of pleasure coursing through her, erasing whatever had remnants of rational thought.
Her hands moved on their own accord, sliding over his chest, collarbones, and moving up to tangle themselves in his dark hair. He groaned as she tugged at his locks and the world around her fell away at the guttural sound. His kiss was a tempest, fierce and consuming, igniting a fire within her that blazed with undeniable fervor. She yielded to him, her senses overwhelmed by the heady rush of his touch, every nerve in her body electrified.
His hand moved to the hem of sheer cover dress, fingers brushing against her inner thighs before bunching up the fabric and tugging it upwards. Tom stepped towards her, forcing her to blindly walk backwards until she felt marble digging into her back. He broke away from the kiss to momentarily lift her to sit on the edge of the fountain.
Sereia suppressed a whine at the loss of contact, but a loud moan escaped her throat when his lips fell to the hollow of her throat and sucked, no doubt leaving a bruise with his ministrations. She should have told him to stop— or at the very least not mark her up for all to see, but she found she did not care. She wanted—no— needed more of him.
Her fingers dropped to the buttons of his shirt, fumbling, trying to pull them open. She had only gotten half of them undone when he grabbed her wrists. "No." He panted. "This time I will make you beg. We can save that for next time."
Sereia was confused, but was quick to retort. "What makes you think there is going to be a next time?" She asked through laboured breaths, dazed eyes roving over his dilated pupils and his swollen lips. For the first time ever, he looked like a mess, and Sereia could not get enough of the sight.
Tom only smirked in response, his fingers going under her cover to pull at the strings of her bikini bottoms. She trembled beneath his touch, her pulse racing with a heady mix of anticipation and desire.
"Because I am going to make you beg for a next time."
Sereia's jaw dropped when he sunk to his knees, his eyes ablaze with an intensity that sent shivers down her spine.

A kissaroo from me to you <3 Happy pride month ya’ll!
A little piece for myself and the boys.It genuinely feels really nice to acknowledge and feel settled into my sexuality. I grew up knowing it was who I am, but always being surrounded by similar folks and the community as a whole really help me feel more comfortable. And having my OCs represent that means the world to me.
