Based off an RP [ maybhaps au ] Headcanon where Mikey’s a traumagenic system and Dr Feelings (Milo) + Delicate Touch (Miles) are alters. Milo fragmented during the demo derby and fully formed after Shredder; Miles formed after Kraang. ]

They’re both brain-made since they’re based off Mikey’s alter ego stuff, however Milo’s base source is *meant* to be Mikey— so I think that would make him a factive(?). He’s got source memories for his own brothers n family and they were, not great sorry Milo. The design for him is what he looks like in headspace + how Donnie would react to seeing his shell bc it is FUCKED UP.

First 2 doodles were before I decided on a design.

I’m trying to be super careful w/ my system representation (after all, I’m not a system) so feel free to educate me if I portray something incorrectly.

Mikey says they’re matching bc after Shredder he went on a solo mission (Donnie was sick n Raph and Leo were fighting so he didn’t wanna ask them) and long story short got his shell stomped and thrown into the Hudson (obvious he lived, n Draxy patched him up). He paints over the cracks to cover them up bc he never told anybody

So, OFMD is my all time favorite show and I am in love with every single character and have been wanting to try and join the fandom as Stede Bonnet, but I am SO nervous. I would just GO for it, with the understanding that there's a learning curve to the "rp etiquette" of Tumblr (and some users, as is the way with social media, will be more forgiving and flexible with "mistakes" than others). I would introduce yourself, as you have done here, to people who seem fun and chill, and express your interest in interacting with them IC. 1) Tell them you would be writing Stede. 2) Read their rules page (usually there is a pinned post at the top of a writer's blog offering a mobile-friendly link to their rules, which is basically how they prefer to interact with other writers, how often, in what format, what the writer's or "mun's" triggers are, etc) and tell them that you have: this seems to be a real sign of good faith around here. 3) Collect a small list of people (maybe 4 or 5) to start with, and follow them. If your rp blog is a "sideblog" to a main account, also let them know that, so that when a non-rp blog (you) follows them, they know who the heck it is! I cannot underscore enough how important it is to find people with whom you jive ooc, as yourselves. It simply will not be fun if you don't. So take your time with this part! 4) Make your blog. Customize your theme as much or little as you like, but a good rule of thumb is to at least make an "About the Muse" page (muse's story), a "Rules" (do's and don't's of interacting with you) page, and a "Verses" (discrete story timelines, usually grouped by how much you adhere to canon or by romantic "ships") page. Your muse is a "canon" muse: that is, a muse that already exists in the official fandom universe. 5) If you don't have it already, GET XKIT REWRITTEN (a browser extension that lets you alter Tumblr's increasingly perplexing and user-unfriendly interface, lol. There are versions for both Chrome and Firefox. 6) Start writing. You rp on Tumblr by reblogging a person's IC (in-character) post to your blog, and adding a text reply. They then reblog you. And so on and so forth. Here is where you consult their rules page to know things like: are they okay if I trim posts? Are they okay with me dm'ing them to ask for replies? What's the most courteous way to use tags in order to easily find past writing or filter my blog? How explicit can writing with this partner get re violence or s*xual themes? Etc. Everyone is different.

Re making your blog fancy: You do NOT need to be well-versed in Photoshop, themes and coding in order to run a blog. A lot of people now rp on Tumblr Mobile, where theme graphics don't show up anyway. Those who still use graphics vary, but most of us really don't care if our writing partners use them as long as we can continue to do so.

However, if you're still anxious, I've got a couple graphics and rpg sources right off the bat that can help you tremendously:

Can i ask how you gave up on rp because of did?

😃 oh a fun ask

we had to give it up because A) we were splitting alters from the oc’s created/characters used and B) for the majority of the time we were an active RP-er, we were a minor doing nsfw rp’s with adults 💀 (no we shouldn’t have, no we didn’t truly know any better, and yeah, the adults knew how old we were)

More specifically, we went through a 2-3 year long era of being groomed from 16-18 by an older woman who roleplayed pretty heavy nsfw shit with us; we subsequently split alters from those rps’ oc’s, and they are super fucked in the head from it lmao; they were heavily attached to her and because of daily rp-ing, were incredibly source heavy and struggled badly. She was an irl friend as well, so it didn’t go so great for us 😅

Now that we’re an adult and keenly aware of our DID, aware of being polyfrag + knowing how oftentimes a hyperfixation on an oc/character can spiral into a split, we’ve chosen not to rp anymore. Alters in the past used nsfw rp’s as coping mechanisms and as self harm tactics, and often the alters that split from those rp’s are pretty fucked up lmao. Overall, it’s just healthier for us to abstain from roleplay. We still make oc’s and enjoy world building, au making, headcanons, etc, but when it comes to the actual writing, we won’t.

I know roleplay for some systems can be healthy and/or helpful, and obviously not every system that rp’s splits from it. A lot of systems do it for fun and as a creative outlet, esp bc it’s so popular in fandoms n shit. But for us, it was a tool utilized by adults/older teens almost daily to groom us for years as well as used to fetishize our csa history and it sexually conditioned alters.

Anyways, y'know that "cultist-colonizer" lady I talked about? She's the third method of decay: Psyche. Though she goes by the name Valerie and she possesses the ability to alter people's minds through direct eye contact and parasites.

Her list of crimes includes:

Mass genocide

Colonization

Grooming (non-sexual)

Kidnapping

Brainwashing (amnesia)

Murder

Since the very beginning of the universe, she used to live in harmony with her siblings. The eldest, Time, fell in love with the first ever Guardian to exist: Myriad. While the universe continued to grew, each new planet created their own guardians, but Time refused to leave their birthing place, The First Star, or kill Myriad. Time-- Scarlet promised her younger siblings of a different life. One where they could live like normal people. A true, real family. Valerie adored this idea, possibly the most out of her siblings.

However, Scarlet starving herself only lead to her untimely demise. She attacked Myriad and Myriad killed her in front of the young Brutals. After that, the family dispersed.

Except for Valerie. And, of course, the youngest sibling: Death-- Ino

As they grew older, Valerie constructed a plan to reunite the family and to never give into their fate. To achieve this, she created Pristine. Pristine poses as a planet renovation service that helps planets ecosystems and political environments, but it's actually meant to establish dominance over entire worlds to collect their guardians and resources. She found a way to extract Guardian essence (the very source of their power and the thing the Brutals need in order to stay stable) and made a substitute for herself and brother to consume so they don't go mad like Scarlet did. She also plans and reviving the dead sister after she gathers all her lost siblings so they can take down Myriad and use her for the revival.

Big evil woman. I adore her.

Valerie and Ino: Valerie and Ino have a very close relationship. Ino worked as Pristine's Defense General and was in charge of planning and executing wars for Pristine's Ally's. However, he never killed with his own hands...as far as he remembers. Valerie wants Ino to be "happy" (or what she envisions as him being happy) so any time the truth is revealed to him on what Pristine is, anytime she needed him to kill, or anytime he started to be inconvenient to the plan-- she wipes his memory. Eventually he leaves Pristine (with Valerie's permission) and marries Earth's guardian: Mosura

Valerie's poster children: By the time Pristine was well and successful, one of it's ships came back with two twin stowaways named Fujika and Yajun. Their backstory's and personalities are lengthy and long so I won't explain them here, but basically they got a good Fire/Ice + Red/Blue dynamic going on.

Valerie and Yajun: You see, in the medical field Yajun has a thing called double-whammy-mommy-daddy issues which made him cling to the first older person who gave him affection: Valerie. And Yajun was her favorite (below her family). He was a genius and did everything she asked quickly and effectively. He lived in Pristine's luxury houses and became the symbol of success to all those who lived under Pristine. Doctor Yajun was loyal to the end-- for a while. Even after him and Fujika escaped, the effects of his relationship with Valerie still lingers. Even after he knows she hurt his sister, him, and possibly planets-- a part of him still lingers and breathes for her praise.

"They all stepped off the cruiser and onto the grassy ground of the planet *Sicanus*. Plants stretched high above, begging to reach the Heavens. Flying in was hard enough thanks to flora of this planet. Vines managed to break past the atmosphere and loop around the planet due to gravity. There was a surprising amount of guards at the camp. Machines with large drills and industrial grade pliers were being tinkered, soilders in Caldrius suits ordering flunkies on exercises. When they saw Battra and Mosura they stared at them with confusion. But Ino? Respect. Admiration. They straightened their backs, worked a little harder when the General and Miss Valerie passed them by. But Yajun? Confusion, but also a bit of scorn. "Just ignore them." Valerie said, "If they were *doing their jobs* they wouldn't be staring at all." There was a different air about her. Her mind went elsewhere for a bit, searching through her thoughts, then someone quickly came running for her: An ailen scientist. Valerie didn't wait for her to catch her breath, "Are we ready to begin the extraction?" "Almost ma'am, there's just-- a minor problem with the equipment! Not all the machines sensors are working. They're calibrating, but there are hardly any results." "*Tch*-- did you inform your adviser to fix before bringing it to me? Because I shouldn't have had to be informed this to begin with."

"Well yes, but--" Yajun interrupted, "The cores. If any of the machines malfunction once they reached a new planet, but operated prior to being dropped, then there is an issue with the core. Pristine's cores are resilient, but magnetic fields mess with the systems if they aren't properly prepped before hand. Now, tell me, did they work before being dropped." The scientist frowned, "Yes, though I don't answer to--" Valerie raised a brow, "Him? Of course not. You answer to your advisor, who answers to me. A scene from a roleplay me and the co-creator of the universe are doing. As an antagonist, Valerie has an entire arc where she fights against the main cast. In this scene, Yajun and co. Are dragged on a trip with Valerie to retrieve one of her siblings.

Valerie and Fujika: Their relationship is as ""positive"". Without her powers, Fujika was always a bit suspicious of Valerie. She never fully let her guard down and was always so focused on going home. With Valerie powers, navigating Fujika's inner psyche was too much of a headache. When Valerie finally snapped, she pulled a William Afton and stuffed Fujika in the first ever versions of the Caladrius Suits: a branch of soilders/guards who are meant to cause the most damage on battlefield or meant to protect high priority people of Pristine. She was seen as a hero in Pristine. A soilders of high regard and Valerie awarded her with many awards...not that Fujika had a say in accepting them. She had no autonomy or say in what she did while she was in that suit. Caladrius Suits run off the heartbeats of their pilots. Years afterwards, Fujika may hardly remember what happened or how long she wore that thing, but the memory of it still haunts her to this day.

And now after leaving us alone, she *really* wants to be back in our lives. She's trying to butter up Mosura and-- I don't like it. I don't like it all. They left a couple hours ago. Said they were getting one of their other siblings and the woman forced Yajun along. Look, that deal she made with him? Every month she would supply him with stuff to create this some sorta medicine for Ino. If we kept quiet about the whole thing, she'd leave us be. But she's planning something. I was hoping that maybe something in Yajun's lab would...I don't know-- point us in the right direction."

Fujika 500 years after escaping Pristine, talking to other members of the cast to try and make up a plan to stop Valerie.

Anndddd that's pretty much it! Valerie herself is very much a control freak. Her main personality is very perky and cheerful who'd constantly looking and waiting when to make the next move. She's awful. I adore her <3
