How mha boys will react if you were having a panic attack
Bakugo Katsuki
Tumblr media
You were just siting, doing your homework like you use to, as it started. The pain in your chest, hard breathing, it was new for you. You did had some anxiety attack but not that bad!
You when in the hallways of the dorms. Bakugo was with the bakusquad in the common room as you sat next to him. You started to shake. "Omg", you think, "I don't want him to see me like this!"
You tried to get up but Bakugo grabed your wrist. "Oi, what's wrong" He saw your shaking body and his mind just cliked. He got up and made you leave to your room.
"Hey" he said in a soft voice. "Its gonna be ok, you are safe with me". He rested your head on his chest. "Nothing could ever hurt you as long as im here"
After a little while, your breathing was normal again, but Bakugo holded you to sleep. You waked up the next day in his arms.

Panic in the Trailer:
Summary: Austin get frustrated with himself when he can’t get his lines right because he’s feeling the pressure of doing Elvis justice and has an anxiety attack in his trailer but you, his fiancé are there to help calm him down.
Hope you enjoy!:
Austin is in the middle of filming for Elvis and he is feeling the immense pressure on him to do the man proud. What if he fails? What if Lisa Marie and Pricilla hate the final product that came from his memories? You had come along today to keep an eye on Austin because you had heard from Baz the last couple days that Austin was incredibly nervous when out of character on set even to the point of even if Baz thought a take had not needed redoing, Austin would do it over and over and over until his throat is raw from overuse.
He's come home every day from set jittery and near tears so you had decided to come along today to try to stop his anxiety from escalating into a full blown attack if possible.
Austin just can't get seem to get this line out of his mouth. Getting used to the Elvis soft drawl has also caused him to stutter and choke on his words and he's trying so hard but he's now getting frustrated with himself and it also doesn't help that it feels like everyone is staring at him. Everyone is staring at him, they're filming him but he just wants to hide in a hole right now.
Knowing his history with anxiety over the years you two had decided on a sign that he can show you if he needs you to be bossy and get him help or out of a situation. And if you need to be mean to take care of Austin, you have no problem with it. Ignoring the crowd of crew around the camera he finds you in the crowd and subtly touches his fingers to his chin, acting as if it's just a yawn but you know what it really is. His sign for help.
"Guys I'm sorry I'mma need a five to ten minute break." Austin mumbles. You feel your heart breaking as he looks to Baz with pleading eyes. Baz's eyes cut to you reading the situation. "Yeah, yeah, of course. We'll take ten guys." He says louder to the crew who disperse and walk off.
Feeling the familiar burning behind his baby blue eyes, Austin darts off toward his trailer and your not far behind him.
You find him in the back bedroom of the trailer that he uses for late nights on set. He got himself as far away from the door. "Oh baby, hey." He's hunched on the bed, head in his hands sobbing into his palms. You crouch down, patting his knee gently letting him know you're there.
This isn't your Austin and it's worse that he is still in costume and doesn't really look like your Austin.
"Austin, hey, can you look at me?" You grab his wrist and try to pull it away from his face. And he lets you surprisingly but only because he wants his hand held. "I-I c-can't, I can't, I can't. I just can't get it." Holding of his hands you use your other to run your hands through his hair. "Get what baby?" He rocks forward, placing his head in the crook of your neck. "The lines. And what if they hate it and it's so hard being him. I want to be me again. I want to be me."  You grimace at his words and the fact that your fingers can feel all the product in his jet black hair gelled into place.
"Austin listen to me. You are the most hardworking man I know. You will get it. You just need to take a minute, calm yourself and try again tomorrow. You've dove into this every day for a year and a half. I know it's scary being someone else for so long but the Austin I met is still in there. The gentle sweet thoughtful Austin is still buried in there somewhere. We just gotta find him. And you will get some bad apple reviews hellbent on hating everything but it's Baz's job to be authentic and make this film a fucking masterpiece. Do you trust him to help you make a masterpiece?"
He nods. "Yeah, I-I do." You nod, placing your hand on the back of his neck gently. "See, there you go. You guys are a team. He'll only lead you into success I promise you that. And Austin? You are more than enough, I promise you, love." Austin sniffs, nodding, staring intently at his shoes.
After a minute, Austin takes a full deep breath and shudders at the release of all of his muscles, looking into your eyes again. "I don't want to go out there again. I'm so tired." He says, on the verge of tears again. You nod understanding. "Yeah, you need to rest. You want me to talk to Baz?” Austin thinks for a minute but eventually nods. "Alright, you get cleaned up and I'll go talk to him."
You leave him to his devices and go to open the door where you find Baz standing below you hand raised in a fist, poised to knock. "I was just checking on him. He okay?" You shrug. "He really needs to rest. Is there anyway he can head home for the day. He thinks he's just been in character too long and he's getting frustrated with himself that nothing's perfect." Baz nods. "Yes, yes, go. We'll see you guys tomorrow morning." He turns around before remembering and turns his head back to you. "Y/N?" You nod. "Yeah?" Baz gives you a gentle smile. "Take care of our boy." You smile back. "That's something I'm really good at." He nods. "I know."
You turn back into the trailer to find Austin studying himself in the mirror, wiping at his nose with a tissue. "Did it go okay? Can I go home?" You nod, kissing his cheek. "Yeah, let's get you out of this getup and then we're free to go. And then when we get home first you'll nap okay?" He nods. "I can definitely do that."

I feel that this show doesn't get enough praise on Tumblr at all. Not even CLOSE ENOUGH!
It's called "Close Enough", it's made by the creators of "Regular Show" and it's a show that really helped me recently!
Weeks ago I had a pretty bad Anxiety Attack and felt really awful, and when I put this show on. It helped me to calm down and cheer up.
Close Enough is a great show if you want a good laugh and enjoy it for what it is. Each episode is short (11 mins) and fairly self contained. Also I really love the artstyle too! If I was doing an animated show, this is the style of show I would be doing! Oh, and props to the VAs too especially Kimiko Glenn who voices my favourite character Bridgette! <3
As much as I love Moon Girl, Molly McGee and other recent animated shows, None have even come close to help me in a way that Close Enough did! It cheered me up in a scary moment of my life! I am so grateful for this show and if you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it! <3

Ataki paniki przychodzą coraz częściej
Tracę oddech
Nie słyszę nic
Chce uciec z tej klatki
Lecz kajdany to wszystko utrudniają
Są za ciężkie
Kule ciężkie niczym ciężar życia

How mha boys will react if you were having a panic attack part 2
Shoto Todoroki
Tumblr media
Like Shoto, you past wasn't the best. Your mother would always lock you in the closet, not letting you out for 2 days without any food or drink. Your father left right when you were born saying that you were " too ugly" for him to raise you. Because of that, everytime you were in a small place, you start to panic.
There was a party at one of your old friend's house. Shoto couldn't come because he had some training to do, but he promised you he would come after that.
The party was fun before the game started. It was simple, someone turn the bottle, and they need to go in the closet for 7 minutes with the person it landed on.
At first, you didn't want to do it, but you friend insist and said that you were not fun, so you decided to give up. The bottle landed on Max, your enemie and the pervert of the school. You didn't even had time to say no that all the people puched you in the closet.
Max were a little bit too close and the closet were too-
Oh no.
You couldn't breathe. Hell no. As you were trying to breathe, Shoto arrived, and he asked everyone where you were, when he heard...
She's in the closet.
He ran trought the house, opening every closet before he founded the one. He got Max out ( Max was thinking that you couldn't breathe because he was too handsome) and ran to your side.
You didn't understand what was going on. He took your hand and kissed it. You were shaking like crazy so he pulled you on his lap. He just hugged you hard, not too hard, like he was scared of loosing you if he let go. After 10 minutes saying things like: you are safe, nothing is gonna hurt you or I'm here, you manneged to calm down. He took you in his arms and drived you back to you dorm. He made you sleep on him, in his dorm, playing with your hair.
The next morning, he asked you id you were ok, and he made pancakes because he know you like that and it was the weekend.
End
Who should i do next?

Content Warning: This fanfiction contains mentions of anxiety and panic attacks.
Tsukishima had always been a bit of a closed book. He never shared his emotions with anyone, not even Yamaguchi. But lately, Yamaguchi had noticed that Tsukishima seemed to be struggling more than usual. He was snappier than usual, and he seemed to be on edge all the time. Yamaguchi wanted to help, but he didn't know how.
One afternoon, as they were walking home from school, Tsukishima suddenly froze in place. Yamaguchi turned around to see what was wrong and saw that Tsukishima's face was pale, and his hands were shaking. "What's going on?" Yamaguchi asked, concerned.
"I don't know," Tsukishima replied, his voice barely above a whisper. "I just feel... off."
Yamaguchi put a hand on Tsukishima's back, trying to comfort him. "Do you want to sit down?" he asked.
Tsukishima nodded, and Yamaguchi led him over to a nearby bench. Tsukishima sat down heavily, his hands still shaking. Yamaguchi didn't know what to do. He had never seen Tsukishima like this before.
"What's going on?" Yamaguchi asked again.
"I don't know," Tsukishima said, his voice trembling. "I just feel... like I can't breathe."
Yamaguchi's heart raced. He had heard of panic attacks before, but he had never experienced one himself. He didn't know how to help Tsukishima. "What can I do?" he asked, feeling helpless.
Tsukishima shook his head. "I don't know," he said. "I just need to... breathe."
Yamaguchi tried to steady his own breathing and encouraged Tsukishima to do the same. "Breathe in, breathe out," he said softly. "It's okay. You're okay."
Tsukishima closed his eyes and tried to follow Yamaguchi's lead. After a few minutes, his breathing started to slow, and his hands stopped shaking. Yamaguchi stayed by his side, holding his hand, until Tsukishima felt strong enough to stand up again.
"I'm sorry," Tsukishima said, once he was on his feet again. "I don't know what came over me."
Yamaguchi shook his head. "It's okay," he said. "We all have moments like that. Do you want to talk about what's been going on lately?"
Tsukishima hesitated for a moment before nodding. "I don't know what's wrong with me," he said. "I just feel... anxious all the time. Like I'm not good enough."
Yamaguchi listened as Tsukishima opened up to him, sharing his fears and doubts. It was hard to see his usually confident friend so vulnerable, but Yamaguchi was determined to be there for him.
Over the next few days, Yamaguchi did his best to support Tsukishima. He encouraged him to talk about his feelings and tried to reassure him that he was, in fact, good enough. It wasn't easy, but Yamaguchi was willing to do whatever it took to help his friend.
One night, Yamaguchi received a call from Tsukishima. His voice was shaking, and Yamaguchi could tell that he was on the verge of tears. "What's wrong?" Yamaguchi asked, his heart racing.
"I don't know," Tsukishima said, his voice barely above a whisper. "I just... I can't do this anymore. I can't handle the pressure. I feel like I'm drowning."
Yamaguchi's heart ached for Tsukishima. He knew how hard it was to deal with anxiety and the weight of expectations. "Take a deep breath," he said softly. "It's going to be okay. I'm here for you."
Tsukishima took a few deep breaths, and Yamaguchi could hear him starting to calm down. "I just don't know what to do," Tsukishima said, his voice still shaky.
"Let's talk about it," Yamaguchi said. "What's been weighing on you lately?"
Tsukishima opened up about everything that had been bothering him: his grades, his volleyball skills, his relationships with his family and friends. Yamaguchi listened patiently, offering words of comfort and understanding.
"It's okay to feel overwhelmed," Yamaguchi said. "But you don't have to go through this alone. We're all here for you."
Tsukishima sniffled, and Yamaguchi could tell that he was crying. "Thank you," he said. "I don't know what I'd do without you."
Yamaguchi felt a warm glow in his chest. He was glad he could be there for Tsukishima when he needed it most. "You don't have to thank me," he said. "I'm your friend. That's what friends do."
Tsukishima took a deep breath and let it out slowly. "I know," he said. "I just... sometimes it feels like I don't deserve you as a friend. Like I'm just holding you back."
Yamaguchi's heart ached for Tsukishima. He knew that feeling all too well, the sense of not being good enough for the people you care about. "That's not true," he said firmly. "You're one of the most important people in my life, and I wouldn't be where I am today without you. You're an amazing friend and an amazing person, Tsukki."
Tsukishima sniffled again, but this time, Yamaguchi could hear a hint of a smile in his voice. "Thanks, Yamaguchi," he said. "You always know how to make me feel better."
Yamaguchi grinned. "That's because I know you so well," he said. "Now, let's focus on what we can do to help you feel better. Have you thought about talking to someone about your anxiety? Maybe a therapist or a counselor?"
Tsukishima hesitated for a moment before nodding. "I have," he said. "But... I don't know. It feels like admitting weakness, you know?"
Yamaguchi shook his head. "It's not weak to ask for help," he said firmly. "In fact, it takes a lot of strength to admit that you need it. And it's not like you have to do it alone. I'll be there with you every step of the way."
Tsukishima was quiet for a moment before speaking again. "Okay," he said softly. "I'll think about it."
Yamaguchi smiled. "That's all I ask," he said. "And in the meantime, if you ever need to talk or if you feel like you're drowning again, just call me. I'll be there for you, no matter what."
Tsukishima's voice was thick with emotion. "Thank you," he said. "You have no idea how much that means to me."
Yamaguchi felt a surge of affection for Tsukishima. He was grateful for the opportunity to be there for him, to offer comfort and support when he needed it most. "Of course," he said. "I care about you, Tsukki. You're my friend and I'll always be here for you."
They sat in silence for a few minutes, just enjoying each other's company. Eventually, Tsukishima spoke up again. "Hey, Yamaguchi?"
"Yeah?"
"Thanks for not giving up on me," Tsukishima said. "I know I can be a pain sometimes, but you always stick around."
Yamaguchi felt his heart swell with emotion. "You're never a pain," he said. "And I could never give up on you. You mean too much to me."
Tsukishima didn't say anything, but Yamaguchi could feel his gratitude radiating through the phone line. They stayed on the phone for a while longer, talking about anything and everything. Eventually, Tsukishima yawned and said he should probably get some sleep.
"Okay," Yamaguchi said. "Take care of yourself, Tsukki. And remember, I'm always here for you."
"I will," Tsukishima said. "Thanks again, Yamaguchi. You're the best."
Yamaguchi grinned. "You're pretty great too, Tsukki," he said. "Goodnight."
"Goodnight," Tsukishima said, and then the line went dead.
Yamaguchi set his phone down and leaned back against his pillow. He felt a warm glow in his chest, knowing that he had been able to help Tsukishima when he needed it most. It wasn't always easy being friends with someone who struggled with anxiety, but it was worth it for moments like these.
As he drifted off to sleep, Yamaguchi felt a sense of peace. He knew that there would be more tough times ahead, but he also knew that he and Tsukishima would face them together. They were a team, on and off the volleyball court, and nothing could ever change that.

I’m sorry I’m posting so much but it’s kinda my only outlet. Summer swim is ending. I’m about to go to my last practice and it fu¢king sucks because that was my outlet. There’s people there that actually care about me and I can talk to. And my coaches are leaving so they won’t be back next summer. I don’t know what to do. I’m so…not okay. I just want happiness.
