There is nothing that gets Katuski to back down quicker than movie night with Deku being threatened.

A simple tug at his tie and "Kacchan, do you still want to do movie night tonight?" will bring him down from the brink of his angriest. But this does NOT mean he is a simp. Movie night is essential to his future as number one, and serves as great hero partner bonding when they're crammed into izuku's shitty bed together.

Katsuki looks forward to it as part of his training. Not because Deku pets his hair. He totally doesn't lay on Izuku's chest and feel it rumble as he rambles about whatever movie they're watching. Katsuki is always alert and ready, and does not doze off.

If you try to verify this with Izuku, he'll agree. He would never trace random shapes on Katsuki's back with his crooked fingers, or push his bangs away to pepper the blond's forehead with kisses. He DEFINITELY does not insist on holding his hand throughout the movie. Have you met Kacchan? He would never let Izuku be this sappy. -- Katsuki came to slowly, like molasses dripping back into his brain. He let out a low groan, wanting to sink back into sleep, but unable. It was dark, the only light coming from the alarm on the bedside table.

Wait. Katuski squinted. He recognized that alarm. He tried to reach out to grab the obnoxious primary colored thing, but found that his arm was pinned to his side.

"Haah?!" He tried to yell, but his voice came out as a hoarse whisper. There was a murmur behind him, and the thing pinning his arm wrapped around him tighter. A warm body pressed along his back, and Katsuki felt himself involuntarily sinking into it.

Oh.

Twisting around to prop himself up on his elbows, Katuski caught sight of a bushy set of hair buried into his back, strong arms and legs wrapped around him like a freckled boa constrictor. Warmth bubbled up in Katsuki's chest, and before he could stop himself, he reached out a hand into that thick, green hair.

It was coarse and soft, and Katsuki felt like he was choking. He turned Izuku's head and lifted his bangs, exposing his lax, sleeping face. There was a spot of drool on his chin, and pillow creases on his cheek.

Slowly, Katuski lowered himself down and placed a small kiss directly in the center of two messy eyebrows.

"Love you 'zuku," He whispered, unwilling to wake his audience.

Katsuki flipped back around, pressing back into Izuku's embrace, when he was suddenly manhandled into a strong chest. Cursing, Katsuki pushed himself away, face already starting to sweat from the blood rushing to it.

"Kacchan loves me..."

The boy in question groaned. "You heard that."

Izuku giggled, voice hoarse. He gathered Katsuki back into his arms, trapping his legs between his larger ones, pressing kisses to Katsuki's sweaty forehead.

"I love you too, Kacchan." They fell back asleep with their limbs tangled together.

Hello hello!! First of all, welcome to the mha fandom!!! It gets a little crazy here sometimes, but I hope you enjoy your stay here nonetheless! Anyways, I haven't turned off reblogs on that post to my knowledge (to be honest I'm not even sure I know how to 😅) so you're totally good!! My best guess as to what happened is that someone else reblogged my post and turned off reblogs and you saw it there Also, fics!!! Where do I even begin? There are so many amazing fic writers out there that I know. Still, if you're specifically looking for people that understand the bkdk relationship, I'd start off with any of amarisllis' fics. She's fairly popular on ao3 and her portrayal of bkdk is *chefs kiss* Also also!! ladyofsnails makes amazing bkdk fics too!! Highly recommend too!! Now, if you're looking for specific fics instead of just authors, I'm gonna throw some in here below and give a brief summary of them (these are all on ao3 by the way): The Way You Used To Do by edema_ruh (Look. I know it's long, but it's the bkdk fic. Like. It's predicted events that happened in the manga. Anyways, this fic has a whole lotta forced proximity and slow burn.) warm hands by flowercafe (I used to reread this fic over and over again. Basically it's just a 5+1 of Katsuki taking care of Izuku's hands by massaging them.) you dragged me out (of a mile deep hollow) by deadwriter16 (Katsuki looks after Izuku post vigilante arc and gives him the love he deserves. Great hurt/comfort fic.) All We Ever Knew by dynamics (The writing for this fic is stunning. Goes really into depth with Katsuki's psyche and why acts the way he acts.) Halfway to the Moon (But the Sun is So Bright) by Catsired (Middleschool bkdk fic, but Bakugou realizes how much he's fucking Izuku over and tries to fix things.) in your dreams, nerd! by sapphic flower (Katsuki and Izuku can see each other in their dreams. Amazing concept. So well written)
