I attended the art gallery in game last night and it was awesome! I’m sure other people have better screenshots than me but I just had to share.

I find it really cool and interesting that the different places are based on different virtues.

Also lemme just say, the guardian spirit here looks kinda creepy. I wonder why they depicted him this way?

Also WE GOT LORE!!! WE GOT OFFICIAL LORE!!! The king sacrificed himself in order to produce a new generation of Sky children. Which fits Eden’s aesthetic of Sacrifice. But WHY did he have to, and who was he fighting? I’d love some more context behind this.

so im taking that oil painting class rn right. i mentioned wanting to paint something original instead of just copying a reference bc that's all the teacher has had me doing so far and he agreed I'm probably ready and went off on this whole tangent about how i shouldn't be nervous to try to do something more original and creative and how he'll show me some original stuff his friends have painted and had shown in galleries etc etc, and... I think somehow he's been assuming that the reason I've been painting realistic stuff directly from photo refs is because that's the kind of art I like to do and that I'm nervous about trying something else??? instead of what he's been telling me to do?

which is really funny to me because apart from this class I haven't 1:1 copied a reference for years, I just haven't gone out of my way to show him any art I make in my own time because this is like a professional full-time oil painter who has paintings in galleries and shit, real high-brow art stuff, and idk how to tell him that left to my own devices I draw video game fanart and dragons and furry commissions and gay sex and cringe and i dont want to draw other things

These shoes are either Velcro or Button-Snaps. I imagine that's for the sake of convenience. He doesn't have time to waste tying his shoes during a mission, or when he needs to move from location to location without worrying about tripping over his laces. I imagine it's way easier on his hands, too, which no doubt have carpal tunnel from all the years spent repeating the same motion over and over again!

I think he values functionality over fashion in his everyday attire, even though he loves dressing up! The day he doesn't have to live in fear... that's the day when he wears shoes with laces. Saejoong is no longer a threat, nor is the agency in the RAE. Laces! The agency is gone and never coming back, but Saejoong is still in the Secret Ending! Velcro!

I think that is a neat character aspect... it shows a subtle means of his palpable paranoia, and a great accessibility tool.

went to the alphonse mucha exhibition yesterday and god it was better than I imagined, getting to see some of his sketches and his references with grids etc. uaghhh I need to do studies of his art again it's just so fluid and detailed and makes me want to eat my hands

I recently finished these Sifu pose studies that were started a while back, featuring the female MC, Yang, and Sean! MC and Yang is easy to explain - I just wanted to give them some hugs :''''D

As for MC and Sean, I headcanon that they started that seating tradition when MC was young, and it was a win-win for both because MC felt protected while Sean could keep a closer eye on her without too much effort XDD

Eight years later when they reconnect, MC restarts the tradition and Sean just lets her do it loll Though I imagine it gives him many MC-related existential crises too! Like, here's the girl who beat him up, and now she's using him for a pillow even though he's a feared Kung-Fu master in his own right hahaa

(Also, Covid update, I feel completely fine but still testing positive. I must've gotten lucky with a milder strain ... So now, hopefully, I just gotta keep isolating and wait it out!)

В этом посте я хочу рассказать о своей кухни в новом доме. ❗️

Сначала хочу рассказать о том, какие предметы, как они называются и сколько они стоят находятся на моей кухне.

Итак.

Моя кухня 8 x 8. Её состав: напольное покрытие «Бездыр» 😆 за 4$, ровная стена за 8$, тумба «Миниморум» за 1.075$ за 1 шт. - у меня их 9 шт., шкаф «Миниморум» за 375$ за 1 шт. - у меня их 5 шт., плита «Изящество» 😆 за 1.850$, кухонный комбайн «Освобождение» 😆 за 295$, классическая микроволновая печь за 235$, рейлинг для посуды за 150$, пожарная сигнализация «Горим» 😂 за 100$, стул «Берлинский бархат за 325$ за 1 шт. - у меня их 2 шт., мойка «Индустриальная» за 565$, кухонный шкафчик «Операцио» за 75$, практическая стопка полотенец за 115$, полотенце декоративное за 35$, дозатор мыла (в котором нет мыла 😂) «Очарование» за 65$, холодильник «Вечная мерзлота» за 2.000$, незапутывающиеся жалюзи за 105$ за 1 шт. - у меня их 2 шт., диван из особняка Виндейлов (как будто бы они у них его украли 😂) за 1.150$, стол «Самобранец» за 300$, салфетница (иногда думаю, что это от слова -сало 😂) за 4$, полотенце «Обезвоживание» за 20$, арка «Райские ворота» 😆 за 215$, светильник «Светлая радость» за 115$ за 1 шт. - у меня их 2 шт., посудомоечная машина «Прима делюкс» за 700$, мусоросжиматель Чокнутого Грейди 😆 за 400$.

В итоге, стоимость моей кухни 20.914$, если не считать напольное покрытие и стены. 👌🏻
