PIKE PUSH UPS Un’ottimo esercizio per allenare le spalle a corpo libero! Ma attenzione, richiede una buona mobilità e salute dell’articolazione scapolo-omerale. . Con il termine pike push up si vuole fare riferimento ad un esercizio che va a rappresentare una sorta di propedeutica per l’esercizio più avanzato di hand stand push up. . Paragonando un normale push up con un hand stand push up il pike push rappresenta una via di mezzo tra questi due. Il movimento del corpo nel pike è obliquo con una componente verticale progressiva a seconda dell’aumentare della difficoltà dell’esercizio. . Il termine propedeutica non significa che l’esercizio sia facile o incompleto. Questa variante di piegamento infatti richiede una buona mobilità ed un buon equilibrio così come una elevata forza a seconda del dettaglio esecutivo. . Per assumere una corretta posizione iniziale partire in una posizione di push up a terra. Avvicinare i piedi verso le mani in base alle proprie capacità: più si avvicinano i piedi e più l’esercizio diventa difficile. Contrarre i quadricipiti e gli addominali, questa posizione di profilo dovrebbe essere simile ad un triangolo con vertice più o meno acuto. L’assetto del busto e delle gambe deve rimanere invariato durante l’intero esercizio. . L’esecuzione del piegamento è la seguente: ● Flettere i gomiti mantenendoli in linea con il corpo. l’orientamento dei gomiti dovrebbe sempre rimanere più o meno parallelo alla linea del busto. Scendendo è necessario inspirare. ● Flettendo i gomiti il busto dovrebbe scendere in avanti fino a che la testa non tocca terra. Arrivati a questo punto è importante NON scaricare il peso sulla testa ma mantenere la tensione nelle braccia e nelle spalle. La testa dovrebbe trovarsi più avanti rispetto alle mani ed equidistante da queste. ● Spingere via il suolo contraendo i muscoli delle braccia e delle spalle e contemporaneamente espirare. ● La ripetizione si conclude a completa estensione dei gomiti e quando il busto ritorna in linea con le braccia. . ⠀ I really like to do Lalanne Push Up😁👊💪❗️ . When I was young, I had an ab wheel and liked to do. But now I don’t need it, because inchworm walk and lalanne push up is enough to get strength💪 . But this time pike push up was no good, pike push up should start pike position anytime. This time after pushing some reps were never back to pike position because of tired😓 Naturally my body rejected to be back to pike position, that was bad example😅 .
