Progress report: my back feels ok, like 1/10 pain, hardly there. I think I was right in not doing any twisting exercises, stretches or moves, and probably should lay off leg extensions on the floor until my core is stronger.
Has anyone experienced pain on the outer sides of your leg, just above the foot, that happens when walking or running? Gets it all feeling swollen and warm and like the nerves are being pulled.
I keep watching pole dancing videos and I've been trying to convince myself to sign up for a class but I'm too shy about it because I feel awkward moving my body even though I did fucking ballet for years as a kid?? the fucks wrong with me it looks fun.
