this is a confession to the star wars fandom because I have to get this off my chest. last summer just for fun I taught myself to read aurebesh and. you fanartists have Got to Continue putting the most Hilarious stuff into the background of your art because it is literally my favorite thing

here’s a couple of excellent things I’ve read since I started keeping a list just last month:

- “I hate drawing lightsabers”

- “Idk what to put here”

- “stupid fucking sign”

- “eat paste, it’s good”

- an entire news article on a phone screen which I actually found really impressive

- a few funny misspellings but the best one so far was ahsoka somehow becoming “asock”

- wanted poster of obi wan that read “wanted for fashion crimes”. the caption translated it as “wanted for high treason”. like blatantly lying to my face. love it.

- door on a ship was labeled “cake storage”

- “shopping list: frogs, hair gel, lightsaber polish”

and my personal favorite:

- “if you’re reading this you’re a fucking nerd”

anyway I think zedaph’s like. plotline. character arc whatever is so funny to me. This man shows up to hermitcraft after being in a singleplayer world for 100 episodes and the first thing he does is turn around and build a hole in the ground and not talk to hardly anyone. And the second thing he does is trap the door. Excellent. So then he spends a season or two being a genius and inventing new mental illnesses for his viewers to have and etc etc. Dresses up for Halloween as the embodiment of death and goes up to people and asks them to die. Like. Normal things. He builds another hole in the ground and builds a complicated redstone device that can tell the time for him so he doesn’t have to go outside. And of course he traps the door again. Then in season eight he decides you know what I’m going to start regularly interacting with people other than my two (2) close friends. And you know how I’m going to do it. I’m going to put them in a box and psychologically evaluate them. Awesome. Wonderful. We love to see it. You know what that is? Growth. And so now we’re at season nine and he’s pretty regularly teaming up with the others and being silly and everything. And you know like trying to spy on them without them noticing and normal stuff like that. But at the end of the day he still lives in a hole

It's always, like, mildly annoying when people see a het trans couple and go "all that work just to be straight?" like... one, you don't know if they're straight and two, trans people don't owe you a queer sexuality to "make up" for the fact we're trans. Transhet people aren't a subtype of trans people, they're members of the trans community, and the queer one if they so desire!

Man, I miss the internet when you could just freely browse all sorts of niche blogs and fan sites without having to have an account anywhere... There was so much to explore! Now you need to have an account with Instagram and Tiktok before they'll let you see anything, or it's locked behind a paywall on someone's Patreon.

We used to "browse," like we were wandering free in a big pasture, and now it's a "feed," where someone keeps shoveling stuff into a trough in front of your face and you have to keep choking it down.

I miss "Free Range" internet is what I'm saying, I guess. Not this Content Factory Farming crap.

I was homeschooled so essentially everyone was autistic or learning disabled etc in some way especially the second place I lived because there weren’t many religious homeschoolers there so it really was basically everyone and I will tell you 100% there was a very distinct hierarchy with kids who could fit in better or act in more socially acceptable ways (most of whom could not fit into a non homeschool environment at all) would treat anyone with less hide-able symptoms like absolute shit completely based on the severity of it some of them were actual pariahs just by virtue of being clearly autistic. And you know what I see the exact same thing from “neurodivergent” communities and people seem completely unaware of it but the dominant voice is almost 100% people who mask well and fit into society basically fine besides being perceived as a little weird who will punish anyone the second they say or do something a little offputting or that they don’t like or that doesn’t conform to their idea of what you SHOULD be doing for or as an autistic person. One of my favorite things ever as on display here is the number of times I’ve been called ableist for writing in walls of text without paragraph breaks or lack of punctuation and tone even though it’s like a comically autistic trait and I’ve made it about as palatable as it’ll ever get. Omg so imagine you are sitting on the couch with the bros and all of the sudden you feel it. That clot means it's shark week for you. Panicking you sit up can check your spot, yep it's blood.

Lucifer sees first and is immediately in protect mode. The human is bleeding! Why? Are they hurt? Is this an attack? What's going on?

Beel smells the air and connects what he's seeing with the blood on the couch, now he thinks you're dying and he starts to yell in panic

Now everybody is on your ass, asking questions about what's wrong. You try to walk off but Satan is determined to know what getting on with you as well as all the brothers.

So now you're here Asmo and Mammon crying that you're gonna die. Satan is trying to put his human anatomy books to good use. Lucifer has Solomon on the phone. Belphine is actually awake and Beel and Levi are having an anxiety attack.

Finally being able to escape walk out of the conversation you change and pop in or put on a tampon/pad. As you walk back down there are even more people, now you have to explain the concept of a period to not just seven demons but, nine demons and four angels

Although humans are far weaker then demons- if you got a paper cut in front of them they’d probably act like you’re dying too lolol

I’d like to think Solomon just laughs and hangs up on Lucifer, simple as that. Solomon knows you’re not dying and this is something you’d be better at explaining anyway.

Actually getting the demons and angels to relax long enough for you to explain that it’s perfectly normal and not a big deal is another matter all together-

You’ll have to hope Satan’s anatomy book is actually up to date and show them all on paper how it’s perfectly normal. Most guys are visual learners- so thank goodness for Satan’s book!!!- jsksjksha

Belphie’s the first one to actually listen and fully understand you’re not dying. (and you’ll have to keep reassuring the others you’re not dying the whole time you explain.) over the dramatics, crying ‘n the endless question it’s going to take awhile-

But when they do calm down they’ll all start worrying about how you feel and asking if they can at least get you something so you’ll be more comfortable!! Beel’s vv worried about the cravings for chocolate you mentioned- jkjk (Now that they know you’re not gonna die it’s time for them to fuss over you the right way )

Extra/side note; I honestly don’t think Asmo would be freaking out. As the avatar of lust it’s kinda part of his job to know about stuff like that. So he could potentially help you explain or he’ll stand there laughing his ass off because everybody else is so worked up over something that’s completely natural for some humans. jsksjskjs
