I doodled a bunch of dumb memes for funnies and also to try and get my bearings.

I have to give props to the WK animators here for paying attention to detail with this scene because notice how the jaguar's jaws are clamped near the caimans' skull.

The. Fucking. Skull.

One thing that makes jaguars, arguably the most horrifying wildcat to have ever lived is that unlike other cats, they don't choke out their prey with a bite to the neck, or a tear at the windpipe. They go straight for the head. With a bite force of 1500 PSI, they can insta-kill pierce straight through the skull and to the brain, and they won't stop until their prey does.

And as we see, the jaguar wins, killing her prey and dragging it off, and notice again that she is still carrying him by the skull, A.K.A. the kill spot, pretty much confirming the TBI death.

oh man. i picked up the sidestory to @just-a-carrot's five-arc horror epic a couple days ago and i'm so glad i did. i'll probably be talking nonstop and/or drawing about it for days

there's a handful of whiteboard doodles with other characters under the cut, but rly i just wanted to pay a homage to the scene that hit me the hardest... enjoy

Part 3 recreating Radars Bear Tiger

So the apoxie sculpt and safety eyes arrived and unfortunately the eyes are too small and rounded for my purposes so I have different ones on the way

Now I stuffed tin foil in the back of the nose, and that did not work. I tested the apoxie sculpt with a thin layer and it both stuck like I wanted and solidified the front (not pictured)

Did a first pass on the nose

Second pass I did some more detailing on the mouth, nose, and separated the muzzle a bit

I pinned some scrap fabric around the fur to protect it while I sprayed a sealant (Mr Super Clear) to prep for painting

After this will likely be the last and final pictures, I'll paint the muzzle, eyes, stuff and sew the bear closed :)

Bruce: Hint at anything and everything prophetic, alternate futures or timelines where something goes horribly wrong. The sheer amount of stress will piss him off, weather its true or not.

Ex:

Billy: Well, this could be worse…

Batman: Superman is flinging himself into buildings high on fear gas, how does this get any worse chum?

Billy: Well hes not murdering his wife or lasering my eyes out right now so we’re definitely in the better timeline

Bruce: he’s not What now

Dick: Midair super-speed pokes. The slightest jab at the side, ankle, or even knuckle mid leap or drive freaks him out and leaves him fumbling a lot.

Ex:

Nightwing, happily summersaulting off buildings preparing to grapple to another mid flip: It’s a bird, its a plane, its the Lord Gray-

Captain Marvel, gaining righteous revenge for his bowl of marshmallow only lucky charms: (Pokes the back of his right knee) bop

Nightwing, now clutching his right knee 57 stories up: so-IIIIIEEEEEE

Jason: Stick a plunger on that crome dome of a helmet, bonus anger points if its during a meeting or in front of people he’s trying to intimidate

The Red Hood, now with 3 plungers stuck to his helmet: We- what the hell

The Hoodlum from the warehouse rafters: THATS WHAT YOU GET FOR SELLING ME OUT TO BATMAN JERK FACE!!!

Hood, taking a plunger off and pointing it at Hoodlum: I KNOW 17 WAYS TO KILL YOU WITH THIS THING YOU LITTLE SHIT, SO YOU’VE GOT 17 SECONDS TO RUN!!

Tim: Mutter something sounding like a vague hex within his proximity, he’ll think you cursed him if he knows you’re petty enough. Basically a magical non-magical psych out

Ex:

Tim, very tired: I am not helping you beat Damians score on Cheese Viking Billy, that goblin will know you cheated and then its my head on the same stick as yours.

Billy, muttering under his breath while walking away: oi karpoí tou kópou sou na xekinísoun sto stóma sou (may the fruits of your labor sour in your mouth)

Tim, understanding the Greek and that billy has ties to Greek gods and magic: *panik*

STAR WARS EPISODE I: The Phantom Menace 02:09:47

i can't believe I slept on this show it is the best thing I've watched in months. Narratively gripping and visually stunning and each character is on a fucking JOURNEY that has me in a chokehold. Binged it in a day but i don't think I could breathe if I was held in suspense trying to pace it out. The last episode was so stressful I had to keep pausing to cope but it was fucking amazing and delivered... an intense need for the next season (I hear there are 4 planned? I cannot fucking wait it's going to be a WILD RIDE)
