Hollywood and the Infotainment Machine are obsessed with Jeffrey Dahmer. How could they not be? The story has all the trash they love to peddle - psychos, serial killer, homosexuality, grumsome murders, cannibalism, and necrophilia.

There have been five movies or TV series made about Dahmer and his crimes - the latest produced by Ryan Murphy of American Horror fame starring his favorite actor Evan Peters. It’s 10 episodes long! What do they plan to do? Reenact the 16 murders in real-time?!?

Ugh! no thanks.

Sherwood Forest Faire 2024 Review

This is my first-ever Renaissance faire ! I attended the Sherwood Forest faire last weekend and had a ton of fun. This is my review, of the event. Hope you enjoy.

Reinactment

A movie I would like to see: A fashion historian/reinactor/time traveller/whatever you want to call them is accidentally transported to an era that they know little about and they have to try to fit in. Eg. Medieval reinactor in the Regency era trying to remember if they should be wearing stays or not, and who is currently at war with who. It would be brilliantly chaotic.

Phantom home alone

A/N: I blame having read a couple of post of the batkids doing that. And my brain went, let's have Danny do that too! I am sure someone might have thought of that already tho...

Danny clutched the screw driver in his head and looked proudly at what he had build on a short noticed. Sure Tucker had notified him that someone was looking into his person, but he had not thought that whoever that was would come snooping around his home this soon. Espacially when he was supposed to be on a home visit to his parents that he had to cancel last minute for a collage project.

Well, it's too bad for those who are trying to sneak into his home. Danny was the son of a pair of the most inventive and creative inventors of Amity that made laser blasters out of toasters. Additionally he was a half ghost with a large variety of powers as well as someone who had the definition of mischief as daughter/sister.

Besides, he always wanted to get his own chance on doing his own version of home alone. His parents security system just never let him do that. That reminded him, should he see if he can bring to live and convince the hotdogs in his fridge to fight with him?

The Bats and Birds just wanted to make sure that this new kid in Tim's college classes was not as suspicious as he appeared to be. Really, if that kid hadn't off handedly commented about the basic components of fear gas while in Tim's presence he might never have gotten onto their radar.

Of course, as paranoid as they were, they had to scoop out the teens' place when they knew he wasn't around. They did not expect the apartment to fight back. And are those hotdogs wielding forks and knives as weapons?!

Her partner just got blasted into another realm, and they're planning a rescue mission to go get him back, but no, we're not gonna let you come. We're gonna take the vehicle you built for us, and didn't read the instructions for, and try and use that in a new environment we know nothing about, but sorry, you've gotta stay behind. The morning after Peach came back, Minnie leapt the fence over to the neighbors, so she’s now monitored every second she’s out there. Of course on that same day, my building put up a literal ramp to get some window work done on the unit below me that she’s obsessed about, because God has jokes. I ended up giving her gabapentin this morning so she’d chill a little bit and not pace back and forth for hours out there, and while she threw most of it up, she’s a little calmer.

oh the notes on that corset post are evil. tons of corset-fans assuming that it's all "white" (whiny) actresses lying for attention because surely, since they regularly wear heels, crash diet for roles, and wear modern gowns on the red carpet, they can't possibly mind shapewear, which is always the most comfortable thing and only has a bad rap because of mean lazy feminists. meanwhile the article quotes women of color who have essentially been tortured so that they could have a sexy enough hourglass figure. who gives a shit whether or not corsets in 1810 were comfortable? real women who are currently alive are being harmed right now because current beauty standards for your entertainment. fuck off.
