She panicked.

There her son was, asking the questions she knew someday she'd have to answer, questions that could change his life.

And she panicked, answering that no, she's never had a vision. It wasn't completely a lie, she hasn't had a properly called vision (and even then, they weren't really her strenght) since he was just a little baby. Her little baby.

The first thing she did then was talk to Evelyn, so that she could explain things better to Ethan when she had her talk with Benny.

The second thing was telling Ross. He comforted her, reassuring her that she did her best, it was okay if she couldn't tell Ethan yet.

She expected Ethan, or maybe even Benny, to come tell them about it.

But no one did, except for Evelyn. She tried to kept them up in the kids' shenanigans.

Sam dropped hints here and there sometimes, nothing really obvious. Ross and her decided that when the kids felt it was the time to talk about it, they would.

It was amusing sometimes, watching the boys trying to make some excuse on the spot for something clearly magic; sometimes it was concerning.

And then the explosion happened.

I usually would create a little ficlet to answer this kind of ask, but I have many OCs, so there would be many different responses. And my brain is fried lately... So I hope it's okay to just share some headcanons.

I can absolutely affirm to you Daphne (D&D MC AU) would never send a wrong pic to anyone. Ever. Because of her past issues with revenge porn and cyberbullying, she's extra careful and double checks her messages and the sender at all times.

Evelyn (OPH MC) probably is the one who has more trouble with sending wrong messages. Specially when she's tired or sleep deprived. But it wouldn't be something serious. Most likely, she'd just send silly memes in the work group chat. Also Rafael gets a lot of pics of medications or prescriptions Evelyn was supposed to send to a patient or a friend who asked for help in the middle of the night 😂

Natasha (PM MC), Samantha (BB MC), Jade (TRR MC) and Ayla (MOTY MC) are the ones who like sending nudes and mostly send them to the wrong people. Natasha would just apologize and make a joke in case it happens. Though it'd be a scandal to send a nude on the Bernhardt Academy parents group chat, Ayla would know how to get out of trouble with ease and even earn a few fans in the process 🤣🤣🤣

Samantha would have a lot of trouble in this department, given her history of a love triangle including her boss and her now boyfriend. But the one who would be in serious trouble would be Jade. She's a politician, Cordonian are prudes, you get the idea... 😑 She would find a way to get out this kind of mess eventually, but it certainly wouldn't be easy.

"Zie wasn't hiding from us. It's a big planet, there's a limited number of us, and we usually just pass as human even to other immortals." She ticked her points on her fingers.

"The same could be said about any supernatural being. The magic spell that-"

"The ritual."

"The MAGIC SPELL that made us immortal works so why wouldn't other magic spells work?"

"I don't know. The RITUAL works but no one knows how or why. We follow the rules and directions and poof a new immortal. We're worse than amateur bakers. They at least have a more than one recipe to study. We're like monkeys that stumbled upon an easy bake oven and just add water cake mixes in the middle of the jungle. If more magic exists its beyond our understanding."

"Ok, but what about Bigfoot?"

"Bigfoot? Do- do I think Bigfoot can do magic?"

"No, but that would explain how they stay hidden. Do you think they exist?"
