if i had to take on the core z team (goku, kuririn, tenshinhan, piccolo, gohan, and vegeta) (given the strength to fight on par with goku but ONLY goku) i think the way i'd ideally handle it is:

separate goku from the rest of the group. he's the strongest and if if i fight him directly everyone else will intervene and if i attack anyone else he'll draw my attention away. i'm saving him for last.

first things first target vegeta and use teleportation to warp him to a planet without a breathable atmosphere. he doesn't know instant transmission so not only will he be unable to intervene and wear me down, he'll also suffocate without a fight.

kill gohan first. kill gohan first. for the love of GOD, kill gohan first, especially if he's just a child and inexperienced. gohan's grief is his greatest weapon and if you don't kill him first he will use it to kill you instead

use a ki blade to dice up piccolo. the heat of the ki blade means that he won't be able to regenerate and if you're quick you can kill him before the humans intervene

die because tenshinhan and kuririn hit you with a kikoho-kienzan combo and you forgot they could do that

watch impatiently from the other world as kuririn and tenshinhan gather the dragon balls and feverishly wish back vegeta (who was still alive but about to die from hypoxia) and gohan and piccolo back to life

watch as goku relaxes and praises his friends for taking care of the situation so easily without him, grumbling that you could have killed them all if you hadn't been so careless

watch as tenshinhan and kuririn give gohan a voucher for doing his homework for a week in exchange to promise not to tell his father he died today

end up in a halfway cul-de-sac with two German ogres

Do you have a piece of media you saw early on that affected your tickle brain?

omg, so many! Of course there's the famous Spongebob episode, and a lot of interrogation scenes...I remember one from Courage the Cowardly Dog...but there are two that stand out especially for me.

First is one in a Scooby-Doo movie, lmao. I was really into Scooby-Doo as a kid. There's this movie called Scooby-Doo and the Alien Invaders, and Scooby and Shaggy get abducted at some point. The aliens strap them down on these tables and put like, suction cup things on them, and they're giggling the whole time. I definitely did not watch that movie so many times after.

And the second one is from another thing I was obsessed with, Dragon Ball Z (I was that kid.) There's a filler tournament when Goku is in the Other World and one of his opponents...ugh it's so FLUSTERING TO TYPE THIS...okay so one of his opponents is this caterpillar who has a whole bunch of arms, and he grabs hold of Goku and then...

I DIED. And then I watched it a bunch more times.

This is so shameful to say, but I really haven't been a regular reader for ages, and when I am, it tends to be mostly plays over novels. The one exception are my lovely friends on the ol' dot org, especially @durrtydawg, @libertatias, @weltraum-vaqueroand, and @not-those-kids.

But as for my favorites of all time, I have to say I love.... uh.... not to out myself, but: Shakespeare, girlie. Tony Kushner (Angels in America) is incredible. Rebecca Stead has all the incredible, sharp brevity that I wish to utilize more in my own writing. She tells stories with the exact number of words they need, no more, no less, and the pacing is phenomenal for it. Pseudonymous Bosch. David Ives. Anton Chekov. My father. Chuck Tingle.

Okay, fuck it, top 2 writers are William Shakespeare and Lemony Snicket.

(Okay, for real, though) ✍️ What's your writing process?

Unfortunately for everyone, I am a moody booby artsy fartsy hippie dippy friend of shaggy, so I'm diagnosed disease of "waa waa I can't write because I'm not 'feeling it'" which means that for maybe four out of 50 fics, it came pouring out effortlessly in a brilliant whirl of inspiration. Maybe even shed a tear or two (in the acting world, that's how you know it's good).

But for all the others, it's honestly a painstaking grind. I don't really enjoy my writing until I'm able to return a week or two later and go "huh, this actually isn't so bad". Then, I forget, and the cycle starts again. Unhelpfully, my brain works in visuals, and a lot of the times it feels hard to capture moments in a way I'm satisfied with when you can't directly, exactly translate film energy into written fiction energy.

Don't burn me at the stake, but I'm also a "I psychologically have to make each sentence perfect before continuing" person and a "mostly writes connective tissue and struggles to let herself write the big, interesting scenes before it's time" girlie, and then I have the GALL to ALSO complain that there's no good word for balls.

But to be honest, a lot of my work comes simply from a longing for a piece of media I can find myself and my wants reflected in. For as far as we've come, there's still so much shit I'm *shocked* isn't normalized or as readily found in fiction. Especially nowadays, when some fucked up sons of bitches brought back??? gender roles??? in 2024???? gen z???? --- it feels like a survival and self-soothing tactic to imagine a world that dreams of dissolving that entirely. I wanna pay for the dates. I wanna buy him flowers. I don't want to be scared to walk down the street. And I want more stories about weird, messed up women getting happy endings.

If Y/n and Mario were in One Punch Man Book Cover

This is a Book Cover of how Y/n aka SMG5, Mario and Luigi end up in the world of One Punch Man along with the Caped Baldy himself, Saitama aka One Punch Man.

How this happened is when Y/n and Mario were just hanging out until they encountered a couple of monsters that beaten them both up in a near death experience as they both tried to fight back, but they were too weak to defeat them.

However, just as they are about to die at the hands of the monsters, they were both saved by a caped baldy that take out the two monsters with just one punch.

That caused the comedic duo to train themselves to the bone by doing 100 push-ups, sit-ups, squats, and do a 10 kilometer run every single day as they both attempted to do Saitama's intense training regimen to become just as strong as him.

Eventually, the two of them managed to achieve the power they've been seeking and had become just as strong as Saitama as they both started saving people from whatever kind of threat that lurk around Creation City.

Then one day when they saved Luigi from a monster that tried to steal his stuff, Y/n and Mario saved him with their newfound strength and Luigi begged them to teach him on how to be strong like them, which took some convincing to teach him on how to be strong like them and eventually Luigi got the same treatment and became strong like them and calls himself, One Jump Man.

Then suddenly, the three of them got sucked into an inter-dimensional portal created by the Number One hero known as Blast and found themselves in the world of One Punch Man.

So then, the three of them decided to live in a separate apartment in City Z, which is right next to Saitama's Apartment and eventually the caped baldy became fast friends with the trio and worked together to fight monsters to protect the people around them and make it to the nearest sales at the supermarket.

Soon after they defeated some monsters at a place called House of Evolution and joined an organization known as the Hero Association, where they work for them to save the innocent from the wicked and perform some heroic duties to rise up to the big leagues to become S Class Heroes.

They even managed to meet other heroes in the Hero Association like Saitama's official disciple, Genos aka the Demon Cyborg, King, Flashy Flash, Child Emperor, Silver Fang, Mumen Rider, Hellish Blizzard, Terrible Tornado, Atomic Samurai, etc.

Eventually, the three of them including Saitama started taking on bigger threats like dealing with Boros the Dominator of the Universe, the Monster Association, and the Hero Hunter, Garou.

Not to mention that after gaining some popularity as heroes that somehow got the attention of other heroes like Hellish Blizzard and her group called the Blizzard Bunch that tried to get Y/n, Mario, Luigi and Saitama to join her group (reminding of a certain someone from Inkopolis that had the same motive to make Y/n and Mario join a gang because of their creative skills) or when Flashy Flash tried to asking Y/n, Mario and Saitama to look for a certain monster and become his disciple, which also resulted in slamming the door in his face and not remembering his name or when they soon found OPM versions of the Nintendo characters including a DBZ version of Shaggy that became fast friends with the gang after a fighting tournament along with dealing with a more Dangerous version of Waluigi.

What kind of adventure will the gang face off next as the Heroes that Nobody Ever Knows.

This is based on the One Punch Man Series as well as the video game, One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows and the One Punch Man Mashed Parodies, One Jump Man and One Jump Man Vs. Shaggy Ball Z.

Visitors to Mount Paozu

Yulaan, her baby brother Yuta, and her best friend Kevelnege are together exploring Earth-7, visiting a place known as Mount Paozu, when they encounter another Saiyan child. Except this one seems to be a Getabaru descendent rather than a Yaban. Except he also seems to be... human?

Yulaan, who has been watching Dragon Ball Z in preparation back on Earth-Prime, sees the shaggy head of spiky hair and mazoku clothing and knows exactly who this is already. Fascinating to meet the prodigal Son at long last...

Son Gohan, meanwhile, was running through the bamboo forests of Paozu looking for fruits, when he felt a most unusual presence: it was Saiyan ki, three sizable figures— but bizarrely, this Saiyan ki didn't feel like his own, his father's, or Vegeta's. So he ventures out and sees a peculiar sight: three youths with tails and wild spiky hair, very clearly Saiyans. One of them is a boy who looks even younger than himself and is clad in an orange martial artist gi and has white hair and the most innocent expression he's ever seen on anyone other than his father. The girl standing next to him first had him do a double take, because she was muscular and beefy enough that he wasn't sure if she was a boy or girl at first. She looks like some sort of heavy-metalhead, hides her eyes behind long bangs, and is covered in battle-scars to an almost absurd degree as if she had literally been born in the thick of battle. Yet the third is probably the most surreal: she looks like a genderbent chibi Vegeta, complete with the same sort of weird pointy hair, and she even looks like she's wearing the same sort of armor he saw Vegeta wearing during the initial Saiyan attack some time ago, yet in a chrome and black color scheme.

What the heck is going on here? Where'd they come from? Mr. Vegeta was so clear that there were only 4 pure-blooded Saiyans left alive, and two of them are dead. Yet these three are clearly full-blooded Saiyans. What's more, two of them are female, and if Vegeta was at all aware that female Saiyans were still alive, he'd never have settled down with Bulma of all people, would he? They can't be from Planet Vegeta if it was blown up. Are they descendants of survivors? At least the other girl has disgustingly familiar armor, but if so, why don't they have scouters? It's like they already know how to sense ki.He's also never seen a white-haired Saiyan before. His father can make his hair golden when he becomes a Super Saiyan, and when that aura isn't flowing out of him, his hair kind of looks white-ish, but that's not this; this boy's hair is naturally white. Does that happen too?

Well... they seem harmless enough. The boy in particular is downright friendly, and the emo-haired girl isn't hostile either despite her fierce appearance. If anything, she acts almost like *she already knows who he is...*
