tho for real, while talking with folks today, i do believe that’s gabriel and not loki [going off of gabe’s story that loki gave him the disguise at some point] due to language he used.
the interesting one was the use of ‘samesies’ as a friend said, which came about mostly, according to google, around 2007. which is also, interestingly, is the same year gabe’s/loki’s first episode aired lol.
but also, i do believe wholeheartedly that it was in fact chuck and not just a rob benedict easter egg, particularly bc this interview with robbie dropped before the episode:
Samuel is a big mythology character to come into the series. What’s the mandate been about how many of these “known characters should be folded into the first season?
You know, our mandate — and that’s a great phrase for it — was: What’s the story? What’s the story we’re trying to tell with these characters? They can’t just be Easter eggs and fun for the fans. We never said “no” to any character. We never said, like, “Absolutely not!” But when we got into the nitty gritty of “if we do bring in that character, what’s the story? What are we saying about Supernatural? And are we breaking anything that we, therefore, have to buy? Any time that was the case, where it felt like there was no more story here, and therefore it was just an Easter egg fun thing, we moved on from it. It’s not like they’re Pokemon and we’ve got to collect all of them. We really wanted to find a way to tell our story, and then how those character could exist within ours. So that was really the mandate.
basically, they’re not throwing in OG SPN characters for shits and giggles, they’re there for a purpose. And they even did a tighter shot on Rob playing the piano, and he was wearing a party city wig, AND he was wearing white.
you don’t casually throw in a rob benedict reference because for every new fan who won’t understand the significance or may pick up on the fact that it’s him, you have more of us OG SPN fans who would. And yeah, I know it was LS performing, but Rob didn’t say he was going to be there. No one was expecting it. I mean some of us were expecting for a while to see him pop up but there was no expectation that he would this episode.
and i’m thinking about this TBT he posted a while ago, as chuck, in swan song, wearing white, with an in-universe prequel comic book poster framed behind him of john winchester.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
and another friend pointed out that there were quite a few lens flares during carlos’ singing scene.
so yeah.
that was chuck, that was gabe, and no i don’t think gabriel is stuck in a mirror. that’s just what he does to throw people off his trail. and if he is stuck in that mirror, obviously we know he doesn’t stay there.
and now we obviously know that dean’s in their timeline too
so — are they really in existence right now? are they in the empty? are they all sharing a mass hallucination? you have gabriel using modern language indicating time travel, you have dean and the car indicating time travel, and you have chuck who should not be having powers now if we are following the story linearly from OG SPN
Damn I love this show I can’t wait for more.

supernatural s10e21 dark dynasty (w. eugenie ross-leming, brad buckner)
is that like, a play on duck dynasty har har. okay, creeper creeperson, get your hands of this lady's face please. heavy sigh at the threatening sexual assault to then kill the pretty lady and scoop her eyeballs out.
this codex thing with rowena is very kevin with the tablet but without any affection
Tumblr media
i dunno if this is all i know him from, but again with the seinfeld tiny part actor being familiar. oh god. and nurses??? definitely watched that show too. sure i haven't thought of it since it the 90s
Tumblr media Tumblr media
markus flanagan in seinfeld s9e19 the maid / nurses (1991-1994)
so we got to see hallucination!benny and we have this random dark magic using mafia people in louisiana. completely unconnected. sure. could not care less.
is this the first charlie episode written by not-robbie?
DEAN There's a woman you haven't mentioned? SAM A woman? DEAN Well, I'm just saying. You weren't here when I went to bed last night. You've been running off on your own a lot these past couple weeks. SAM I do that. DEAN You actually don’t. SAM Dean, we don't always do the exact same thing at the exact same time. Remember when you went off and snuffed that vampire nest by yourself? DEAN Have you been snuffing vamps' nests? SAM No, I-I . . . What is that? What are you doing?
smooth, sam. glad dean has noticed and is calling him out on it at least. "we don't always do the exact same thing at the exact same time" L O L
insert perennial complaint about the lying and the hiding
Tumblr media
SAME, GIRL. SAME.
SAM Charlie, he's not himself. He's not. He would try and stop me. He's given up. Look, I called in an expert to use the codex, but it turns out it's sort of encoded also, so I thought you might help move things along faster. CHARLIE Behind Dean's back. After Dean told us the stupid book would kick our asses if we mess with it. Is there any part of this that doesn't reek? SAM Did I mention you'll be working with one of the most dangerous witches in the world? CHARLIE I don't know, Sam. SAM As far as I can tell, this is our only shot at saving him. If we don't take it, he's gone.
le sigh
Tumblr media Tumblr media
surface product placement #4. think that's the pr0n folder (seen in s9e4) next to FanFic
Tumblr media
somebody's grumpy. but i would be too if i was called in to babysit rowena while charlie works, all behind dean-o's back
Tumblr media
SAM I can't be here full time to referee. CASTIEL Whoa, whoa. And I can? SAM Yes. Please. Please do this for me. CASTIEL Well, what are the rules? If I'm gonna referee, I should at least know them. ROWENA Quite literal, aren't you? Does he know that the first rule is don't tell your brother what we're doing?
okay that made me laugh out loud
SAM Okay, everyone take a breath. Look, we're up against it, okay? And we've all been up against it before, and we know there are times when every choice sucks. Now, us lying to Dean is the choice that sucks the least. We have to make this work. Please.
CASTIEL Wait . . . Dean doesn't know? Sam, this never ends well. CHARLIE That's exactly what I said.
join the party
CHARLIE Okay, yeah. For Dean. SAM Cas? CASTIEL Okay. For Dean. SAM For Dean. ROWENA I barely know the man.
filling in the crowley-snark void, she does it well
chatty patty, huh. i've only heard chatty cathy
Chatty Cathy is a pull-string "talking" doll originally created by Ruth and Elliot Handler and manufactured by the Mattel toy company from 1959 to 1965. In 1984, Mattel introduced Chatty Patty
learn somethin new every day
CHARLIE Sam and Dean are like my brothers. I love them. ROWENA I know. And that steadfast loyalty will be your undoing, my girl.
depressing because you know it's true. sounds like the kevin foreshadowing (i always trust you and i always end up screwed)
DEAN Yeah. You know, some dark thoughts, creepy visions, violent urges. Same old same old.
okay they toss that out but have we ever actually seen any of that? that surely would be more interesting than half the of the bullshit this season
speaking of, interrogating the whatever dude. sam is being the actual worst at hiding his little codebreaking study group hijinks. could he BE any shiftier
ELDON The real family tree. The name was altered out of necessity. You have chanced upon a lineage with a long and proud tradition and some unwanted notoriety. One of Europe's oldest families. The house of . . . Frankenstein.
think you could hear my eyes roll across the state
Tumblr media
they're playing that threatening music again and i don't like it. i get it, he's extra ready to stab something from the mark, i still don't like the implied threat of violence now that he's figured out what sam is lying about
Tumblr media
drama, very horror movie
Tumblr media
would you look at how fucking tiny some of these little black and green console-ish windows fonts are. ridonkulous
SAM I thought it was our only chance to get you free of the Mark, so I grabbed it. DEAN I made it real clear how I felt. You ever consider that? SAM Dean, listen . . . DEAN And then you pulled Cas into it. And Charlie. SAM Charlie loves you, Dean. We all love you.
well. killing charlie off is really disappointing and unfortunately not surprising.
from the wiki
Robbie Thompson started work on Supernatural in season seven. [...] and created lesbian nerd character Charlie Bradbury whose aliases were comprised of the name of a Stephen King character and a famous science fiction writer. Thompson reportedly fought hard against the manner of her death, in an episode he did not write.
what a hot mess.

Agents of SHIELD Rewatch Season 4A (ep. 1-8)
Here's my commentary on my rewatch of Agents of SHIELD Season 4 Episodes 1-8. This may not be the best commentary since these are just the thoughts and opinions that come to my mind as I watch the episodes rather than a full-blown analysis, but I'm just having fun with it!
Oh boy, do I have OPINIONS about these first few episodes…
4x01 The Ghost
And here’s where the show took advantage of the 10pm time slot: we get a scene of Daisy getting dressed.
HERE HE IS
ME GHOST RIDER HIMSELF
ROBBIE REYES
Also the score for the Ghost Rider pod is badass and also the same score Daisy was listening to when she was in quarantine after getting her powers in s2.
This season also gave me a new appreciation for the title card.
The Mack and Coulson dynamic is pretty cool this season.
Especially after how they were kind of butting heads in season 2.
DAVIS D. DAVIS
“I think you look forward to that more than I do” about May.
May isn’t wearing heels, so you can actually see how short she actually is irl😅
PIPER!! LOVE HER ATTITUDE!
“Spine pulled out of his… ohh” Oh Mack, I love you.
“May, you’re not sharing”
Thank you Coulson and Mack for understanding Daisy’s intentions.
“Who the hell are you” - Mack. My second favorite person to say this line.
“Those are football teams” “Not sure they are, Turbo”
Mack is such a mood. Wanted an exploding pen.
Emo Daisy style tho👌🏼
Love how you don’t really see much of Robbie’s face at first. Raises the intimidation.
Mack’s one liners are ON POINT!
ELENA!!! I LOVE YOU!
They really set Davis up to die this season giving him a wife and a kid on the way.
“Just ask me to dinner again” WHAT HAPPENED AT THE FIRST DINNER!
THE TENSION! I LOVE IT!
YOYO MADE MACK SPEECHLESS.
Also, because of the Accords, literally every move Elena makes is tracked. EVERY powered and enhanced individual that is under the Accords is being tracked. Literally taking away innocent citizens’ civil liberties. This is why being Team Cap is the right answer. The government is taking advantage of their power and using it to track and later kill individuals like inhumans who have done nothing wrong but are being targeted.
Radcliffe just has Aida naked all the time???
“WHOT THE HELL”
“A nAkEd BoDy”
I can’t watch Daisy getting on the bus seriously anymore knowing that the crew decided to troll Chloe and have it drive away😂
Daisy and Yo-Yo friendship🥹 screw you season 5.
“I think I stumbled upon a serial killer” “Ooh fun”
“Take care of yourself” All Daisy wants for the team is for them to be safe.
Also how can anyone blame Daisy for leaving. She’s loss so much and has felt the guilt for all of it. Not to mention how NO ONE except Mack decided to go down and see her and comfort her after Hive. Daisy left because she didn’t want to feel like a burden, which if i’m being honest, the team kinda treated her like so after Hive and talking to her only for information. Daisy left because she cared about her team. She didn’t want to be the reason she brought them pain. However, I have a feeling that them not talking to her is what also pushed her away, thinking that they didn’t want her around anymore.
Elizabeth and Ming are essentially the same height, so they couldn’t have May in heels and put Jemma in shoes that have a lift in them so that she seems intimidating towards May.
“Should’ve cut off your own hand”
I love Robbie Reyes. Just thought you all should know.
I appreciate that Jemma has gained the confidence to where she can handle positions of authority, but knowing what I know happens later makes it really hard to be proud of her for it. The fandom respects Jemma’s authority, but when Daisy is in authority, she’s disrespected? How come Daisy’s authority isn’t respected later?? Jemma was quick to defy Daisy in season 5.
And Jemma has the nerve to assume May is jealous of her status? May makes it clear that even she’s surprised what the position has done to Jemma.
I do understand Jemma wanting the power to keep the team together in some capacity, but it shouldn’t come at the expense of your friends’ respect.
“After all we’ve been through” yet you, Jemma, insinuating May being jealous of you. You’re the one who has thrown away the respect they deserve just as much.
Daisy does her research. But I liked to believe she knew Robbie’s car’s model because Coulson and Mack are such a car guys that they probably shared some car facts with her.
“These guys might kill someone else besides themselves” “YEAH US”
MAaAaAaAYYY!!! THE GHOST!
The way Robbie calls Daisy chica😍
The visual effects this season are INSANE!
How come it’s barely touched on that Daisy is literally suicidal this season?
Even the Ghost Rider sees Daisy as a good person.
Robbie and Gabe’s relationship🥹
“I finished high school… in the 11th grade”
The van’s back. But it’s not her van.
4x02 Meet the New Boss
That poor little boy😅🥺
You do that badass walk, Robbie
The team always saw the common room of the Playground as home🥺 now that it’s redecorated, it’s doesn’t have that homey feeling.
Daisy with the tea mug and acting all smug is giving me life.
I feel like a lot of people dislike Mace, which is understandable given what we got of him at first, but later, you can actually see how he’s a good person.
Robbing banks and returning money to their rightful owners. How come they only look at the bad?
“Maybe she’s just a ghost”
The little Piper and May interaction.
Again, Daisy is literally suicidal. Why is barely anyone talking about it?
“Fighting to right every wrong” DAISY’S CHARACTER IN A NUTSHELL!
She still keeps a picture of Lincoln😭
I LOVE THIS SCENE WITH DAISY ON THE CAR! I bet Chloe had so much fun with that scene.
“Neutralize powers. I’d love to see them” that guy seemed a little too happy about repressing powers.
“Who wants to step aside a real life quinjet” ME🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️ Aren’t they supposed to have a quinjet ride coming to Avengers Campus at Disnleyland or is that just something I dreamt/made up?
Poor May😭
“Always looking out for us” THATS MAY
It definitely was cool during my first watch finding out that Mace was “inhuman”
The way Mack carefully cares for Daisy’s arm😭😭
“She’s turned her back” She most certainly HAS NOT! WTF!! Has she done anything terrible to you, Fitz? I don’t think so. And don’t say choking you out during Hive cause that was not of her will.
“Something terrible happened, and she didn’t want our help getting through it” WHEN DID YOU GUYS HELP HER??? YOU GUYS HAD HER LOCKED IN A CELL. YOU TREATED HER LIKE SHIT AND ONLY SPOKE TO HER TO GET INFORMATION OUT OF HER, MAKING HER RELIVE EVENTS THAT SHE MOST DEFINITELY SHOILD HAVE PTSD FROM! THE ONLY PERSON WHO SPOKE TO HER WITH SYMPATHY AND COMPASSION WAS MACK!! Oh my god just get Fitz off my screen already.
“We’ve all been through terrible things” That is something you NEVER EVER want to tell a person who is depressed, suicidal, and grieving after a very traumatic experience. Also, you didn’t have that attitude when other people went through terrible things. How come every single person in this show are allowed to step away from the agency for their own good (Jemma in s2, May in s3, Fitz himself in s3), but Daisy isn’t allowed??? And when they all went through those things, they had people supporting them, while Daisy was basically left to fend for herself in confinement. How come she’s told “well too bad. bad things happen to all of us so you just have to suck it up” My god, just show some empathy. Daisy does it, basically expected to, but why can’t anybody else?? Then again, we’re talking about Fitz who literally doesn’t have an empathetic bone in his body and only cares if it effects him. So what if YOU were so hurt that SHE left to BETTER HERSELF and MAKE SURE THE POEPLE SHE CARED ABOUT ARE SAFE after no one else would. I hate this. I hate this scene. I hate Fitz.
Glad I can finally say that^
“Never turned our back” UM FITZ, YOU LITERALLY DID IN SEASON 3.
“I’m doing what I need to do” “But that still affects us” Again, how come they get to guilt trip Daisy with their own feelings but she doesn’t get to help herself with her feelings and trauma?
4x03 Uprising
This is surprisingly one of my comfort episodes. I know, weird one to have. Maybe because it has a lot of Elena and I love her.
Yes Maria. Mack is sexy.
The crackling of the title screen!!
Elena, always the hater of heels. (Me too Yo-Yo, me too)
“I like to vet my vengeance demons before I hop in a car with them”
Of course as they are talking about it, the blackout strikes LA.
Fuck Ellen Nadeer
Elena’s outfit in this episode is so cute!
“She’s at a bachelorette party. Probably having a good time, drinking and dancing with all those sexy latino guys” Fitz, I don’t like you, especially after last episode, please don’t make me laugh. But also, don’t throw that at Mack.
It doesn’t take a lot to be a decent human being. Elena, you don’t need these people in your life.
THE HAND😂
Love how Coulson’s like “I wish I could have been there to see the flame demon” while Mack is all “Oh hell no”
If people turn on you that quickly in a situation where you are the victim, they were never your friends in the first place.
Love this fight scene! And Elena’s little teasing smile with the knife😁
“At least I don’t have to wear a stupid dress”
“I thought registered people were protected” ANOTHER REASON THE ACCORDS WERE A TERRIBLE IDEA.
Also, the actor who plays Gabe (Lorenzo James Henrie) is the younger brother of the actor who played Justin (David Henrie) in Wizards of Waverly Place. One of my favorite fun facts cause that was my favorite childhood show. He’s also only like a year younger than Chloe.
So SHIELD just has drugs that instantly kill people on hand?
And here’s Melinda May death number 1 of 2.
FINALLY we have a location of the Playground. Washington D.C.
This episode should have been a good form of proof that Mace isn’t a terrible person. He knew better than to believe it was the inhumans and he trusted Coulson.
Only Melinda May can wake up from being dead and just immediately demand to be released from stuff holding her down.
I LOVE the slow mo Yo-Yo shots. Especially cause she looks like she’s having so much fun.
“If that’s your real name” “I’ve had a few”
Thank you Elena for telling at least someone that they should respect Daisy.
He brought meds and bandages for her😭😭
Gabe, you liar.
“I hear you’re feeling like yourself” “I’m cranky” “Like I said”
Daisy, I don’t think that’s how you take pills.
Ellen Nadeer, fuck you
17 innocent inhumans were killed because of the Accords.
4x04 Let Me Stand Next to Your Fire
Jemma, NEVER trust email offers on apartments. Especially if it meets your criteria exactly.
The soft Quake theme as Daisy’s literally bleeding out.
So May’s just there, with nothing to entertain herself with? At least let her watch TV or give her her phone.
May’s just thinking “I could’ve gone out at the hands of anything, but Radcliffe? Really?”
Also the drinking. Why is Daisy kinda having a drinking problem not talked about either?
People will hate Daisy for holding a gun to Jemma. You guys actually think Daisy would have pulled the trigger on Jemma??? Heck I don’t think Jemma even believed Daisy would pull the trigger.
And of course, a vintage car chase in the famous LA River.
Mack the entire chase: “Please, for the love of god, let me work on Lola”
Dorky Coulson with the Grease reference.
“Hey-lo”
“We did everything we could for him” But you guys couldn’t do the same for Daisy??
“Suck it up” Again, stuff not to say to people who are depressed.
Of course, the fire starter guy works at a fireworks store.
“Take a stand with me. Fight back. Take control of your life again” I’ve seen people call this being reckless, but Daisy only wants what’s best for her people.
DO NOT tell the robot that lying saves lives. DO NOT tell a robot that EVER!
“I know. That’s the point” DAISY LITERALLY JUST DOESNT WANT THE PEOPLE SHE CARES ABOUT TO LOSE AS MUCH AS SHE HAS.
ALSO!! The gun Jemma brought that Daisy held to her… WAS AN ICER. So Daisy wasn’t going to kill her even if she did pull the trigger, which she certainly was not going to.
“Huh”⛓🔥
“Did two fire dudes fall into a warehouse full of fireworks”
Coulson, you gotta be dramatic with just throwing the tablet on the ground?
4x05 Lockup
It’s definitely interesting watching this season after WandaVision and Multiverse of Madness. But I will always love shield more for how they handled the Darkhold.
Love snarky Daisy.
“Lucy and the whole Peanuts gang”
Mack delegating. Director Mackenzie foreshadowing.
“I didn’t always have powers, and I think I did alright” I love you Daisy.
“Oh, hell!” That’s my reaction too. I don’t like needles either, Mack😅
“Stop whining” Oh May. I love you.
Blue-skinned killers in Wyoming. So those Kree were reported.
THANK YOU DIRECTOR MACE
Now that’s May and Coulson’s “stay away from our daughter” fight.
This is probably the only time they talk about Daisy being suicidal, and it’s to degrade her.
I feel like May was the only person to talk to Daisy in a way that didn’t make her the bad guy. She was stern, in her very May way, but she never put Daisy down or called her the bad guy or that she’s a terrible person for trying to protect the people she loves.
Fuck Ellen Nadeer
4x06 The Good Samaritan
Again, I love that Robbie and Gabe are so close and they are always looking out for one another despite their situations.
“Geese? I have zero geese. We are goose free”😃🦆
May concerned with Fitzsimmons’ relationship. At least she is cause I sure as heck am not.
This flashback is so deep and so powerful oh my god.
UGH Daisy being so supportive of Robbie during this time. If the show had went down the route of Quakerider being a thing, I would have been so down for that! I’m more of a casual Quakerider shipper, but they would 100% be otp if it went down that road.
Mace canonically collected Hot Wheels.
What do you mean it’s not possible Fitz? Ghost Rider just broke out.
“ROYGBIV clearance”
Isodine mention! I really need to rewatch Agent Carter.
“Sounds a little Fox News to me”
Sorry if I don’t say a lot for this episode. I’m kinda working on something at the same time😅
Shut up, Fitz.
“Like the angel” “No, I’m the other one”
4x07 Deals With Our Devils
I like how May has protection gear (the glasses/goggles) while Mack only has his shotgun axe😅
“Impossible things happen all the team” THANK YOU DAISY.
Not the biggest fan of this Simmons side story because 1) it’s another annoying Fitzsimmons separation storyline, and 2) it introduces Vijay (who deserved better) and we never go anywhere with that.
“Melinda, don’t you dare” one of the very few times someone (Mack) other than Coulson calls her Melinda.
“My axe is plenty sharp… and a shotgun”
Daisy is always the best at comforting people a shame that people couldn’t do the same. yes, i will never be over it.
“Mack, what’s gotten into you?” THE FREAKING GHOST RIDER, THATS WHAT
“I hate watching my own demise”
Fitz, can you think of the current situation instead of Simmons or yourself right now???
“It heals itself. Scientifically impossible self healing car” Keep telling yourself that, Daisy😂
“WiTh No HeLmEtS” Oh Mace.
“What’s your name?” “Nathanson, ma’am. What can I do?” “Get lost Nathanson”
But I am glad Jemma was able to help Vijay out. It is a really sweet scene.
“She’s a tool” and you wonder why Aida turned evil other than reading the Darkhold.
“He lost hope” UUGGGHHHHH IMMA GO CRY NOW.
Okay, but Ghost Rider Mack is so BADASS.
“Attagirl” Robbie’s seen what Daisy can do and has been through, so he knows she’s capable of doing some crazy shit.
“I love this car” I feel like that’s every car guy in this show😅
“Oh, I am so thick” yes, Fitz, you are.
So could Aida hear Fitz speaking to her, or is that a decision she made herself?
What’s with Fitz and blaming other people for making decisions to better themselves and the people they care about?
Is it mean to say that I don’t care about Fitzsimmons this episode?
But I do love Coulson being a father figure towards the younger members of the team.
“I can’t help you. Have fun”
Okay, yeah, Aida said she can hear them.
I forget how good this episode is. oh my god!
Hope 4/18/06😭😭
4x08 Laws of Inferno Dynamics
As someone with emetophopia, this puking up diamonds scene makes me super uncomfortable.
“Ignoring the fact that I was mildly attracted to her”
NO DO NOT SEND MAY! THIS IS HOW WE GET INTO ANOTHER MESS!
Mack is just done with people sometimes. Honestly same😅
“I do not like magic. Or clowns. Or clowns with knives… in the dark”
Burning Man™️
Again, SCREW SEASON 5 FOR RUINING DAISY AND ELENA’S FRIENDSHIP!! UGH THEY WERE SO GOOD!
Mack caring for Yo-Yo🥹
Elena worried about losing her favorite jacket😂
“A) I don’t care. B) That wasn’t me”
Always hand it to Elizabeth and Iain to remember all the science jargon, but I wanna know how the writers come up with it all and make it make sense haha.
Everyone just wants to see a freaking nuclear weapon.
Daisy’s teasing again🥹
I JUST REMEMBERED THE MACKELENA KISS IS IN THIS EPISODE OMG IM SO EXCITED!
Surprised this is the first time Daisy notices she can sense a quake coming. Thought it would have been there since she got her powers.
“This is water” “Wow, i’M sO iMpReSsEd”
the CHAINSSSSSS
“Agent Coulson, you should be dead” “Yeah, I get that a lot”
Sorry, Eli. Laws of Nature was a last season episode.
Oh look, for one, THEY’RE ACTUALLY CARING ABOUT DAISY’S HEALTH!!!
THIS FIGHT SCENE WITH MACE IN THE SUIT AND ELENA COMING IN AND CHANGING THINGS!!!
Okay, now, WHO THOUGHT IT WOULD BE OKAY TO PROGRAM AIDA TO BLEED AND EXPERIENCE PAIN?!?!?!
And of course, Daisy lands right in front of the press.
“Maybe in the comic book version”🤣
MACKELENA KISS MACKELENA KISS MACKELENA KISS AHHHHHHHH I LOVE THEM SO MUCHHHHH!!!!
And Daisy and Coulson 100% saw that.
Well, RIP Nathanson.
And hello, LMD May.
And there goes that bottle of Haig

Changes/ things in season 3 that I disliked
the positive season 3 post I made  if you would like to read that as well or instead I will be adding both to that post and this one when part 2 comes out
no im not going to talk about the goddamn costumes, everybody has, I agree and im sick of seeing it  they look cheap and  bad, they need more color they need to look somewhat period appropriate, moving on
We got alot of amazing bonding moments with Ciri and Yennefer but I wish they would have kept the scene where she saved Ciri from the Wild Hunt.  We already got lots of Geralt Ciri bonding moments, we needed as much stuff with Yen being Ciri`s mother as we could possibly get and that was one of the best scenes,
(side note of the stuff we did get while I appreciated and “ my ugly one” scene it felt very random and out of place  especially with how dolled up they made Freya look, she didnt need to have any makeup on I would have liked to see her more tomboyish look from the books)
TWN usually knocks casting out of the park but Robbie Amell  as Gallatin felt so out of place with his acting and trying to hide his accent, and much like the problem with blood origin looks nothing like the other elves and his scar is barley noticeable
I knew he was going to die from when I heard they were going to use an original character instead of  Isengrim or   Iorweth they really did learn from the  Eskel incident. while I didn't like his character his death leads to some amazing character stuff with  Cahir, grappling with his sense of self and loyalty to Emhyr  since they need to have another reason why he changes sides later because of the age gap between him an Ciri in this version
Dijkstra here just doesn't feel like Dijkstra
normally I don't really care if a character doesn't look  exactly like their book counterpart, but    Dijkstra being a huge imposing pigish man is part of his character,   Graham McTavish isn't doing a bad job, there are a few good scenes and he has good chemistry with Cassie`s Philippa but he just doesn't have the right sarcasm,  snark and attitude for the character, even their dynamic is off they’re equally stubborn, arrogant, conniving, and equally think they’re the one dominating the other , book and game  Dijkstra stole every scene he was in and was one of my favorite characters this version is mostly boring
( sidenote but I didnt mind the whipping scene it was clearly not meant to be sexual or that they are in a sexual bdsm  relationship but that Dijkstra is a   Flagellant and that its a stress coping mechanism they engage in as they must trust each other in the underground world)
Tissaia and  Vilgefortz being lovers and  Tissaia`s seemingly ooc behavior
now to be fair with the intrigue aspect of this season I think they might do a bait and switch with this either  Tissaia Is acting this way to lead him on and try to stop him, or  Vilgefortz has control over Tissaia in some way ( he is arguabley the most powerful mage in the world even if she also is)
either that or they put them together so it makes more sense for her to side with him/ Nilfgaardian since they established her as much more an active in this version and not just someone wanting to remain “neutral” like in the books
I just hope that her “ending” has as much impact as it should considering what an important character they made her
Episode 5 is a mixed bag
while there were definitely things that I loved about this episode like the tender  yenralt moments and the use of dialog from the book, as well as the concept of the framing device from the book, but it got way too repetitive in parts, the Valdo song was fun but it overstays its welcome
this episode reminds me of the Leverage episode  “ The Rashomon Job“ while that episode changed things things up every time it went back and told the story from another characters point of view this one doesn't do anything all that creative with it, and your stuck watching a bit of the same exact  scenes over and over again with slightly more information
I imagine this episode will work better when the full season out and we see what its all building up to
and I said I wouldn't  mention the costumes but, the ball was the one time the consumes had to be really stunning, where is all the color, its so dull looking, why do they look like they are doing a red carpet event in the 90s
and I didn't  think it was possible to make Anya look anything less than stunning but this is by far Yennefer’s worst look, it bothered me more than any other visual in the season, nothing works about it, shes supposed to be in a gown with her hair down but she look like a cross between a taky 70s Cher impersonator and a low budget bollywood star
( can some one please draw the TWN actresses in what they are described as wearing in the book like Keira in the green tulle top, Sabrina in the black chiffon blouse and a crimson skirt or Philippa dress lined with diamonds and ermine fur, I will commission you  )
the  casting of  Margarita Laux-Antille completely backfires due to how they wrote her character
Casting a plus sized black woman as a character that is described as white, and extremally conventionally attractive, to spite the gamer dudebros, is a move I like to be clear I love the diversity this show has given us  incredible actresses like Anya and  Anna and Mimi that in past years would have been looked over
but unfortunately they make her character conform to the “ angry black woman stereotype” and hit Ciri despite her character in the books who could be described  as “sweet” and “the cool teacher”   hopefully we will see her  character more like the books with the lodge in the second half of the season
and just general “sins of the father” stuff that is from the books but isn't given proper context for show only fans to understand
like the discussion about aelirenn leaving out that older elves are infertile, or    many things about Aplegatt and his role in the story, the “ my ugly one” line feeling really out of place im sure there is more but thats all I can remember for now,

What my brain's like watching The Winchesters ep 2 and noting what I want to post:
First moment, Russian dolls metaphor, GIF it
Lata at zombie v willow at body in call of the wild episode with abusive boyfriend GIF
"The box is not working" oooooo theories. Is that only for demons? Not zombie....
Mary on Samuel, thinking he's infallible even though she knows he's not. Samuel... marks his shotgun shells yet always covers his tracks. "Only bc he wants to send me a message" .... who says these messages are even from Samuel (probably are bc spn s1)
At commune: "the people who hurt you, but for most people, it's their parents" (cuts to John) GIF (Why why why. I want it to be that he'll hurt Dean but millie hurt him. Whyyyy millie thooo)
Millie ada at garage: Henry planted it, somehow it's still here after all these years. it's jasmine, for protection
WHERE THE FRAK IS DEANNA
Mary is posing as what she thinks she has to be, SO early Dean coded
Ada is going to be making tea. Hahaha yes it was tea
Ada and lata: the intelligencia
John with pipes, literally use a wrench John. Many explainers are maybe more than we need. Can't trust the audience anymore but, could be smoother.
Not cabaret, what did Joel Grey ever do to you
Mary was steamrolling but the moment Lata says she's wrong she listens. She apologizes. John also apologizes in this episode. Winchesters capable of growth. Who knew
Millies in a dress? No way. Not millie. I love that they've already established her enough for that to work. The audience saw ada tell her for us, but John should question it.
John being sure enough to attack millie is SOMETHING, just on her knowing Mary's name. Easier in a small town than knowing where to find you, idiot.
Old TV in hotel room.
AUDREY 3
She doesn't like children who disobey
Lata talks about the tunda attacking children, but these folks (although babies) are grown!
Monty Python "we're lost in a dark and very expensive forest"
This show needs better wig work. Psst psst psst hire me
Boy returning home, what was his "rebellion"? It seems like he just left, but rewatch for gay allegory
Every time John talks he sounds like early Tom Welling and it's so distracting
John and Millie are talking at the garage, but behind them ISN'T the aquestrian star. It's PART of it. 👀 Rune theory lives on.
Oh god. They're going to kill millie and she's going to tell John she loves him as she leaves through a door.
Clubhouse gives the Sunnydale library vibes
Ah crap. More writings to be normal about. Probably more runes.
Not millie smiling at Henry's Jasmine! Uggghh if Robbie wasn't writing this the fear of outing and killing millie would be massive
song title- cloak person
This could be Rowena even if Ruth won't be here until later, but seems like my for guess is akreda related
Omg the way I expect the grr arg end title card

10.10 The Hunter Games Commentary transcript (to note, while this episode does not have charlie in any way shape or form, this is where they chose to complain about the fridging of charlie because they knew they wouldn't get away with this discussion in the 10.21 commentary)
BUCKNER: "Have you found there are some fans with real hate for Metatron?" ARMSTRONG: "Oh, Absolutely."
LEMING: "Have they said that to your face?"
A: "Yes. Now, mostly, I must say, mostly, the fans really do understand that I'm not him, but there are some, especially on social media, who you wonder, actually, whether they know the difference."
L: "I know, we've been, we just came back from the Rome Convention (Jus in Bello/jibcon) and there were tempers, and people were pissed off, they had issues. You explain things and you try to be kind but-"
A: "You were under fire, right?"
L: "Oh, Yeah, they're not keen on some of our choices."
(omitted discussion about fans caring about the material)
B: "Eugenie, what sorts of things were they complaining about that (laughing) you can say in public?"
L: (laughing) "Well, there were certain characters, their destinies, certain deaths (laughing from Buckner) that they have big problems with, and while they understand it from a dramatic standpoint, they still feel like they were ripped off, you know? And when you say this is a testament to how invested you are in the show that you feel this sense of loss and this show is about loss if you know everyone would survive every episode there'd be nothing to watch. But still, they want their favorite back, so then you explain to them, it's Supernatural, things are supernatural, people reappear, we try, but it's, they're protective."
B: "It's nice, maybe you're giving them a little bit of hope, that their person will reemerge"
L: "Well, it's true, in some forms, a ghost, a memory, a flashback."
JOHN BADHAM: "You're right, we won't be invested in shows, and stuff, but if there are no stakes, you have nothing to really care about.
L: "I mean, it's like being in the writer's room, someone will suggest an unfortunate destiny for somebody, and there will be a few people who argue against it like, oh, no, no, we need that character, I really like that character, I love to write for that character, I don't want to lose that character, so the writers feel attached. But you have to kill your children."
JB: "If you have no stakes, if everybody is just going to get through everything without being harmed, then it takes away the dramatic tension and you need those stakes. I was just watching a giant action movie that was released a few weeks ago and people go through the most impossible jeopardy and it seems like there are no stakes, that people survive through everything, so you get completely bored with it."
TL;DR: Eugenie thought recurring characters should die more and decided to break Robbie's favorite toy (Charlie) for shock value.
ALSO: this happens almost immediately after the Charlie Incident at JIBcon which made it so no creatives EVER went to a supernatural con again.

My Ted Lasso Re-watch: S1E4 (part 1)
For The Children
We start off with a fight between Roy and Jamie. Surely this is normal with how much they hate each other.
Ted is not a fight club fan. Fair. There's nothing about him that would suggest he was.
Roy asking Jamie to call him old one more time reminds me of Peter Dinklage's character in Elf asking Buddy to call him an elf one more time before they start fighting.
Ted's little head shake to Jamie, he knows not to try it. But it happens anyway.
Rebecca only cares about the horse after hearing about someone she knows being hit by one. That's how you know someone really dislikes a person. You care only for the animal and not the human.
Ted loves to rhyme. It's a trait of his. No wonder the press wants to destroy him.
Let it be known, Rebecca will look stunningly beautiful in anything, because Hannah Waddingham is a fucking Queen! Anyone who says differently will be charged with treason.
Rebecca does end up choosing the dress Ted likes and wears the hell out of it, because Ted actively encourages her to do and compliments her. Unlike Rupert.
I want to hear Ted's story about how he got arrested whole wearing pj's to prom. I need to hear it. Mostly, I just like hearing him talk, but I am intrigued by the premise of the story.
It doesn't surprise me that Ted doesn't know who Robbie Williams is. If you don't know, he is a former member of a boy band called Take That. They are big in the UK. Robbie went on to have a successful solo career, but I don't think he was big outside of the UK and Europe.
Keeley being great at branding because she has had to do that for her own career. Being a model you have to be able to market yourself to different companies, so it gives her plenty on insight in how she can help market Jamie.
Also, Keeley looks gorgeous in her dress. Again, saying otherwise is treason.
Ted is in a suit. God help me, Ted is in a suit. My little bisexual heart can only take so much.
After the phone call with Michelle in episode 1, Ted is scared of saying 'I love you' to her because he knows she can't say it back. My need to hug him has come back.
Ted helping Nate look his best for a fancy party is him being a good friend. I maintain that every adult should have a good suit/formal outfit. You never know when you might need it.
Most of the team is there just to look good for the photos, while Sam is just happy to be there and even thanks the photographers for taking his picture. Why is he so adorable?
Keeley is the best hype woman, teaching Rebecca how to pose and shouting out how fit she is to boost her confidence. Get friends like Keeley and Ted.
Even Rebecca is stunned by how good Ted looks in a suit. Hell yeah, he looks damn fine.
Roy Kent is a whole mood when it comes to the photographers, and I respect that. I hate having my photo taken too. So I get it.
Ted knows when not to walk into a trap. He is a smart man, just walk away and avoid it at all costs.
The woman who plays Jane is also a writer for the show, Phoebe Walsh. She wrote 'All Apologises' in season 1 and 'Headspace' in season 2. Her character's full name is Jane Payne, which is a little on the nose for her relationship with Beard. But this is coming from the show that name one character Will Kitman, because he was the new kitman after Nate became a coach.
Rupert Mannion make a guest appearance. To the surprise of everyone. Played by Antony Stewart Head who played Rupert Giles in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. He isn't a colossal twat in that (well, not until season 6 and 7 anyway). I was actually watching Buffy as I was watching this for the first time and it was weird going back and forth between nice Rupert in Buffy and controlling, manipulative c*** in this. But he plays both Ruperts so well.

Saturday Morning Coffee
Good morning fellow coffee and tea drinkers! Grab a cup, sit back, relax, and enjoy the show.☕️
Tumblr media
CNN: “Robbie Coltrane, the actor who brought to life the lovable gamekeeper Hagrid in the Harry Potter film franchise, died on Friday, according to his agent, Scott Henderson. He was 72.”
This is so heartbreaking. Our beloved Hagrid is gone. Mr. Coletrane, of course, appeared in many other films but he will always be Hagrid to me.
RIP 💔
Sketch - Via LinkedIn: “Today is a very tough day for everyone at Sketch. In response to challenging market conditions and with a desire to keep our product-first strategy, we’ve taken the difficult decision to reduce our team by just over 80 people. This will mostly impact Operations and Marketing, who have done great work in the recent weeks and months. Our Product team remains well-equipped, with a core team continuing to drive things forward.”
This is a real bummer to see. In my mind Sketch is a prime example of a modern Mac application done right. I know many designers who use it daily. To see such a reduction in workforce makes your heart sink. All those people looking for work toward the end of the year.
On the flip side there are now many very qualified Mac and iOS developers on the market. Go find one and hire them.
Also, why in the world wouldn’t you put this on the company blog or as a standalone news announcement on your own website?
Fortune: “Every day, we are confronted with the knowledge of further destruction of Earth at our hands: the extinction of animal species, of flora and fauna…things that took five billion years to evolve, and suddenly we will never see them again because of the interference of mankind. It filled me with dread. My trip to space was supposed to be a celebration; instead, it felt like a funeral.”
William Shatner is an American Treasure. I don’t know what more say, other thank this: We must protect our planet. It’s the only place that can sustain life we’re aware of. Even if we found another planet it would be impossible to reach.
BREAKING: WATERBURY, Conn. (AP) – Jury says Alex Jones should pay $965 million to people who suffered from his lies about the Sandy Hook school massacre.
— Kyle Griffin (@kylegriffin1) October 12, 2022
It couldn’t have happened to a better man. Now, get this jerk off the airwaves.
Yahoo! News: “The House select committee held its 10th and possibly final public hearing on Thursday, presenting new evidence stemming from its 15-month investigation into the events surrounding the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol.”
Well, well, well, TFG will finally get his subpoena. Of course he’ll worm his way out of it, like he always does. Here’s hoping the Justice Department gets him.
Welp… that 5-minute montage the Jan 6 committee just played leads me to the conclusion that America did have a president on January 6th. Her name was Nancy Pelosi.
— Joy-Ann (Pro-Democracy) Reid 😷 (@JoyAnnReid) October 13, 2022
CNN: “Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd delighted “Back to the Future” fans when they were reunited at the weekend, 37 years after the release of the sci-fi comedy.”
I love this film series. My favorite episode is the third and final installment. They’re all very good of course but the third one is best.
Axios: “Google has approved Donald Trump’s Twitter-like social media app Truth Social for distribution in the Google Play Store, Axios has learned.”
This company is doomed to failure. Besides, if Musk gets his hands on Twitter, which is highly likely, TFG will be allowed back on to continue his reign of terror unabated. That sucks.
Fast Company: “With 15,000 locations across the U.S., the coffee chain is betting it can convince electric vehicle owners that it’s the perfect place to charge up. (Literally!)”
Starbucks has some much bigger fish to fry with workers form unions and their attempts to bust those unions but this is an interesting idea.
I was going to question why a company like McDonalds wasn’t interested in doing something like this but Starbucks is definitely a more high end brand. It’s a place folks spend “disposable” income.
With one or two exceptions, I simply don't care about web sites that don't publish RSS feeds. RSS via the indispensible @NetNewsWire is how I stay abreast of the *vast* majority of web sites with content I care about. https://t.co/sluWtnoB3J
— Peter Cohen (@flargh) October 14, 2022
That’s right Peter! You tell ‘em!
Hey! Did you know I developed a feed reader for iOS called Stream? That’s right, I did, no, really, I did! It’s free in the App Store but you’re welcome to leave a tip. 😄

Our CK fandom, season 4, and love
At some point I’ll collect my thoughts enough to write about Season 4 more thoroughly. I haven’t even watched it all yet, am up to episode 7. To me Season 4 feels slight, and off-kilter, and slapdash, and loving, with some great moments, and some really bafflingly wrongheaded choices.
It doesn’t feel wrongheaded in a slick, soulless Marvel way, it actually feels deeply personal to the 3 main writers. I just happen to disagree with them about some… stuff. Daniel. Most of Daniel’s arc. And other stuff too. And also they tried to cram waaaay much too much in. Someone wrote that it feels hollow, and I agree.
Then there are some wondrous surprises, like just how great Terry Silver is in every moment, Tory’s storyline so far, and the fact that I have come to be very interested in Robby as a character, and care about him deeply.
But I’m not really writing about Season 4 here. I do have major problems with it (that will be very fun to write about! both critically and in terms of fic-it fics!) but I also feel the love the writers have for the characters (even if I really disagree with them on characterization!) and for the fandom, including the queer parts of fandom. It means a lot to me, that affection, those nods to us. YMMV and that’s totally fine.
The main thing I wanted to write about was YOU. My beloved fandom. Our little corner of fandom, the one that treats even KK3 as a sacred text, mines it for nuance and meaning!! This Tumblr Speakers Corner where we get on soapboxes and yell about toxic versus restorative masculinity (and occasionally Ralph Macchio’s delicate wrists and Billy Zabka’s amazing CENSORED).
I don’t need Season 4 to be that good. Because I know YOU will spin old straw into gold for me. You’ll pull out nuanced moments in beautifully colored gifsets. You’ll write fic or meta that will have me staring at my phone with my mouth open, tears springing up in my eyes, awestruck. Or giggling wildly to myself. You’ll draw the artwork that will set me to dreaming.
In season 4 they wrote a scene for Laura Lawrence that was so generic, unexamined, and shallow that I wanted to yell at my tv. Meanwhile, YOU’VE given me words about Laura that have changed forever how I view motherhood. One of you wrote words for Laura to say to Johnny upon him coming out to her that went far towards healing my mother’s rejection of my queerness. Your fic did that.
Everything about Sid has always struck me as either a misguided inside joke or inwardly directed antisemitism. And then one of you wrote an exploration of him as a character, his Jewishness, his relationship to Johnny, the country club, LA society, that was more thoughtful and thought-provoking and surprising and moving than most short stories I’ve read in the New Yorker.
Through this slog of year 2 of the pandemic, you’ve spun the most incredible castles in the air, made me think about girlhood, about queerness, about being trans or NB, bodies in sports, bodies in violence, fathers- teachers- wounds-, MEN (sooooo much about men), love between men (all kinds of love between men), martial arts, kink as a way of processing trauma, kink as an awesome fun thing to do, cars, the US’s shameful history of imperialism and oppression of Asian populations at home and abroad, Coor’s Banquet, soldiers, road trips, class in America (where we pretend it doesn’t exist), how Bobby Brown Can Get It, terminal illness, cultural appropriation, chokeholds, neurodiversity, ghosts, Elderly Homicidal Veterans Should Kiss, binary brothers, OG Cobras, stigmas around homelessness, and expired orange juice.
You took some mostly good, somewhat flawed. source material, and you’ve transformed it into a dreamscape. And I love you for it. My eyes are closing on their own right now, so I don’t have time to say that you for sharing this ride on the CK rollercoaster.
Man I hope this makes any sense at all.

The Owl House successed where Gravity Falls failed:
Don't get wrong, this isn't a hate message toward Gravity Falls,I'm not trying to say which show is better and I consider Gravity Falls to be a masterpiece but a flawed one,and I'm going to talk how The Owl House sucessed in which Gravity Falls failed(be civil):
1-Blame Game:In Gravity Falls the narration shown Ford to be the one to blame only, although it is true that he is faulty,so as Stan.
sure he didn't mean to destroy Ford's project but he didn't told him in order to fix it either because he secretly hope that his accident would make Ford stay,he was petty in weirdmaggedon and while Ford is arrogant with messiah complex, Stan is implusive with victim complex and at least Ford TRIES to take responsibilty while stan only did take responsibility when he tries to keep Mabel and Dipper out of this by FAVORITISM and HUMILIATION the fact that he do so after his father the water downed-american-ozai wannable only makes it worse(lets be honest if Dipper was gay,bi or trans everyone in media would scream for blood after seeing Dipper vs Manliness).
Besides, how would you feel if one of your relatives steal your identity, ruin your name and make a mockery out of your life's work?sure he was trying to have enough money to return you but what part of "stealing your name and mock your job" was necessary?even a simple merch shop makes as much money as a tourist trap.
The Owl House on the other hand,Doesn't play "sacepegoat" in Eda and Lilith case, instead it address both of their faults without choosing sides(Lilith for cursing Eda and Eda for letting her insecurities to push everyone away).
2-Protagonist:what makes them hard to write them is that if you are not be careful either they will end up as plot armor or being punished for anything in every turn and Dipper and Mabel examplified it.
Dipper:I get that his character arc pretty much amounts to: "Stop being a pretentious twit, stop trying to act older than you are, enjoy being a kid while you can." The problem is that the show eventually starts beating on Dipper for wanting ANYTHING at all, and that he must always put Mabel first, even if she's in the wrong. The show seems to say that Dipper should take Mabel's approach to life, and although that might make him happier, he's just not Mabel. Instead of learning to pursue his goals in a less reckless way, he is dis-alluded from having goals period, and that can get frustrating to watch,I don't have a sibiling but I do know that pleasing one in sacrifice of your dreams and everything that makes you you is NOT how healthy family relationships works in fact it is toxic.
Mabel:Now now I don't hate Mabel(the only characters in GF that I genuienly hate are Robbie and Pacifica's parents) and I oppose the idea that Mabel should be completely miserable like a CERTAIN AU,but there is no denying that her character suffers lack of change, all her antics is played for laughs only, unlike other characters she never face her consequences and she learns the same repeative lesson and yet never learns(I'm aware of Lost Legends but thats a comic not part of the show so it doesn't change this fatal flaw in the show and even if it was an episode it would still be repeative and only be in "words" not "action").
What makes Luz special?people most of the time forget that it is not her sexuality that makes her unique(sure being the first LGBT Disney protagonist is a big deal but thats just the perk not the character) is that she is balanced between two extrems, not so perfect that it is bland and unrelateable(like rey from sequel trilogy) or only exist to be the punching bag or being idiotic to feel pity(like morty from rick and morty) or despicable(like the protagonist from revenge of nerds who technically committed rape), just human(hence why me a boy who is straight as narrow and is more into sci-fi than fantasy finds her more endearing and relateable than Dipper and Mabel).
3-Ships:The Owl House unlike GF didn't reduce love interests as stereotypical(like Wendy),they didn't made a bigger deal about crushes than it needs to be,didn't fell for tropes(like Pacifica) and take time.
for instance, if you think about it lumity and dipacifica are basically alike except lumity took time, develop, didn't came out of nowhere in one episode and didn't fell for "I hate you but now I love you despite the major differences" cliché trope.
4-The line between friendly tease and humilation:it is true that GF mostly play tease for laughs but sometimes it goes too far.
Take Dipper vs Manliness for example,Stan and Mabel publicaly humiliated Dipper for his insecurities toward masculanity which is just cruel,it is like mocking a tom-boy girl for being too "boyish" and not "girly" enough.
While it is true that Eda and King sometimes mock Luz,I hardly compare those banterings with Stan forcing Dipper into being a furry stripper or giving the ozai treatment to "tough him up" and as I recall Luz and the Blight twins were condemned by the narration for invading Amity's privacy unlike Mabel's invading of privacy.
(Alex once said he didn't mean to make Pacifica's parents look abusive despite the fact that they trained Pacifica to follow the bell LIKE A PET,as much as I admire Alex I sometimes wonder if he underestimates what abuse is)

Supernatural Anniversary:
Jared: 🥰🥰 US 😍😍😍 Us us us
Jensen: it's always been me....................
........ (following day) ..... oh, and you.
Misha: let's talk about sex positions.
Those all happened. Presumably the rest of the cast and writers:
Gen: shh on this anniversary my beautiful husband is sleeping off a hard SECOND day of the SECOND season of his new leading part where he's appreciated and I get to see him every day.
Mark Sheppard: I believed in SPN. When my story quality declined it was time for me to leave.
Jim Beaver: you people hounding me off Twitter for (checks notes) 'being in the finale' are weird, most people have at least watched the show they're addicted to.
Mark Pellegrino: pull yourselves up by your bootstraps, losers. Here, read Ayn Rand.
Kim: let's talk about me and Brianna.
Brianna: let's talk about me.
Seb: let's talk about football
Rich: let's talk about me directing.
JDM: I think I'm hot, I think Jensen's hot, Jared's great isn't he?
Osric: I go to cons
Alex:
Kathryn: golf?
Sam Smith: I don't really understand this show. Here, I'm selling merch.
Sam Ferris: TrollLARP!!!
Chad: what Sam said but if it goes wrong I'll pretend it was the other Sam.
Ruthie: here's another selfie of moi.
Rob: Ruthie's the same height as me.😍
Rachel: let's all be lovely to people who buy merch from us ...I mean, to each other...
Felicia: I'm Robbie's manic pixie dream girl. I played the only character where the writer hoped to replace both leads and not just Jared. I can't imagine why I'm not more popular.
Bobo: Cope!...oh you ARE coping unless your one sided unreciprocated ship got fridged? In which case you're insanely attacking everyone. OK, you wanna watch my new show?
Robbie: Do so. And let no man abide this deed but we the doers.
The other writers: we were ALL writing our own fap, I mean, 'show', nobody told us it had to make sense as long as Jensen got to sing and tap-dance.
Bob Singer: stop complaining. And don't ask questions.
Andrew Dabb: my next show is about rabid baboons; I'm calling it "Hellers".
Guy who played season 10* villain: I was going to be in Dean's heaven.
Other season 10 villain: you got to survive because you're British and I didn't because I'm from Drogheda.
Alaina, Emily, Ty, Travis: I thought I was a more important character than Sam even though I was in only ~3 episodes.
Kim Manners: I was IN the Roadhouse.
*My edits won't appear but that should be Season 12 not 10.

You know after reading and reading and reading peoples theories and the meta from before the spn finale aired and the meta writers reactions to the finale I think I have a theory of my own. We don't have any answers tho, so this is pure speculation. If you wanna add something to support or discredit any of this that's cool but there's too many things floating around. Know I dont have proof for this conclusion at all. A lot of what I say is just guesses based on previous facts.
This all came together in my head when I realized how much this finale REEKS of the original producers and who the show was originally for. It REEKS of Robert Singer. Like if the execs started saying they didn't want it, Robert Singer was the one pushing that the story was about the brothers. That kinda thing.
Then, I was thinking of the problems in this episode and it struck me these are all of Supernatural biggest issues and to be honest all of it feels completely deliberate.
Take the sexism for example, Supernatural in it's later seasons largely out grew this, we have Jody, Rowena, Donna, Charlie, Mary, Claire (and even a wayward sisters pilot with MORE women/girls) all making regular appearances. They're mainly good characters and mostly aren't there to hurt our boys. Rowena, of course, is the one outlier being very about herself but it's clear she still cares for them, I mean its part of her development. But they're all real, with character flaws just like everyone else. (And we have Death too and she was POC 😭 THANK GOD)
Now look at the earlier half of Spn, we have Ellen and Jo, who's appearances were far in between. There's Bela in season 3, recurring for quite a bit (5 eps), but she is a character that is only there for herself, definitely not found family (unlike Ellen & Jo), and she's got more episodes in season 3 than Ellen and Jo in season 2 who aren't seen again til season 5. The "fans" send in hate mail after hate mail to try to get these characters off, and eventually they are. Then there's Ruby who's character stayed for a whole two seasons and was a largely recurring character. Why does she get to say so long? She's a plot device. She's supposed to be there to betray Sam. She has to stay (plus Jared obviously likes her). But she's not just a character the writers like writing about. Same with Lilith. Obviously not as recurring but still a plot device. Did they get hate mail tho? You can bet on it. Why? because tHeY'rE gOnNa PuSh ThE bOyS (Dean and Sam) aPaRt ThE sHoW iS aBoUt ThE bOyS oNlY. Without even thinking about the hate mail, just notice how large the difference is from how women are seen in the earlier seasons to the later seasons. Misha got tons of hate mail too for being a character that could split up the boys (probably only being allowed to say because he a man, thanks sexist producers and execs).
Only after Castiel was killed off and then Castiel fans successfully (thank you guys) got him back on the show did the hate mail largely simmer, which means female character's were allowed to stay! Which has lead us to a show with a good amount of female characters. But can you imagine having to kill characters off time and time again because people keep complaining that the show is "only about the boys." Fun times really.
So now we get to this final and we see sexism. But it wasn't just the plain old regular sexism you find in the earlier days of spn. Because now, there ARE women to talk about, talk to. But this episode was DESOLATE women wise, unless they were used for plot (which is also sexist!). Small scenes, they're barely there. Women gets her tongue cut out. Random women from s1 gets killed. Sam doesn't SPEAK of Eileen. Nothing. No mention of any female characters from the boys mouths unless they were from/in this episode itself. That's WIERD. I know we've all said it. But that goes beyond forgetting about characters. I mean its SAM'S GIRLFRIEND for Christ's sake. There is NO REASON they couldn't have said Eileen's name. Notice how Sam's wife is just... faceless. This is literally an age old sexist trope. Like... one of the things about bringing Mary back to life for s12+ is that it takes this trope... of basically a generic mother, and gives her life and feelings, whether you like them or not, they're real feelings. They said Mary isn't just a mom she's a person. Mary's existence in the later half of spn is to fix this kind of female tropes that fall upon her character, to not let these her stay a 2 dimensional character. They said we should know she's more than just the mom who tried to save her kid. Do that is the exact opposite of Sam getting a nameless, faceless wife. The sexism of the old spn wasn't just brought back, it was completely amplified. It wasn't just accidental or some exec "fixing" the story it was DELIBRATE. Whoever wrote that, didn't do ALL OF THAT by accident. Because an exec or a producer who doesn't see the flaws in old supernatural isn't going to write it that deliberately.
Let's bring it back to s10 when Charlie was killed (singer was mainly to blame). Dead in the bathtub, age old classic of burying ur gays. If you were here you know people never let Supernatural live that down. THEY KNOW what bury ur gays means. Hell, Robbie Thompson left because of Charlie's death and you think the writers don't know what it means? I mean both Bobo Berens (especially) and Steve Yockey's careers are centered around LGBT+ storytelling and you think they don't know? They know. They know.
And Dean wasn't just apart of the bury your gays trope, it is so far BEYOND that. Dean being killed on a rusty nail/screw, the tongues ripped out, things that seemed to be meant for other people. Jensen's acting in the last two episodes was giving us "DEAN RECIPROCATES" but no one ever actually saying it. I think it's clear that Dean was killed for being Bi. They didn't address it for a reason, they just silenced him. His narrative was supposed to be about letting him be HIM for the first time, to say what his feelings are instead of having them miscommunicated, and instead of doing that, they just silenced him. And the more we look at this scene the more horrific it gets. The more it's a complete slap in the face and it's supposed to be. Some guy who knows nothing about the LGBT can't write a scene this horrific.
Some guy who knows nothing about Dean couldn't write a scene that deconstructs all of Dean's character development and gives Dean his worst nightmare. I MEAN DEAN WANTED TO LIVE HIS LIFE! THEY DIDNT HIDE THAT JOB APPLICATION (or whatever job related thing that was) IN THERE FOR SHITS AND GIGGLES THEY WANT YOU TO KNOW THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST SITUATION. Dean isn't Barney from HIMYM. If you watched HIMYM then you'll know Barney went from being a stereotypical ladies man and treating women terribly to being in love with a women and treating her right and working hard for it. The last episode of HIMYM (why its so bad) Barney's character development is thrown out and he's back to being a stereotypical ladies man. You don't need to know Barney's character very much to do that.
To kill Dean during a hunt his father never finished, to not have anyone at his funeral, to have Dean die young like his life didn't matter. Those are Dean's worst fears and you'd only truly know that if you watched the gin episode in s3, where they are basically laid out for you. You HAVE to know Dean's character to tear him apart like this.
This episode took all the core elements of the show and did a complete 180° the name of the episode itself is "Carry on" and Dean and Sam very much did not carry on. Sam grieving his entire life so that he good get to heaven and see Dean again. Dean being ready to live his life, despite the enormous pitfalls and learning to love himself only to be killed. "Family don't end with blood." Um.... it did in that episode either literally with Dean's death or you know BECAUSE NONE OF THEIR FOUND FAMILY WAS THERE. Not Jack, Not Cas, Not Eileen, Not Donna, Not Charlie, Not Jody, Not Claire... on and on we go. No one was there, nobody was even mentioned. Dean's funeral, no one even called that we know of. It was just Sam and Dean. Sam and Dean. And Bobby. Don't forget Bobby. But yeah Sam and Dean.
That's what the show is about right, the brothers.
Except it's not anymore. It hasn't been for years.
Cas not being there was deafening but it brought us to a major point. Becky. Becky's telling us about the terrible ending.
And many of us are wondering why would they literally tell us this is the worst ending and then... make it the ending.
Now before we move on, it very apparent many of you think Dabb doesn't ship Deancas. And Dabb doesn't care about the characters.
Say what you will about any plot holes in his writing, the point he is VERY GOOD at writing the characters, and giving us good ones.
Why do we know Dabb ships Deancas? (ill say when its cowrote, other wise its not) cowrote ep 8.02 - purgatory "I prayed to you, Cas, every night" "Cas, Buddy, I need you." "I have a price on my head, and I've been trying to stay one step ahead of them, to – to keep them away from you." 8.08 Hunteri Heroici - Cas helps them hunt! 😊❤ Dean & Cas have a serious convo about why Cas doesn't want to see/go to heaven. 8.22 Dean's mad at Cas. Sam's explanation of why Dean should be easy on Cas: "It's Cas." Dean then points out how he'd knife anybody else if they did what Cas did. 9.10 - Cas comforts Dean when Dean can't take seeing Sam (Gadreel) being tortured anymore. Also tons of Cas. 9.20 (bloodlines) - Canonical couple parallel "I was there, where were you" 9.22 The angels make Cas choose between them and killing Dean and he "gave up an entire army for one guy" 10.09 Claire's reintroduction. Cas heavy ep. DeanCas date. 10.22 THE PRISONER - u know the ep where Dean beats the shit out of Cas but loves him enough to not kill him.
We COULD keep going but I think I've made my point. If Robert Singer is the guy that is like "the show is about Sam and Dean only" Andrew Dabb is the DeanCas shipper. And you could even say a Cas stan.
Notice! How in s13 for SEVEN episodes we have a story that revolves around Dean's grief about losing Cas. Notice! How often the stories in all these seasons have a focus on their relationship. THAT is Andrew Dabb. If it weren't for him doing that, we wouldn't be able to easily say after Dean's lack of a response to Cas' confession, that Dean reciprocates.
To me, when I was (binge) watching s12 for the first time, I thought damn this is really got a lot of DeanCas. So I went to look at who was in charge, who was writing. I saw Andrew Dabb, associated him with Deancas episodes, saw all the new writers, Bobo, and then I saw that Yockey is known for same sex stories and it clicked. Dabb assembled a team to give us Destiel. THAT WAS IN SEASON 12!!!!!!!!
The amount of people saying he's homophobic flabbergast me. Open your eyes! That isn't what's going on.
Imagine making a show and trying to right all the wrongs of Supernatural. Imagine trying to write the greatest love story ever told and you have the entire season planned out for it to end off beautifully, it may possibly be your greatest achievement when it's done and then boom. someone comes in and tells you you aren't allowed to make Dean bi or make destiel endgame, after he was most probably already given the go ahead.
Sure. You could imply he's bi or into cas still in a way. Still make nice-ish ending. just give everyone what the kinda want.
Or you could scrap the last season, nothing close to a canonical bisexual Dean Winchester or Deancas endgame in site. People can be done with it be happy with the show, continue to live their lives in ignorance as to how close they were to Canon destiel.
OR you can lead everyone to the very closest you can get them to what you were aiming for and then show everyone the ugly truth and reality. Light it all on fire. Burn the show to the ground in your wake. Try your darnedest to making these people's (the people saying no) pockets suffer. Show us, the audience, what happened. Show us what this show really is.
I've seen people talk about the ending being changed during covid but I dont think that happened. I think what happened was Dabb already had this season planned out before it even started. Obviously the details were wobbly but it was all lead up to this ending. Destiel endgame, Canon Bisexual Dean, whatever it was. They were ready to write the greatest love story ever told and then someone shut it down.
Imagine the pain that must have caused them to be told no when they already said yes. They must have been so excited to give this to us.
I think someone (some producers) told him what this show is "really" about. The brothers. Can you imagine, after being told no, some kinda bullshit like this is said to you: "Why aren't you bringing it back to the brothers, Andrew? that's what the shows about. What with all this homosexual stuff, you know the audience won't like that. Not really." Imagine the original producers pushing this kind of view on you. "You know when we started it was Sam and Dean. It should end with Sam and Dean." That kinda sounds like someone huh? huh.
So why give us a nice acceptable finale, when you can take every problem Supernatural's had either up front or behind the scenes and create a finale so incredibly bad that people don't want to watch it anymore.
Someone made a good point about how Sam was originally supposed to be the main focus (this isn't to put any hate on Sam or Jared). Dean and Sam are the main characters but Sam was supposed to be the focus and for Dean to have become the focus, must have annoyed the producers because... well here we are. They wouldn't listen to Jensen. The producers liked this ending. Jensen's opinion didn't matter to them.
In some ways, if this is really what happened, it can be seen as childish from Dabb. To hurt all of us like that. Yes, he's hurting the producers, the execs, the cw. But to hurt us? Yeah it stings.
But in other ways, if this is really what happened, this is Dabb showing us the muck and gunk under the shiny surface. The hate for Misha. The hidden hate for Jensen. The underlying sexism. The underlying homophobia. The people REALLY in charge don't care about us, they just want our money. He needed to open our eyes and free us, at least free the people that he was writing for. The people he sees that care about this show.
This is the ending the powers that be wanted and its a big fuck you for a reason. I dont think this is Dabb spitting in our faces for loving this show, I think this is him trying to get revenge for us.
But from here, you can see it how u want it. If this is really what happened, I'm not in charge of your emotions, if you wanna be mad be mad if you wanna be grateful be grateful. And you don't have to believe me either I said this is speculation.
Also, as for all of the rumors like there being shots to the confession scene that we didn't see, which Jensen himself implied, I think that might have been a last ditch effort to canonized DeanCas but obviously it was cut. Like the name change was pretty clear. As for Misha possibly having shot some stuff for 20 I dont know what to tell you. If it's true I dont know where the blame would lie.
I do think however, that if all this was the case, the writers were prepared to become villians here. I mean they told us the writers were villians with Chuck right? So. Who knows what went down so they could give us such a vile ending. It could've been the producers or the writers, who truly knows. I do think tho that people we "trust" did some pretty shitty things to push the narrative in certain directions so now one would see this as the actual ending that was coming.
So again do with my SPECULATION what you will. This was in no way meant to put Dabb on a pedestal or anything. Just meant to give a bit of perspective.
(Also Jensen didn't unfollow Dabb recently he was already unfollowed for years)

What do you think the flaws of each of the mains in cobra Kai is? For example I think tory’s is rage, not wanting to ask for help and holding grudges
Tory: yeah, I agree with you on that. Tory’s flaw is her rage and pride, though that stems from her unique position as the breadwinner of her family from a young age (and fighting to make sure her criminal aunt can’t get custody of her brother).
Robby: Either his trust or his ruthlessness. I’m not overly fond of how they handled his plotline in 4x5*, but he’s definitely an all-or-nothing guy. When he loves, he loves fiercely, which backfires on him more than it should. And he’ll do anything for the ones he loves and/or wants to please
(*I probably would’ve been fine with Robby shaving Hawk’s head in that episode if Robby had felt any kind of regret or fear after the fact)
Kenny: His naivety. This can be chalked up to him being young, but that’s really it, I think. He’s easily susceptible to the words of others, so he gets sucked into the CK mentality very quickly (more quickly than Robby, I think).
Kyler: His arrogance. Pretty self-explanatory there: he thinks he’s all that, and he gets shown up every time. And he never learns.

My biggest dislike of season 4 was the ending. When Robby went to Johnny, like it was his job to repair what Johnny broke and neglected to fix for 16-17 years. But we all know why they had robby do it.
Johnny always quit after things got hard or he and Robby clashed. Robby has every right to be angry with his dad. and every time Johnny bails that just get worse.
They could have had a nice little moment at the end of season 4 instead with Johnny finding Robby and them talking, maybe robby still confessing he is tried of being angry because i do think that was a good development for robby. It wouldn't be much, but it could have been a start to an entire season of Johnny trying and trying showing Robby he wants to be there, that he loves his son (which the on screen proof is lacking tbh), which is what i think, Robby really wants. Someone to fight for him and prove to him that he is wanted (see that episode where daniel calls Robby family and Robby lights up). I just worry after the scene we got, they are going to do a time skip and all of a sudden Robby and Johnny are close with no real on screen development.
Thank you for the ask. 💗
I agree with you.
Admittedly, Johnny should have been the one to come to Robby and try to fix things (rather than his son being the bigger person and making the first move).
However, I don’t necessarily hate the way it happened because I do think it was in character for Robby to be the bigger person and try to fix things, because (despite what some people will argue) Robby is actually the most level headed of the kids.
For example: Robby admitted to Sam about the medal without anyone twisting his arm because he knew he’d done the wrong thing, he also decided not to make his ex-girlfriend jealous at prom because he decided everyone was better off just enjoying the dance, and he never fully aligned with the Cobra Kai ideology because he was smart enough to recognize he’d be nothing but a pawn in their games.
Also, Robby’s always wanted his dad in his life and he decided to open his heart to him in hopes of getting the love he’s been so desperately craving.
What is really going to matter in the long term is what Johnny decides to do with his sons unearned chance at forgiveness?
Will Johnny be the same person? If so, than Robby will realize he made a mistake forgiving him and any chance at reconciliation will be destroyed between them.
Will Johnny change for the better? If so, than Robby will get the love he wants and has deserved his entire life because his dad has finally realized how close he came to losing his son to Cobra Kai.
Of course there’s the third option, where Johnny doesn’t change, but the script forces Robby to act like everything is ok between them (even when it is completely undeserved).
In my opinion, I don’t think we’ll get a time skip that significant or one that automatically makes them closer because leaked photos of the coming season showed them both in Mexico looking for Miguel.
So unless they have some kind of impossible soul searching bonding going on during the car (or bus) ride to Mexico. I don’t see everything magically getting fixed by the time they start their search for Miguel.
Personally, my biggest fear for their relationship is the third opinion and I pray that they make Johnny actually try to repair the damage done to their relationship (without putting Robby on the back burner again or making him seem like he had no reason to be angry).
I hope for a reconciliation between them that is deserved.
I think that’s what every Robby fan wants and it’s also what we deserve after watching Johnny put his son on the back-burner for 17 years.

Truth is a loaded gun
The truth of the matter is, Dorian has grown to care for his friends. It's the only reason he makes the choice that he does.
A character study of Dorian in episode 5, because Robbie made some WILD decisions. Also on AO3
Dorian’s thinking of Dariax as he speaks to the disembodied voice that had visited his dear friend the previous evening already. As he bargains with it, his mouth moves faster than he can keep up. He’s bluffing, he thinks, when he says yes, yes he would trade the crown, an undeniable danger to the world in Poska’s hands, for his friend’s safety.
Maybe he doesn’t know himself as well as he should because when he searches inside for the lie that should be there, there’s only truth. He’s always considered himself a good man, reasonable, logical, moral… but he can feel the ring of honesty in his words; he would truly rather the whole of Emon burn down (again) than allow something to happen to his friend -friends, he corrects himself.
It’s just that he can’t get the image of Dariax’s eyes gone jet black out of his head. The colour of his eyes are too lovely to be hidden in such an unsettling manner. The handsome dwarf doesn’t have enough self-preservation, or any for that matter. It’s all too easy for Dorian to imagine him falling prey to the crown and to the Spider Queen. Every time Dariax makes to reach for the crown with his bare hands, Dorian can feel his own chest constrict.
If Dariax were to turn into a darker form of himself, Dorian doesn’t believe he’ll have the strength to deal with it in the same way they’d dispatched of Alternate-Fearne. With the crown gone, there would be nothing of that nature to worry about. Dariax could continue to be his stupidly charming and pure self.
It’s beyond frustrating to Dorian that Orym had used Gilmore’s enchanted box just to send away a damned note. More than that, he’s upset with himself for insisting they hold onto the cursed crown in the first place.
Almost from a far away perch, he could see and hear himself snap at Orym unreasonably, time and time again. What makes it doubly worse is that Orym hardly ever responds in kind, doesn’t point fingers or place blame. It never makes Dorian feel better, only guiltier.
He knows it’s his own fault they are in this mess; the only reason Dariax is forced to continue carrying the crown is because Dorian had insisted they keep it. Dorian knows and the whole group must think it too. But all Orym does is quietly observe his outbursts. It’s annoying that Orym can remain so calm even as he confronts Dorian, while Dorian keeps having these hot flashes of anger he can hardly control.
Dorian finds himself to be more irritable as they traverse through the jungle, the heat and humidity of the place getting under his skin. Aside from his frustration with Orym, he eyes Fy’ra Rai with distrust, bristles at Opal’s prodding, and can’t help but grow annoyed at Fearne’s flute playing. It’s irritating when she plays poorly, the sound grating against his patience. It’s bothersome in it’s own way when she plays well, an uncomfortable jealousy prickling his skin.
The only person who hardly gets on his nerves is Dariax.
Partly it’s from a sense of guilt. At Gilmore’s, Dariax had looked at him so earnestly.
“If you want to keep it, we’ll keep it,” he’d said, unquestioningly supportive even when Dorian couldn’t give the group a good reason why. He’d seen how frightened Dariax had been after his dream with the Spider Queen. The dwarf had made an admirable attempt to act as though everything were fine, but it is plain to see that everything is not fine.
There’s something so remarkably straightforward about Dariax, some would say simple-minded. As someone who doesn’t know the first thing about being straightforward, Dorian appreciates that about him.
Where Dariax is earnest and charming, Dorian is reserved most of the time and politely posh at his best. Dariax goes along with anything, easygoing and generous with his warmth. The only thing Dorian is generous about is imagining a generous amount of terrible scenarios that could happen. He can, at any given point in time, come up with more than twenty reasons why something is a bad idea. He’s rational in the worst of ways.
As far as adventuring goes, Dariax has significantly more experience than him. The dwarf is never afraid to wander into the unknown. Dorian prefers to know where he’s going, how long it will take to get there, what dangers there might be, so on and so forth. It’s an effort for him to relax, something he’s had to learn how to do.
It was all learned, Dorian’s charm. Growing up, he hadn’t possessed an ounce of charisma. But he’d practiced until he could murmur polite platitudes in his sleep. He studied others, trying to figure out how people worked. He stood in front of his reflection, training himself to stand confidently, move naturally. Sheltered child that he had been, it had been important to have a certain image.
Slipping into Dorian Storm, a charming bard, was all the easier for it later on.
Unfortunately for him, the awkwardness still comes out sometimes. Dorian is still kicking himself for his display at Gilmore’s. Attractive men made it difficult for him to retain his composure or think straight. He’d gotten flustered again at the pageant, seeing Dariax in the clothes he himself wore everyday.
He should consider himself lucky that he’d managed to remain cool in front of the group for so long. Next to Orym, he’s supposed to be the other reasonable one. Well, the group still likes him just fine and Dariax still looks at him with respect and admiration at the very least.
While Dorian does his best not to read too much into the other man’s words -Dariax is the type to say things without thinking them through- he can’t help but think he’s Dariax’s favourite out of the whole group. Dariax looks to him for leadership, wakes him up after having a nightmare, sleeps back to back with Dorian out of everybody else.
It’s flattering, it’s nice, and it could be why Dariax is Dorian’s favourite.
It’s not the whole picture though. Dorian thinks on how he’d said to Poska all those weeks ago, “If Dariax doesn’t like you then I don’t like you.” Even back then Dariax had had his trust, as much as he’s able to give at least. Perhaps it has to do with the week of memories they’d collectively lost. Dorian doesn’t know how else he could have so much respect for a dwarf that he’s seen with shit in his beard.
As much as Dariax seems to seek him out, Dorian gravitates toward Dariax in turn. It’s impossible for Dorian to be totally truthful about himself, but with Dariax, some foolish part of him wants to be. While the circus Dariax believes in does not exist, Dorian had not been completely dishonest about his situation. It’s the most he’s ever shared with someone.
The thing is, Dorian has never had a best friend before, but if he had to guess, Dariax is the closest thing he has to one. Emon be damned, Dorian’s not ready to give that up anytime soon.
