Sparkling Water: A Refreshing and Healthier Soda Substitute - Your Complete Guide
Sparkling water difference is much more than just a refreshing drink; it's a lifestyle choice embraced by those who seek a healthier and tastier alternative to sugary sodas. Among the many soda water vs sparkling water options in the market, Our Sparkling Water stands out as a premium choice, celebrated for its origins, minimal processing, taste, and health benefits.
In this comprehensive guide, we'll delve into everything you need to know about Aava Sparkling Water, highlighting the key difference between sparkling and soda water, its mineral-rich composition, and its place as one of the finest sparkling soda water brands available in India.
The Sparkling Difference: Soda vs. Sparkling Water
Let's begin by distinguishing the difference between soda and sparkling water, highlighting the factors that set them apart:
Source and Origin
Soda water can originate from various sources with no specific significance, often undergoing extensive purification processes that strip away natural minerals. In contrast, sparkling water near me, Aava Sparkling Water proudly originates in India, boasting ethically sourced water from a protected confined aquifer. This untouched source preserves the water's original minerality and taste, making it distinct.
Minimal Processing
Soda water is subjected to rigorous processing, including reverse osmosis (RO) and purification methods, which remove impurities along with natural minerals. For every liter of water purified using RO, at least 3 or more liters are wasted. Sparkling water and soda difference, including Aava, undergo minimal processing, preserving healthy natural minerals that not only provide a unique taste but also offer wellness benefits. Sparkling Water remains untouched and unprocessed, maintaining its rich mineral composition.
Taste That Sparkles
Both soda and sparkling water achieve carbonation, but the key difference lies in the aftertaste. After the initial fizz, sparkling water cost, allows you to savor the minerals present, offering a nuanced and refreshing taste experience. Soda water vs sparkling water, having been stripped of these minerals, leaves you with nothing but fizz.
Our Sparkling Water, enriched with naturally occurring calcium, magnesium, bicarbonates, sodium, and silica, provides a smooth mouthfeel and a sweet finish that sets it apart. The carbonation enhances this taste sensation, making every sip a delightful experience.
Sparkling Water's Health Boost
Carbonated spring water was historically used to alleviate digestive problems and indigestion before the invention of Aspirin. Soda water, devoid of these minerals, offers little wellness benefits. Sparkling Water, with its mineral-rich composition, aids digestion, maintains hydration, and promotes overall health. It provides the natural electrolytes and minerals essential for your body.
Why you should drink Aava Sparkling Water
Now that we've explored the distinctions between sparkling water brands and soda, let's delve into what makes Sparkling Water superior:

The world has not yet adjusted to the flood of robots merging with day-to-day society.
At least, not in the form they had taken prior. To say that there was some backlash was undercutting it; using arguments of humanity vs machine to its core, despite the clarity that those walking alongside them weren't just AI made to mimic human traits and personality, but sentient beings that develop their own. There's a difference between a chatbot app and your next-door neighbor who just so happens to be made out of metal.
Still, there is progress as much as there are incidents. A recent ruling states that all robots don't need to look human in order to receive the same amount of respect and rights (which is fantastic for all of Fazbear's line up of robots, considering they were animals in nature and all, in all franchises and pizza plexes across the country) but there were...incidents too, some of them making the news.
So when you're out doing some quick shopping for groceries one day and a stranger with a taut face and a sour attitude starts heckling Sun, and that heckling turns to harassment, and thus turns into him reaching for the back of the animatronic's head and pulling at the vulnerable wires there, you clock him.
Hard, actually. Your knuckles hurt like a bitch, but you don't have time to shake the feeling out from your hand because the guy sends one right back and oh, there you go, tumbling in the isle and knocking baking soda and sugar and other cake ingredients off the shelf as the two of you yell profanities and arguments while Sun has a metaphorical loading symbol over his head while he processes the last five seconds.
Now you're both banned from that store. The other guy is too, thankfully. Still sucks though. You didn't get to check out the ingredients for the cake.
"You're a real mess." Sun scolds you, dipping the rag back into the warm water, and bringing it back up to your face. He dabs at the dried blood under your eye, careful not to rub too harshly so as to not irritate the darkening skin beneath it. "Honestly. That could have gone so much worse-"
"Like pulling wires out of your head?" You interrupt. You're not too keen about the bathroom being turned into a lecture hall, and the lid of the toilet seat being your 'time-out' spot as he tends to you. "Yeah, sure. I'll just let the stranger rip out what is essentially your brain cords out of your flat skull and be fine with it."
Sun shoots you a look. The default smile is strained.
"What?" You hiss in the silent pause, and not because of the sting of your eye. "All I'm saying is that this-" A point to your face, "-is preferable than the other outcome."
"Our wires are welded in with steel, so I highly doubt a human could rip them out without some sort of power tool." Sun tuts. "You remember Parts n Service."
He had a point. The machine in Parts n Service did weld his arm back into place at the time, and all the other repairs since then didn't go without some sort of heat tool to make sure everything was properly molded in place. Still, you frown. "It's still fucked up that he did that, though."
"Language."
"We didn't even get the cake mix." A light dab on the eye, you bite your tongue as Sun clears the last of the dried blood from the area. "Shouldn't have banned us. Now we have to go across town to get groceries."
Sun pulls back the rag, stained pink and light brown with old blood, dropping it in the sink to be washed later. "You should have thought about that before getting into a fight."
"I was only trying to help!" You defend, continuing as Sun pulls out the disinfectant in a rather knowing manner. The cut underneath your eye from the guy's ring was about to sting like hell. "And it's not like I was the one who started it!"
He pours a dab of alcohol onto a cotton ball retrieved from the first aid kit, a small puff of white in between large silocone fingers, it's almost comical how he pinches it into place before crouching back down, the cotton ball hovering over your face. "Hush. This is going to sting."
Your mouth thins at the underlying tone of Moon's voice in his scolding, leaning away from the offending ball. "You're such a hypocrite."
A hand comes underneath your chin to hold you in place, thumb pressed into your jawline. "Stop whining."
"How would you feel, huh?" You wrinkle your nose as the disinfectant ball comes closer. "What would you do if someone attacked me like that?"
The cotton ball presses against the cut and you flinch, hard enough that your shoulders hike up and your neck tenses. It stings like hell, searing for a moment before dulling to an aching throb, a hiss in the back of your dry throat.
The Daycare Attendant's thumb keeps in place for a second, then pulls it away, expression unreadable. "The same thing we did the last time someone tried."
You grit your teeth, pressing your lips into a thin line as the stinging starts to fade.
"Though," He continues, pulling the cotton ball away and tossing it into the trash. "While your help is appreciated, It would be very much appreciated if we were to avoid something like that in the future!" He waves his hands, the bright smile returning, and Sun's fingers go behind your ear, pulling back out a colorful bandage. "I think it goes without saying that it makes me very sad to see you all hurt. Not fun at all!"
You blow hot air out of your nose in a huff as he applies the sticky bandage. "Hypocrite."
"There you are! Right as rain, dandy and peachy." Sun pulls back to observe his handiwork, and there's a slight pause. "Well, not quite. You've still got a bit of a shiner. I don't think I have a medicine for that one."
"It makes me look cool." You jest. "I look badass."
The animatronic sighs, heavy and loaded for a robot with no lungs, though his exasperation is evident in his voicebox. "Pulling my wires, our wires, please, you're constantly on them-" He's mumbling, quickly. Still talking even as he cradles your head gently by your jawline, and presses his faceplate to the skin above the black eye. "Afraid that's all I can give."
You wrinkle your nose, smiling. "I think a cake would be great too."
"Thanks to someone-" He starts, rising from a crouched position and taking your hand to help you stand. "It looks like we'll be ordering one from the bakery instead."

🌞 Self-care vs. self-indulgence vs. avoidance
Tumblr media
Sometimes it may be a hard to swallow pill, but there's a difference between self-care and self-indulgence:
🍭 self-indulgence: spending too much money on stuff you want, but don't really need, like clothes you'll wear twice and then leave in your closet, where all they do is take up space, books you'll never read, subscriptions you'll forget about
✨ self-care: saving money; planning your budget; buying less, but better quality; thinking twice, before buying something you want, but don't need: "Will I really use it? Do I have enough money to buy it, without worrying, that I won't have enough to buy something more important? I want it now, but will I still want it tomorrow?" (note: I didn't write "don't buy anything except necessities" anywhere. Buy the stuff you want, but do it consciously, plan it and think before buying.)
🍭 self-indulgence: eating fast food and unhealthy snacks; drinking soda pop, energy drinks, tea with a lot of sugar, or too much coffee; adding sugar to everything; drinking too much alcohol
✨ self-care: eating as healthy as possible; learning to cook; avoiding fast food, sweets, potato chips and other unhealthy snacks; reducing your sugar intake; drinking water, fruit juices, tea without added sugar; planning your meals; buying natural food (note: It doesn't mean "never eat anything unhealthy again, never add sugar to anything, never drink alcohol". You can treat yourself with some pizza, or sweets, or beer sometimes, but it should be a treat, not part of your everyday meals.)
🍭 self-indulgence: staying up until 3 AM to watch films/series, play computer games, browse social media, chat with someone, or even to do something, that doesn't involve technology, for example draw or read books; sleeping until 11 AM, because you went to bed too late; sleeping 12 hours at the weekend, because you slept 4 hours a day during the week; hitting the snooze button; laying in the bed for too long after waking up
✨ self-care: fixing your sleep schedule; waking up earlier; going to bed earlier; sleeping 7 to 9 hours every day; avoiding all-nighters; having a fixed wake up time and a fixed bedtime, the same every day, including weekends; getting out of bed immediately when your alarm clock rings (note: I know there are circumstances, that can mąkę having a fixed sleep schedule is impossible, or next to impossible, I also know in some situations it's totally normal to stay up late, like you don't have to leave a party at 9 PM just because you want to stick to your sleep schedule, that would be unreasonable. Do it the best you can under your current life circumstances, and remember, this is about everyday life, not some rare exceptions.)
Tumblr media
There's also a difference between self-care and avoidance:
😨 avoidance: staying home all the time; not going to any events, because meeting new people is stressful; always declinig your friends' invitations
✨ self-care: not going to that big, loud party, because it's too overwhelming, but going to a pub with a few friends instead; inviting your friends to your home, when going out feels too stressful; declinig some invitations, when you don't have time and/or energy, but accepting others, when you feel better and have more time; gradually increasing the number of social interactions you have, to be able to meet new people with less stress
😨 avoidance: having no plans for the future; thinking, that there's no point in having any goals in life; telling yourself, that ambitions are generally pointless and hence you don't have to do anything and be good at anything
✨ self-care: having specific, short-term goals and an overall vision od your long-term future; knowing, what you really want to do and what you're good at, and sticking to these things; consciously choosing, what to learn and what to give up on, based on if it's important to you, not to other people; not distracting yourself with too many side plans, when you have one main goal; knowing, what is your passion and what is your ambition; knowing, that you are ambitious mainly for yourself, and only secondly for the society; believing, that you are capable of achieving your goals
😨 avoidance: not studying at all, because it takes time and energy; procrastinating until the last moment before the exam/test/project deadline; always talking the easiest way possible with no ambition beyond barely passing the exam/test; having no plan, no study schedule; never asking for help, even if you're failing, because you think asking for help is a shame, or you're simply too shy; dropping out of school/college because it's stressful
✨ self-care: knowing that you're studying for yourself, your grades don't define you and that real knowledge and skills are more important, than grades; focusing on these topics, that are important to you for your future studies/career, and being the best you can in these areas; being good enough to pass at everything, that isn't important for your future plans; planning your studying and starting early; taking regular breaks to avoid burnout; asking for help if necessary, but trying to do as much as possible and reasonable on your own; acknowledging that, despite the education system being flawed in so many ways, it also gives you many opportunities;
Of course, self-care includes bubble baths, eating cake, listening to your favourite music and slowly drinking tea, while watching the rain outside through the window and letting your thoughts wander, but these aren't only forms od self-care and definetely not the most important ones. Of course, sometimes it includes staying home with your cat instead of going to the party, sleeping in, instead of studying for an exam, because you're exhausted, or giving up on something, instead of trying again and again, but this should happen in some, specific situations, not be your default response. Real self-care should focus on improving your life, not escaping it or avoiding it.
Tumblr media
This post doesn't mean, I'm perfect at all of these things. Actually I struggle a lot with many of them. This is a piece of advice for me, too.

Beast boy is soaping up in the shower and you join.
Gar moans softly as the warm water hits his aching muscles. Tonight's mission had been a little bit tough. H.I.V.E. Five had been running around the city, stealing, damaging public property. The usual thing. Gar and the other Titans were there to stop them in an epic battle of good vs evil that left Gar sticky from a nearby soda machine.
He ran the soap over his defined and muscular frame as his ears perked up at the sound of someone entering the shower as well. Gar turned to see Y/N standing there, a smirk gracing his features.
"Dude, what the fuck? Can't you see this shower is currently occupied?" Gar covered himself up, but Y/N made no movement to go.
"All the showers have been taken. Dick. Conner. Jason. Hank. Tim. All of them. I figured you wouldn't mind sharing after what Jinx did." Y/N said.
During the fight, Jinx had used her powers to make a nearby soda machine burst and all its caramelized goodness had rained down on the Titans before they took them in. Hence the need for a shower.
Gar sighed. "Fine. Get in here."
"Yay!" Y/N stepped in and watched Gar soap himself once again as he felt himself starting to grow hard.

Hi friends. I’m 21F and have been struggling with my body image since 2009 which led me to develop anorexia around 2014. I’ve been struggling ever since and have tried every trick and diet out there but have finally settled on my own so I thought I’d share it. First of all, recovery is a lie. There was a point in my life where I fully recovered but made me fat… it was nice not to worry about calories and all that but the pros outweigh the cons of an ED if done correctly. So think of your ED as a lifelong friend. In order to have an ED successfully for a long period of time you must go about it healthily. I know this is somewhat contradictory. I’m gonna include just some general tips, advice, and food alternatives. In a separate post I’ll be listing my favorite low kcal recipes so stay tuned.
~
GENERAL TIPS
•Drink water before, during, and after meals. This is absolutely crucial.
•During this period it’s important to spend extra time and effort on maintaining your vaginal health, immune system, fertility, and skincare !! Really important not to neglect these things especially vaginal care >.<
•Calories matter but make sure to eat nutritious foods. Must have a good judgment on when to splurge on kcals or when to go for an alternative. For ex: splurging on healthy foods that are a lot of kcals vs unhealthy processed foods that are low kcal.
•It’s good to strive for 1200 kcals or less. If it’s a cheat day or you’re feeling lenient then aim for around 1600 kcals. Never ever go over 2000 kcals.
•if you’re a foodie like me then you *have* to find creative and unique ways to curb your cravings. Otherwise your mental health will plummet. If you’re not satisfied then you’re either gonna keep eating or be miserable
•Remember your brain needs at least 330 kcals to function properly so if you’re feeling slow or disoriented then definitely have a snack or meal.
•Best drinks to have are water, sparkling water, tea, and coffee.
•If you eat over your calorie limit don’t fret, it’s not the end of the world. Just either work out or purge. Keep purging to a limit and don’t do it more than once a day. Ideally less purging is better so keep it for emergencies.
•Using apps such as my fitness pal are great for seeing what nutrients you’re deficient in or going overboard in. However I’ve found I lose more weight when I’m not using the app because I’m thinking about food less. However everybody is different and I would recommend at least checking out the application if you haven’t already.
•Vitamins are your bestie too!! I take a couple supplements to make sure I’m getting the vitamins I need for longevity.
•Cut down on silly calories like sauces and drinks by using alternatives. Also you can pretty much find a low kcal version of anything these days if you look hard enough.
•If you love flavor then these simple things will help like ~ seasoning, low kcal hot sauce such as Tabasco or sriracha, soy sauce, etc.
~
CRAVING ALTERNATIVES
•Juice or sugary drinks ~ low sugar Gatorade, fruit flavored teas iced with extra tea bags to give it extra flavor
•Soda ~ flavored sparkling water with powder or liquid drink mix such as crystal light strawberry lemonade drink mix
•Starbucks ~ just making my own mixed coffee drinks and sweet tea drinks saves so many calories
•Dessert ~ Gerber biscuits arrowroot (taste like shortbread), Gerber lil biscuits, cottage cheese, chocolate covered fruit or nuts
•Chips ~ Gerber’s Lil Crunchies Mild Chedder (basically cheese/ cheeto puffs), quest chips, or half a serving size of normal chips
•Ice cream ~ strawberry halo top
•Chocolate ~ alter eco or dark chocolate coconut fudge
•Mayo ~ miracle whip or vegan mayo
•Rice ~ cauliflower or broccoli rice
•Pasta ~ Chickpea pasta

Please do The gang+tim and culry with a s/o who likes to bake/cook!
YO my dad is actually a chef and I know how to cook and bake pretty well if I do say so myself so HELL YEAH i can do this pookie
GN!Baker/Cook s/o x The Gang + Tim n Curly Shepard
Ponyboy Curtis
-he loves it
-he’d never really had anyone besides the gang cook for him
-and tbh their skill is no where near yours
-when he hears you in the kitchen it’s like he’s a dog istg
-there in five seconds
-whenever he helps you cook he’s super precise over measuring
-“Y/n it says EXACTLY 6 cups of water”
-“Pony, it’s water for pasta. Eyeball it.”
Johnny Cade
-he’s not used to eating real good food
-or having people cook for him
-he’s so hungry all the time
-I fell like it suprises people, his appetite vs his size
-but he always says thank you when you cook for him
-sometimes helps you
-gets so flustered when you praise him
-getting a compliment from YOU on something he’s making is
-just honoring
Sodapop Curtis
-lol we already know this man in the kitchen
-you have to ban him because he makes such a mess
-he tried to sneak food coloring in the batter 💀💀
-and then runs away
-“SODAPOP CURTIS WHY IS MY BREAD BLUE?!”
-but you can’t stay mad at his behavior because he has the pretty privilege
-he’s lucky he’s cute tbh
Darry Curtis
-the best to cook/bake with
-forget grateful if you cook dinner so he don’t have to
-after working all day
-you two have a lot of fun in the kitchen
-and you swap turns cleaning vs cooking
Dallas Winston
-he would love eating your food
-but this mf is so impatient
-he sits at the freaking table whining like a kid
-I also think he’s mostly try to tease you
-like he’d come up behind you and wrap his hands around your waist and start kissing on your neck
-while you’re trying to cook something
-because he knows that it gives you butterflies and also distracts you from making something
-so you get annoyed and flustered
-which he loves
Two Bit Mathews
-flour fights
-if you get him in the kitchen, you guys are not baking or cooking
-He’s goofing around with the ingredients
-Tries to stick his nasty hand in the batter
-“WASH YOUR HANDS TWO BIT!”
-he’s slightly worse than soda
-if you leave him alone with any finished food, especially cupcakes he’s eating it all
-and then tries to deny that he ate them all when it’s so blatantly obvious because he did not clean up
Steve Randle
-micromanager 💀
-i’m sorry, but he’ll pretend like he doesn’t care
-and then as soon as you get something wrong he’s like
-“It said TWO tbsp Y/n not THREE!”
-You have to tell him to trust the process multiple times
-And he does not trust this “ process” nor you
-I feel like even if you’re the better baker or better cook he would still take over
-or try to take over
Tim Shepard
-he definitely shows you off to his gang
-he loves the fact that you can cook
-he eats whatever you make in like three seconds
-Like it’s concerningly fast
-he doesn’t really help you out that much in the kitchen
- I don’t think this man can cook
Curly Shepard
-he pretends like he doesn’t care
-but he secretly loves it whenever you cook for him
-he’ll always utter a thank you
-I think that he secretly likes really girly dessert things
-Gotta keep it a secret or that fragile masculinity will shatter
-It’s like two bit whenever you make pink cupcakes
-he tries to eat them all
-You catch him red-handed with a smirk
-Tim Never lets him live it down

Shiro Headcanons
First and foremost,
Shiro is a WARRIOR. He does not simply LEAVE the battle field. I REFUSE to believe he simply accepted his civilian role.
He HAS to be put back into action. Even if that means commanding voltron or piloting black. Domestic life does NOT suit him.
Look at his Garrison days, he was constantly pushing limits and himself. I refuse to believe he will just STOP. I refuse to believe he just accepts things so easily, especially things he can change.
As much as I love that he wound up with Curtis, I don't think it will last. It was a trauma bond. Curtis is a rando imo. We don't know a lot about Curtis either, which makes this tougher.
Shiro is going to go through immense withdrawals and PTSD. He needs a crap ton of help and support.
Ptsd is trying and breaks relationships. I have seen it. It is not fun. It changes people, it makes them not who they were.
Okay. Rant over.
