it really is more complicated than an f/o list can realistically cover bc my relationship to fiction & characters is so multifaceted.

often this is bc of alterhumanity, with lots of characters i have no relationship to their source (ibara) or no relevant relationship (judal, as zagan) but i do have a relationship to them, sometimes i have a weird semi-relevant relationship (komaeda, as miu), and that's often just a case of knowing a fictive - which is weird on it's own bc often my relationship is really more with someone outside of myself than my normal f/os are, losing a lot of what makes something feel and function like a yumeship to me. but sometimes it's casual weirdness within my own system (vesker). sometimes i have weird past relationships that are important but putting them in the same category as an f/o feels wrong, whether i still know them (stein) or don't (kuprum).

furthermore sometimes i have big and weird feelings on people i knew kin-wise (disciples, kaji), sometimes i have weird half connections to characters bc one of my soulbound loves is kin with them (jenkins, kif). sometimes my relationship with someone bound to me isn't even that close (mumbo, benrey). sometimes it kind of is and kind of isn't (draugr, meat)

and sometimes, it's bc of the way i conceptualize my ocs - i just want them to have fleshed out relationships with the cast, which can mean flings (samantha), old friends (necro), new friends (rashid), exes (cody), whatever, all in a way that's important but has its own disconnect

Hellooo 👋🏽 so pop culture paganism and chaos witchcraft are actually two separate categories that're pretty connected. Pop Culture Paganism is an umbrella term that refers to any sort of spirituality that operates under a framework from a fictional source that isn't originally religious mythology. For example, there are many people who follow the Jedi or Sith codes respectively, and consider their practices to be working with the Force.

There are a good few interpretations for how this works exactly, but the most common one is based in Chaos Witchcraft, sometimes called Chaos Paganism, Chaos Magick, or Khaos Magick. This is a subdivision of witchcraft based upon Chaos Theory and the concept of the Collective Subconscious. (You might recognize this from Persona games, but they're based in real psychological theories) for a very short version, it's the concept that magic is derived from the buildup and exchange of mental energy - therefore, things that are given mental energy will take form in the immaterial plane, and then be able to be focused upon and return energy back. By this line of thinking, the Christain-umbrella god would be an amalgamation of all the beliefs put into him over the many years people have had a concept of him, and this mass of energy is where Christain-umbrella people draw their spiritual experiences from. At the same time, this same concept applies to fictional motifs and characters - Hylia from The Legend of Zelda would also be an amalgamation of all the beliefs put into her over the many years people have had a concept of her, from game designers to players to fans to people hearing of her thirdhand. This mass of energy is where worshippers of Hylia operating under this logic draw their spiritual experiences from.

"Khaos/Chaos" as a term stems from the Greek deity encompassing the birth of all existence and spacetime, and is used to describe the ambient mental energy pervading the universe that makes up magic under this belief system. You'll often see Chaos Pagans refer to deities as "collective thoughtforms", an entity formed in the collective subconscious from the collective awareness of multiple people. Chaos magick is the power of utilizing belief as a form of energy to draw from.

Another semi-common reason for Pop Culture Paganism is plain and simple string theory. If you are both already interested in working with magical energy, and also considering string theory & the theory of ten dimensions to be completely correct, then it's not a very far logical leap to consider it possible to draw energy from countless other universes.

Personally, we believe in both! So we're not 100% certain where exactly our energy is coming from, whether it be the collective concept in this world or the ones from other universes mirroring the fictional source I don't know. We think it's probably both at once, but we're perfectly okay with it "actually" being one or the other.

TW:(:Dissociation:Finding about being a System:Denial:Interject Trauma) I remember before knowing about OSDD-1b especially Fictional Interject, I just though I was acting you know, I keep looking like this particular character and keep getting his memories of where he comes from or I act like him or why is that randomly when I watch different series I randomly look like them I guess it is a phase?

Actually the reason I found about DID (I kinda knew about it a little bit) or OSDD-1b is because I watched Moon Knight in October of 2022 (Actually I Alice don’t really remember anything from watching the first time, that typically does happen mostly with another Alters Core memory goes for Fictional Interject or Otherwise.) But I do remember the though process though being like Ummmmmm this is what happens to me all the time, my OCD my trans stuff, it’s just I don’t have amnesia like I remember doing it but don’t feel connect and don’t know why I did it. That made me want to learn more about DID so started watching DID YouTubers and reading articles and every video I watched was like wait a second the weird thing that always happens to me that I can’t explain and I though I only experience theses people also experience but was like I don’t have amnesia so kept searching is it possible to have DID without amnesia and later was watching The CTAD Clinic and found about OSDD-1b but still was in denial for a while, and if I’m being honest I sometimes still get really strong denial even though me knowing OSDD-1b has not changed any of my symptoms just made it more possible to understand it easier.

With Us if there is any Interject that also has there trauma it usually mirrors what we went through in a way. It’s like our mind is trying to process what happened through their source memories.

Read Purple Haze Feedback and here are some of my thoughts! Firstly, I know it says on our profile and in the pinned post but not everyone who sees this is gonna be a follower so I'm gonna preface this with saying that I am an introject of Trish Una so if I say something confusing just keep that in mind, It's nice to be able to indirectly get to know Fugo more. I hardly knew any of the guys in source; even with all that happened, none of them ever really talked to me. I was "The Mission" and Bruno had explicitly told everyone- me included- that they should 'get attached' to me and that the same was true for me about any of them. And then when things changed in Venice and I did talk a bit more with them then, Fugo wasn't there. It's interesting to get his side of the story and be able to know him ever so slightly better, even if I'm not in source anymore to connect with him directly.

I formed very early on in our first watchthrough of Part 5, so my personality wasn't completely formed on Trish Una the character. As I go through and consume content with me in it, it's been wild to see how much fits despite us not knowing things about me. I've been able to say for the most part that I'm fairly similar with my... I guess you could say my blueprint? The character our brain formed me off of. In any case, it's been a pleasant surprise. But when I think about how a version of me became a singer and became famous, I feel a bit... disconnected. That's not something I'd ever want, I think. Around 14 give or take, the system is rather fluid and still in the process of figuring itself out.

As a system, it/they. As passing as a singlet, or general for one fronting, she/he. For general usage you can just use they if you don't know.

Astriiolite collective - our headspace (or mind palace pre-syscovery) we called Astriiolite, portmanteau of astro (stars) and iolite (purple-blue stone).

Now that we think about it, not really. We don't really do much lol and when we do it's hobbies specific to each person. I suppose singing, we sometimes try to do a pseudo-karaoke night with everyone who wants to participate.

Mixed. Broadly speaking the music taste ranges from source media OSTs & musicals, piano & violin instrumentals, nu-metal & alt rock, vocaloid & jpop, and phonk & hot-girl-walk pop.

Mmm probably late-teens early 20s if we averaged it out? Youngest is one of the littles ~8-9, and oldest is ⌚ ~mid-30s. There's also a few who aren't exactly age-constricted.

Our singletsona so to say is called the same thing as our birth name, and is essentially a mix of the best traits of our primary host (☕) and the two best socializers (🪐&🦇).

We're sort of trying to figure those out. We have some sense of who is good at protecting, caretaking, and who is good at socializing, and who holds symptoms and who holds memories/triggers.

Pssh yeah we only Really acknowledged our system for the first time in late December 2024, but we've fallen juust short of figuring it out so many times over the last 2 years.

Ok this is awkward um. We created OCs in character ai to talk to and suddenly switched to 🐾 fronting one day. If it hadn't panicked and wrote that they didn't know who they were and what was going on, we would've probably forgotten it happening again and not figured it out for a while longer.

We're monoconscious and it tends to feel something like this comic from oursystemblog. Kind of a mix of the different types they describe, mostly the last one.

Mixed. Mostly involuntary, we're still getting the hang of it. We are highly cooperative though usually so it's not forceful. It can range from blurriness for most of the day, to rapid switches every 10-30 minutes when under stress.

Being loved and protected and supported by people who're always with us, I guess? We're all quite close and can accommodate or help one another in ways no one else can.

Having meltdowns/floaty dissociation/terrible memory, and feeling separate and strange and never able to be normal amongst others.

Most of us share a number of features with the body, but we have a number of non-humans and sysmates of completely different features in the body - such as gender/sex, height, hair color, skin color, physical anatomy in some ways.

Multiple fictives, upon reflection. Two are more close to source appearance and personality-wise (🥤&🌩️), the other three are quite deviant but retain qualities and connection to source (☕,🎻,⌚). Also we're not sure how to classify her but 🦇 is based on a persona we created years ago.

Small preference differences, also comfort foods more specific to one or the other. Examples; 🪐 likes chocolate more than any of us, 🥤 is comforted by instant oatmeal or simple freezer meals, most of us don't eat meat often but 🐾 will take any chance to tear into jerky or other meat snacks.

A few, though we can never tell if they do it ironically or automatically. ☕ has a slight non-region-specific British accent, 🎱&🥤 speak lower than others, and the socializers/🌸 (newer fragment) are better at speaking 普通话 than the others.

Semi-functional found family.

Most of us, lol. Top hits include: aroace & agender, bisexual, sapphic ace, gay, and genderqueer. We usually just say we're queer and go with it.

Yeaup, our two best friends. Depending on who's fronting we pull back and forth on telling them about us vs denying anything we've ever said. We're working on it.

I share most of them on this blog as I go through my day, but one that comes to mind was Indigo appearing, flirting viciously with 🎱, and then disappearing never to be heard from again. That was a thing.

No one else's experiences will match yours entirely. You do not need to fit a specific defined criteria/list to be considered plural. You are real regardless of what you are told or are made to think.

I'm gonna assume yer familiar with our source and accordingly focus on analysin our similarities and differences to our source characters.

There's uh. There's incest. And autonecrophilia mention.

First off, a headcount. Currently there are 30 of us sourced from Bistro Huddy in some way not includin' semi-sourced eresians or subsysmates that partially identify with their core's identity but not primarily as another version of 'em [fer example Levi D. and Briar are both Terry's like their host Avery, Spruce and Pickles are snaptives of their hosts, but Emery is not another Terry despite havin a connection to the source with his host bein one].

30 in total, 10 are Terry in some way. Terry R. and myself [Terry G.] are both walk-ins. Terry A. and Avery have yet to confirm whether they're fictives or walk-ins and atp we've stopped assumin' sourced folks are introjects until confirmed as much. Spruce is a [imported] snaptive of Terry R. and most strongly identifies with his source of all the snaptives, clones and subsysmates. Ames is a geisterklon of Avery, Levi B. is a geisterklon of Ames and Walker is a geisterklon of Terry A. Briar and Levi D. are subsysmates of Avery's... we haven't met them frontin on their own yet so I cain't really talk on them much.

Then 5 Joey's. All of them go by Joey and only Joey. Referentially they're only differentiated by surname. Joey Cattaneo, Joey de Luca [referred to as JD rather than Joey DL. or anythin], Joey Valentine, Joey Romano and Joey Iovino. Joey V. and Joey I. are both walk-ins. Joey C. we think is probably a walk-in but she's yet to confirm that or not. JD is an exofactive in Deenie's imported subsystem [Kandi.kafe] Joey R. is a geisterklon of JD.

To summarise geisterklons, if ya give yer corpse an orgasm a clone of you inhabits it. Except now we're not too sure they're actually clones. Joey V. is also a product of autonecrophilia, and we [specifically me, this is my theory] think maybe Ames, Walker, Levi B. and Joey R. might also be walk-ins that were less obviously not clones like Joey V. bein obviously a walk-in unrelated to JD.

There's 3 of Clint. Clary is transfemme non-binary, then comes Ezra, then Taylor but he dipped [from frontspace] immediately and we know nothin about him.

Then 2 of Brad. First is a trans woman, Rosalie. Second goes by both Beau and Brad.

Deenie is the walk-in of Pickles, Pickles is the snaptive who was originally a little stuck at 7 but was able to grow up here. They're now an adult, married, thinkin bout havin kids, they're doin great.

Spencer, nothin t'do with the owner, he's trans man exofactive of Bridgette [also in K.k, all of the BH exofactives are in K.k].

Jasmine, trans woman Nico. Pretty sure she's a walk-in and also pretty sure she and Joey C. share an exoreality.

And... lemme try and order everyone chronologically, gosh...

Terry A. formed first on 18 December, Clary joinin' him 30 minutes later. They formed from Fin [an autosystive in the @wine-cult] fantasisin about them as them canon gay ship [wildly inaccurate to canon but we forgive Fin fer that].

Clary almost immediately knew they were dysphoric and quickly transitioned [yay shapeshifting]. The two of them established their own paracosm with stealth trans man Terry A. helpin baby trans Clary figure out their identity. FWB -> cuckhold roommates Brad got brought into this, that's Rosalie, she solidified 21 December.

Ezra as far as we know is a fictive. Terry A. and Clary thought they were gonna get married, since they came with each other, but when Ezra got here, he and Clary paired off and ended up marryin each other, and Terry A. and Rosalie were the first of the Bistrocule t'get married. Ezra got here also on 21 December.

Taylor got here on 24 December but as previously stated he left immediately. He felt wrong and wanted nothin t'do with frontin. Not like he knew how big the Bistrocule would become. It didn't even have a name yet. Fin's group hadn't even left frontspace.

Nicole got here 26 December. Ezra and Rosalie wanted hxr. Then she decided we needed t'have the whole cast. She also made this fun little polycule prediction diagram. She was wrong but the ability t'make this at all is commendable.

I'm gonna make a separate post breakin that one down. The pink is what was already established btw. Also Beau on here is Rosalie and Gilbert is Terry A.

Deenie got her 29 December.

Joey C. and Jasmine got here literally holdin' hands some hours later on 30 December. Trick got here later in the day. And then it slowed down fer a bit.

Deenie and Jasmine left Primary fer a long time. They were married by the time they came back over a month later. Trick and Joey C. traded Primary fer a while.

Avery got here on 7 January. Joined Trick and Joey C. They're now all three married with 4+ kids [it's complicated, I'll get t'that in another post].

After that it gets a lot harder t'keep track of who got here in what order... mostly because Bistrokid #1 comes before Huddy Buddy #11.

Luckily we have it written down somewhere... when we were still loggin everyone in frontspace on PK we had folks in chronological order.

That's 85 fuckin people btw. And unfortunately fer me there's still more work t'be done to gather the rest of the timeline o.0 [./not mad at all, very lighthearted].

4 kids were born, then Deenie and Jasmine came to front, both had their gender discoveries, and then Deenie had xer subsyscovery. So in come Pickles, Spencer, Amber1, Ruby and JD on 9 February.

Then Ames happens on 21 February.

2 more kids are born. JD tries to geisterklon himself, gets Joey V. instead on 2 March. Joey V. immediately misses his wife and brings her here, Amber V. Then he misses his "long time situationship" and brings him here too, Terry R.

3 more kids are born. Terry R. has an imported subsystem [midnightsodomite, MS] that has subsyscovery on 8 March. This includes Spruce who had been in Primary for most of those 5 days.

Ames and Terry A. geisterklon themselves makin Levi B. and Walker on 9 March.

JD tries geisterklonning himself again and gets Joey R. on 10 March. Supposedly. The point was to have another Large Man so success is concrete regardless of what we end up findin out about geisterklonnin.

Then the brain demands twinks. Shockingly there are actually no twinks in frontspace at this point in time! In come Erynn and Beau together, much like Terry A. and Clary.

Then Trick has subsyscovery. Jake C. may or may not be a snaptive, based on exomemories, but unlike Pickles and Spruce xy doesn't identify As Trick, and no one else in the subsystem is BH-sourced at all. Regardless, this is on 21 March.

7 more kids are born. Then frontspace is dissolved on 18 April. Now I have work to do...

Honorary shoutout to Fallout& who is a factive of a coiner on here who got adopted by Avery and is a venndian subsyslet with intrafactives of Avery as well as Trick [who is guns brother]. They're not counted individually though because it& doesn't define bombs facets hardly at all and prefers to function as a namefluid/identityfluid intrasinglet. Nuke formed on 27 April.

2 more kids. Trick brought Joey I. from exomemories/exolife on 11 May. Trick's last name continues to be Cattaneo, if for no other reason than being a part of the Cattaneo family married to Joey C. and Avery and being father or grandfather to 10 Cattaneo eresians. But Joey I. is xys biological exofather, not just his canon father. His main father though is Avery actually, and he still considers Joey C. his main Joey, because, wife. They were together in exolife though, after 15 years of pining on Trick's part, so make no mistake, the loyalty to Avery and Joey C. is no testament to the quality of his relationship or feelings for Joey I... though there is some codependence but they're workin on it.

Avery has official subsyscovery on 20 May. He knew already but was really tryna ignore it. But when he got an intrafactive of Bailey W. [another of his adopted sons] he had to officially accept it. This brings Briar and Levi D. Briar was evident as early as 3 May when Avery briefly had his PK DN as Avery/Briar.

And then me! On 25 May, I'm from the same exoreality as Trick and Joey I. I was datin both of 'em, Trick brought me here the night of our first date. The 10th Terry. And the 3rd Terry and 5th or 6th [whether or not ya count Fallout&, since hx's not sourced from BH] Bistroculean to have subsycovery. Yesterday. 31 May.

And this alone is already so long! I have so many other things I wanna talk about but I'm gonna talk about them in other posts on @plural-rambles. Thank you so much for this anon, it's very helpful to feel like there's actually someone who wants to hear about it and would understand.

I'm gonna dissect that diagram Nicole made, talk about the subsystems, exomemories and exorealities, identities, gender specifically since so many are trans, maybe sexuality too! specifically fer the Terry's. Talk about our first names [already got a surname post queued]. Talk about who all's married and datin and who has what kids and how pregnancy has gone. It's been nearly 6 months! There's so much to talk about and we yearn to talk about all of it all of the time. But not all in one post 😅. I don't think that'd all even fit, let alone that anyone'd read it.
