Danny as Bruce's son/clone concepts
I have a bunch of ideas that I haven't seen explored in the dcxdp fandom (yet. if you know any fics like this shoot me a link!). These are just concepts, feel free to use as you please.
The result of an ill advised teenage fling before Bruce went off globetrotting. Was given up for adoption at birth
A golddigger seduces Bruce in hopes of fleecing him for child support/an inheritance. She dies in a car accident or sth and baby Danny goes into the system
Early during Batman's career, before the meta gene was fully understood people thought Bats was a meta and tried to use his DNA for genetically engineering metas/supersoldiers. When no meta abilities manifested and funding dried up, the surviving child(ren) ended up in the foster system
Maddie worked for CADMUS (or other shady org) at some point but got squeemish and ran away with Danny, assuming a new identity
A relative of Jack or Maddie worked for CADMUS, smuggled Danny out and gave him to the Fentons for safekeeping
Danny was a test-run for what Amanda Waller ended up doing in the DCAU/Batman Beyond, ie creating a replacement Batman
Villainess wants leverage over Batman and/or Bruce and uses mind-control/drugs/shapeshifting to get a baby out of him, but can't be bothered actually raising the kid
Danny is Bruce's son from a different timeline, but during a reality collision/Crisis event things get mucked up. Danny is the only one to remember his timeline and thinks he's going nuts when everyone acts like he's had a whole life as Danny Fenton
Danny is Bruce's son from the future, but gets sent back in time as an infant to a point before his own birth
Danny is like Dawn from Buffy the Vampire Slayer and everyone's memories are altered to compel the Bats to protect him

i hereby present, the au i thought i would never actually do anything with bc i thought it up purely bc i like fairytales and drawing critters and didnt think anything through beyond that: the Sheep-Reader x Wolves-Sun/Moon au!
where Reader is a small, somewhat outcast sheep from a small isolated Sheep Town in the North who has always had dreams to finding some nice friendly town in the South where they could settle down and sell their wares- clothes, trinkets, and accessories made from their own wool! One day they meet two 'sled dogs' that have been wandering almost their whole lives, doing odd jobs here and there, and, inspired by the friendly one's stories and genuine kindness, they hire the two to be their guides/bodyguards on their journey to the South! The world was much too big and dangerous for one sheep to travel on their own, afterall; even if some hungry stranger didn't attack the sheep, the loneliness of the journey would surely end them on its own. But now, with two new friends at their side and hope in their heart, dear sheep-Reader is more than ready to make their dream a reality <3 (the two sled dogs r not sled dogs) (they're wolves) (lol)
BIG THANKS TO @rainbowcat-writing FOR ACTUALLY FLESHING OUT THIS AU WITH ME LOL I'D DIE FOR U THANK U ILY

Beetlejuice the Musical Cartoon - Episode Concepts! ✨️
I keep coming back to the idea of Beetlejuice having a musical cartoon, because I genuinely believe it has all of the elements needed to create a fantastic series! The question I keep asking myself, however, is what kinds of episodes would I like to see in it?
I decided to jot down a couple of ideas that came to mind. Some of these are modern takes of episodes from the original cartoon, because I like to imagine how the musical cast would approach some of these scenarios!
Each episode will have a title with a brief synopsis. There is no specific order, however I will be prioritizing those which I actually made detailed posts for at the top (links will be in the title).
All of these episodes take place after the events of the musical, and under the assumption that Beetlejuice has begun trying to make amends with the Maitland-Deetzes (those are their own separate stories entirely)!
-
Lydia’s School Project
For the past couple of months, Lydia has been working on a modification project for her camera. Specifically, she has been trying to create a filter lens that can make ghosts visible when taking pictures. However, she hasn't been able to make much progress, due school taking up the majority of her responsibilities... that is, until she sees the opportunity to work on it for her school's end of year fare. Her project almost appears to hit a dead end, until Beetlejuice chimes in.
Strange and Unusual
Lydia and Beetlejuice find a strange looking object on the floor. Lydia decides to investigate it further, believing that there's a lot more to this object than they realize. Beetlejuice, however, believes that Lydia is only wasting her time. Regardless, the two of them work together to uncover the object's mysteries.
-
Back to School
After a bizarre summer, Lydia is finally enrolled into a private high school in Connecticut. Like every high school, it comes with its ups and downs, but Lydia decides to make the most of it.
This is Halloween
Based on Laugh of the Party and Bizarre Bazaar. Lydia decides to throw a Halloween party that could outrival Claire's. Lydia's family help pitch in some surprisingly good ideas, which she gets on board with. Beetlejuice, on the other hand... isn't exactly pleased with the outcome, and believes the party needs a bit more "scare factor".
Life In The Fast Lane
Based on Dragster of Doom and Driven Crazy. Lydia is nervously excited to take her driver's test in the next couple of weeks. Beetlejuice offers to let Lydia borrow his car and practice her driving in the Netherworld. From there, he slowly begins to encourage Lydia to just let loose and drive, which... came with mixed results. Meanwhile, a super fast roller-skating demon begins to terrorize the Underworld, claiming the land as her territory. Lydia, using all the knowledge that she has in driving, challenges the demon to a race, in hopes of kicking her out of the Underworld.

Artw Season 2 AU Concepts
(Arcana Twilight belongs to StoryTaco)
These are some of my ideas for an Artw Season 2 AU. Some of it may differ from the original story for the individual characters and plot points using what I know about the current in-game lore and theories on what could be. Please leave any suggestions or ideas in the comments or DM me.
Tumblr media
MC Summoners (3)
Three Characters will represent the Summoner in the story and have their own alternate stories that will include Diaries related to the Main 3 of the Artw Cast chosen for that Summoner. I want to write for three different Summoners to give the reader a more personal pov if they, hopefully, relate to the character they share the same gender as, or otherwise. No one necessarily will need or have to read one over the other because of their gender, I just want to write it this way. None of the Summoners will be confirmed as cisgender or trans in writing to make it more inclusive, any of them can be read by either or.
One Non-binary person [they/them] with [Spica, Pollux, Sirius] The Summoner, [Y/N], Clever & Anxious
Their Learned Protective Measure: Somehow manages to talk themself out of bad situations
Favorite Food: Pecan Pie (totally important info)
One Man [he/him] with [Alpheratz, Pollux, Arcturus] The Summoner, [Y/N], Curious & Oblivious
His Learned Protective Measure: Summons Alpheratz or Arcturus, Pollux is running away with him
Favorite Food: Chocolate chip cookies
One Woman [she/her] [Sirius, Spica, Vega] The Summoner, [Y/N], Assertive & Cautious
Her Learned Protective Measure: Learns to play Pable with Vega and proceeds to beat the shit out of predatory individuals
Favorite Food: Anything with or just blueberries
Relevant Diaries: [A Ardent Sunset Wish]

The Little Polar Bear, Ursa Minor [Urmi] [it/its] is A funny lil stand-in for short funny little stories on the side or to narrate for kicks.
They’ll each focus on three of the Sorcerers respectively, so each gets some romance scenes. However, they each have a select three of the Sorcerers for romance scenes or anything generally romantic that doesn’t entirely exclude the rest. The others will have smaller roles in personal “Diary” stories and/or generally in the story.
Tumblr media
Side Dynamics between the Artw Cast
Sirius casually flirts with Vega, no one can tell if he is teasing or flirting.
Alpheratz and Spica are bickering like the other married couple they may as well be as usual, especially around the Summoner as if they are competing. It’s like they are trying to make one another jealous rather than become closer to the Summoner sometimes…
Arcturus and Pollux are besties of course!! Always trying to include Vega… It doesn’t work.
Vega cold shoulders everyone except the Summoner- he’s about to take out his sword if Sirius gets any closer- oh no!
Tumblr media
Scenarios After Floor 13, Entering Season 2 Floor 1 (1-1)
What happens after the Summoner is ushered to the rift…
Enby [Y/N] Chooses to stay despite the Artw Cast pushing them to leave, instead attempting to defend, heal, and assist them with Magic and Stratigizing.
Ideas/Possibilities:
Once they turn back to the Artw Cast the rift to MidEarthium closes, and Sirius is immediately pissed at them for their decision, his raised voice alerting the others to the Summoner.
None of them are particularly happy with the Summoner for this as they’d wanted the Summoner to safely return home rather than risk themself against the Monsters and Void Sorcerers aiming to kill the Summoner.
The Summoner couldn’t bring themself to leave the others behind nor did they want to return to MidEarthium because that world hold bad memories they run from.
This Summoner’s Story will be dark at times but eventually become more lighthearted as I’m aiming to give each of them a happy ending.
Man [Y/N] Frightened as ever, he exits through the rift only to quickly regret leaving the Artw Cast to fend for themselves against the monsters/void sorcerers.
Ideas/Possibilities:
Since we are focusing on the story including the Artw cast we’ll have a time skip from this Summoner entering the rift to when he gets a chance to enter a new “rift” made by Alpheratz many years later.
This Summoner will return to Bound Arlyn with Alpheratz, neither seeming to have aged a day due to their constellation contracts extending their lives.
When they reunite, Alpheratz and the Summoner embrace, crying tears of joy after recognizing one another. Alpheratz, with the Summoner in his arms, falls back onto a grassy field only a few feet from the artificial “rift”. They later meet up with the rest of the Guide Committee, some looking worse for wear but alright in the end.
This Summoner’s Story will be lighthearted after the initial prolog.
Woman [Y/N] Refuses to leave, instead attempting to assist them by defending and protecting the Artw Cast with their Pable skills and Defensive Magic.
Ideas/Possibilities:
Once they turn back to the Artw Cast the rift to MidEarthium closes, and Sirius is immediately pissed at her for making such a decision, his raised voice alerting the others to the Summoner.
None of them are particularly happy with the Summoner for this as they’d wanted the Summoner to safely return home rather than risk herself against the Monsters and Void Sorcerers aiming to kill the Summoner.
The Summoner swears she can help as she quickly moves to unsheath her Pable Sword and takes an offensive stance, preparing to face the Void Sorcerers/Monsters with the Guide Committee. The Artw Cast begrudgingly accept this because they don’t have much of a choice at this point, they instead work together to keep one another safe.
This Summoner’s Story will show her struggle and triumph over the Void Sorcerers with the Guide Committee.

So, going back to some of my older posts about character and setting TTRPGs let's talk about Vampire: the Masquerade. Here's real quick, a fun or stupid way to play each of the 13 clans. First though, if anyone somehow finds this who isn't familiar with the VtM lore, I'll offer a bastardized version of the disclaimer the core rulebook does; there's no such thing as a morally good PC in this game, you're going to be playing as a killer, stalker, monster, however you want to put it. Vampires are monstrous reflections of humanity, and as such can emphasize certain traits that are seen as distasteful or wrong. This isn't an excuse to be an overt and openly bigoted asshole at the table, and no GM or player should ever tolerate real world hate speech at the table when speaking OoC. We cool? Cool.
Ventrue: a new age shop owner, who sells homemade essential oils, skin care products and crystals that mark potential targets for siring based on the virtues each clan upholds. They're cursed blood makes them obsessed with very specific scents, meaning they can't feed on someone unless they're wearing something that makes them smell appealing.
Toreador: a plastic surgeon, who's idea of beauty is the imperfection of the human form. They run a budget clinic and are able to avoid losing their license due to malpractice, because they have a close personal bond with the Nosferatu, and love to skincraft them into an appearance that while still leaving them deformed, could pass as injuries or illnesses, making them less likely to violate the Masquerade. These favors give them connections to blackmail and extort anyone, enough that they can hire a Ventrue lawyer to protect them.
Gangrel: a Pational Park Ranger, who may or may not have connections to many, MANY missing 411 cases. They hold a position of neutrality between almost every faction, by upholding the laws of the Camarilla, by keeping the masquerade intact, while simultaniously cultivating their own open-air human meat restaurant. A safe place for werewolves, and other kindred to engage in their most animalistic urges, without fear of leaving evidence behind.
Malkavian: an autistic dark web information broker, that somehow knows what their customers want long before they even make contact. They have a habit of logging every email, password or other piece of identifying information that pops into their head. Breaking the fourth wall, the player could improve this by listening to business, economics or true crime podcasts during sessions, and talking as if it's a conversation they're having to what's going on at that point in game.
Tremere: a character who wants to form their own autonomous enclave, separate from any form of government be it human or kindred based. This wilderness commune is under constant surveillance by several human law enforcement agencies, and is publicly recognized as a cult, though they are petitioning to be recognized as a religion. They sire high ranking members of their organization, only after several years of indoctrination, at which point the Frog has boiled over and been reduced to a fine broth. The appeal of the cult to outsiders are the opportunity for travel, under the guise of medical and disaster relief efforts. All members are also frequently asked to donate blood for "those in need." Internally they don't believe in any religion, the player could make the argument that Kain wasn't cursed by God, but instead was the first evolutionary offshoot from mankind, and they internally view each vampire clan as related in much the same way as humans are related to other apes. This internalized vampirism racism while a massive negative trait, is effectively used by studying each and every clan solely for the purpose of learning how best to manipulate them.
Bruja: (this one's shorter than all the rest) During life they were a decorated cold war era military veteran, who was honorably discharged with injuries after certain government experiments. After their siring they have dedicated their un-life to spreading good old fashioned western values to the oppressed and impoverished parts of the world as a PMC.
Nosferatu: since almost every nosferatu have the same MO, preferred hiding spots and methods of travel, I think this clan is best defined by they're personality and view of the world. The owner of an Incel forum, who uses it both to unironically post their own thoughts and feelings, but to gather info from their users about all the Chads and Staceys in need of some punishment for their arrogance. They also frequently browse social media, and may or may not be responsible for at least a few throwaway accounts responsible for doxxing public figures. They are an absolute bitch for drama, and spend their downtime binging tea channels and Beauty-tubers but can't see the irony of this hobby.
Lasombre: an old fashioned head of a boston mafia group. He's made a fortune exploiting the working class and extorting the needy for decades, and running a successful shipyard and fishing company. His preferred targets for siring are dock workers, and local gang members that he sees as either beneficial to his criminal empire, or someone that his enemies would hate to lose. He has a unique point of view among most of the kindred, in that he doesn't discriminate among humans, Vampires or oan of the other creatures and organizations around him. They're all of equal value in his eyes, that value being equivalent to a character pip from the Game of Life, meaning tiny l, worthless bits of plastic, that take up space and are only worthy of notice when they directly impact him. His closest friend is actually a human butler, that picks out his clothes, make sure he's in proper order, and takes care of him. He will never sire this friend, as they are fully aware of his true nature and have asked him kindly to not do so. This blatant violation of the masquerade is barely tolerated as an open secret, since covering this particular leak would cause more trouble than just leaving it alone.
Tzimisce: a geneticist, who's network has a hand in every animal centric organization in the world, whether it's pet care, breeding, meat production, pageantry, racing, or law enforcement training, they can somehow be linked to it. They are fascinated by genealogy and genetics, obsessed with the true history of the world and want to prove the lineage of every clan and bloodline, simply for the satisfaction of having that knowledge. They were a successful dog breeder in life and now may or may not be practicing human and clan breeding in secret. They have a strange fascination with the Caitiff, and are regularly observed by many, acting friendly with these undesirables. They have a genuine love for animals, and would never harm any of their precious creatures, but see humans as lower than scum, utterly disgusting parasites hellbent on destroying their precious mother nature. They have no desire to sire an heir, unless eventually forced to do so, have no feelings whatsoever toward the idea of harming humans, seeing their acts as mundane or even justified, and this hatred goes so far that they frequently push themselves to the brink of frenzy just to avoid drinking from these vile creatures. Before their embrace, they had a pet dog that they loved more than anything in the world, but sadly killed during their first frenzy. They keep their friends collar on them at all times, despite the guilt they feel, it's the only thing that gives them comfort and let's them sleep at night.
Hecata: (I thought of this as an experienced player, or storyteller's PC) an elderly person, though not ancient. A member of a long lived and wealthy family dating back possibly to the Methusala. A family man, with an actual family, they sired before their embrace, with the knowledge that they will one day need to make arrangements for their children to be embraced. You take on the role of a mentor figure, teaching them the ways of the kindred, necromancy, and hunting, but are planning to, at the end of their training, have more promising of your spawn, diablerize the other.
Banu Haqim: a vigilante serial killer, think Vampire Punisher, or Dexter. Seeking out rogue kindred who've strayed from their respective code, regardless I'd they're Camarilla, Sabatt, or Anarch. The kindred you hunt are blatant violators of the masquerade and do so without even the little bit of control the Sabatt has over its members. More than anything, they are the biggest threats to kindred society as a whole and expose us all to the threat of human exposure. They are the perfect target for one such as yourself, both as self-proclaimed peacekeepers, and to satiate your own clans curse. It's your solemn duty to ensure that no evidence of kindred society is left behind.
Ravnos: a backpacker, spelunker and base jumper. They are a very popular Social Media personality and travel vlogger that enjoys documenting cave exploration and nighttime adventures into the wilderness. They know all the best tourist spots, what every kind of human blood tastes like, and won't shut the hell up about how they need to take you to Venice to try genuine Venican blood fresh from the source. They have a lot of annoying habits, and frequently humble brag about their enlightened un-life, but are generally good company and easy to get along with. You still wouldn't call them a friend though. They're the type of person that always sleeps over when they visit, but you can never remember them specifically asking if they could crash on your couch.
Ministry: You are a bio-terrorist. After your embrace, you took an interest in medical sciences for all the wrong reasons. Fascinated with your new undeath, and immunity to human illness, you start to question the limits of your new undead body, and decide to push it to new limits, concocting plagues, viruses and diseases and testing them on unsuspecting vampire populations. Occasionally, maybe, sure, some human populations get sick as well, pandemics, happen, and hundreds of thousands die each time you conduct a test, but that's the price of good science.
Caitiff: literally just don't play Caitiff. It's hard to come up with a creative or unique story for this "Clan" since they are effectively nobodies. The best comparison to be made I guess would be that Caitiff are the vampire equivalent of that weird conspiracy theorist who works in retail, has a substance abuse problem and is constantly trying to get you and all his other "work buds" to rise up and unionize against the man, but doesn't have an actual plan or any understanding on how any of that works.
Thin-bloods: Why is this a clan we can pick? Who is picking this one? Don't do it.

brain dump time
the other morning i accidentally workshopped a cartoon story concept
i already have too many story concepts
i have no plans to do anything with it
i am putting it here now
-
THE PREMISE: Cartoon bad guy squad. Team rocket style Evil organization. we focus on a branch office made of embarrassments who are extra bad at this
They wanna prove themselves to the big boss and the rest of the organization. (Extra big team rocket energy there) They’re in some unimportant outpost in a random city and they get no support. Their base is some crappy hole. They never even meet the heroes.
Team is 2-3 squad members who are fucking goons and a middle manager who actually has some skills and takes things seriously
Goon A "Audrey": feral.
Goon B "Basilisk": fancy.
Goon C "Clint": mad scientist
The manager seems competent because he’s serious but actually isn’t super good at being in charge. gets easily wound up, that kind of thing
They get cartoon tools and ray guns and mostly fuck up with them or use them on each other
Squad starts with 2-3 goons then they gain a new one later
The new one is a nepo baby who really wants to be evil and got shoved out here because like the others they’re a goddamn embarrassment and this is a way to keep them out of trouble
Turns out they’re actually really good at being Evil with a capital E. something no one else on this squad has the stomach for
I think a season arc would be the nepo baby coming in and getting razzed by the og squad who are relishing the power of seniority until they get shown up. then they want the new guy gone. Then nepo baby reveals they’re actually Evil beyond cartoon goon squad boundaries and stage a coup on the manager. The goons follow along because well this new guy IS real competent so they’re finally gonna get recognized and respected and also nepo baby scares them
But it turns out none of the goons have the stomach to do something like murder a kid when ordered to, and they realize oh no with a competent boss they have to do real work, and really maybe they just liked screwing around and posturing the way things were before
So they have to team up with a washed up good guy to save their imprisoned manager and take down their genuinely evil new boss
Washed up good guy is one of those characters who betrayed the good guy team but lived to regret it so now he hides out here in nowhere town and depressions his way through the days
Lives in a run down trailer, avoids human contact, still gets some hate when he’s occasionally recognized
Anyway the baddies go to him because they decide they need a good guy to fight a real villain and he’s all there is within bus fare distance
They get him on board with helping by being idiots who will clearly die without help
Also he wants an act of redemption because he lost everything by betraying his original team and now he just really wants people to stop hating him
So he tells them how villains usually fuck up: by having plans with poor logistics or by getting emotionally involved and not thinking logically. ...These are both things our main character goons do, but the new villain doesn’t. So the only other thing villains do that leads to their downfall is underestimate their opponents. Usually some kind of power of friendship thing because villains don’t have friends. The protagonists try the power of friendship in a test run. It doesn’t work.
Ex hero eventually has an epiphany that yes these people suck at everything they're typically ASKED to do, but they have weird unique strengths in specific areas. So it’s about using those. like the power of hair care and makeup can be used to make disguises, feral brute strength can work if aimed at the right wall to break down.
They make a plan to rescue their old manager using these tactic and despite looking like a disaster it actually goes as planned. They get him out. Originally they are just planning on running away forever now but the manager, who incidentally has real injuries from his imprisonment, says there’s a worse plan happening that’ll kill the whole town for Real
And the team is originally still going to run away actually
But for ENTIRELY SELFISH REASONS they eventually realize how much they don’t want that to happen
Goon A is territorial, goon B’s arbitrary personal code is offended, manager has a bone to pick and a chip on their shoulder, and the ex hero still wants to do something that’ll get him back in with the heroes
So they make their plan and it’s one of those situations where it seems like it’s working right up until they reach the macguffin at which point the bars drop and the lights come on to show the villain, who has correctly estimated all of them. And He let them get this far because he thought it would be funny
you know, to crush them
and i think the third goon, mad scientist goon C, was the most ambitious and seemingly the most reasonable. and when the villain mutiny'd on the manager, C was the one who bowed their head and joined him
so the villain totally monologues about how he correctly summed up everyone and their critical faults, because again, it's fun to crush these people. and how the villain didnt want them to just run away and live, because then he couldnt kill them in front of C. because C still cares about the others. so he fed the manager info on his plan and let them break the guy out. and now hes gonna kill everybody with his macguffin plan and he knows C wont do anything to stop it, because they're too selfish to defy him. and the villain just wanted to hurt them all one more time before killing them (except C, whose reward for betraying his team is to live having watched them die)
anyway so then C shoots the villain with a gun
then theres a showdown and at the climax all the goons unite, and some kinda thing happens where theres a glimmer of power that flows through them and protects them from a fatal blow, and no one except the ex good guy notices the and goes "wait, is that-" and then the manager punches the villain in the face
then the superweapon laser death beam is about to go off and while theyre arguing over where to point it they accidentally set it to blow up the building theyre in
so everybody books it and the last thing the villain does, as he's left to bleed out on the floor of an exploding building, is stare up in disbelief and then just start laughing at the absurdity as the whole place goes up
in the epilogue, the team manage to fucking lie about everything that happened to the main office. this flies at the exact same time as their stuff was happening the heroes attacked and defeated the high council so now the power structure is in shambles
so they basically get told "whatever just stay there and dont cause any trouble"
so as far as theyre concerned its back to business as usual, which is all they wanted in the first place
pushing over old ladies and kidnapping small dogs
stealing candy from a literal baby
getting their asses beat by literally any given random citizen
stealing things
getting wacky machinery and misusing it
everybody just agrees unspokenly to pretend nothing happened with C
the manager is back in charge and wants the ex hero to help them. ex hero says no way i only helped because i wanted the good guys to want me again. but also he keeps getting roped in from then on. the goons just start Showing Up at his place and raiding his fridge
-
so yeah

no because can we please talk more about the whole concept of time loops and going back in time to younger you and all the other time fuckery related shit in stories and shows
my brain gets tickled in the absolute most right way with that stuff
like, yeah put that guy in scenarios, but do it A LOT
put that guy through the horrible option of trying to fix everything, but risking losing everything that matters to them at the same time
fuck that guy up when they get back to the age they were when they went back in time, and have time progress NORMALLY and plague them with the new found anxiety of not knowing what happens next
i need more stuff to absorb that has these kind of things, like these are such insanely creative and hooking situations to put the sillies in and i NEED more of it
ffs my little brain is going to start playing little bits in my head and writing little concepts down with these things in mind

I have a few story concept ideas and need a place to ramble to see what people think of them lol.
Concept 1: a college student is mysteriously turned into an immortal during a near death experience which angers Death himself. However, it turns out the student doesn't want to be immortal, and the two team up to find a way to fix them so that death can claim their soul. Along the way the two bond as they seek out the truth of what happened
Concept 2: (I'm kinda disappointed in Tokyo Debunker so imma do my own dark academy story idea 👿) After an unfortunate series of events, a young individual named Cass finds themselves marked for death by an entity that seeks to consume their soul for more power. They're narrowly rescued from the entity by a mysterious group that call themselves The Drifters before learning there's two sides of reality; the world of fiction and the world of nonfiction, that coexist within the same plane of existence. To ensure the world of fiction doesn’t pose a threat to humanity, The Drifters watch over both worlds, disguising their organization as a prestigious school where they secretly handpick and train new guardians to aid in their endeavor. Cass must now learn to navigate both worlds while balancing classes, and seeking a way to remove the entities mark before it can come back to finish the job.
Concept 3: In a world where monsters secretly walk among humans, a vampire is task with solving a series of bizarre murders occurring all over New York City. With the help of time traveling abilities, they steadily grow closer to the truth, only to learn the culprit isn't as easy to catch as they thought. With the case now shifting from a city to an entire timeline, and history being tampered with, the vampire needs to figure out who to trust and how to fix the timeline before its damage becomes permanent.
Concept 4: The stars have vanished from the sky, plunging the world into darkness. Humanity struggles to adapt and survive as the world slowly dies. A young girl catches sight of a star falling from the sky and rushes to investigate, only to find the last Star, who turns out to be some kind if alien. She learns the stars were actually warriors of an ancient species that were battling a dangerous darkness lurking within space. The darkness was winning, and now the fallen star was the last of his kind. With the darkness now looming over Earth, the girl and the star need to find a way to bring light back to the night sky before all is lost.

idea: what if vampires get specific powers from the animals they drain and the physical form changes to reflect that. the vampires that take the humane route and only drink from animals are the ones that look the most inhuman, while the ones that murder people seem more like normal humans and not even in an uncanny valley way.
if you diversify your blood sources you get a wider variety of powers (including control over animals you drink from) (dracula drank from humans and bats and wolves) and your power increases as you age.
animal vampires are shunned in vampire high society for looking weird while the vampires that kill lots of people are held in high esteem
there's a vampire living in the sewers of boston that feeds on rats and calls themself the rat king. (of course the true rat king is a giant rat that lives in new york. he considers this guy a murderous upstart.)
insect vampire clans i'm bringing back that idea

Something strange has been happening at the Freddy Fazbear’s Mega Pizzaplex. You don’t know that. You’re just excited to be working as a night-shift repairman. Unfortunately for you, you’re about to find yourself in the middle of something that runs deep through blood-soaked soil. You dig up secrets, lies, and bodies that had long been left cold and lonely. Something strange is happening at your new job. And the farther down you go, you can’t help but wonder if, sometimes, what happens in the dark is better left there.
i just might have something new and a little different in the works,, or i might be on a manic streak that'll burnout in like half an hour and then i'll b left sitting there like 'man that was wild. anyway,' and lose all motivation for it in 0.02 seconds. could be either tbh!

Lydia's School Project 📷
Recently, I had been thinking about some story concepts that I would like to see in a potential musical cartoon for Beetlejuice. One that kept coming back to mind was the idea of Lydia working on a modification project for her camera. Specifically, she has been trying to create a filter lens that can make ghosts visible when taking pictures.
It was originally a personal project. However, due to school work taking up a majority of her time, she hasn't been able to work on it properly...
…until spring came by.
-
Near the end of each year, students must work on a project which they then have to present at the high school's fare. The subject of said project is entirely up to each student.
Lydia sees this as the perfect opportunity to turn her personal project into a school one-
Is It Possible to Capture the Dead?
Most of Lydia's classmates thought that she was being ridiculous. Regardless, she was ecstatic at the opportunity continue working on a lens that will finally capture the Maitlands in photo form.
There's only one problem...
Lydia has been stuck in the same stage of her project for months now.
While she doesn't expect this project to be finished by the school's deadline, she wants to at least make some kind of progress. Something that could help her string this school project together...
"Hey, Lyds! What'cha working on?"
"I've been studying how light refraction works in order to create a camera lens that could make ghosts visible. Also, I told you to knock before coming into the dark room."
"Wait... you *seriously* think that you could make some kind of ghost-seeing lens by just sticking some colored glass to your camera?"
"HAHAHA!"
"Alright then, genius! Clearly you know something that I don't! Why don't you enlighten me, then?!"
Beetlejuice goes on to explain that ghosts do not follow the same laws of physics as "breathers" do. In order for Lydia's camera to even remotely have a shot of capturing the dead, she would need to try using something that can only be found in the Netherworld.
"You mean... there's *more* than just an abyss in the Netherworld...?"
"There's a lot my mom doesn't want you to know."
The two journey back into the Netherworld, where Beetlejuice brings Lydia to a specific spot and holds out a key.
With it, he tears through the void, creating a door which he then opens to reveal the Underworld - a world of complete chaos, where the dead party and never rest.
These kinds of things usually do not bother Lydia, but there was something about the Underworld that felt... wrong. Very wrong.
"Are... you sure this is safe...? It looks as if I go in here, I can never come back out."
"Well.... I dunno about *safe*, but I promised your dad that I would bring you back home in one piece, and I intend to keep that promise."
Lydia takes a deep breath and follows Beetlejuice into the Underworld.
The air felt strangely heavy for her, almost as if she couldn't breathe... but she continues moving onward. After looking around for some time, Lydia and Beetlejuice are able to find a small cave containing a couple of different colored gemstones. Lydia notices a couple of green ones she believes could work well for her project.
Turns out, the Underworld is not as bad as it appeared to be. Sure, it was chaotic, but most of the people residing in it were pretty friendly. It also seemed like everyone was having a good time, as opposed to the Netherworld... where everyone appeared to be miserable.
There's only one catch.
Before Lydia could continue moving towards another section filled with red gemstones. She notices her hands beginning to disappear.
"Uh, Beetlejuice?!"
"Shit! We gotta get you out of here!"
Fortunately, Beetlejuice had enough time to carry Lydia back out to the Netherworld... where it appeared as if nothing ever happened to her.
"I guess... since you're not actually dead, you're not allowed to stay there for too long."
"Well... at least it's good to know it's not permanent."
Back home, Lydia, with Beetlejuice's help forging the gemstones, tests out her new lens on the Maitlands. Apart from Beetlejuice photobombing the first picture, her new lens were an absolute success.
"Sooo.... how're you gonna explain this to your school?"
"I'm not. I thought I could, but it turns out you were right - ghosts do not abide by our laws of physics."
"I guess I'm gonna have to bullshit it. It might take me some time, but I'll figure something out."
While Lydia is reviewing her new photos... she notices that Beetlejuice came out as a big, scary looking shadow in each of the images he's in.
"Woah... that is so cool! But... I don't get it... Is it because you're a demon?"
"Bingo. Demons work a little differently from ghosts, so *obviously* that's gonna apply to cameras, too."
As excited she is to share the new images of her ghost friends to her class, including the ones with Beetlejuice, she wanted to take her project a step further.
Then, it struck her.
"Hey, Beetlejuice... do you remember those red gemstones that I was looking at back in the Underworld?"
"Yeah... why?"
"I need you to do a favor for me..."
"Say no more."
The sheer amount of horror in her classmates' faces as they saw her project was priceless. It put such a huge smile on her face.
The red gemstone lens was not perfect by any means - Beetlejuice still looked a bit blurry in photos, but it was easily the best one when it comes to capturing everyone in one image.
Despite terrifying the entire school with her project, she did get an A+.

Decided to start posting wips in tumblr again. Just to give everyone a know that I’m still kinda active lol.
Anyways, concept: Pooch could only sleep in Lampshade’s (Grillby) because his brother has murderous tendencies towards him whenever he is asleep. He still does come back to the house afterwards but Lampshade’s Meat Bar is the safest place he can sleep at at the moment.

It's Halloween, so I'm finally gonna unleash my spooky crossover concept:
Carrie White gets adopted by the Addams Family
More details under the "read more", if you're interested!
Carrie survives getting stabbed
Morticia and Gomez go and check out the wreckage of the house, and that's how they find her
Lots of family bonding
Gomez looks at Carrie once, and is just like "this is my child now"
Wednesday and Carrie vibe immediately
Carrie embraces the whole witch vibe
