do you do this for fictive fragments too? cause i have a fictive who is little else than his source but both me and him want him to be more full-fledged other than just the small personality fragments that he has in common with his source, yknow? right now he feels very fragment-ish and shallow rather than being a whole personality, if that makes sense.

My husband & I have spoken about & referenced this graphic organizer a lot. As a former educator, this is def something I would use in my classroom (https://www.sikhcoalition.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/Jyot-Pyramid-of-Power.pdf). Yes. With youth. Facilitate. With teachers. To reach out to communities. To platform convos. To spark research projects. To help someone at a loss for their own words to start that convo, to end that convo. To help someone in denial or fearful of acceptance and what it means to find understanding, to identify. To point blank call out. Yesterday, I directly heard, “But what about me?” & “But we’re just one human family.” Argued vehemently, dismissive of any thought that they were speaking condescendingly from white privilege as if impossible to understand boiling points & rage with no progressive outlet provided, in fact instigated in hopes of self-destruction. Today I still see so many refusing to see that there are peaceful, progressive protestors being responsible & purposeful, while paid infiltrators & media fueled opposers to actual movement convince you that chaos & damage & theft & violence are the goals. Do they really not see the purposeful stereotyping perpetuation? The fear mongering? And they believe the planted anti-movement anarchy to the point of further justifying police brutality over the pain & loss & injustice, the hundreds of years of it, to the point that they become even more blinded, indignant enough to announce that there is no longer even an argument against police brutality, murder, generations of looting & burning of the intentionally oppressed by the government & banks & property owners. If you really aren’t capable of walking in someone else’s shoes, of studying more than the “news”, if relating or identifying your role makes you angry because your white privilege is so Lily that you be baking in hate just to be questioned & you refuse to see why—then spend some time climbing this pyramid.
