You gotta give us more of halloween Delphi dresses as Bella!!!

The sugar high was short and sweet, and had resulted in a colossal crash. Delphini was beyond exhausted, half asleep in her mother's arms, she felt the tickle of flames from the floo and knew they were finally home. Distantly, she hoped that Mama or Uncle Rod grabbed her candy for her - she'd gotten so many liquorice wands this year, it would be a shame to leave them all at Malfoy Manor.

It wasn't long before gentle hands were laying her atop familiar fluffy sheets. She giggled in response as those hands tickled their way down her sides, fighting to stay asleep whilst fighting to wake up all at once.

"I know you're awake, little dove." A soft voice whispered, forcing Delphini to accept defeat. She cracked open her eyes reluctantly, meeting her mother's grey gaze. "It's time to get you out of this costume."

"No!" Delphini snapped, with a sudden burst of energy and all of the defiance that a five year old could muster. Her mother sighed, pulling her up and telling her again that she needed to remove the costume. "No! No! I don't wanna!" Even Delphi could admit it wasn't a very logical argument.

"You can't sleep in a costume, Delphini, it isn't practical. We are witches, we have pyjamas for a reason."

"No!" She was getting desperate, she threw herself back down into the pillows hoping the act would deter her mother a bit. "I wanna stay as you! As Bellatrix Lestrange! Always!" Her mother paused at the comment and Delphini decided it was her job to fill the silence. "I wanna be just like you mama! Now! I don't want to wait all that time to grow up.."

Bellatrix bit back a smile at her daughter's earnest eyes, both flattered and amused. Of course she did. Bella laughed lighty, lifting her daughter up, despite her extreme protests, and pulled her towards the wardrobe.

"Darling, believe me, you already are."

"Hmm?" It had been a few days since Bellatrix had eaten or drank anything substantial. The subsequent weeks had been stressful, and Bella under more pressure than normal after a bit of a heated argument with Lord Voldemort due to conflicting opinions.

Bella was not strange to neglecting self care occasionally in the name of their movement. This was a result of low blood sugar, no doubt. Extreme exhaustion and overexersion. An 8 year old couldn't understand.

"It's cold in here, sweet girl of mine. Can't you feel it?" Bella wraps her arms around herself and shivers theatrically. "Why don't you go and fetch mama's shawl, hmm? Go quick!"
