Boot partition scare…

I installed Solaris 11.4 on my used x250 and it hosed my reserved area that starts Windows 10. Thankfully someone online knew the bcd commands and I’m up and running again. My ThinkPad has 3 OS but Solaris has no wifi support for its modem. Have to resort to ethernet.

Besides Windows and Solaris, I run Ubuntu, that Swiss army knife of OSes. A must have. I’ve also been tuning my Acer’s Win 11 memory usage, disabled compression, and enabled big disk cache. Runs really well, even on a dual Celeron 1.1 gHz. But I have 12gb RAM

Wrote some mini songs for guitar and vocals. Been keeping busy. Last night we tried to bring the telepathy under control leniently. This morning it blew up again. We were more forceful and still kind so it is now peaceful once more. Good that I’m a healer too.

Going to the mall soon. Nothing much to buy, Maybe drop by the old place later to get my ethernet cable and guitar B string.

What’s interesting with them is the fact that they’re so beyond mortal understanding, but this strange mortal is unpredictable. She’s new. and it’s shaking everything they’ve been used to over their millennia of isolation.

Sonic OC inspired by that kind of weird retcon-ish thing where Silver can't actually time travel on his own and instead just has random time portals happen to him, something that I affectionately refer to as him being "Cursed By God". This character is also cursed by god in a different manner. She doesn't really get to have any especially useful powers or go on fun adventures or anything like the other sonic characters she just has to live in a Twilight Zone episode for her whole life. I got kind of excited about her so she comes with an excess of information and an arbitrarily high effort picture. Her extremely long name amuses me

Solaris “The Dark Star Nova” | Tsams OC

Solaris is a dark star being built by Nexus to gain the trust of the celestial family, to act like one of them until they get to comfy with her and let their guard down so she can have access to the wither shards. She is a chaotic-nature kid that just wants to feel helpful to the other star beings and specially to Nexus.

She was indoctrinated to believe the dark star beings philosophy as the right thing to believe. She is not and inherently bad person but is not a good person either. She just wants to make Nexus proud of her.

She is around the same age as Jack and share the same chaotic energy.

They get along very well during her time with the celestial family.
