So, I could be out-of-bounds here since I think you meant it as dark humor, but what did you mean in the tags of that 'israel-hamas war' post? I suspect you(and op) are criticizing that framing because Israel is obviously demolishing much more than 'Hamas'(and probably doing a terrible job of actually targeting terrorists- they seem content to reduce Gaza to rubble even if the brass of Hamas escapes). I'm guessing that by saying "joining the Israel-Hamas war on the side of Hamas" you mean, if they're going to conflate Palestinians with Hamas unilaterally, then you're saying, whatever the media wants to call Palestinian civilians- you still support them. I am asking anyways though bc, given reports of increasing antisemitic activity in the US and Europe, I am worried about the potential for blurring lines between the cause of Palestinian civilians and the alt-right individuals who are likely masking their antisemitism in the context of being anti-Zionist. I don't know if this has already been answered, but what exactly are sponsors? Like what do they do? Are they like mentors to the bots they're assigned to? Because I know it's mainly OP and Megs that are teaching/rehabilitating them, so are the sponsors there to help and teach or just to keep an eye on the bots when OP and Megs can't? Super fair question! It's kinda like an AA sponsor (not really tho) in the way that they're a confidant/support system. As well as just overall making sure their in line. It's why there's cons working on the Cybertron High Council (Starscream still doesn't realize Bee is his sponsor) It's a bit unfair but being Decepticon high command has its benefits. And yeah the Earth group does self help exercises and group shares and stuff (very wellness retreat kind of stuff that they hate) and the sponsors are usually in charge of their own group. An example is Op sent everyone out to get Earth vehicle modes of their choosing (if their comfortable doing so) and their sponsors pretty much chaperone them to go do that.
