Hello hello just a lil bit today.

Msotly kitchen stuff for today,

Fresh garlic and onion i chopped up and froze for quick use. I want to set up some dehydration trays as well with the next bag of garlic I get.

I made Chile bread for supper, used some of the servings of Chile sauce i froze up.

I laughed and bit while watching them and the tombstones dissapeared. The molds i got for a Halloween party for fancy ice cubes in the drinks (the molds were on sale and I enjoy spooky themes.) I had originally intended to turn them to soap molds but I like them being for food now.

And of course. I don't use a lot of tomato paste at a time

So I froze the rest into cubes. I'll probably use them for soup or rice dishes.

As well i got a bunch of chicken necks from the grocer i got the beef fat from. I set it up in the crock to make stock last night and I plan to use the stock broth in chicken rice tonight and soup this week.

And a note of excitement, 3 of the gals have begun laying now :)
