Okay actually I have more thoughts about the "for you the world Phil" line and its original context. So.

Even though the line isn't exactly meant as some huge declaration when c!Techno says it, and it wasn't as significant and dramatic as the fandom often makes it out to be, I still think it's incredibly sweet and it still does demonstrate so much of how they care about each other.

Because basically what c!Techno was saying was "y'know what? You yoinking the bookshelves was exasperating and inconvenient, and you're an absolute dork for it, but you're my dork and I would give you the world, so I don't actually mind. (You're my best friend so I'm gonna let you off the hook, because you could never make me mad truly with something like this)" It was him surrendering the argument to c!Phil, which isn't really something c!Techno does.

It's a much more domestic declaration of love than what I'd assumed the line was without knowing the context, but imo it says just as much (if not more) about their dynamic than if it had been some dramatic turning point or finale in the lore.

Because even when their lives aren't on the line and it's silly little squabbles like this one was, they still care about and respect each other so much

♣️ Okay so here's what's going on for now:

I'm going on hiatus for... I think at least a week. Maybe more, maybe less. I'm not gonna be actively focusing here. I'm going to take some time to play games, read books, and just do other things. A little break.

While on hiatus, if I feel like it, I'll pop in and work on some drafts. I'm not going to make it a point to do as many as possible like I normally do. It's just gonna be whatever I feel like and then I'm gonna log off.

I am Ruben, but most people call me Bean, and I also go by Ben - so feel free to use any of those names, I'll respond to them all!

I'm 28, Non-Binary, and I use They/Them pronouns. I've been doing art pretty much all my life, and I do it somewhat professionally. I enjoy all types of art, but my mains are drawing and animation - but don't be surprised if there are some crafts or other medias here and there too!

I am autistic, and have severe social anxiety (among other disabilities), so please be patient with me if I take a while to respond, have an under/overreaction to something, or do not understand something right away! I also tend to forget things a lot, so you can always give me a reminder, if it has been a while - just please do not spam me!

I love getting asks about my characters, and AUs, even if I cannot answer them all - I have many askblogs for more specific characters/settings, which are linked below if you wanna check them out!

Please keep in mind that some of my characters are villainous, aggressive or just plain mean, and any actions or responses may be rude, violent or upsetting! When I respond in character, I am just playing a character, and their actions do not reflect me, and should not be taken personally!

DMs I am more hesitant about bc of the mentioned anxiety, so if you wish to DM me, please have a reason to be doing so - I don't tend to respond to just 'hi', and asking for free art will probably end up in a block. I also do not RP at all, so please do not ask.

I tend to vent a lot! I use art as a form of catharsis and to avoid hurting myself irl, so there might randomly be some upsetting content posted, but I do tag these with 'vent tag', and the appropriate CW tags - please see below for them

My art (and characters) is not for free use! So please do not repost, edit, trace my art, and please do not use it in videos/games, or for AI bots/databases. If you see my art somewhere, that I did not approve of, and regardless if it is credited or not, please let me know!

That being said, if you really want to use my art somewhere, please ask first! Usually the use as an icon, or in a silly meme, is fine - just ask first!

I don't do requests for things I am not interested in, and I probably will not draw your OC for free. I do take suggestions for things I am interested in, and might do the occasional art trade with mutuals/friends. I do also take commissions (but my sheet needs a big update, so prices may change soon).

I switch sonas around a lot! Bean is my main one (in a semi-realistic style and a more cartoonish one), but do not be surprised if I am sometimes depicted as a furry or a monster now and then.

These sonas are also both a representation of me, and characters in my stories. I try to define when I am 'in-character' and 'out-of-character', so please keep this in mind when commenting/asking.

Fanart of my characters and AUs is okay, and always appreciated! Please try to represent the characters(s) the best you can, and ask before doing making significant design changes (such as a 'Genderbend' or 'Species Swap' etc). Again, I am forgetful, so if I do not acknowledge it within a week or so, please give me a nudge!

I don't mind minors following, as most of my stuff is SFW, but please keep in mind that I am an adult, and may upload an occasional suggestive post or joke. These are also tagged as needed.

Interests

I am currently mainly into Pizza Tower, and the OCs I have created for it, so that is mostly what you will see at the moment! - I have currently two AUs I am focused on, mainly the one where it's just my interpretation of the game (no name for this one yet), and then my secondary called 'Cheeseshop AU', with Brick the Rat as the protag, and species are swapped! (So Brick is human, Peppino and Gustavo are rats etc)

I also have a lot of original stories, characters and concepts, and will post those too! I tend to jump from idea to idea and back again, so do not mind if I am talking about one genre in one post, and then it completely changes the next post. (Although most are just slice-o-life with fantasy elements)

Other interests are: FNAF (previous hyperfixation, kinda comes and goes and may have occasional posts here), Bugsnax (also a previous hyperfixation, mainly when the game came out but not so much any more), Pokemon (not a hyperfixation, I just think they're neat), and... That's pretty much it, that I can think of! I don't tend to get into fandoms much, and I just focus on one thing for years haha

I am also not really looking for other things to be interested in, so please do not take it personally if I do not look at or get into anything suggested to me.

Jcink Coding Communities & Resources

Coding shouldn’t feel like some exclusive, unattainable club. We all started somewhere—most of us just messing with elements to try customizing them before we got ✨ambitious✨ and started building our own projects. 

Most of us are hobby coders, and we can’t always hold everyone’s hand as they’re getting into the community. Plus, a lot of our knowledge is hobbled together according to need (maybe that’s just my personal experience though lol). But we can share the resources and communities we use to build our sites and skins with you. So here’s my ever-growing list of communities, resources, and learning tools I’ve used, and still use every day, to build my projects.

Forums

Jcink Support Community This should be everyone’s first stop shop when it comes to Jcink. The support forum has an active community that’s ready to help with specific problems, and is full of very specific codes that usually don’t ever make it to other resource forums. Learn how to use the search function to find what you’re looking for!

Caution to the Wind The OG jcink rp resource site at this point. It has a lot of what we now consider essential building blocks of our forums, as well as tutorials to teach you how to do things.

jCodes A community that is mostly full of JavaScript coders, with an amazing collection of Jcink plugins to optimize your forum and add functionality. Not necessarily the best for learning, but definitely a wealth of resources.

Sourced A mini-resource community, hosted by Essi. It’s the home of many useful resources for forum development that Essi and others have put together. This is not an active community, but a home for resources. 

RPG Initiative A resource forum for more than just Jcink rp’s. There isn’t so much a coding community here, but there are some great coding guides in the codex.

RPG Directory Another general resource site, the coding community here is pretty quiet these days, but it has some classic tutorials and resources worth visiting.

Discord Groups

The Jcink Community Corner A great community for coding, as well as writing and general site management. For newbies and pro’s alike! This is the general home for most of us (afaik), and is probably the biggest/most active group of jcink coders on discord.

Coding Camp A discord community for all levels of coders. Camp offers regular coding challenges, as well as a variety of resources for beginners who might not know where to start but want to get into the thick of things.

General (and free!) Learning Resources

If you’re just starting out, want a general refresher, or are a seasoned pro looking to add some credentials to your name, these resources are for you! All of them are free and are not Jcink-specific.

Free Code Camp Learn how to code for free! It walks you through the basics to build the fundamentals you need to start on more complex projects. I’ve done the CSS and JavaScript courses and cannot recommend it enough.

The Odin Project A full stack curriculum that I’ve heart great things about! I haven’t used it myself so I can’t speak to it, but their JavaScript and CSS courses looks amazing.

Flexbox Froggy A game to learn how to use flexbox and all its corresponding properties by organizing some frogs and their lilypads. When I take a break from coding, I always play a round of flexbox froggy as a refresher.

Grid Garden A game to learn how to use CSS Grid! A lot like flexbox froggy, but with vegetables. 

CSS Tricks Not recommended to open until you have a basic handle on things, only because it has a wealth of articles that are easy to get lost in. But if you’re looking for how to do something specific, chances are CSS Tricks has an article on it!

Stack Overflow An active community for coding of ALL kinds, every question about coding ever has been asked and answered here somewhere. 

W3 Schools The reference sheets on W3 are tools I reference all the time. I always have a tab with the CSS or JavaScript references up, because nobody can remember all the properties and what they do off the top of their head!

CodePen A place to start creating your own codes! It has live updates, so you can see what you’re creating as you make it. And you can use it to create a nice little portfolio for yourself! You can also “fork” other users’ codes to play with them, figure out how they work, and learn how to implement those practices into your own work. (side note: if you see my profile on CodePen, no you didn’t, it’s a mess)

I feel like His he has a very unexpressive voice, but somehow he still gets so many followers; he can't act for shit; however, his voice is so soothing to listen to people just naturally fall asleep to it.

I can see him reading popular books; he is a very soft and fluid reader that just either puts you right into the story or right to sleep. Hearing him read to you like this is always so comforting.

Has a very specific upload schedule that he himself is not really aware of but his followers pick up on it quite well.

Random and slightly unhinged, she probably made it when she was fucked up drunk on Demonus one night and just kept it around for when she's horny and wants to fuck around and find out. Until she starts putting way too much effort into her silly little hobby to stop now.

Her content goes from, "your goth girlfriend takes you out on a cute date at night" to ASMR beating you unconscious to help you sleep then beating you again when you wake up. At this point her followers can pretty much tell when she is memeing in her audio or not. Even in her more serious ones, she tries to be at least a little funny.

If you ever see him on the horny audio site no you didn't. Goes all out for each audio, has a good Mic is perfectly edited and has a significant sound effects. He doesn't post too often, but enough to keep his dear followers fed.

When he's feeling a script, you know it's going to be good he's very expressive voice will make every character pop, with phenomenal acting with a silver tongue to make you swoon! So he does fill scripts that other people write. His go-to is his own; he has his own little characters with their own little personalities and stories.

Sometimes if his dear sweet listener is crave a certain character enough, he'll make a series about them, maybe even name them.

His preferred nsfw audios are ones where power play is involved whether it's him or listener. A good example is his fan favorite Sugar Daddy x listener series, an audio series about him spoiling his sweet listener with money and his attention~. Though he has never done darker Kinks, he has thought about doing them...

While I am plural, I try to avoid the use of first person plural pronouns, except when we are specifically talking about our experiences with DID/Plurality. We also do our best to conceal who is fronting at all times (you can read more about that in the links about gender and plurality at the bottom of this post).

I'm a dork with very VERY strong opinions that I am VERY VERY vocal about. If you do not share those opinions, that is perfectly fine and probably to be expected. Just know that I am very obnoxious about them, so you will see them a lot. I have a lot of confidence on my stances and it is very unearned! - bother your roommate. obviously. look, the dude isnt doing good. there's only a certain amount of "bothering" to be done without causing irreparable harm-- you're not gonna dance with him, you're not gonna train with him, and you're gonna make a whole other itemized list of things you CAN’T do with him (i.e. stand in front of him when he's curled up in the corner. try kneeling down and come in from the side). but you can talk. you can play games. you can brainstorm more things to do, which has gotta count as an activity of its own at this point.  actually...

- brainstorm more ways to bother your roommate.  there we go.

- make lists.

- punch a wall. not recommended. turns out that the 2nd hardest block in the game kinda hurts your fist. crazy, i know. but it is, technically, A Thing You Can Do, earning it a spot on this list.

- inspect the cell. also not recommended. now you're probably saying "but technoblade, I'm in here for [unknown amount of time], how am i supposed to avoid looking at the cell at some point" to which I say: trust me on this. unless you're a huge fan of dried blood (weirdo), don't do it. you're gonna discover details you didn't need to know, your roommate is gonna look at you with sad puppy eyes, it's a whole thing.

- look at the spot on the wall where there used to be a clock and think "man, wouldn't it be nice if there was a clock here"

- ignore your roommate when he complains about you ringing the bell.

- stare into the middle distance and let the existential dread and all-encompassing anxiety consume you. uh. also not recommended.

- try to work out. fail at working out.  it's gonna feel like a good idea because you always hear about people getting buff in prison, right? but those are normal prisons with, ya know, balanced meals. this is barely feeling like a prison anymore.

- argue with the guards and warden. not recommended, but only because the consequences affect more than just yourself.

- burn yourself on the lava. please don't do this.

- dream burns himself on the lava a lot. i’m not really sure how to handle it. i don't want him to, obviously. a few times, I almost, ya know, grabbed his arm or something, which i know won't go well and he might freak out, but is that better than letting him hurt himself? is this a coping mechanism to keep him from doing something even worse, and what happens if i take it from him?  no one ever tells you what to do when a kid is sticking his hand in boiling lava and you can’t even offer him any alternatives.

are you named after someone? Yes, but I'm hoping to change my name in the future to cut ties with family.

what sports have you played? Basketball, volleyball, and swimming. I was not good at any of them lol

do you use sarcasm? All the time. I like my humor dry.

what is the first thing you notice about people? I genuinely don't know. Probably how polite they are. Like if they're talking over people/ignoring personal space/making mean jokes at others expense I notice right away. Versus if they're really nice and warm I notice that too.

what’s your eyes color? Very very light blue, almost grey. My optometrist told me I don't have the pigment that blocks out light. So that's fun!

scary movies or happy endings ? Both? But I'm a sucker for scary movies. And all things horror really. But I do love a happy ending if it's not horror.

any talent? I can sing and I write (I've been told well, but I genuinely have no idea how to quantify that sometimes). I'm a jack of all trades kind of person. If I'm interested in a hobby I can do it well at least until I get bored (or start getting good and self sabotage :D)

what are your hobbies? I RP a ton, have two characters on FFXIV that I'm working with rn and having a blast. I like Gposing (also in ffxiv), Drawing is fun when I'm in the mood, and reading is always a classic.

do you have any pets? Three! I have a dog (Akiva), a cat (Pippin), and a parakeet (Beemo).

how tall are you? 5'2 3/4" (I feel like I'm lying if I say just 5'2 or 5'3 lol)
