The body without organs is a site of non-coded flows, like the full body of the earth.

The Body without Organs is not productive in the same way desiring machines are; it does not seek connections or new flows. However, its ebbing and flowing, repulsing and attracting nevertheless informs the production of connections. It is the surface upon which uncontrollable desires flow without organization, but with consistency. It is purely virtual and contains all a body’s potential connections and flows.

Stemming from ideas of the body and the unconscious in psychoanalysis, Deleuze and Guattari theorized that since the conscious and unconscious fantasies in psychosis and schizophrenia express potential forms and functions of the body that demand it to be liberated, the homeostatic process of the body is limited by organs. Therefore, the body without organs is the unregulated potential of a body without organizational structures imposed on its constituent parts, operating freely. There are three types of the body without organs; the empty, the full, and the cancerous, according to what the body has achieved.

i have a headcanon that toriel has a hand-washing compulsion where she does it wayy more thoroughly than needed, instinctively trying to scrub under her claws even when they're perfectly clean because she can still feel the phantom of dirt under them from the time she dug chara's grave.

I wish there were more pride events for disabled and neurodivergent folks. I can’t do the parade anymore because it’s 1) a sensory nightmare and 2) difficult physically even on a good day. Even stuff like drag shows, which I love and enjoy, can be too overwhelming depending where I’m at.

Due mostly to pain flare ups this year, I haven’t gotten to go to a single pride event in my city or the surrounding area. I’m feeling distant from my queer community because the events that are running are either too costly or too inaccessible to me.

But people with chronic illness, chronic pain, disabilities, mental illness, neurodivergence—we still deserve to have community. We deserve to have space to share with our queer community and celebrate ourselves. And it’s just really disappointing that we so rarely get that.

on one hand I think we need radical degendering of every human & we HAVE TO start with cis people. but the way we talk about and treat men (ALL.) is really unhealthy for everyone involved and the only people benefitting from gender is like. radfems and conservatives who want "traditional family values"

I love being T4T. My gf has been on estrogen for a couple weeks now and she's been having a rough time with her mood so I'm teaching her about the ancient art of soaking in a bubble bath with a little drink to sip while watching shows on your laptop

#pro-tip for any girls newly on E. this is The Cure for PMS #(which accurately describes what youre going through btw)#other great cures include putting on nice smelling lotion and fuzzy socks and wrapping yourself in a blanket burrito/nest #also eating lots of chocolate or other sweets and drinking your favorite caffeinated beverages #my mom used to always put on lotion and fuzzy socks and drink dr pepper and eat chocolate #my cousin likes to watch netflix in the bath with wine and then get in a blanket burrito with her favorite lemonade tea #if youve got someone to take care of you then you dont even have to come out of the burrito. you can just ask them to bring you things #all of these methods help a lot. we're experts on this you can trust me (family of people with endometriosis)#also if youre having headaches and bloating and stomach pain you might try midol (generic works fine)#it has acetaminophen for pain + caffeine for headaches (like excedrin) + antihistamine for bloating #also to clarify: i said girls newly on E only bc i figured girls who have been on it for a while might have already figured this stuff out #but PMS is by no means exclusive to transfems who have newly started on E #many transfems have reported getting PMS symptoms and even cramps on a monthly basis after being on estrogen for a while #this is bc after a while on E your body can start naturally making more estrogen and this can come with its own hormone cycle #and as a result you can essentially get all of the symptoms of a period just without the actual bleeding #(this can include cramps bc even in cis women the signals for the muscle spasms can sometimes get misdirected to nearby organs—#unfortunately causing stomach issues as well)#so if anyone out there happens to not already know this information and youve been feeling like shit periodically for seemingly no reason #now you know 😅#its your period #rambling

#all of her organs are. inside her resin #and she has to be strung if she wants to be able to Move but she stays together even without string…#I’m thinking maybe her head plate is. Her. that is the only part of her she Can’t replace…#head plate as in. the round plate that comes off that is hidden under her wig #I can’t remember if that piece has another name right now 🙄 whatevaaaaa #anyway any other part of her she can switch out [and she Does every once in a while to combat greening] it just takes a bit for Her to #develop in the new body part… for like maybe a few days she isn’t fully Connected to the new part and perhaps it is kind of numb #and maybe quite uncoordinated… but then the Her develops in there and she becomes Properly connected #she can only replace one part of her body at a time really unless she wants to really have to depend on someone #her faces are Slightly different… I think she cycles through a few regularly because they have different face ups and the makeup she’s put #on each is different… so she is always quite connected to the faces she regularly uses :3 #anyway there. that’s my headcanon that’s how I think she works #velvette #hazbin hotel velvette #hazbin velvette #dollposting
