For me, as a fan of the first seasons of The Flash, this date is something special.

It is now that I realize that the future has truly arrived. I remember the day I watched the pilot of the series and saw this date. Then I thought, damn, I have to wait another ten years, wow, that’s a long time...

And now we are here.

April 25, 2024.

The day the Flash disappeared in a flash of light while fighting Reverse Flash. Who would have thought, right?

We survived. Wow.

Thursday is Flash day. Thursday is review day for the first season.

Thursday is April 25, 2024.

Thursday is the day Flash missing vanishes in crisis.

Amazing feeling.

I need the cw to think logically for once. Let’s put the views aside and really think about it. Riverdale, a show that is quite literally been absolute complete nonsense for years now, with the most cringey irritating characters, that is in its 6th season, is getting renewed for a 7th season

On the other hand we have legacies which is not absolute complete nonsense, has extremely loveable and amazing characters, is part of an extremely popular and beloved franchise and only has 4 seasons, and is getting canceled????

Riverdale has had 6 years (of complete stupid bs) you could at least give legacies 5 years especially considering all the tvdu has done for the cw (tvd imo was one of the most if not THE most popular show of the cw)

Idk who I’m more mad at, the cw’s dumb choices or the tvdu fans for letting fucking RIVERDALE out do us in viewers

Don’t even get me started on flash getting another season (as a superhero nerd who originally adored the show I think it’s gone to complete shit and is beyond dragged out and my hatred for it is borderlining my hatred for riverdale especially the fact that they made killer frost straight and downgraded her look to the point where she quite literally just seems like caitlin)

Eh. I reluctantly watched the Gotham Knights premiere. I was actually expecting it to be way worse than it was. Some of the characters were a surprize and they didn’t waste much time getting to the point (I thought it’d be a lot of teenage bullshit, but they actually didn’t do that). I liked the actress playing Duela and the batcave looked cooler than I anticipated. I dunno. If it’s as expensive to make as folks have said yeah I don’t think it’ll get a second season on the CW, but I’ll watch the rest of the season anyway. I was NOT excited to watch it (still am not really) but the pilot was not as bad imo as I thought it would be. Also, I kind of want to see the Two Face make-up. I haven’t liked any onscreen Two Face yet. And if there is going to be some kind of Darth Vader “I am your father” moment with Duela and Harvey I kind of want to see that too. #Gothamknights

Hey! So, I wanna clarify. If you didn't watch my video, Duela is actually the one shining spot of Gotham Knights in my opinion. In fact, I gave her credit in my video. So, I get the Duela love!. Oh and the Batcave looked DOPE as hell, I agree. My problem with the pilot, as I said, was the lack of setup and the lack of effort put into adding believability into the first episode of this show when it came to all of the lore and backstory mentioned in the first episode. I didn't mention anything regarding action, editing or even city design, though FOX's design of Gotham City is MUCH better than Gotham Knights' design IMO. I get it though! I really do. I tried to not be overly picky when it came to criticizing the show. There's 20+ episodes of it having the ability to genuinely answer these criticisms which again, I mentioned in my video regarding Turner Hayes. As a Batman fan, I'm open minded with Gotham Knights and do actually hope it begins to save face (lol) quickly because I don't want it to be fail. On the flip side, so many of these licensing rules/issues holding this show back still does make me question why they even bothered making this show to begin with. I hope this long winded answers your opinion/curosity/feedback. If not, feel free to send another anonymous follow up and I got ya with another answer

Seems like the Arrowverse is rapidly falling apart at this point.

The only shows still running now are The Flash and Superman & Lois.

Arrow ended in 2020, Supergirl and Black Lightning ended in 2021, and now both Batwoman and Legends of Tomorrow have been cancelled.

And the proposed spin-off shows, Green Arrow and the Canaries & Painkiller, weren't picked up.

Wouldn't be surprised at this point if Season 9 of The Flash and Season 3 of Superman & Lois end up being the final seasons of their respective shows, and the Arrowverse as a whole.

I didn't follow these shows at all, but I imagine this must be really frustrating for the fans who enjoyed them. At least, the ones who weren't turned off by seasonal rot.
