Sure. I had a better response to this typed out in my head last night but. A lot of it comes from what I'd say is really frustratingly popular politics. As libertarians morphed from "I want gay couples to defend their weed with guns" into the tea party, the gadsen flag became associated with a group of people who are otherwise despicable, etc, "acceptable targets", whatever. In response to this, the type of people who desire a dictatorship of the many see it as a perfectly acceptable marker to flag someone as someone who should be abused just for the sake of it, for being of the wrong tribe. This is like, funda-fucking-mentally bad philosophy, bad optics, bad praxis. You target something that says "dont oppress me" and go out of your way to brag about how much you want to oppress them and strip them of civil rights? This isn't a "States Rights To Do What" situation, it's punching down at people who you're choosing to associate with a group of acceptable targets because you really, really like the idea of stripping your political opponents, or really, your political non-allies, of their rights due to your crusade against other ideologies. Going "Actually you should be oppressed for expressing your opposition to others getting up in your business" is a terrible paternalist response by a wide variety of groups, because, sure, it started with like, "an"coms, but is clearly a feature of what people call capital L Liberals philosophy now, the HR department of life.

Holy fuck let me go find my old high school presentation called "the dean melter" it was a project in our econ class for a project about budgeting on different yearly pays, from minimum wage to like 100k per year or something. You know my cruelty squad loving ass made that as agonizing as possible. i have a bunch more like this but this is my magnum opus.

Things were finally taking off. Things were finally happening in your life at where you had moved to.

You'd be lying if you said that you never worried about being lonely for all of the years you were gonna stay. You really didn't know how long you were gonna stay when you didn't know if you were gonna grow to love living here. But you might. For now you finally had weekend plans. Plans you could look forward to while you also had school.

Something to look forward to when you get off for the weekend. In class you were constantly drifting off in your mind to the gig you'd been invited to. Apparently he had his own band. You wondered what kind of music they play, what instruments do each of them play? What's their band name? Why didn't you even ask that in the moment..? Oh well the weekends gonna be very lively.

You had made sure to look your best, just the way you like it. As you were getting yourself ready, you felt like butterflies were flying around in your belly and normally that would tell you it was because you were nervous. But you could tell it was a little different this time. Exactly what you couldn't actually tell. It was more just a feeling.

Well, hanging out with three foreign boys was quite nervewrecking in its self. Maybe just a little more when the one who invited you, was a somewhat attractive young man. It felt weird.

You had written down the adress Billie gave you, and had yet again to make sure you could find your way there. However, made it and you really hoped that you weren't late nor too early there. You weren't sure if you could keep conversation flowing if you were early. As summer was dying down as August reached its end, you walked through the struggle of the wind constantly throwing your hair around. But you managed and got to finally enter the pub, where no wind was bothering you.

Your eyes scanned the pub but didn't get to get a good look before someone placed their hands on your shoulders with a whisper yell at you:

Your jumped and quickly turned around, as you felt your heart skip a beat. You lightly shoved the person without seeing who it was but saw it was the tall man you had seen Billie with the other times. He laughed at you and looked behind him to see that the green haired guy had caught up to him by now. Your eyebrows furrowed as your eyes kept going back and forth. His eyes wrinkled at the sides and his smile was wide. You may have smirked just a bit. The tall one lightly hit the other man on his chest. You stood with your hands in your pockets, really just watching them laugh at your reaction. You shook your head and let out a breath as if you found them just a bit funny but at the same time ridiculous.

"Sorry about them." You heard a voice behind you yet again. You turned your head and saw Billie. His hair shined underneath the lights of the pub, and you found it cute. He had actually been laughing along with the two other boys, and you could also see it on his face that he had found it funny.

You rolled your eyes, still with a smirk on your face. "Yeah yeah it's alright." You shrugged. He let out another short laugh, that rang through your ears. You had just arrived and yet the laughter was already taking off. "Oh right, I'm Mike." The tallest one said as his laughter started dying down. He pointed to the man beside him and talked yet again. "And this is Tre Cool." Now you weren't gonna lie, that name caught you off guard. You must admit it is kinda bizarre. But finally their faces had a name too.

"Hi. Uh, I'm Y/N". It was a little weird considering the fact you didn't know if Billie had said much about you. But you felt introducing yourself to them only made sense. "Oh yeah, we know. Hi Y/N". Tre said. This might've been the first time you heard him actually speak rather than just laugh. His voice was so loose and almost childish. It was a funky voice. Explaining it is weird. Your eyebrows raised just a bit, and you looked back at Billie who was standing next to you. He looked at you with a crooked smile.

You found it kinda funny how you didn't know their names, yet they knew yours. Well, you know their names now. But it took a good minute. "Oh okay, well thats only good now I guess." You let your eyebrows fall down back into its relaxed state and you shrugged. "Yeah, Billie's been snitching." Again Tre opened his mouth. You laughed, 'cause his sentence didn't make sense. Snitch? Is it even possible to snitch on someones name?

You shook your head and rested some weight on one hip. You were getting a little tired of standing in place. Mike reacted similar to you. "You idiot." He laughed shortly and tapped him again. "Just say he's mentioned her." He then said, and was looking at Tre only. Tre put his arms up in defense and raised his eyebrows. "Hey go easy." While they were talking you noticed all the commotion around. It was quite late and therefore the pub had gotten quite a handful of guests. A lot of chatter and clinking could be heard loud and clear, all around you.

You sighed deeply and looked back over at Billie, who was looking at the stage behind you. You turned your head over your shoulder to get a glimpse of the scene aswell. It wasn't all that big, but it was enough for three people you thought. Some equipment was already set up, and you wondered if it was even ready yet. You looked back at Billie, and he was gazing at you. You were caught off guard and felt your face heat up. "What's up?" He let out casually.

"Uhm.." You really didn't know what to respond. You weren't all that good at talking to new people, and especially not boys. Mainly because you weren't that used to being around them all that much. Most of your best friends had been girls. You looked off to the side of the ceiling, to see if you could maybe fish something up from the corners of your mind.

"What do you mean?" There were plenty of better things you could've said. And somehow thats what you ended up saying. Your looked at him confused, but you were more confused at yourself than him.

His smile was small, almost invinsible. Your fingers were figdeting with each other, as you stood before him. "The stage. We're playing there tonight in like thirty minutes." He diverted the conversation just a bit. You nodded. "You nervous?" He rubbed the back of his neck as you asked him. "Just a bit. We've got our ways to calm the nerves before shows though." He shrugged and let his arm fall down to his side again. You nodded and looked over at the other two guys. They were half in their own talk and half listening to you and Billie's. They looked at you both a little weird. Like an unsure look in their eyes.

"Billie, maybe we should go get the rest done? The equipment." Mike chimed in and now he was rubbing the base of his neck, like he was nervous or worried. You adverted your gaze between the young men and felt off. Maybe you shouldn't have went.

But then again you were quick to turn on the flip side instead of letting go, and give more chances.

Billie nodded, and the three young men left after telling you their gig started soon. You decided to go over by the bar and sit. You hadn't really prepared yourself for this moment. For sitting by the bar all to yourself, 'cause you either came early or Billie had made you arrive early. You sat down and rested both elbows on the wooden counter. Your left hand going up to touch your foreheard and rub gently.

Your fingertips slowly moving along your warm skin, as you closed your eyes for a second. "You good?" A new voice sounded infront of you. You look up with wide eyes at first. "Yeah." You reply as you let your hand fall down again. The bartenders smile widened as he saw your actual face after you moved your hand out of the way. "Good. You looked stressed for a minute there." He was so chill but somehow energetic, and perhaps you had to be when you worked around mostly drunken people. "No, it's alright." You shrugged and he left to take care of some orders. It made you realize how you probably should relax a bit and try to have fun again.

While the wait you had gotten a soda for yourself, and inbetween chatted with the bartender. He had noticed how every now and then you would let your eyes scan the stage. "Yeah, a bands playing tonight." He mentioned and his arms were resting on the counter. He was leaning his arms up against the counter flashing a long and big tatto on his left arm. You had to admit it was kinda cool.

"Yeah." You curtly said. You bit your bottomlip, and wrapped your hands around your bottle. He observed you, like he was trying to read you. Maybe he could tell you weren't in a totally good mood, like you wished you were. You couldn't exactly point out why, but it was probably when Mike started to act concerned that you started to feel weird.

"They're called Green Day. Some punk band I think."

He just answered a bunch of questions you have had in mind since Billie Joe invited you here. You don't know why you didn't ask him earlier. Or why he didn't tell you. Maybe he was busy.

"Oh really?" You finally cracked a smile again. That's when you noticed the bartenders eyes light up. "Yes. I hope they're good." He smiled. You took a sip of your bottle and right as he said that you smiled and giggled after sinking. "Yeah, I hope they're good too." Your eyes must've been sparkling again.

The young looking bartender had to dissapear as more customers came rolling in. The lights dimmed and you looked up at the stage, as all the boys were ready, and started introducing themselves.

You smiled lightly at them. You loved how intimate the free concert felt. How close the music was to you, and how you feel it under the chair you were sitting on. Even if you didn't much about punk or the music genre you truly did enjoy their perfomance and music. And you don't think you were the only one.

Multiple people were swaying along, bobbing their heads or really focused on their performance. Watching and smiling. You noticed how you were tapping your foot atleast. All three of the boys seemed to really get lost in their music on stage, and it was quite cute.

You were met by the three boys down by the bar a few minutes after their gig. Billie did keep his promise, and got you a drink. You weren't gonna say no to free drinks, and you hoped that Billie had clean intentions. Why would he wait until the second time meeting you to try and connect with you, if he was purposelly trying to hurt you? However, that doesn't automatically mean that he couldn't have bad intentions. It was confusing and you knew you couldn't trust any of them just yet. But they were funny. They cracked jokes all the time, and bickered half of the time too. It was entertaining you must admit. "So you're Green Day?" You asked with a crooked smile and a glimmer in your eyes.

The bots chuckled and nodded. "Yeah, that's us." Billie pinched the edge of his nose before taking a sip of his own drink. "Care to explain the name?" You giggled. The alcohol might've done that to you. Their name was a colour next to the day. That was a little silly, but not that you hated it.

Mike's eyes looked panicked. He was switching his stare between you and Billie somewhat fast. You watched him carefully, and then looked back at Billie. He was staring at his drink with an unreadable smile. Tre opened his mouth after sipping the rest of his drink. "It's weed." His tone was always direct and a little loud, and it shocked you how he said it so playfully yet carelessly. You froze for a second before a small breathy laugh escaped your lungs. You sat up straight, not sure how to handle the information. You didn't do drugs for good reasons. And you didn't hang out with people who did drugs anyways, because you just never seemed to be in that kind of enviroment. You also didn't know how much you'd wanted to be around people who you couldn't count on because of the effects of drugs.

And how most people do it to escape reality. What reality were they escaping from? Maybe none. You didn't know, you'd technically just met them.

"Oh." Was all you let out as you just stared numb infront of you, at your drink. Billie was looking at you, you could feel it, but you didn't look back at him. You wanted to avoid his gaze at all cost.

You were afraid to mess something up, more than you maybe already did. Which is funny cause in a way you didn't want to be around people who did drugs, but at the same time you found them funny. Ugh. Why did it have to be so weird?

And what other drugs could they be taking? You stood up and looked at Billie for once. "Yeah, I'll see you around. I have work tommorow, so I should probably get going." You explained as chilly as you could, and pointed with your thumb to the door, as you grabbed your summer coat. Looking at Billie felt a little strange. The emotion on his face wasn't all too clear. He looked weirded out yet nonchalant.

However, the two other men were see through. Tre looked completely careless and calm. Wasn't that surprising now, was it? Mike however looked shocked. Worried and at unease. You smiled weakly at them before heading towards the exit. You pushed the door open and turned right. But before you could go straight ahead down the path, a voice called out.

You recognized it and turned around. Billie must've lit up a cigarette inside the pub before something made him follow you out. He exhaled some smoke as he walked up to you. His eyes were a little hooded and you could still see those bags under his eyes, while you both were standing by a lamp post.

"Are you okay?" Perhaps, Billie found it just as difficult to read you, as you struggled to read him inside. You were basically hugging yourself as you shuffled your weight on your feet. You let out some air, and let your muscles make you smile. It was half fake, and half real. You found it sweet that he had followed just to see if you were okay. You nodded softly. "Yeah, I'm alright. I'm just tired and I have work tommorow." You actually didn't. The school library is closed on weekends but you didn't know what else to say. He tilted his head as he took another drag of his cigarette, while you were talking.

He looked around at the cars by the pub before looking back at you. "You're walking home?" He furrowed his eyebrows. "Yes. When you're studying there's not a lot of money for a car." You let out a breathy laugh. You couldn't lie and say that you weren't interested in him. If you didn't want to have anything to do with him anymore, you would've kept your response short and vague. But you didn't.

He cracked a smile and nodded as he looked briefly down at the ground. "Yeah, that's very true." He looked back up at you again and his eyes were squinting slightly. You figured it was because the sharp light from the lamppost right next to you both.

"It's dark, are you gonna be alright?" You knew it was dangerous to walk home alone in the dark. It was also dangerous during the day, but the risk was worse at night. You swayed slightly and ended up shrugging. "I don't know. I don't live to far from here." You almost whispered, becoming really tired.

"I'll walk you, if you don't mind?" He lifted an eyebrow and you moved your mouth muscles to the side, as you thought about it for a while. You kinda did want him to but you also didn't know him that well, and you don't know how safe you felt with it.

You shook your head. "I think I'm good, Billie. But thanks." You said. He nodded and bend his head down again, staring into the ground. "That's alright. Give me a ring sometime." His voice was a mix of carefullness and at the same time a little playful. He waved at you and headed towards the pub again, and you stood and stared until he was out of sight. You stood and swayed, and looked down onto the pavement, lost in your thoughts once again. You didn't know what to do now. What to think. How to feel.

You just wanted to go home.

sae rlly js wanted rin to not rely on him for his sole motivation to play football as that doesnt really get you to be the best. so by giving rin sort of a reality check (if u can call it that) it provided rin a new inspiration to be the best - by beating his brother n vengeance basically.

rin's playstyle is rlly quite similar to sae's when not awakened and i think it's because after sae left for spain, he took over as like the highschool team captain (replacement for sae basically lol) n by doing what sae did - midfielder, controlling the field, and playing for the team. that had never developed rin's ego as his own but just as a watered down sae for the team. so when sae came back n saw that rin was following in his footsteps rather than finding what kind of player he was himself so yeah... he got a lil agitated lol.

i think the reason why sae had said "as long as ur hung up on being my brother, you'll never surpass me." (smth like that) was because he wanted rin to be unique, to succeed because of his own plays and be known as itoshi rin. he saw rin's talent from very early on n that's why he had told rin that "rin, you're incredible. play football with me" because he knew rin could achieve far in life. for the entire time that rin has played football, he's played it with sae. so when sae left, rin had a hard time actually playing football. it's like when u play videogames n u have a duo u play w frequently, when they get off the game n ur forced to play solo (especially in team games) it's hard to navigate the game w/o them as all the others in the team js can't comprehend the things u do n why u would do them. but your duo did n helped enable u to do those things + another example is when u have fun w ur duo in the game n then they hop off, suddenly the game is much more boring. (sry for the metaphor ish thing but i kinda wanted to compare it to real life events)

rin found football, without sae to help him with it, almost suffocating in a sense that he wasn't able to be enable to hit shots n score goals comfortably. so instead of developing the ego of a striker in which he play independently, he decided to become the captain that leads the team to score the victory goal rather than the star player who scores the victory goal. the highschool football team also kinda enabled it since y'know... they're side characters. after sae got like reality checked HARD in spain and came back, he had completely changed his dream n unbeknownst to rin, decided to pursue a dream of becoming a midfielder rather than a striker.

i think in the little argument they had, what rlly ticked sae off was when rin said "i'm the younger brother of the world's best striker!" it's also kinda evident in the manga as well because his eyes widened a bit. i also think this is when sae realized that rin was following in his footsteps rather then finding his own path. sae had also said in the convo "so i'll be a midfielder n you'll reach the top as a striker." sae wanted rin to pursue his own dream n reach the top through his own ambitions rather than rely on him for it. he didnt want rin to just be 'itoshi sae's younger brother second best in the world to him', he wanted 'itoshi rin, best in the world.' i also think the 1v1 he did w rin rlly just confirmed his suspicions abt rin following in his footsteps. 1v1's in a sense require more skill rather than just brain n good passes. it doesn't require teamwork. i think that shows to sae that rin hadn't evolved as a striker who plays for himself as he can't even beat sae (a midfielder) in a 1v1. - sorry if i do not know what i'm saying btw.

i also think this is why sae worked well w shidou in the u20 match because shidou was an embodiment of a striker (excluding barou lol) he had a n ego n if he did ever pass, it was for his own self benefit to score. talking abt u20, rin's flow thingy. isagi mentions it n it's kinda ironic but rin n sae's flow states r completely different. polar opposites even. i think that shows how much rin had restricted himself from being a striker when sae left as he was hung up on being second best. in the u20 match, when sae like... trash talks (idk how to call it) rin again, that's what really enabled rin to go into flow state. and i also kinda lost my flow so i dont know what i'm saying anymore.... :3. i actually think rin was ROBBED in u20 but like it's whatever now. still though, even if rin didn't score, sae was proud of him. it's evident on his face but he knew that rin still needed time to develop this new ego of his so like he decided to... say isagi was good (dick move btw hubby like srsly give rin a break). but i think it's what rin needed bc he's popping off rn in the pxg match n his ego seems more developed!!!!!!!!! also the fact that sae had went directly to rin right after the match ended (shidou doesnt count >:( cuz shidou went up to sae) plusssssss forgot to mention, rin actually held his own in the second 1v1 against sae so yeah, i think that also shows to sae that rin improved (and i like to think he would've liked to say that)

all in all, this was a rant from ur's truly bc i had finished all my work and i had nothing to do except think about my 2 pretty boys :p + agree with the post anon gave me :)

disclaimer(ish)? I wrote every opinion while, or immediately after listening to a song, so a lot of the times I go back and correct myself, or change my opinion, but hey atleast it's authentic. Also I compare it a lot to the hungarian recording because I heard that dozens of times and that's what I am used to.

Overture: Great 10/10 i love it in every language, has a bit different vibe than the hungarian version with more bass, I like both👍

He ho he: I actually *really* enjoyed that! Alfred has a nice voice that reminds me of Héger Tibor who is my favourite Alfred so thats great 10/9 only because I prefer the edge the hungarian version has to it its just a teeny tiny bit more sharp imo, and for me nothing tops the mic peaking scream Alfred lets out there. But overall amazing so far!

Knoblauch: Fhuuuu lot to unpack here for me. I'm definitely getting used to the german, which I don't here a lot of in a daily basis becasue hehe Hungary, but I'm trying to not view it as strange therefore bad, it has a lot of great moments but I'm used to the flow of hungarian. Now, I really don't know how to feel about professor right now. If you have seen my page, I *LOVE* hungarian professor, but so far.. I don't love this version. Alfred is still cute tho, but I miss his dumb little laugh when he says the line about Magdas breasts, somehow that made me like him even more. Also, Chagal. I have a mixed but mostly positive relationship with him in the hungarian, he has a very fun way of singing changing his range all the time, but so far he irritates me sorry😅 But yeah 10/7, Knoblauch 👍

The other part of this journey for me is tackling Cortisol. I recognized I was puffy & part of that could have been cortisol because lord knows I’m an anxious human. Do a quick search and you’ll see that high cortisol in the body can manifest as weight gain in the face and body, low libido, muscle weakness , fatigue, and high blood pressure.

The vitamin C in beetroot could regulate an imbalance of the stress hormone cortisol. Beetroot is high in vitamin C, which can lower cortisol levels and restore balance. Regularly consuming beetroot can be a safe and natural way for your body to absorb some of the recommended daily intake (RDI) of vitamin C.

Awesome. So whats a good way to consume beet juice? One of the simplest juice recipes is the ABC- Apple Beet Carrot. Beets have an earthy taste to them and apples are an excellent way to help balance flavors. Citrus like lemon or orange is also a great addition to help brighten up the flavor and balance those earthy notes. hiiiii i hope you have been having an amazing summer! i hope this isnt that bothersome to ask since you’re still writing it out but i would like to ask around what month do you think you would be able to get the chapter that you are writing to come out? i also saw that you were saying that you were at around 40k words for this chapter so i don’t want it to seem like i’m trying to rush or anything, just genially curious. also hope that the fix doesnt end up being dropped for what ver reason since i think it might just be the only fic for the SW fandom that actually has me going back and re-reading and still able to enjoy it(which is a bit of a rare thing these days since i’m always surrounded by smut having fics, which is not a bad thing, but it can get old quite quickly).

also i have to say that this is the first time where the slow burn has actually been a slow burn and not just a lazy thing written out and having been given much thought. i really like how you have so far made each encounter between the oc and anakin not a copy and paste of their first encounter (with the oc being afraid of her life and anakin being just confused but both of them trying to figure out and work out their problems as each chapter comes out). this is all i have to say for now ig so again i hope you have an amazing day!!! 💕

And I’m soooo sorry for the late response! 😭❤️💔 It just takes me a while to get to asks sometimes with my life problems going on, especially because I want to dedicate the right amount of attention to giving my thoughts. But I just wanted you and all my other readers to know that I’m never ignoring you. 💕💕

It’s completely fine for you to check in and ask me about my chapter progress, dear! 💕✨ Makes me at least know someone’s still out there excited to see it. Haha.

I’ll put the rest of my answer under a read more:

Well, what I do for my Fic chapters is I try to split up the scenes from scenes from the actual EPISODES from The Clone Wars, and then write the other scenes from my own planned storyline in between everything else. What I had ORIGINALLY planned was to have each chapter be one episode of TCW, or another original storyline arc that I had chosen to add (ie; the Kudon III storyline). However, I very quickly realized that writing out a completely original storyline takes a lot fucking longer and more brain power than expected. 😭😖🫠 And not only that—the 🔥sensual Melakin scenes 🔥 take even TWICE as long as that. Lol. 😭 And so—QUITE sadly—I have had to admit to myself that it just isn’t feasible for my chapters to be that long, even though cutting TCW episodes in multiple chapters might break the flow of the story.

And so, after I FINALLY get out this whopper of a chapter (which I HOPE to have completed by the first weeks of August), I am NEVERRRR writing a chapter this long again. Lol. 😭🤦‍♀️

So rest easy with that, in the sense that hopefully a hiatus will never be this long again. I think the problem with writing chapters this long is that—for one—my SW hyperfixation is gone, which makes my writing way slower that it used to be (which I fucking HATE 😭���). For another, the problem is my depression steals my energy and motivation, and while the 25% of lovely reader comments I get out of the 70% silent ghost readers that I try to “pspspsps” into my comment feed, give me boosts of that good ol’ serotonin—at the same time: I think the problem is that, with the shorter chapters beforehand, I could write so much in one day, because in doing so, I would already get halfway done in only a few hours. But with such a long chapter, it makes me kind of dread writing for so long, to not even have the satisfaction of pressing “post” at the end of it all in reward. Lol. 😭💔🫠

And so, this chapter has gone at about a snails pace for that very reason. 😭😅

So, what I NOW am planning to do is to split each TCW episode and original storyline I come up with into probably a three arc format (ie; three chapters), which will make it much easier for me to write without getting exhausted. That way, the chapters should only be at the most 10 to 15,000 words (hopefully. Lol). 😅😂❤️

BUT! I will ease your mind by saying that no matter WHAT—I am NEVER abandoning this story. ✊😖❤️ It’s literally going to be my magnum opus. Now—I KNOW authors say that all the time and then become little lying liars who lie—BUT unlike them, I am writing this dream fix it fic specifically for ME. 😂❤️ So the only way I can have the story of my dreams is to FINISH this things someday. So I hope that eases your worries. Lol. 💕

And awwwww! 🥰🥰🥰💕💕💕 Thank you SO, so much for your kind words about my story and writing! It means the world to me that my fic seems to stand out on A03 and Wattpad to a lot of SW fans. Haha.

And thank you SO much for your compliments on how I’m writing Melakin’s developing slow burn/relationship and in their separate character arcs. It was really important to me that Anakin and Melanie weren’t just getting together to get TOGETHER. I like my stories to mean something, and if you’ve read my other meta posts, then you’ll know that Melakin’s romantic relationship has actually been PURPOSEFULLY paralleled with Anidala, to show the difference between how someone you love can actually make you grow to be BETTER, instead of a relationship where they both enable each other’s worst tendencies (even though the love may have been genuine).

But yeah, it was REALLY important to me that their slow burn was actually REALISTIC, because yes, I’ll admit some slow burns keep the two people apart for way longer than necessary just to have drama. But for Melakin, there’s just SO many reasons they can’t get together yet (ie; the Anidala secret marriage, Melanie’s lingering terror of Anakin, Anakin and Melanie still being barely even friends, and also Anakin’s future moral decay that Melanie remains at the same time disgusted by while trying to stop it from happening), so it makes the slow burn more genuine to me. Their relationship develops the more their CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT develops.

But anyway! You’ll be happy to know that I’ve COMPLETELY FINISHED all of my original scenes for my next chapter! 😊💕 So now—I only have to follow the transcript of TCW episode and write out the actual EPISODE STORYLINE—which will be WAY easier and shouldn’t take as long as before.

I’m not making any promises—but I’m AIMING for a new posted chapter in sometime in the next two weeks. So… just a heads up with that. ❤️❤️💕✨

day 6 already!! we're in the final stretch!!!!

for today, i went with a comfort unasked for yet welcomed ! and a wall of snow keeps us hidden kinda

this one is definitely more elaborate than my previous work ... bc this one's a fantasy au!! ive had this vivid image of paper cut and joe being a mage and a blacksmith respectively and them being kinda neighbors in a village. but it kinda extended to other characters too so you may see them here. also i used my actual name here bc paper cut doesnt sound like it'd fit in a fantasy setting 😭 and also his personality here is kinda inspired by a character named beryl from a game called sword of convallaria! here hes a really skilled mage whos kinda cocky but ultimately still a socially awkward dude who doesnt go out much. lol

if i have time, i'll expand on this au a little more! but for now, aside from what i said above, this au has sonetto as the "main character" or the hero who keeps coming back to the village from dungeon raiding (bc i cant see vertin doing it despite her technically being the protag in re99). kinda like dungeon meshi (<- read like 5 chapters of dunmeshi)

i love roguelikes so the idea of the hero reviving after dying in an always shuffling and changing dungeon appeals to me. so that happens to sonetto in this au

Safar hates to admit it but he is very much snowed in.

Usually he wouldn’t mind the blizzard causing it - hell, sometimes he’d celebrate - but he needed to go out to get some potions from Sotheby across the village. It’s just misfortune after misfortune for him this winter season.

He can only mumble complaints under his breath as he instructs various (previously) inanimate objects to tidy up the place. It’s a rare occasion as he can be… quite the disorganized individual, despite having the convenience of magic literally at his fingertips. Though the process itself isn’t as magical, ironically enough.

Everything comes to a stop when he hears a banging on the door. His complaints double as he stomps over to the door. He quickly casts a translation spell, just to throw a warning to whatever monster threatens to break into his house.

“Get the hell out, you freaks! Do not piss me off!”

Instead of growling and howling, he is instead met with some coughs. Very humane coughs (or at least, humanoid). His temper subsides slightly at the possibility that annoying winter monsters finally got the hint after many, many years.

“I have no idea what you’re saying but it’s me, Joe! Y’know, the blacksmith next door?”

The big, tough guy next door? The sole source of all the sound pollution that made Safar soundproof his walls? Well, at least it’s a human. They’re supposed to be good at reasoning with other humans. At least, the mage hopes so.

Even then, it’s strange that the blacksmith is out there during a literal blizzard. Like it or not, the mage has to let the tough guy in, lest he dies out there. The snow-drenched blacksmith stumbles in, which helps with the mage’s attempt to open and close that front door as quickly as humanly possible.

“What the hell are you doing here?”

The host spouts the moment he slams the front door. It’s a genuine question asked sort of out of concern but the mage has to admit he didn’t want any kind of visitor, monster or not. Thankfully, his little inanimate servants managed to clean up the place in time for the unexpected visitor.

“I was on my way home but then the snow got super heavy and well. Your place is nearer and my balls are freezing.”

Safar can’t argue with that. He can interrogate where he was from once they settle down. And so the mage surrenders to his fate with a sigh, making his way towards his shelves flowing with ingredients of many varieties. Making the blacksmith feel right at home will be a piece of cake.

“I do not want to hear about your freezing balls. Sit down over there, I’ll make some tea. Or are you more of a coffee guy?”

Out of habit, the mage starts throwing out everything he’s not looking for. Joe is oblivious to this despite all the noise he’s making and simply enjoys himself on the very comfortable couch, right beside a very cozy fire.

“I’m fine with anything.”

The blacksmith begins to lay down on the couch. Safar knows well that Joe has the luxury of being a guest and it’s common courtesy for him to treat the guest well but he can’t help but think for someone so big and tough-looking, he sure as hell seems content to not put those muscles to use.

Well, whatever! He’s a mage for Pete’s sake! He has the convenience of using supernatural powers to aid him in his daily activities! And moving things around with magic is child’s play for the best mage in this village!

He proves this point by snapping his fingers, which drops a whole tea set (with cookies on the side) on the coffee table in front of Joe. The guest jumps from the sudden movement, though the self-pouring kettle remains unfazed.

“And anything you will get.”

The host smugly proclaims as he struts towards his guest. With another snap of his fingers, lanterns illuminate the living room. He looks around the room, pondering if there’s anything else that needs some finger-snapping. Ultimately, his gaze lands on the fireplace. He sneaks a glance at Joe.

“Is the fire warm enough?”

Increasing the heat of the fireplace requires more effort than just finger-snapping but the extent of it just consists of the inconvenience of having to grab an extra ingredient from his stuffed shelves. Yet Joe only smiles at the host, as warm as the flames that lick the smooth stone.

“Yeah. The perfect temperature actually.”

Safar’s smug smile turns into a genuine one. He has to admit – the guy’s energy is contagious. Having his mood lifted up slightly prompts him to join his guest near the fireplace as he quite literally lifts himself up off the floor, hovering in midair in a cross-legged sitting position. Joe pretends to not be impressed but the mage can tell he’s stealing glances.

It’s easy for the mage to forget certain tricks up his robe’s sleeves are unthinkable for other people, especially for a regular human such as Joe. Some think the mage can be a little too boastful for his own good but Joe isn’t part of that crowd - he deserves to be boastful. He’s the most skilled mage in the village! That much can be seen with the huge certificate that’s pinned up right above the fireplace. The words “BEST MAGE IN CHARLESTON VILLAGE” in the mayor’s crude handwriting swell with pride.

“...Reminds me of my forge back home.”

The blacksmith comments on the warmth of the fireplace, but it also alludes to the fact that he has a certificate in his workshop too - except it says “BEST (AND ONLY) BLACKSMITH IN CHARLESTON VILLAGE”. He always chooses to ignore the words in the parentheses.

Joe lets his eyes wander around the small establishment. It’s a simple little house, the only doors there being the front door and the bathroom door. Everything else is open-ended and connected, with only some half-walls partitioning specific rooms. The place is both tidy and messy. He doesn’t even have to try to feel right at home. Maybe he already is.

…Or not, because Safar is basically a stranger to him.

“Oh yeah, where were you going before the storm hit anyway? I thought you didn't go out of your smithy?”

Right when he thought to start up a conversation, the mage had that handled. Even the blacksmith himself forgot he was out and about still when the storm hit. He racks his brain at the interrogation.

“Sonetto just finished another dungeon run and managed to bring back some good metals for me to mess with and uh… I got excited.”

Safar can never understand Sonetto’s insistence on making her way down that cursed dungeon. But he supposes that strong sense of justice is the reason why she’s The Hero. Bestowed with powers of reincarnation, she’s basically immortal. He can’t help but feel a bit bad for her though.

He never understood why so many yearn for eternal life. Initially he believed that those people merely have an innate desire to be remembered forever which then translates into desire for immortality. Yet he doubts Sonetto is one of these people, despite being The Hero. She’s… really just a good person at heart.

The mage tries to illustrate the image of both Sonetto and Joe in the same room. Hm. A little too full of sunshine for his liking. But no doubt it’d be a delightful room to be in all the same.

“Probably should’ve stayed put then, dude. There’s a reason why people say patience is a virtue.”

The mage comments as a cup of tea makes its way towards him. He downs all of it in one gulp.

“Don’t remind me. I’m impatient as hell.”

The host has to give it to him, he is self-aware at the very least. Safar laughs at his response, Joe pouting at the former’s reaction. The mage then offers a sincere smile. “I get it. Why do you think I use magic for everything?”

He has to admit it too. The mage can be a very prideful person in front of others but behind that closed door, he yearns for a lazy life just as any tired person does.

“Lucky. All I got are these awesome muscles.”

Joe flexes his left arm, bicep bulging boastfully. The mage finds himself entranced by the display. It’s a reminder of his preferences for people to stare at. His gaze is a little too shameless.

“Like what you see, don’tcha?”

Blood rushes to Safar’s face almost immediately at his comment. He would respond but he knows the words that’d leave his lips will stutter. So instead he turns towards the fireplace, attempting to be enchanted by the flames’ dance instead.

“...This is nice. We never really had the time to get to know each other.”

To his relief, Joe changes the topic just as quickly as he was to tease Safar. The latter says nothing for a while.

“Yeah.”

Joe was definitely an uninvited guest but Safar would be lying if he says that his presence is not comforting. And for the time being, the blizzard outside will keep them hidden from the outside world for a little while. More than enough time to forge a friendship.

And it’ll be easy as snapping your magical fingers.

ADI. DR SINGH. ADITYA SINGH. LOVE THAT MAN. I loved Adi from pretty early on, even in the little intro i liked his personality and thought he was sweet and he actually reminded me of quite a few people in my life. But as the show went on he really became one of my fav favs like i LOVED him every time he was on screen i was happy and i realised this is because the man is exactly like spamton. Yeah you know the guy who i analysed down to the code on why he was so great?? that one. So here are all the correlations i could find between the two

Their stories dont start too similarly. Adi was very happy with his wife and had a good job, Spamton was.. I mean he was doing ok but not well by any means. He was actually pretty miserable. but they both had their lives turned upside down very quickly and very suddenly, for better or for worse. They lost people and things that were very important to them, for Spamton this being the addisons, his only friends, and for Adi this being everyone in his life other than his wife.

Despite this, they tried to cling onto normalcy and routine as best as they could, Spamton trying to create a life for himself in the mansion and Adi trying to create a life with Rami in that little community. They were happy, they were doing great, the idea of being able to live a normal life was becoming a reality. They both had benefactors who allowed them to live this life, Spamtons being the phone person and Aditya's being Gladys as she gave them the medication for Rami.

But whether they knew it or not, this couldn't last forever. For both even in this perfect life there was a dark undertone. Spamton may have been rich and happy but it was just because he was being puppeted by a higher force, and Adi and Rami may have been able to live comfortably but it was impossible to ignore how quickly they would be left in the mud if anyone discovered Rami had the sick. I mean, poor fucking Doug that was brutal. Then one day, their respective benefactors allowing them to have this life disappear. Spamton is left to crash and burn without the phone person and everyone discovers Rami has the Sick after Gladys stops making the treatments.

They are both then made to do things that they dont want to do by higher forces in the desperate hope that it'll allow them to just live their life as if everything was ok. Aditya is forced to try to find the cure, having to hurt children in the process but its ok because hes doing it to save Rami?? Right?? Spamton is on his last legs, all he needs is NEO. Then he'll be free. All Aditya needs is the cure. Then he can just live his life with Rami. And then they do it. Spamton strikes the deal with Kris. Adi finds the cure. it doesnt matter what they had to do to make it this far!!! Theyve done it!!!

But they havent. they havent really. The NEO body doesnt free him. He's still got the strings. The cure doesn't really work. They get desperate. They think their only hope is to kill the child protagonist. Spamton decomes frantic, thinking that the only thing that can truly save him is Kris's soul. Adi becomes crazed and deluded, thinking all he needs to do is make it to that cave and stab Gus, then he will be redeemed for all the horrible things he's done. They get so close.

But last second they realise what they're doing and what they've done to get there. Finally Spamton's last string is snapped. Adi remembers Rami. Their stories end with them making a sacrifice for their respective child protagonists so that they can hopefully go on and live a happy life. Aditya sacrifices his life to save Gus and Spamton turns himself into a piece of armour to assist kris in their adventure, in hopes that they will one day be able to find freedom.

ANY GAME DOESNT HAVE TO BE GUILD WARS

I spent a couple days thinking over this only to come to the conclusion that the only game I have had any headcanons in is Guild Wars 2.

And even then, it's only a couple.

The first was about sylvari physiology. I my HC, sylvari bodies resemble human bodies very closely in that they have a skeletal structure composed of seemingly petrified wood. They have a musculare system as well, possibly composed of very tightly compressed vines. And as such they can gain and lose muscle mass. The do have organs, some of which to act like human organs, such as a heart, lungs, and stomach. Though they may be shaped differently and operate slightly differently, they have similiar functions to humans. They have a vascular system that allows blood (sap) to flow through out their bodies.

The other headcanon is that Malyck is still out there. He managed to find his tree, but sadly when Mordremoth rose, it was corrupted along with most of this people. He managed to escape into the wilds and now wanders the jungle in search of any survivors.

I'm sorry I'm kinda boring with no other HC's. I never really thought about any until GW2.

1. What is the most out of pocket thing your F/O has ever said to you?

In one AU, he just psychoanalyses me upon first interaction. It's an Obey Me AU, and Nebu is a demon here, watching me in class and upon a wedding event, he wants a shot to be the groom that models next to me, so when they tell him auditions are right this moment, he steals me away from the brothers to go to a quieter place to talk about the previous proposals and how my feelings are written on my face and I need someone that can promise to stay by my side no matter what, no fancy proposal if the right words can be said.

Okay so wedding event, But mc is feeling a bit numb, And while she acknowledges that all the proposals are indeed unique and including the brothers personalities, It doesnt speak to her, When Luci has just finished his proposal and it's almost time for mc to choose, Nebu comes storming in, panting from running all the way to the castle, And he starts reprimanding and yelling at little D because there are so many demons in the school that would love to stand beside mc and only giving the brothers a shot is discriminating against all the others, Saying that he wants a shot too and asking when the auditions are and being surprised because they are right now, Grabbing mcs hand asking to steal them away for a bit and running through the castle until they hide somewhere, Mc suggested places they knew in the castle with a romantic atmosphere but nebu said it would be more fun to just go with the flow, Just talking a bit about the brothers proposals, And nebu admitting to watching her in class and saying her emotions are written on her face and it's easy to see how she is fearful of it and acknowledging those fears and promising to stay by her side, And it's the one proposal that truly touches her, So she ends up apologising to the brothers and chooses nebu as her groom for the shoot, She needs to ask his name too because it's their first meeting, He had his demonic powers sealed a couple years ago because he couldn't control them well, He had a little crush on her ever since she came to the devildom but never dared to approach her

7. What is the funniest mistake you have ever seen your F/O make?

It's hard to imagine him making any mistakes, but he's probably research things wrongly and end up with different results each time, or remember something wrong. His funniest mistakes happen when he's researching magic and putting his research into practice. He uses magic on the most unconventional ways and ends up without clothes on multiple occasions. Explosions do that to you, nowadays it's just normal.

8. What is the most embarrassing thing your F/O has ever done? Whether intentionally or otherwise.

Confessed in front of an audience. It happens in multiple universes too. He can't help but want to shout his love for me in front of everyone, I need to know he loves me and he'll do anything to make me realise.

This might seem like common knowledge but honestly it's not. sometimes people focus on absorption of blood which is no good. If there is blood to absorb, the pressure wrap needs to be taken off and redone

Dash could have shoved his jacket (or shirt. yes the one hes wearing. dirty shirt is better than bleeding out. can deal with infection later. in danny’s case, regular infection will be no problem) into danny’s wound for better pressure

the detail of describing dannys distress as he was losing blood is 👌

not everyone knows it gets hard to breath when you lose blood cuz blood is the thing that carries oxygen around your body

i dont know if you realized how well you wrote dash managing multiple people thru a crisis and remembering to check in on patient. like. fuck off (affectionate). so. good.

securing gauze with tape for the abdomen wound cuz wrapping pressure bandage around abdomen (1) would use too much material and (2) would make it hard to breathe/be very uncomfortable 👏👏

Wound care flow (since the rest of this is absolutely scatterbrained and I could not organize it better):

If need to stop bleeding apply tourniquet and pack wound with whatever gauze available

Place tourniquet 2 inches above wound. pull as tight as you can. then turn windlass until bleeding stops and not a turn more. you can cause serious damage to tissue if too tight. this is going to HURT

Combat gauze first (cuz it has clot activators)

Then compressed gauze on top (if wound is big enough. If wound small, combat gauze might be enough)

In order from most expensive to least expensive: combat gauze, compressed gauze, rolled gauze.

Ideally have all three but sometimes only have rolled or compressed gauze

With a high schoolers budget i’d imagine dash cannot afford combat gauze

Once wound is packed slowly loosen tourniquet to see if wound has been properly packed

If a tourniquet is on too long it will start to create damage (sorry I don’t know that time frame but a quick google says maybe 3 hours? Will report back when I do my bleeding control class

I say this cuz it would be interesting to see if you want to play with the venom

Like say bleeding is controlled but dash doesn’t have flush on hand or his stock was compromised in the fight. He gets bleeding under control but the venom starts to spread faster once the tourniquet is released. 

Get out of the field if possible

Clean with diluted antiseptic and gauze (details on antiseptics later in note)

You want to clean before flushing because you don’t want to push anything that's on the surface into the wound

For venom sake dash might do like the worlds quickest clean, flush, then go back and do a better clean

Create a diluted antiseptic solution but adding antiseptic to saline/whatever flush is available (for chlorhexidine sky blue color or 30mLs per gallon, for iodine tea color or 15mLs per gallon - the mLs are gross estimates I never actually measure it out tbh I go by color) then soak gauze in it. So like have a bowl of gauze and pour the diluted antiseptic over it. You don't want a puddle but just enough to have wet gauze

The goal with cleaning is spreading the antiseptic around not rubbing it in

Scrubbing hard is counterproductive

Gentle wipes are best (but not like super soft just like no elbow grease if that makes sense)

Only need like 3-5 pass overs, this does not have to take a long time

Remove any small debris at the same time

Leave big debris in if danny infected with venom cuz this will help stop bleeding

Leave it in until in a spot where the venom can be flushed out but need to take it out before flushing cuz who knows if the debris is trapping some venom

Take it out if no venom cuz then he can start healing

Flush

Use saline not distilled water (more on this later)

Wipe the exterior with flush soaked gauze (especially if cleaned again after flush)

Dry with dry gauze

Apply ointment (optional)

Bandage

Make sure wound is completely dry before bandaging

(unless its giant then it can get a wet to dry bandage but with danny’s ghost healing that wont be something I need to get into)

If a small wound and no ointment applied, best to keep open because wounds need exposure to air to heal and like to stay dry (bacteria loves wet environments)

If large wound that needs to scab over definitely bandage

If cannot keep clean while healing then definitely bandage but take breaks in between bandages so the wound can have some air time and dry out

All gauze mentioned unless otherwise stated is nonwoven gauze (more on gauze in ifak notes)

danny’s big abdomen wound:

why do the antibiotics only work if the venom isnt active?

you do want the flush to go inside the wound. (responding to dash telling sam to not get the water inside dannys abdomen wound) because they are using distilled water and not sterile saline i can see your thought process but thats where the venom is. that is where you need to flush. and his ghost healing powers can take care of any infection introduced by flushing a wound with non-sterile flush. 

why dunk the rags into a bowl of the distilled water? you’d want to pour the flush directly on to the wound and then clean with gauze soaked in diluted antiseptic. you dont want to dunk something that was already in the wound back into your cleaning or rinsing agent cuz then the whole thing becomes contaminated.

for this scene i would have put danny in the bathtub and just start pouring flush onto all his wounds. the pressure of the flush matters so pouring a lot quickly so it hits tissue harder is important. syringes work well for this cuz you can control pressure better based on how hard you push the plunger (but be careful cuz too much pressure causes tissue damage). but in this case he needs so much flush so quickly i would skip the syringes and just start pouring from the jugs. just like from a little bit of a height away from the wound (like a foot-ish) so that gravity can help in adding pressure.

why antibiotics straight onto the wound? sam can give them intravenously (IV). (most antibiotics need to be diluted and given over 20-30 minutes but you can ignore this fact tbh thats getting a little too technical…maybe…ill let you decide on that one). i was picturing the antibiotics being an oral administration. would be cool if team phantom was able to manufacture both IV and an oral version. for this wound danny would benefit from iv, during crisis, and maybe like one dose orally the next day to help with healing/take care of anything lingering. but for less serious wounds (like if his leg was the only thing hit then a few oral doses (basically until healed) would do the trick once the venom was flushed out. oral doses only work if patient is conscious enough to take them)

Antibiotics straight onto the wound would work just not very well. since the venom spreads so fast it probably became systemic (so like in his bloodstream) a few seconds after he started bleeding

I only added this cuz you already established Sam is able to hit a vein. But drawing blood is different (easier) than administering something into a vein. 

Just want to give you all the info, do whatever you want with all of it 🖤

overall notes:

sterile saline. not distilled water.

if ‘saline’ is said instead of ‘sterile saline’ pretend like ‘sterile’ was said. sterile is always implied when talking about saline. 

distilled water is okay if saline is not available

like in huge disaster situations where supplies are spread thin. say like when amity park was pulled into the ghost zone or a large scale ghost attack

or if budget is an issue (i’d imagine it is for a few high schoolers, sam excluded)

1 gallon (3,785mL) of distilled water for $1-2.80

100mL of saline is about $1 (so 37x more expensive)

distilled water is made by collecting and cooling the steam from tap water. So it is free from sediment (including salt) but it is not sterile 

if using distilled water (for cost or availability reasons) put antiseptic (see ifak notes for details on antiseptics) in it first but only right before using. dont pre make it. if no classic antiseptics available, use vinegar (diluted out with the distilled water). id imagine vinegar burns (unsure) but less than alcohol. 

Sterile saline is better than sterile water because something about salt really helps clean blood

Saline is just sterile salt water (0.9% salt)

sterile water is different from distilled water. 

idk what it is about salt clearing off blood so easily, but when it comes to cleaning blood off my patients fur I always go for saline instead of peroxide because I think it cleans better and the reaction between peroxide and blood releases heat (exothermic if you want to throw that word in cuz you know. team phantom is full of nerds) and peroxide leaves a brown stain. 

alcohol burns like hell as an antiseptic

Has a short contact time of 30s-1m but evaporates faster than that if too thin of layer is applied

contact time is the time an antiseptic needs to sit for it to be effective

Can dry out skin too much if used too frequently

chlorhex or iodine are better (see ifak notes for more info on antiseptics)

dont rice injuries - this is the instructor of my bleeding control class

You don’t have this in your fic but just in case

There’s no proof that elevation helps stop bleeding

Another thing you don’t have but just in case

The goal with an ifak is to not over pack and to pack efficiently so things can be easily accessed. So think about what can fit into dash’s bag and what he can physically carry and still be agile/not fatigue for long journeys

I have POTS so the hard to breathe thing and I are very good friends, blood circulation issues are my greatest enemy. Keeping people laying down to maintain good circulation (that’s also not rushing blood straight to the wound) is also something I’m familiar with as I personally end up on the ground to regulate heart rate and breathing all the time. 

Clean utensils every time!!!!!! 👏👏Honestly, lint didn’t even cross my mind as being an issue, I will think of this moving forward.

Dash is really putting those therapy skills to use 💪💪💪💚

Wound Care:

I thought about using tourniquets but I wasn’t sure if 1) I could write them well enough 2) if Dash’s first aid kits would have stuff for it or if he would even know how to so something that extensive. His mom taught him a lot of basics but I wasn’t sure if that was considered a basic. 

But as time goes on and he gets more used to be Danny’s go to nurse, I’m sure he’s going to educate himself more on how to do more advanced things so this is super helpful to know. 

I did not know there were so many different kinds of gauze; I have learned something today.✍️ I’ll probably do more research into what makes most sense for Dash to be carrying around

I read the word Iodine and had so many flashbacks to my childhood, that smell is permanently ingrained into my nostrils. Tbh I really should have thought about antiseptics more but I figured Danny heals well enough that they probably weren’t the most important thing to worry about after getting the poison off and stopping the blood. I definitely should think more about them though

Big Wound:

 I did have notes on this somewhere and I cannot find them. It had something to do with his human biology cause for full ghosts the antibiotics work just fine. I also just kind of wanted to avoid having a miracle drug that could fix everything without having to put the actual work into it. So that was kind of my way of insinuating that fixing the wound is still important. I will refigure this out. TBH the venom wasn’t supposed to make so many reappearances and have a plot, I kind of patch worked it together as I solidified more headcanons and put this story together. It was supposed to be short and it it not lol

I can see how I wrote this weird now. My thought process was with so much bleeding the vast majority of the venom would have been pushed out with the blood and their main focus was to clean around it and get the edge off and where the blood touched but they didn’t want the water running uncontrolled and pushing the venom back into the wound or getting it on the healthy skin around it. Definitely did not convey aunty of that in the writing though my bad. 

I’ll be honest, didn’t think about how antibiotics actually worked on that lol I just figured a liquid would be the easiest thing for them to make and understand. I’m sure Sam could administer a needle medication if she needed to, but with her freaking out I’m not sure she’d be the best at it.

I never thought of looking for Saline outside of a hospital TBH. I literally have contact solution in my house and was like “Where would someone obtain saline????” I’m a silly goose.🪿 I mainly went with distilled water because they’re more likely to have a lot of it and with so many wounds I figured they’d need a lot of liquid to wash something off. I will do some saline research though and see what the price and availability of stuff were back then

I wasn’t planning on CPR, I don’t really care for those scenes in movies and I don’t know enough about it to even know what kind of injury Danny could get that would require it

Honestly, bless this information. Would you mind if I used this to sneak a joke in? I was reading this and at some items, I was like “when would they even need that?” and I have a scene where Danny goes through the bag and I think this could make for some great comic relief if that’s alright?
