The 7 Virtues in FMA

fma theory about how there are 7 sins as the villains but if you look at Team Mustang + Edward that makes 7 as well which could symbolize the 7 virtues that counteract the 7 deadly sins.

following that logic this is who i think they would be and why :

Roy= charity; his drive to repent for his actions during the ishvalian war. his branch out to the Elrics to help them in their quest to regain their bodies.

Hawkeye= Chasitity; Her loyalty to Roy, and keeping her work relationship dispite loving him. her entire character speaks for me, no explanation needed.

Falman: temperance= the first definition is obiously no alcohol but im following the second definition of having "self-restraint". thoughout the story he usually is stuck with the "trade jobs" or most of the boring and dirty work but while he does whine about it occasionally he mostly keeps it to himself and gets it done because he knows it is necessary for the team. hes willing to reel himself in and be a good soldier. idk if that makes sense.

Fuery: Humility= being the communication guy is pretty essential for the team and he does come in clutch a lot throughout the story but his actions are mostly done in the backround making people not realize how important his job is in the team. he doesnt brag about it or make and boastful remarks and is generally a quiet guy. he keeps to himself.

Breda= Patience: he seems like a patient guy. i- he- yeah. i think hes a planner and knows how to play the long game.

Havoc= Kindness: hes always showing his love to people whether its on a date or its saying reassuring things to others. hes always prepared to help others and use his strength to assist in any way he can.

Edward= diligence: his drive and determination to never stop and never give up to figure out how to get his brothers body back. not letting setbacks stop him for long and knowing when to let others assist him in his quest.

No one will ever truly know me. What I think, what I feel, the intensity of my love for certain things. Like no one is going to actually know me the way I know myself and that kind of pisses me off, because I feel like I'm a really interesting person. Why can't we just share our feelings just by looking into each other's eyes? I think we'd understand each other better.

Thinking about meeting someone out of pure chance who changes your worldview so drastically by showing you a different side of life which makes you realise that you never realised wht true happiness was until you met that person and now that you've realised that cou can never go back to what your life was and now want to live your life with that person and discover how beautiful life can truly be.

I swear theres so much potential in Stray and Drift's meeting and relationship. It takes an astronomical impact for a person to completely leave their community and family behind, especially if that impact originated from one person. One person who you met one random day of the week. One person who changes your entire life for the better.

These two are so underrated my god.

i hate how wattpad has made me cringe instinctually whenever i’m reading a book or writing something and characters’ appearances are described in detail — like eye color, what they “threw on” that day, or the dreaded “put my hair in a messy bun” — bc it’s not all Wattpad-Blue-Orbs writing, but it’s so hard to not feel like it is at first/to struggle to find a way to describe a character that doesn’t make you think of messy buns and blue orbs.

While bushwalking I was commenting while walking through waves and waves of gold wattle that I have started to associate the blooms with Venus as they are striking in beauty and catch the eye easily. I have even started to ponder the use of wattle in glamour magic and compulsion magic.

After coming back to the car the radio turns on and I kid you not Venus started playing specifically this part: "Goddess on the mountain top Burning like a silver flame The summit of beauty and love And Venus was her name" I must point out that we on mountain and we walk within the mountains. Just something a little funny not long after I have been thinking of how I approach my work with Gods especially Venus /Aphrodite herself. I want to bring in more work that relates to my connect to Country as an Indigenous person so Venus in my mind has started to be termed Venus Yiray. Maybe this was conformation that I am slowly finding my way to the right path? What ever it is I feel that she walks along with me as I talk with the Grandfather Gums, Grandmother Eucalypt and ancient ancestors of the land that watch the Bush as my family walk.

I’m kind of rethinking my life path at the moment: I’ve been settled on teacher’s college for years and years but I’m really enjoying my current administrative position, and there’s a possibility for me to move into a fairly well-paying role in the near future.

One of the things that scares me the most about being a teacher is having to regulate my online presence, and I’ve basically limited a lot of my stuff to not have any personal things (ie never making a YouTube channel or TikToks or using my real first name or posting selfies), which were important safety measures when I was younger but now I don’t really care

So if I really do decide I’m not going into childcare it would be nice because I could do YouTube content and actually be active in the k/nk community publicly, doing activism/awareness around that!!! And those are things I really want to do!! But I know that being in the k/nk community (or the sex work community), even a long time ago, can get people fired from their jobs, which is stupid etc etc but a genuine threat

So I’m just…. Weighing that up against the chances that I change my mind again, but I’m truly excited about the possibility of being less scared online for this hypothetical future job

if Izumi Curtis were to give up her gate for her womb back or whatever, could she have children again? Would she be able to accept life without alchemy the way Edward has and be willing to do it? would she be even able too? im assuming if you want to like "untrade" whatever you lost when you committed human transmutation you can just give up your gate. pretty sure Truth said it was the "correct" answer but the "correct" choice could be a universal answer or it could be correct just for Edward's circumstance.

if it is universal and if she wanted to be a mother that much I would think she would do it. but that's just a thought.
