lmao, you don’t seem to get the point of this. If transmeds really have something so important to say about transness, if transmeds have the right idea of what it means to be trans, they would keep getting it out DESPITE the odds. Blaming tucutes for your weakness is a massive cope.

Granted, those severely outnumbered people typically vouch for ACTUALLY good change, and not in the way that calls for throwing their own people under the bus, like you know, your own transmeds are notorious for doing EVERY TIME.

I don’t see transmeds congregating and making real change, trying to help trans people. I guess that’s a hard thing to do when transmeds are too hung up on who’s real who’s fake on the internet to actually care about helping trans people of all types.

All i’ve seen are transmeds whining on youtube and laying with TERFs on twitter. I don’t see them trying to help trans people get help in this increasingly worsening political climate. You see anti-trans rhetoric going on around the world and you blame other trans people for it. Y’all sit there, complain and make no meaningful effort to combat transphobia. Also, for the record: Being trans, or gender incongruent, isn’t a disorder. It’s not neurological, and it’s not a “brain” intersex condition (intersex conditions being PHYSICAL, REPRODUCTIVE, GENETIC, not neurological and since it’s a set of CONDITIONS, it CANNOT be called “disorder” since it implies that intersex is distressing or detrimental).

Gender dysphoria (which is the DISTRESS or DISCOMFORT that may arise from GENDER INCONGRUENCE (being trans)) is NOT required to be trans.

What i hate most about transmeds is them thinking you need to suffer and be miserable to be seen as trans. When transness is more about loving yourself and embracing yourself.

It's fine to be dysphoric but it's also okay to be euphoric. If you're dysphoric about your body thats okay, if it's the clothing you wear thats also fine. It's also okay to feel euphoria when wearing fem or masc clothes or feeling euphoric about your body.

Trans people aren't a monolith, you don't have to be trans in one certain way. You can be trans in many different unique ways. Being trans is your journey and yours alone. No one has the right to decide over your identity and how you should live it out.

Also not everyone has the privilege to be trans, and the whole idea that being trans requires for you to transition is total bullshit. Also most POC especially black people don't have the means to transition at all, due to family or doctors being racist.

Gender is a Social Construct; a critique of Professor Dave and transmed talking points (tw transmeds lol)

In the video he said that gender was “a different phenomenon [than sex]. It is still biological, but it is a neurochemical construct... it is still genetic in basis, but it absolutely is not determined by sex chromosomes... researchers are still working to understand the biological basis of gender identity.” It is strange to me that he would argue that gender is genetic but doesn’t explain how gender is connected to your genes. He just says that researchers are trying to understand it which doesn’t mean that his claim that gender identity is genetic is true or is some fact of reality. 

He later claims that “liberals” are wrong when they say that gender is a social construct, yet he can’t explain how gender is not a social construct. Here is the quote, “...please stop saying gender is a social construct. No it is not. It is a biological construct. Society can’t turn you any more trans anymore than it can turn you gay... [gender] is an incredibly complex neurochemical phenomena.” He claims that gender is this “neurochemical phenomena”, but he can’t even explain what this phenomena is or how it chooses your gender. And he tries to sound more wise by comparing gender and sexuality. Society definitely does determine whether if you are queer or not. Your experience with people as partners can influence what your preferences are. And your experience with a different name and pronouns can influence what your preferences are as well. It’s like choosing that you prefer straight hair over curly hair. No, I do not think that people are born gay or trans because that would suggest that being those things are connected to your genes which does not make since at all!

Women in hunter-gatherer societies did not have to cover their breasts. Not like they do in your painting.

I want to debunk other talking points but I feel like what I said already explains my arguments against it. Like how you have to be gender dysphoric to be trans those are the real transgenders. Well I would just say that people can choose to fucking change their name and pronouns and appearance and you shouldn't have a say in that.
