Why do people say that their partner carving their name into their body is manipulative?

So I cvt again today.

Yesterday the person I was smoking and drinking with was an old friend but they also SAd me a while ago. We talked about it a lot and they changed but the trauma still sticks and I had a lot of different trauma flashbacks that day and I had no idea why I thought it would be a good idea to hang out with them and at the moment it was okay. When I was at their apartment I could feel these memories I tried to suppress... Sitting on the same couch it happend on. We had a chill time and some deep talk but only today I feel how being in the same place it happend in affected me.

I hate everyone.

I was not only crying but full on sobbing Pressing the small pillow I put inside a t-shirt on my bf in my arms.

And to be very clear meeting that person again didn't trigger shit, as you guys probably noticed based on my posts, I have been feeling shitty lately especially my trauma is hunting me down or at least it feels like it. The reason I relapsed if not that person. The biggest thing in my head will always be my childhood abuse, and that's mainly what made me suffer the most today but today I noticed that my body and mind weren't able to calm down being in a place where my trust got broken like that.
