Y/N: Can I have a piece of cake from the fridge?
Yelena: What’s the rule?
Y/N, sighing: No cake after dinner.
Yelena: No, that’s Nat’s rule. My rule is that you need to bring me a slice as well.

Birthday Gift
Y/n: “I really want a girlfriend so I can dress up all nice for her and spoil her for her birthday.”
Yelena: “Like put on a nice dress and take her out for dinner?”
Y/n: “Well, yes. But also dress up in a maid or bunny outfit for her, at home, just to make it special, you know?”
Wanda: *Popping up from no where.* “ME!! ME!! YOU CAN DO THAT FOR ME!!”
Wanda: *Clears throat* “It’s eh- my birthday soon y/n you can- we can do that together. You know, only if you want to.”
Y/n: *Blushing.* “Sure, Wands. I can dress up all nice for you. Consider it part of your birthday gift.”
Wanda: *Beaming* “Okay, good good. Sounds good.”
Yelena: *Talking to Kate.* “Isn’t her birthday in five months?”
Kate: “Hush, Lena. They’ve been pining over each other for ages. This is progress!”

“I mean, I don’t even know what I did wrong.” You cried, sniffling as tears continued to roam across your face. Yelena used a small tissue to wipe them away, frowning as she took in your hopeless state. You looked so down - so sad, she wanted to do anything she could to help you.
“I know, I know. You didn’t do anything, he was a complete dick who didn’t deserve you.” You nodded, chuckling at her words. You leaned your head on her shoulder, apologizing for the wetness that stained her sleeve. She shushed you quickly, running her fingers through your hair as you continued to listen to her praising statements, a grin threatening to take over as a result.
“You’re so, so perfect, love, he just didn’t see that. I mean, you’re so beautiful, and not to mention how sweet and caring you are - you always take care of me when I’m all sick and mean.” She hummed at the thought of your soup she had the pleasure of eating when she was unwell.
“Anyone, and I mean anyone, would be more than happy to be with you.” You looked up at her through tired eyes, you and your now ex-boyfriend had been up most of the night arguing, you were bound to be restless the next day.
“You mean it?”
“I mean it. I mean every word.” You didn’t happen to notice the small proximity shared between the two of you until her breath panned against your face, your lips mere inches from touching. You titled your head slightly, leaning in as you closed the distance, resting your hand on her chest as you sunk into the feeling of her mouth on yours. She cupped your cheeks, brushing her tongue over your lips as you granted access. She moaned, bringing a hand down your body and to your waist, leading you closer to her. There was a small separation, and you took your chance to wrap your leg around her hips, placing your arms around her neck as your fingers drew small circles on her back.
The two of you only separated for air, yet you were instantly on each other once again. She explored your mouth with pleasure, basking in the soft skin you allowed her to view. She teased the bottom of your shirt, waiting for your approval before removing it, her eyes soon being blessed with the sight of your perky breasts.
“No bra?” She asked, breath heaving and short.
“I prefer going without.” You countered, shuddering when her mouth found a place on your nipples. You placed your hand on the back of her head, mumbling your appreciation between stutters.
“Fuck, Yelena,” You started. “W..we shouldn’t be doing this.” You suddenly recalled the reasoning as to why you were here. The man that just left you was still at your shared apartment, most likely gathering his items, while you sat in your friend's lap with her kisses exfoliating your body.
“Shh, I don’t want you to think, Y/N.” Her body fell on top of yours, her eyes heavy as she looked down at you.
“Your boyfriend is such a fucking pussy, let’s see what he’s missing out on.” You gasped as a needle came in contact with your skin, your body instantly falling limp as you struggled to keep awake.
“Shh, it’s okay, I’m going to make you feel so good.” Your ex was lucky to make it out alive, and now she wasn’t going to waste this opportunity. Once you awoke, she’d be sure to keep you safe in her hold, even if you tried to deny it. Because at the end of the day, she knew you wanted it just as bad as she did.

Who Are You People?!
Yelena Belova x F!R (Platonic)
Natasha Romanoff x F!R
Yelena had a tendency to bring home strays, and it had always bothered you, until one day it didn’t. WC: 1,929
Request(via dm): “could you do a imagine where Yelena keeps bringing home random animals and even people and drives the reader up the wall” | I gave it a cute little romance spin
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Yelena had a tendency to miss signs. Trained as she may be, with the discipline to prove it, she just never was much for understanding the social norms. So, you had learned to adapt—after that first night as roomies, when she told you everything she’d done and been you hadn’t much of a choice. There was no such thing as a filter, she believed in open conversations, which didn’t bother you. It was her belief in the open doors that did.
——
The first time you came home to one of her eccentric guests you were startled into losing your groceries. A frown befell your face as the soy milk box spewed its contents on the floor along with the yolks of your eggs.
Fanny, as you’ve learned to know, and love her as, was there to lick up the mess. After she’d finished licking your cheek in a rushed greeting, she’d disposed of your hard earned money in the form of the wasted food.
Yelena had apologized, and for some odd reason you believed she took the hint after the entire ordeal.
Then you came home a week later to find her nowhere, but your house sure wasn’t empty. Five woman in various positions all looked up at you with fierce eyes. One of them raised her arm, and the loud whirring told you all you needed to know. These were widows, and the pain you were about to feel would be hellish.
“Oksana, put your arm down, this is just Y/N,” your roommate admonished her friend with the black hair, “Honestly cyka, you should be able to see she is of no real threat, or have you lost touch with your eyes?”
Then the blonde turned to you with a genuine smile, as if she didn’t nearly get you fried, then call you weak. “Would you like to join us for game night Y/N/N?”
You sighed harshly through your nose, tempering the anger you felt for the sake of your new friend’s heart. She was strong, but you could also tell she was soft, and breaking her spirit for her lack of social understanding, at no fault of her own, would be cruel.
“Sorry Lena, but I have to be up early,” you lied, and gave the girl a quick hug before heading upstairs to your room where you enjoyed the needed solitude.
Occurrences like that became normal, the random game nights, and the alarming amount of new animals you found yourself feeding, and faces you’d forget. Yelena trusted easily, as in, she knew that if anyone she brought home on a whim would try anything, she could handle them without even breaking a sweat.
You put up with just about everything—if she had a mission gone wrong, her stitched up field partner, a cheery girl by the name of Kate Bishop, would sleep on your couch and greet you with sudoku and breakfast.
That first meeting was terrible too, as you’d stumbled into your dark house and threw yourself on top of her. It ended quickly, with Yelena coming downstairs with a gun and you and Kate in opposite corners screaming.
Her in pain, and you in fear. You had left to bed embarrassed, and woke up to laugh about it with her.
You don’t mind the archer, but you would have liked a heads up. You always wanted it, but never received it, and slowly but surely a festering of resentment resided.
Everything honestly came to a head last night, when you finally agreed to spend the night in a shitty bar with your favorite coworkers. You’d let loose way beyond your limits, and as you were rushed into the house by a equally drunk friend all you wanted was to make yourself a mug of tea, grab a snack, and sleep.
Yet when you went to make yourself something you found that your tea was used up, the kitchen was a mess of wasted food and dishes, and Yelena’s strangers were all asleep around the place, one even in your bed.
“Yelena!” The blonde cringed from her place on the balcony, where she stood with a dying bud in her hand. She hoped you’d go home with a friend, or a stranger of your own, so that she would have been able to clean up the mess that had occurred from a party gone bad.
You never told her to stop, but she always saw in your eyes that you didn’t trust her process of friend making. The truth was the blonde just liked the freedom to choose. No one could tell her the man with the eye patch on the corner was bad news, and make her stop talking to him. He told her stories about his life as a young man, and how it ended him here, she believed that no one was undeserving of sharing their stories.
Still, she felt guilty for letting these friends inside to trash your place. Kenny was never meant to be in your room, let alone be allowed to sleep, but she was just too drunk an hour ago to care about removing him.
You waited with your arms crossed for her to join you in the kitchen, and when she entered you let loose. “Yelena, I do not care who you keep as company, but for the love of God never let them in my bed again, give me a heads up from now on, and keep the place tidy!”
The blonde blinked a few times, having expected your tirade to be more venomous, but she appreciated that it wasn’t. You were clearly mad, but you weren’t rude.
“Okay, I’m sorry you can have my room tonight, and I promise everyone will be gone by morning Y/N.”
After that conversation she seemed to understand that just letting anyone in, without at least a heads up, was poor etiquette, which wouldn’t fly. The blonde strived to be the best roommate, she once told you she would be so good that they’d have to give her the crown for it.
You didn’t have the heart to tell her it would never happen, actually, you had the big heart that led to you leaving an emerald bejeweled crown for her on the counter one morning. The childlike smile she wore was enough to keep you from regretting it when she wore it all day and made you read the congratulations they’d (you’d) left for her. It made you feel warm inside to be able to help the former assassin heal her inner child.
But now, as you stood before a stunning woman in nothing but a raggedy shirt and old white, cotton panties you were feeling that regret return and double.
When you went to sleep last night you were once again not informed to be prepared for strangers in the form of guests. In Yelena’s defense though she wasn’t exactly expecting this one, so she rushed out the door with an excited Fanny and whispered to her sister to keep it quiet so you could sleep off your night out on the town.
Unfortunately, the sound of the front door closing was enough to rouse you, your eyes opened and a groan slipped passed your lips as the bright sun beamed into your face mockingly. After a moment of calm you felt a headache burning behind your arm covered eyes, so you headed down the stairs to get to your kitchen for a cup of water so that you could take an Advil and crash.
“I, um, I’m sorry,” you managed to squeak out, and in an embarrassed rush you turned on your feet, but before you could even move up a step you were halted.
“Hey,” she rasped, and watched in amusement as your spine shivered before her very eyes. “There’s no need to apologize darling, this is your house after all. I’m sorry to have barged in, but I needed somewhere to lay low for a while. I hope you don’t mind the intrusion.”
Your stomach swirled with aroused tension, the pet name, the gritty tone of her voice, and the intense look in her eyes had you going weak in the knees. It showed as you stumbled down the last two steps and skirted to a stop just before her. “No, it’s okay. I just wasn’t expecting company is all. I’d have gotten dressed.”
Natasha was suave with the way she pushed your bodies together, using the wall to keep you trapped against her, and unable to avoid her temptations. It was only a breaths time for you to find yourself there.
“I can assure you honey,” her hand fell to your thigh and your heart raced incessantly. “I don’t mind.”
“I don’t either,” you admitted, but felt too seen so you continued on, “That you stay here, to lay low, that is.”
“Oh,” she teased, with the lightness in her voice, “I’m so glad to hear that, because we will have the chance to get to know each other better. Maybe we’ll even…”
You wanted to know what might be, but fate decided to leave that for another day as the door flew open and Yelena shrieked, “Oh my god, no, Fanny girl cover your eyes!” You looked over in confusion. “Natasha, unhand my roommate now!” The redhead rolled her eyes, and stepped back with a smirk as you whined at her loss.
You hadn’t a chance to protest—or even say goodbye, as Yelena reached for her sister’s hand and pulled her away, fighting with her in their mother tongue.
“Chto s toboy ne tak.”
(What the fuck is wrong with you?)
“Mne? chto s toboy ne tak?! ona velikolepna, i ty derzhal yeye ot menya”
(me? what's wrong with you?! she is gorgeous and you kept her from me)
“Ona zapreshchena, Natal'ya”
(she is off limits, Natalia)
“Eto ne to, chto skazali yeye glaza.”
(that's not what her eyes said)
The door slammed and you didn’t even flinch, too busy daydreaming about the moments prior. And for the first time since Yelena had become your very own (craigslist found) roommate you didn’t mind the thought of getting to see one of her guests again; Natasha had made her mark on you in record time.
——
That night, Yelena came back with her head low, and elder sister in tow. The redhead smiled triumphantly as she winked at you, your nervous gaze fell, and in her hands laid a sleeping kitten. “Y/N, meet Liho…”
You chuckled in amusement, and scooped the kitten up and settled her into your lap. “What’s so funny detka?”
“It’s just,” you stifled another rude laugh. “Yelena’s strays have never brought one of their own before.”
Natasha took a second to process your tease as she sat beside you, eventually she leaned forward, her chin resting on your tense shoulder. “I am more so a lone wolf type, no one’s stray. I plan on sticking around for a while too, so I hope you don’t make it a habit of being so bare in front of my sister, save that for me instead.”
“Also,” she scooped the sleeping kitten up and onto her shoulder, “Liho is no longer a stray, she is a house cat.”
Yelena settled beside you, frowning, “I’m sorry Y/N…”
“Don’t be,” you shrugged her off, and patted her knee before you followed the trail of her sisters upstairs.
Yelena huffed, and snuggled into her Akita’s fur. “This is why I prefer dogs to people. They are so overrated.”

“Maximoff, stay behind after class, please.” Ms Harkness, the chemistry teacher, stops Wanda as she steps inside the classroom. “I have something important to ask you.”
“Yes, Ms Harkness.” Wanda gives her a quick smile, walking over to her desk and takes out her textbook. It wasn’t uncommon for teachers to have a chat with her after class, she is one of the top students after all and pretty much adored amongst all the teachers. Although, she can’t help but feel nervous whenever they do so.
The class goes by quickly, they all do. Wanda has always liked school. She likes to learn nee things and considers herself to be quite good at it. She wouldn’t say she wasn’t like everyone else. Sure, she has never been the most popular kid in school, but she is happy with the friends she has. Being Pietro’s sister, who is on the football team, gives her a lot of opportunities to go to parties. And sometimes Wanda does go, but it’s not her main form of having fun.
“Maximoff!” Ms Harkness’ voice snaps her out if her thoughts. “Were you listening?”
“I am so sorry, Miss, just got lost in my mind. Could you repeat what you said?”
“Would you mind tutoring a student in chemistry? She’s a little behind and failed the last course, so, I suggested getting a tutor and she agreed.”
“Of course! I’d love to help out.” Wanda assures, it’ll look great on her college applications. “Can I ask who am I tutoring?”
“Y/N L/N.” Wanda’s smile drops at the mention of the girl’s name. “You know her, correct? You two have had some classes together.”
“Ah, hm.” Wanda clears her throat. “I know her.”
“Great! That’s settled then, can you start today?”
“Yeah.”
“Good, I’ll let her know and you two can meet up at the library after school. Thank you, Wanda.” Ms Harkness nods in gratitude and goodbye before going back to her stack of papers to work on.
Wanda blows air out of her mouth, silently cursing to herself for accepting the task before knowing who needed tutoring. She didn’t per se, hate her, she’d rather call it heavily disliking her.
Y/N is a rather popular cheerleader, pretty much everyone around school knows her. And Wanda isn’t a fan of popular people, except her brother. They didn’t necessarily do anything bad to her, but she doesn’t like fake people and she is 100% sure all the popular students are fake. Y/N being the fakest of them all.
Every time Wanda walks past her in the hallways, she is smiling and laughing while greeting practically everyone. No one can be that…good.
Wanda groans, she only has two more classes before the tutoring starts. She tries to remind herself that it’s for her own good as she goes to her next class.
The library is silent, more silent than normal, it doesn’t have a big use on after school hours, which makes it one of Wanda’s favorite places to spend her time.
She taps her pen against the table as she waits for Y/N to arrive. She already has her chemistry books and notebooks ready, wanting to get this over as soon as possible.
Finally she hears a pair of boots enter the room. Sighing, Wanda sits up straighter just before Y/N walks over to the table. “Hi, Wanda!” She smiles brightly and sits opposite of her. “Sorry for being late, cheer practice ran a little long.”
“It’s okay.” Wanda mumbles. “Do you have your books?”
“Yeah.” Y/N takes out a few books, setting them to the table. “Thank you so much for agreeing to help me, I can’t afford to fail another class.”
“Maybe you should focus on them then.” Wanda comments, mostly to herself, not really intending for Y/N to hear, but she does.
“What?” Y/N giggles quietly, sounding quite uncomfortable. “I do focus, I’m just very busy.”
“Mhm.” Wanda opens her book. “Lets start from page ten. Which parts do you have problems with?”
“Uhm, I’m pretty aware of chapters from 11 to 16, others are mostly a blur.” Y/N
“Six chapters from a 25 chapter book?” Wanda cringes. “Can I ask you why did you take an advanced chemistry class if you weren’t going to put some effort to it?”
Y/N frowns, staring at Wanda. “If you don’t want to tutor me, you can say so.” She mumbles. Wanda sighs, rolling her eyes. “I only need a little help and if you aren’t willing to help me, I can find someone else.”
Wanda scoffs quite loudly. “I am very willing. I just don’t appreciate people who take partying and nonsense hobbies more seriously than studying. Advanced classes are hard to get into, if you weren’t going to actually do it, someone more deserving would’ve gotten the spot.” She throws her arms into the air as she ends her rant.
“Right.” Y/N whispers, closing her book. “I stayed behind because of personal emergencies. I was very unwell and couldn’t get out of bed in the mornings. Ms Harkness was understanding enough to give me an opportunity to retake the test and ask someone to tutor me.” She shoves the books to her bag. “But I suppose some people don’t have the same empathy skills as her.”
Wanda stares at Y/N wide eyed. “I-“
“I’ll tell Ms Harkness we had some schedule problems because of my nonsense hobbies and continuous partying, so you don’t have to continue tutoring me.” Y/N stands up. “Bye then, I guess.”
“Wait!” Wanda stands up, but Y/N takes her bag and walks out of the library, leaving very conflicted Wanda behind.
Wanda uses the fork on her hand to repeatedly stab the very dry looking food on the plate, leaning her head on her palm. After using all of her morning and afternoon breaks to look for Y/N with no luck, she decided to give up and head to the canteen to eat with Natasha.
“Wanda.” The redhead pushes her shoulder so she’d pay attention to her. “Where’s your mind at?”
“Y/N.” She mumbles quietly.
Natasha sighs. “Listen, yes, you were unfairly mean to her, but I doubt she’s mad at you. You just have to apologize.”
“I would if I could find her.” Wanda slams her fork to the tray. “And I’m not upset because I got her mad, I’m upset because she looked so hurt when she left.” She turns to face Natasha. “And I don’t want to be the reason why she didn’t come to school.”
“I know. If you want to, I can ask Yelena for her number so you could text her.”
“No! Absolutely not, I don’t want to be a creep.”
“You wouldn’t be a creep, it’s normal to ask for someone’s number.” Natasha shoves food inside her mouth. “Besides, she’s my sister.”
“I want to apologize face to face.” Wanda comments. “Anyways,” she changes the subject, “talking about your sister, she has been glaring at me the whole day.”
“She’s just very protective of her friends, no need to worry.”
“I feel like she’ll murder me when I’m the least prepared.”
Natasha snorts at the comment. Truth to be told, she wouldn’t be surprised if her sister decided to kill someone for disrespecting her loved ones. Yelena and Y/N have been best friends since diapers as they were born close to each other. Just like Wanda and Natasha, who were born a year before the two.
Wanda gasps. “There she is!” She whisper yells, nudging Natasha harshly. She points towards Y/N walking towards a full table of people in her cheer suit.
“Well, go on then.”
“She’s leaving.”
“I think she has cheer practice.” Natasha watches Y/N and Yelena walk outside together. “You should talk to her before it starts.”
“Yeah, yeah. I’m going.” Wanda stands up, jogging to the hallway after the two friends. “Y/N! Wait up.” Y/N and Yelena stop, turning around to see Wanda right behind them. “Can I talk to you? Alone?” She glances at Yelena.
“Uhh, sure.” Y/N smiles to Yelena who looks rather annoyed. “I’ll see you outside, don’t start practice without me.” Yelena nods as Y/N and Wanda walk inside an empty classroom. “What’s up?”
“I just really wanted to apologize, for yesterday. It wasn’t nice of me to assume why you failed the class or what you do on your free time.”
“It really wasn’t.” Y/N comments. “But it’s okay, I forgive you.”
“Great!” Wanda smiles widely. “So, we’ll continue the tutoring?”
“Ah, no. I already got Tony to help me.”
“Tony Stark?” Wanda frowns. Sure, Stark is smart, but nowhere near Wanda’s level. “Isn’t he like a really big douche.”
“Okay then.” Mumbling, Y/N purses her lips together. “Bye, Wanda.”
“No! Wait-“ Y/N ignores her calls after her and walks outside to her cheer practice. Wanda groans, dragging herself back to the table where Natasha is waiting for her. “Is Y/N friends with Tony Stark?”
“I think they’re like family friends.”
“Fuck.” Wanda slams her forehead to the table. “I just called him a douche in front of her.”
Natasha laughs. “You really just want her to hate you, huh?”
“Obviously not!” She doesn’t know why Y/N’s disappointed face is making her feel so bad, but she doesn’t like it at all. The feeling is gnawing her insides. “Do you think she’ll forgive me a second time?”
Natasha shrugs her shoulders, shoving food to her mouth. “I’m sure she isn’t that offended.”
“She looked like it.”
“Why do you care, Wanda?” Natasha furrows her brows together. She has never been one to worry about how others see her, so this kind of excessive overthinking was very unusual for her.
“I don’t want her to think badly of me.”
“But you can think badly about her.”
Wanda raises her head. “No! I don’t- it’s not like that.” Natasha stares at her with a questioning look. “I don’t think badly about her.”
“Within a day, you’ve entirely turned around what you think of her?” Wanda nods slowly, making Natasha sigh. “Did you ever even dislike her? It always seemed like you like liked her, but didn’t think she’d like you back.”
“What?” Wanda laughs. “No.” Natasha mumbles a quiet okay and goes back to her lunch, but Wanda continues staring at her, not getting the thought out of her head. She didn’t like Y/N. Sure, she doesn’t dislike her anymore, but she’d never like someone like her.
Right?
“What happened with Wanda Maximoff?” Yelena asks as Y/N is stretching and getting ready for cheer.
“She apologized and then she called Tony a douche.”
“Isn’t he?”
“I mean, yeah.” Y/N changes her position. “But it just made it look like she wasn’t really apologetic, you know.”
“Yea.” Yelena sits on the benches. She doesn’t cheer, but she’s always watching Y/N. She likes supporting her best friend, and they’re dorm mates, so they always walk back to their dorm together. “She’s weird.”
Humming, Y/N jogs small circles. “I don’t know. I think she just doesn’t like people. Or me, specifically.”
“The offer to beat her up still stands.”
“No, Lena.” Y/N giggles. “You aren’t beating anyone up, though I appreciate the offer.” Yelena mumbles something incoherent, she was really hoping to beat someone up. “You don’t have to wait for me every time, you know?”
“I know, but I want to. I like watching you cheer.”
Y/N grins at her. “You’re going soft.”
“Only for you.”
With a laugh, Y/N goes to the field as the captain arrives and calls them around her. They have been practicing a cheer routine for the football game for a while now, but it still needs time to be perfect.
Y/N, a flyer, gets ready to be lifted off the ground. Her hands are waiting steadily on two people’s shoulders. When the time comes, she jumps onto their hands and gets lifted to the air. There she does her tricks along with the other flyers of her group. At the final flip, one of the bases looses their footing, causing Y/N to come crashing to the ground.
The music stops and the group gathers around her. Yelena runs to her through the other cheerleaders, kneeling down next to her. “You okay? Where does it hurt?”
Y/N coughs, gathering the oxygen back to her lungs. She groans. “I’m fine.” Mumbling, she takes Yelena’s hand and gets up. Her leg is unable to take any weight and she’s leaning to Yelena heavily.
“I’m gonna take you to the nurse’s office.” Slowly but surely they make their way towards the office. Yelena is keeping her arm around Y/N’s waist, holding most of her weight so she wouldn’t have to use the hurt leg. “I’m gonna beat up the base.”
Y/N lets out an airy laugh. “It was an accident. These kind of things happen in cheer.”
“They shouldn’t happen to you.” Yelena mumbles as she knocks on the door. The two hobble in when the nurse comes to open the door.
Yelena helps Y/N to sit down. “What happened?” The nurse sits down to a chair of her own.
“Cheer accident.” Y/N moves her leg slightly, cringing at the pain shooting up her body. “My leg hurts a bit.”
“She can’t put any weight on it, and her back hurts.” Yelena comments. She’s standing right next to Y/N.
Rolling her eyes, Y/N lets the nurse examine her leg and back. Yelena has been overbearingly protective ever since they became friends, but Y/N is okay with that. That’s how she shows her love, by caring and protecting.
“It’s not broken, so that’s good.” The nurse writes something on the computer. “But you definitely can’t cheer for a while.”
“What? For how long?”
“Lets start with three to six weeks and see where we go from there.”
Y/N sighs, not happy with the news. The football game isn’t too far away, so she really needs to be practicing the routine for it. “I really can’t wait that long. Isn’t there any way we could speed the healing?”
“Not really.” The nurse sighs, taking out an ice pack and a pair of crutches. “Hold this to your leg. You two can go home.”
With a frown on her face, Y/N takes the ice pack and crutches, leaving the office with Yelena’s help.
The next day, to Y/N’s luck, Yelena became sick. Which meant walking, or limping would be more describing, through the school halls alone. Even though she has a lot of friends, she mostly spends her days with Yelena, that’s her best friend since diapers after all.
With a quiet grunt, she opens the cafeteria door, holding both of her crutches in one hand. After getting through them, she starts moving towards the line, trying to come up with a way how she’s going to carry her tray.
While waiting in line, she feels someone tap her shoulder. She turns around and sees Wanda. “What happened?” Wanda nods towards the crutches.
“Cheer accident.”
“Do you need help? Where’s Yelena? You could sit with me and Natasha if you want.”
Y/N’s eyes widen from the word vomit that just came out of Wanda’s mouth. It was almost too quick to understand. “Yelena is sick, so yes, I might need a bit of help.”
“Great,” Wanda steps next to Y/N in line. “I’ll help. I already got my food.” Y/N nods with a tight lipped smile. “I’m really sorry, again. For yesterday, saying Tony is a douche, I’m sure he actually isn’t.”
“Oh, he is.” Y/N comments and leaves it at that.
Wanda hums, staying quiet. Their turn comes quickly. Wanda picks up a tray, plate, glass and cutleries for Y/N, moving the tray as they do. She puts the food Y/N wants on the plate and fills the glass with water. After that, they start walking towards the table Natasha is sitting at. It’s quite slow, as Wanda follows Y/N’s speed.
“Hi.” Natasha grins at the two. “Did you get enough of cheering yet?”
“Of course not.” Y/N sits down carefully, setting the crutches to lay against an empty chair. “It’s still my biggest love.”
“Seems like a toxic relationship you two got going in.”
Y/N laughs. She’s fairly close with Natasha too, as she is Yelena’s sister and she has spent a great amount of time at their house. “I’m sure you already know Yelena is sick.”
“Oh, yeah.” Natasha scoffs with a shake of her head. “I have gotten so many whiny texts about it.”
Wanda tries to laugh along the two, feeling bit like an outsider at the moment. She wants to be closer to Y/N, though she isn’t sure where this sudden want came from. Or she just doesn’t want to accept it yet.
“Are you allowed to cheer at the football game?” She asks, wanting to be a part of the conversation.
“Uhm, I hope so. It depends on how fast I’ll heal.”
“Well, I really hope you get to cheer.” Wanda smiles widely.
Natasha smirks at the interaction. It’s so obvious to her, but she doesn’t want to pressure Wanda about anything she’s not ready to accept yet.
The conversation steers back to Natasha and Y/N talking about their shared things, while Wanda decides to spend the rest of lunch staring at Y/N.
After four weeks, Y/N can finally stop using the crutches and get back into practicing their cheer routine, which she needs to learn very quickly, as the big game is in a week. It’s Y/N’s school versus their biggest rival school. The schools have fought each other since the beginning of time, and they still haven’t quiet figured out which school is the best one. And neither one is happy with a tie, so they have to put their best game face on. And the pressure isn’t only on the football players, it’s also on the cheerleaders.
During those weeks, especially the time Yelena was sick, Y/N and Wanda grew closer. Wanda decided to throw out all of her previous impressions of Y/N and just get to know her, just like Natasha asked her to do many times before. She realized Y/N isn’t actually anything like she thought, which opened the feelings she had hidden a long time ago.
“Have you done this every night after you got your crutches taken off?” Wanda asks as she sits on the bleachers, watching Y/N practice the cheer routine on her own.
“Yes.” Y/N pants slightly. She has gone through the routine four times now. “I have to do it perfectly on the game night.”
Wanda rubs her hands together, starting to feel chilly. “I’m sure you’ll be great.”
“You don’t have to wait, you know? Even Yelena refuses to stay here so late.” She does a few tricks on the ground that she’s supposed to do in the air.
“I want to stay.”
A small smile grows on Y/N’s lips, but she hides it by continuing the routine. For a while, the music, coming from Y/N’s phone, for the routine is the only noise. No other student is out this late on school grounds, they’re either partying or in their dorms.
“Are you sure you aren’t getting too cold? You shouldn’t risk getting sick before the game.”
“I’m alright, Wanda.” Y/N takes a break, drinking some water. “I’m moving constantly.”
“Yeah, but when you move, you start to sweat and when you’re sweaty, you get cold easier.”
Giggling, Y/N drops the water bottle back to the ground, starting the music over again. “I know how it works, Wanda.” She goes back to her spot and starts the routine all over before Wanda can answer. “I’ll stop after this one.”
The routine is two minutes and 30 seconds long, but it feels shorter from both of their points of view. Y/N loves performing and Wanda likes to watch her perform.
Doing the final step, Wanda starts clapping at her. “Amazing!” She smiles, making Y/N laugh.
Y/N stops the music and picks up her things before walking over to Wanda. “Thanks for staying, you didn’t have to.” She starts shivering as the cold wind picks up.
“I told you, you would get cold.” Wanda mumbles, taking off of her jacket and putting it over Y/N’s shoulders, ignoring her protests. “I have a hoodie on, you have a small cheer uniform.” At the word small, Wanda’s eyes drop down to go over the whole outfit. Her cheeks flush the minute she realizes, but she lets out a breath of relief when she notices Y/N isn’t looking her way.
“Yeah, yeah.” They start walking towards the dorm buildings. Their dorms aren’t in the same building, but they’re close by, so it’s easy to walk there together.
“Hey, I’m glad you gave me a chance by the way.” Wanda huffs a breath of air out of her nose. “And I’m glad we’re friends now.”
“So am I.” Y/N bumps her side against Wanda’s, giving her a cheery smile.
The closer they get to their building, the more nervous Wanda gets. She waits until the moment they have to split up to speak up. “Would you, maybe, go out with me?”
“Like, on a date?” Y/N and Wanda stop walking.
“Yeah.”
Y/N gives her a small smile. “Ask me again after the game, yeah?” When Wanda nods, Y/N starts taking off the jacket, but Wanda stops her.
“Keep it until then.”
“Okay.” Y/N giggles, kisses Wanda’s cheek and starts walking towards her dorm building.
Y/N cheers the football team on with the other cheerleaders. They’re standing on the side, jumping up and down while waving their pom poms around. Half time is starting any second now, so her nerves are through the roof. She has performed in front of people many times before, but she has never been injured right before a show.
She glances at the clock. Three.. Two.. One. The loud buzzer sounds the half time is now. The group cheers loudly, getting the viewers spirits high, before running to the middle of the field. They go straight into formation, waiting for the music.
The music starts and they go straight into the routine. Y/N has a wide smile on her face as she get to occasionally glance the bleachers more clearly. If possible, her smiles widens even more when she hear and sees Wanda, Yelena and Natasha cheering her on.
She goes to her place, grabs the bases’ shoulders and gets into the air smoothly. Everything goes through perfectly and no one gets injured.
After the routine stops, Y/N runs back to the sidelines with a victorious smile on her face. She waves at her friends before turning back to supporting the football team on their second half of the game.
As the last seconds ti k away on the clock, everyone is on the edge of their seat. The score is tied, but there’s still time to score. One of the players on Y/N’s school is kicking the ball forward while running full speed ahead and trying to dodge the opponents.
Seeing there’s only under ten seconds left on the clock, the player kicks the ball with all their might and it goals just before the buzzer goes off. Everyone jumps up and shouts in happiness. Another win for their school.
Y/N runs towards Wanda, Yelena and Natasha, who already got away from the bleachers. None of them were really that interested in football, they mostly came to support Y/N. They cheer when they see her coming their way.
“Great job! You did so well!” Yelena yells as Y/N smashes herself into her.
“Thank you!” Her voice comes out muffled because of Yelena’s puffy jacket. “Thank you for coming, you guys.” She grins, hugging Natasha next.
“We wouldn’t have missed it.”
She laughs and turns to Wanda, hugging her just a bit longer than the other two. “Wait for me to get my things? Then we can leave.” Y/N runs off to get her bag and Wanda’s jacket, which she decides to put on. It is autumn after all.
The four of them start walking away from the celebration, they’ll have one of their own in a diner. Although, they will join the other students at a house party later in the evening.
Wanda grabs Y/N’s hand into her own as they’re walking towards the diner. She leans in closer. “Go out with me?” She whispers so the sister duo wouldn’t hear.
“Like a date?” Y/N asks with a grin.
“Yeah.”
“Okay, I’ll go out with you.”
Wanda’s cheeks turn red and her smile grows from the answer. “Thank you.” Y/N giggles at her shyness, leaning against Wanda’s side, she tunes into whatever conversation Yelena and Natasha are having, while Wanda continues smiling.

A new start
a/n: hey I'm alive sorry...
Tumblr media
*not my GIF*
Pairing: Natasha Romanoff x Female!Reader; Yelena Belova x Female!Reader(platonic)
Summary: I just wanted to write something about Yelena...
Type: Fluff
Warning: mention of Red Room and nothing else (I think)
word count: 3058
-----------
It was already night when Natasha came back, but she was not alone. The redhead opened the door to find a noiseless home; you were definitely sleeping, and even if she loved when you greeted her when she came back, she was more happy to know you found time to rest.
"Come on." She said to the woman next to her, "I'll just check Y/n and we will prepare the spare bedroom." Nat walked to your shared bedroom without making any sounds to not wake you up. When the Russian had confirmation that you were asleep, she started the other part of her plan.
The next day you woke up with your wife next to you; she said she had a mission somewhere in Europe, and you just assumed she came back last night while you were sleeping. You left a kiss on her head before heading to the bathroom and then to the kitchen to make her breakfast. Dating a super spy wasn't easy, and marrying her wasn't really better, but you knew she would always come back to you. During the years, you did a lot of things to make her life easier, even if it wasn't always good, but you tried and you succeeded.
While you were making breakfast, you heard some footsteps behind you. You were expecting your favorite redhead, but you were surprised to see a blonde woman standing in front of you in one of your wife's pajamas, visibly tired and as confused as you.
"Who the hell are you?" You asked, a little surprised by how calm you sounded.
Yelena wanted to talk, but her sister came before "Good morning, detka." Natasha greeted you beside her little sister, and you just replied with a nod. "Oh yes, I almost forgot..." She took some steps toward you and pointed to the other woman in the room. "Y/n, let me introduce you to my little sister, Yelena." She turned to Yelena and pointed to you this time: "Yelena, let me introduce you to my wife for a long time now, Y/n."
"Why are you so formal?" The two of you both asked her, then exchanged a look and chuckled. You dropped the knife you were using to cut some fruit before being interrupted to properly introduce you to the blonde.
"Hi Yelena, I'm Y/n, but you can call me Y/n/n." You proposed your hand with a big smile, and she shook it.
"Uh, hi?"
"Are you hungry? I'm making breakfast; you can ask if you want anything special." You proposed.
"No, it's okay, I don't want to bother you; I'll just have toast and a cup of coffee." The youngest Russian said
"Don't worry, it's not bothering her; you can ask her anything." Natasha said before emptying her coffee cup and rushing out of the kitchen. "I need to do some paperwork for the last mission; I should be back tonight. I will buy the dinner." She announced it before disappearing.
You finished the breakfast and disposed of a plate in front of the blonde woman when the redhead came back, already dressed to leave.
Natasha quickly kissed you on the lips before giving a quick kiss on Yelena's cheek before heading to the front door. "I love you; see you tonight!" She yelled before you heard the door getting slammed.
In the kitchen, you were eating, a little unsure of how you should act with your sister-in-law. Your wife already told you about her past and about Yelena; you knew the widows didn't trust easily. -- it took you almost one year and a half after you and the older sister started dating before she started to confess a little about her past.
"So, what are you doing?" Yelena asked you to break the silence.
"What do you mean by what I am doing?" You asked completely confused.
"Are you a super soldier, a super spy, have you a super armor, or have you any super powers?" She asked, and you laughed. "What is funny?"
"Nothing; it's just that I wish I had powers, but no, I'm just like you... I mean, not really. I'm not a spy or anything." You replied.
"Well, if I had to imagine my sister dating someone, I thought it would be one of the boys band." She said and took another sip of her coffee while you laughed again.
"Sorry, it's just that you're not the only one who assumes that, but you are the only one who says that in front of me." You took a moment to regain your serious "I'm not someone special; honestly, even after three years, I don't know why your sister asked me to be her wife." You confessed.
"She's the one who proposed?"
"Yes, it was a Tuesday. I came back from my training, and she waited for me in the bathroom. She got a little hurt on a mission, and I started to help her, and out of nowhere, she proposed to me." You smiled at the memory. "She didn't even have a ring or anything; she just did it spontaneously, and I accepted it."
"Why? Excuse me, but did you know who she was before you accepted?"
"Yes, of course. We had been dating for four years before that. She told me about her... about your past."
"She talked to you about me?" Yelena asked, visibly surprised.
"Yes, almost every day, sometimes I had to shut her up." You joked. "She missed you a lot. She passed every year to close herself every time we were approaching her anniversary of her escape from the Red Room." You confessed.
"Why? The Red Room was not a place that should be mourned."
"I know, but this date reminded her of the time she left you, hoping that somehow you found a way to escape and find a better life." The blonde searched for a trace of lying in your expression, but she didn't find anything. "But I'm happy that you're here now; she talked to me a lot about you, but I always wanted to meet you. First, because I feel like I still need your approval for marrying your sister, and also because we need someone to keep an eye on Liho when we're not around."
This time it was Yelena's turn to laugh; you didn't say anything and just admired her, probably feeling alive for a long time. "I don't think I'm the best person to take care of a cat; I'm more of a dog person." She said and you nodded.
"Okay but you didn't say no, so I'll take that for a yes." You said before grabbing her plate to start washing the dishes. "Oh before I forgot, did you have any clothes except Nat's one?" You asked.
"No, we just landed here late last night." The blonde said.
"Okay. There is a spare toothbrush in the bathroom, and there are also some towels. You can take a shower and put some of your sister's clothes, I'll finish this, and we will leave." You announced.
"Where are we going?" The blonde asked.
"Buying you some clothes and a new phone." You replied.
"You don't have to."
"Be ready in forty minutes." You said firmly before starting to do the dishes, not allowing room for any debate.
Yelena wanted to protest, but she remembered what Nat said about you being almost more stubborn than her. The blonde made her way to the bathroom, where she easily found everything and some clothes folded with a note written by Nat.
Fourty minutes later, you were waiting for her in front of the main door when she came out of her bedroom dressed, and you led her into your car. On your ride, you decided to try to get to know her more than Nat told you.
"So...do you have anything in mind, a favorite type of clothes, or anything?" You asked.
"Not really; I will take anything you want." She replied.
"Uh uh, absolutely not." You protested, "It's your clothes, so you'll choose." She didn't have time to reply before you parked the car. "Let's go." You said showing a credit card.
In the shop, Yelena seemed a little shy to be here. You found it cute, but something in your mind reminded you why she acted like that.
You patted her shoulder and gave her a smile. "What do you think about trying to find a lot of clothes that would suit you and meeting at the cabin in thirty minutes?" You proposed, and she nodded shyly before she started to walk, "and don't restrain you." You added before walking in the other direction.
Thirty minutes later, as you were waiting for her with your hand full of clothes, the blonde came to meet you with fewer articles than you like you excepted. "Don't you think it's too much?" She asked while she was examining everything you picked.
"Nothing is too much. Now go try everything, and we will keep what you want." You commanded, and even if she wanted to protest, she was thinking about what her sister told her.
After a lot of time dressing and undressing herself, Yelena finally came out with some choices. You made your way to the cashier, and she was a little surprised to see all the articles. When you paid, you immediately put the bag in the car before continuing your purchase.
After buying her a new phone, you decided to take a pause in a restaurant to eat. While you were waiting for your order, the blonde in front of you cleared her throat to gain your attention.
"Hey, can I ask you something?" You nodded to let her continue "What do you—" she was interrupted when someone called you.
"Y/n/n?" You heard a familiar voice call your name, and when you looked at them, you smiled.
"Marina? What are you doing here?" You were clearly surprised to see her but also really happy.
"It's our day off, so I propose to the girls that we have lunch before our game tomorrow." The tall woman replied, and as if she summoned them, a group of girls came into the restaurant, and a few of them rushed to give you a crushing hug.
"Hey girls, I missed you." You said.
"Us too." Another woman said.
"Who is she?" Marina whispered to you.
"Oh right, girls, let me introduce you to Yelena. She's Natasha's little sister. She came from... Europe; yeah, she moved from Europe to be with her sister." You said a little unsure if it was a good answer. Yelena behind you just waved shyly at the girls when she had all their attention.
"And Yelena, this is my volleyball team; they can be annoying, but they're good peoples. At least some of them." You whispered comically loudly to Yelena, who laughed when some of your teammates started to protest.
The encounter with the girls was a rather good things, the Russian seemed less shy when it was time to go back home. At home, you took nearly an hour to install all the new things you bought in her bedroom and in the house. After that, you were a little tired and decided to take a nap while Yelena was watching TV.
Nearly an hour later, Natasha came back. The redhead was a little surprised when you didn't greet her like usual. "Hey, how was your day?" She asked her little sister when she saw her on the couch.
Yelena took a moment to think before replying, "Pretty good; we spent almost all the day doing shopping and eating." She explained, and her sister laughed.
"It's clearly a Y/n thing, but  talking about her. Where is she?"
"She took a nap a little before you came back."
"Oh, did she seem tired?" The redhead asked a little worried.
"Not more than usual."
"Did she say something about her knee?"
"Mmmh...no why?"
"She tore her ACL a few months ago, and now she's in rehab, and she's not protected from injuring her knee again." Natasha said, and her sister started to look at her feet a little guilty.
"Now I feel bad for letting her carry the bags." Yelena admitted but her sister didn't say anything; she just wrapped her arms around her and pulled her close to herself.
"Don't worry, it will not kill her, but yeah, the next time you can be more attentive to that." The older sister said before leaving a kiss on her head. "Now let's watch a movie before I have to order dinner."
After that, you woke up only one hour later, and it was already time for dinner. Natasha ordered mac and cheese, and it was the first time you've seen Yelena so happy for the entire day. You washed the dishes and started to watch a movie before the two sisters joined you. They were commenting on the movie with you and sometimes arguing about a few things until the youngest fell asleep. Your wife picked her up and brought her to her bedroom before calling it a night for her and kissing you before she went to sleep.
Because of your nap, you were still awake around 2 a.m. when you heard some noise in Yelena's bedroom. If it had been more than a decade before, you would surely let it slide, but not now. You married a black widow; you knew exactly what was happening, and honestly, you were surprised it hadn't happened yesterday.
You made your way to the blonde's bedroom. You opened the door carefully before you spotted her on the bed, moving frenetically and mumbling something. If all the past years with Natasha have taught you anything, it is that you need to wake her up before something bad happens, but carefully.
So you walk calmly to her side and check that there wasn't anything that could be used as a weapon before you start to try to wake her up. But of course things didn't go well when she woke up suddenly and started to attack you. Fortunately for you, your wife forced you to train a little with her just in case something like this happened with her.
But Yelena, not being Natasha, didn't restrain herself and really try to kill you; she thought that you were a real threat. You didn't know how, but you managed to immobilize her. You pulled her against you and talked to her until she came back from her state. The redhead entered the bedroom a few seconds later with her widow's bite ready to use it on whoever wanted to arm her sister, but she threw them away when she saw you.
When she sensed her sister, Yelena calmed herself and made her way to Nat's arms. You brought her a water cup and waited until your wife assured you that everything would be alright. After that, you went to sleep, but you were a little shocked by the events.
The next morning, you woke up with the other side of the bed empty of your wife's presence. When you went to the kitchen, no one was there. You checked your phone to see a text from Natasha.
Hot Wife💖[9:32 a.m] I bring Yelena with me to the tower. I love you♥️ You[10:04 a.m] Oh okay, I'll see you later. I love you ♥️
You spent the day trying to distract yourself with Liho and the TV until the girls came back in the middle of the afternoon. When you heard the keys in the door, you rushed from your bedroom to the front door. When Natasha opened the door, you quickly jumped into her arms.
"I missed you too." She joked. You let her go when you saw Yelena behind her; the blonde seemed to feel guilty about earlier.
You didn't say anything and just opened your arms for the youngest sister, who hesitated a moment. She looked at Nat, who reassured her with a smile, and the blonde Russian accepted your hug.
"I'm sorry." Yelena said while you were running your fingers through her hair.
"It's okay; I know what it's like to have those types of nights." You assured her, and she looked at you with a little surprise.
"Yeah?"
"Yeah, I'm married to your sister, remember? Now come, Liho missed his aunt." You said bringing her in the living room. After a moment playing with your sister in-law and the cat you went to the kitchen to grabbed a water bottle when Natasha came.
"Thanks for being here for her yesterday." She said while hugging you.
"Don't worry, it's okay. I know it's not easy to live with trauma, but I'm sure one day she will be alright." You reassured her.
"I hope." The redhead said to no one in particular.
Two weeks later, you came back from a trip to the grocery store more excited than usual. "Where is Yelena?" You asked Natasha when you didn't see the blonde in the living room.
"In her bedroom, why?" You didn't reply before you called her sister. A few seconds later, the two sisters were in front of you, confused about your behavior.
"Okay, Yelena, I have a surprise for you." You said before showing her a little box "Open it."
The blonde took the box, opened it, and found a key. She looked at you more confused.
"I know I should do it earlier, but I didn't find the time. Sorry, but here it is." You took the key: "I know that somewhere in your mind you still have a lot of things to deal with, but now you can suppress one thing. This is a spare key to the house; this is officially your home too. I'm really happy to have you in my family."
The blonde took a moment to process what you said. After the mission in Ohio, she didn't think she could have a family, and when Natasha ran away and never came back, that solidified this thought. But now she had somewhere she could call her home again, with people who really cared about her.
Yelena cried and hugged you tightly. "Thank you." She whispered.
"No thanks to you. You just completed our little family." Natasha said before joining you in the hug. Today is a new start.

Birthday surprise
florence pugh x reader
tags: fluff, soft
summary: it's Florence's birthday and you and she are celebrating together.
warning: english is not my first language so forgive any mistakes.
Tumblr media
word count: 515
note: This is just a beautiful idea that I had developed into a kind of concept. If you have any plots, feel free to send me a message, I'd really appreciate it! That's it, enjoy!!
It was Florence's birthday. January 3rd and it was still cold in the city. You went out to the nearest shop driving in your car to buy what you needed for the surprise party.
The aisles of the supermarket were full after the Christmas and New Year celebrations. The party section wasn't very big but it had all you needed to decorate. You took a silver balloon number twenty-seven and some coloured hats.
A cake was quite necessary, so you walked over to the local bakery to check out the different flavours they had. Carrot and walnut cake, vanilla cupcakes, lemon cheesecake, layered rainbow cake, cinnamon tea cake, double chocolate mousse cake and many more flavours unleashed delicious aromas that reached your nose.
In the end you decided on a victoria sponge cake, only little things were missing, like drinks. So after having your shopping trolley full you head to the checkout to pay for everything and go back home to decorate everything.
You and Florence have been a couple for a few years now and have been living together for a few months. Your house was large and quite homely, with a beautiful bedroom that you shared, and most importantly, something Florence had insisted on, a spacious kitchen, perfect for making delicious recipes.
After a road trip you arrive at the house you share and prepare everything for Florence's arrival. After the surprise you would go out for dinner and then maybe come home looking forward to hanging out with Billie.
You blew up the balloons, placed some confetti, a "Happy Birthday" banner and the cake on the centre table. You heard the keys through the door and the sound of the lock being unlocked. You turned off the lights and hid behind the sofa.
The door was opened and Florence came in. "Honey, are you here? I'm home!" she yelled.
"Surprise!!!" you shouted coming out from behind the couch and turning on the lights, recording with your phone her reaction.
It had been a few weeks without seeing each other due to film recordings Florence had, so you both hugged each other tightly when you were reunited.
You turned off the phone and put it in your pocket, took her face in your hands and kissed her forehead, nose, cheeks... her whole face was covered with your kisses and she laughed happily to see you.
"Happy Birthday, love of my life. I hope you're ready, because we're leaving" And with that you grabbed her wrist, and walked out the door.
You ended up having dinner under a beautiful tree under the starlight. Delicious dishes adorned the grass that was covered by a blanket, and even though it was night the moon was perfect to shine on the two of you.
The night ended with sweet kisses filled with love, celebrating a birthday together. But the best part of the day was snuggling under the covers in your room, with Billie at your feet, cuddling quietly and with little touches on your bare skin, as you hummed songs and listened to each other's breaths.

Words: 0.8k
Summary: When Natasha introduced you to her sister she had no idea that you would be two peas in a pod.
✧:・゚✧:・゚✧:・゚✧:・゚✧:・゚✧:・゚✧:・゚✧:・゚✧:・゚✧:・゚✧:・゚✧:・゚✧:・゚✧
A couple of months ago you were introduced to your girlfriend's sister, Yelena.
Natasha had initially been worried that Yelena wouldn't like you, not that you were a bad person. You just had major golden retriever energy and Natasha was just worried that Yelena wouldn't take you seriously or something.
However, the complete opposite happened. You brought out the stupidest and most silliest side of Yelena, and now Natasha had two of you to deal with.
It started when you two first met. You didn't exactly scream 'confidence' when people look at you, so when you walked into Yelena's home looking a bit lost, she raised an eyebrow at you. Natasha was preparing to throw her sister into a wall if she said anything that would upset you, but she needn't have worried.
When you immediately complimented her vest and showed great, genuine interest in the pockets, she smiled and dragged you upstairs to show you more vests and how she makes the modifications.
Nat scoffed and sat on the couch, playing games on her phone to pass the time. But when an hour had passed she got bored, so went upstairs to look for the two of you, but you weren't there. She frowned and looked all over the house but you were nowhere to be seen.
She started to get a bit worried when there was absolutely no sight of you, so ran outside to see if all of the cars were still there, however, she was stopped in her tracks when she heard the sound of your infectious giggles along with Yelena shouting things.
Looking down the street, she had to hold in a laugh as she saw you and Yelena racing golf carts. You two looked like you were having the time of your life, and she was glad that you were getting along, but she was a stickler for health and safety when it came to you. So, she scolded you slightly when you came back inside.
Yelena told her to remove the stick from her ass, to which you laughed at, earning a warning glare from your girlfriend.
This was just the start of your adventures with Yelena.
She would often visit the compound, which you loved, everyone else not so much. They all loved you. They all loved Yelena. Together though... let's just say they tended to hide the pointy items that may be lying around.
There had been multiple occasions where Tony had to fix a wall or something because one of you had ended up being thrown through it.
The team would often be concerned when they heard your booming laughs getting closer, as they knew that something was about to happen, and they could never predict what.
Natasha would always have to get up and check on what you were doing and put a stop to your antics. Sometimes she could let them go, like when you two were just skidding around the compound's hardwood flooring in fluffy socks.
But when you two were found to be heading up to the roof wearing parachutes, she had to drag you both downstairs by the collar of your shirts.
"Don't be a party pooper, Natasha", was often mumbled by Yelena.
Today you had been left mostly alone as the rest of the team seemed to be very busy with paperwork, something you didn't tend to dabble in unless Steve yelled at you for not doing it. But today you weren't going to do it, you were taking your sixth 'me day' in a row.
Your day was interrupted, however, by a certain blonde showing up unannounced and immediately asking FRIDAY where you were, running into the common room when she got her answer.
At hearing footsteps approaching, you turned and smiled when you spotted her, "Lena!".
"Hey Y/n", she beamed, then threw a huge bag of giant marshmallows at you. You both gave each other big Cheshire cat grins, having wanted to do this for a while, so you knew exactly what to do.
Natasha had asked FRIDAY to inform her of Yelena's presence when she was in the compound due to her new tendency to just show up unannounced, and so when she was told of her arrival, she immediately headed into the common room as well.
She saw you two giggling as you opened the marshmallow packet, it seemed like an innocent enough gesture, but with you two there was never anything innocent, so she placed herself on the couch next to you.
"Who thinks I can fit fifteen of these marshmallows into my mouth?", you asked the room with excitement.
Nat shook her head, "You're a hazard to society".
"You're also a coward, do twenty!", Yelena matched your energy.
Your joy was soon taken away though when Natasha yelled "NOPE!" as she snatched the bag away and threw it in the bin, laughing when she turned around and saw how your faces were painted with betrayal.
"You monster", you muttered, placing your head in the crook of Yelena's neck as she comforted you over the loss of the precious squishy marshmallows.

prompt: Dreykov always had a back up plan, a fail safe, in case his empire fell. You grew up with Yelena and Natasha in the Red Room. Laura laughed out loud at the face you made once trying your latte, a free one you had received once being the one hundredth customer of the week. She covered her mouth with her hand as you glared at the offensive beverage, your guard lowered for a second. Clearing your throat, you pushed the drink away from you on the table and leveled your gaze on Laura, your objective once more ringing through your mind. You took on an inquisitive expression, feigning the appearance of something stalling in your mind. You picked up the coffee Barton’s wife had bought you, not the disgusting one you wanted to throw out the window, and took a sip before asking a question.
“Barton, Barton - why does that name sound familiar?” You made sure to keep your voice lowered, as to not get the attention of the other patrons in the cafe, and to give Laura a false sense of security. The woman smiled softly, taking a drink of her own coffee before answering.
“Probably from my husband, he’s a bit popular around this city.”
You let your eyes widen, brighten at her words. You snapped before pointing at her excitedly.
“Hawkeye! I wish I could’ve seen the battle of New York, I’ve heard it was a spectacle.”
Laura smiled at the child like excitement in your voice. Truth be told, you didn’t have to feign the emotion in your tone, some part of you truly wished you could’ve seen your sis- the Avengers in action. Laura’s phone beeped and she opened her message, looking at you with an apologetic look.
“My daughter,” she explained, waving her phone in the air, “something to do with a school project. Can we exchange numbers? I would love to continue this sometime.”
Something blossomed in your chest at the warmth in her tone but you were quick to squash it. With a quirk of your lips, you wrote your number down on a napkin, handing it to Laura. The woman nodded in thanks before waving back to you and walking away. You waited a few moments before getting up, taking the offensive coffee and marching over to the barista, who looked at you with false happiness.
“Hello ma’am, how may I-” he didn’t get to finish his words, as you focused on the gravitational pulls around his throat. You watched as his face turned red, his hands grasping at his neck, clawing at the skin. Calmly, you set the latte down on the counter and watched in amusement as the barista fell to the ground. Adjusting your jacket, you spun around, a panicked look on your face.
“Someone call an ambulance!”
Soon there was a crowd of people surrounding the barista, voices rising through the air as someone tried to get a hold of 911. You meandered away, your footsteps light as you made your way down the sidewalks of New York City.
-
“Sir, I wouldn’t recommend using her just yet - our other test subjects have been destroyed by the mere pressure this element puts on their bodies-”
Dreykov raised a hand to stop the scientist, his eyes trained on you as you sat curled up in a corner. You were shaking, pain still coursing through your body days after the last experiment, where your bones were covered in an indestructible substance. But that’s not what haunted your mind, not the burning of your bones or the heaviness that laced your body. No, what haunted you was the look on Yelena’s face before she was knocked out. She looked shocked to see you, shocked to see what Dreykov was doing but not…concerned. She looked like she didn’t care, like you didn’t matter.
Natasha was always the favorite sister.
Dreykov motioned for you and with heavy movements you stood up, making your way to the man. The scientist watched you with an apology in her eyes. You didn’t know what that meant. You were led down a hallway, Dreykov’s hand on your back - guiding you. Once inside a heavily armored room, Dreykov led you to a small chamber. You eyed the vials of levitating darkness with contempt, not wanting to feel anymore pain.
“Now, my georgin, this will only last a moment, then you will taste power only the strongest of men have feasted upon,” Dreykov paused, watching as the contempt into your eyes faded away, still lingering with fear but now drowning in a thirst that was reflected in his own. He raised a hand to move your chin so you were looking at him.
“The…others who were gifted with this opportunity were weak, they crumbled under the weight of what was expected. They disappointed me. But, you won’t, will you, my rising feniks?”
You set your chin, determination flooding your veins. The weighted material coating your skeleton felt lighter, no more holding you down but fueling your strength as you made your way into the chamber. As the door shut, you held back a hiss at the pinpricks of pain on your arms and legs from the needles. You saw Dreykov watching you, then you watched as he nodded to the scientist in your peripheral vision, and you closed your eyes. Focusing your breath, you steadied your heart, desperate not to show weakness. When the vials emptied into your system, you almost bit your tongue off with the force of your teeth.
But you didn’t scream.
Oh no, you didn’t scream.
After a few moments, the pain disappeared, melting away as energy surged through you, whispers flooding your mind. It felt…empowering.
It started with a chuckle, a mere movement of your shoulders in amusement, then it grew into a roar of laughter bursting from your lips.
If this was the price of pain, you would thrive in its riches.
-
The street was crowded with bystanders, all panicking with the sight before them. Pushing through the crowd, Yelena felt her heart beating rapidly in her chest.
It was you, she knew it was.
The description that Kate and Clint had given her of the victim’s body only further proved her thoughts to be true. A young man with a crushed throat but no signs of force on his skin. His eyes popping out of the sockets with the amount of force used to destroy his airway, his face a disturbing gray while the rest of his body an unnerving natural shade.
The two archers opted to stay behind at Kate’s apartment, hoping to find a way to track you down. But Yelena knew there was only one true way to catch you, someone who was equally as close to Dreykov as you once were. Someone, who could hopefully win in a fight against you, even with all your advantages. Yelena made it to the front of the crowd, where she saw the EMTs load the body into a truck, the police keeping everyone back as their CSI desperately searched the scene for any evidence.
“They’re not going to find anything,” a voice rang out next to Yelena, accented and rough, “Even if she didn’t have her powers, it’s what we’re taught- to not leave a trace.”
Yelena turned toward the other woman, nodding her chin in greeting. Antonia, once known as Taskmaster, nodded her own in return. She set her gaze towards the ambulance, ignoring the stares from others at her burn marks.
“This is her second, da?”
Yelena nodded, sighing as she rubbed her brow with her hand, curling it into a fist in frustration.
“She’s playing with me, Antonia, leaving a note at Lana’s house, walking around the city, hiding in plain sight. It’s exhausting.”
Antonia shrugged, a humorless smirk pulling on the edges of her lips.
“I wouldn’t take it personally. You and Natasha killed my father and now that Natasha is out of the equation, you’re the only loose string left- excluding your parents.”
Yelena turned her full attention to Antonia, question in her eyes. Antonia sighed, turning her body to face Yelena.
“Y/N is Dreykov’s fail-safe, Yelena, his avenger. You killed him, you’re her target. This,” she waved a hand towards the crime scene, “is just fun and games for her, none of it matters. This ends with your blood staining her hands. It’s what she’s programmed to do.”
Yelena swallowed, sharp pains tugging at her heart. She lost one sister to sacrifice and one to the exploits of a mad man.
At least one could be easily saved.
“Well then,” Yelena faked a smile, looking Antonia dead in the eyes, “we have our work cut out for us then. I’ll call the archers and you go get your suit.”
Yelena watched as the ambulance drove away.
“It’s time to start playing her game.”
a/n: hi!! I hope this was worth the long wait lol...thank you for reading!!

Also with the ask I just sent in about mob natasha if you are willing to do anything with it of course could I beg for a small bit of angst like I want yelena and natasha to suffer but not to bad you know unlike others who were happy with you killing off the reader and then wanted the aftermath of that😂. Not sure if it was on anon when I sent it but I don't think so. Also it was the one with a reader that hates (but might only hate them a little but is mostly hurt underneath) natasha and yelena because they took things to far.
Cue begging
🥺🥺🥺

-————
In Yelena and Natasha's eyes you were back to normal. you on the other hand put up a great front. flaunting fake smiles, When Nora removes the silver tray and the all too familiar aroma fills the dining room it takes you back. It takes you there. One moment you were sitting in the dining room and now you're back in the basement confined to that room, shackled like stray off of the streets.
The scent of your favorite dish was now and forever filled with horrible memories; memories about what Natasha did. Poisoning your food and keeping you caged up for months. Memories of your best friend, Yelena taking away your will to walk. You were still dealing with the repercussions of that day being in physical therapy. It isn't until Natasha calls your name for the third time that you snap out of your wandering mind.
"Are you alright, buttercup?" She asks you with a look of genuine concern on her face. You want to yell at her scream in her face about how you could truly be alright after everything that happened to you, but you remain silent only turning to face Nora as you slide the dish far away from your Presence as possible. "Nora, take this back to kitchen, and get me something else for lunch." Your demand comes as a shock to everyone at the table both Yelena and Natasha watch you in confusion.
"What? You love pasta, what's wrong?" Natasha intrudes the conversation you only ignore her, and she tries to indulge the sting in her heart from your constant lack of acknowledgement. Since that day you were a shell still in isolation but free to roam these halls now instead of a small, squared box.
"Y/n?" Yelena tries this time to finally gain your attention, every day she comes to this house hoping that you would say one word to her, just one. but to no avail she was always met with silence and a cold shoulder, you couldn't even look at her.
"Are you sure you don't want to try-" Nora softly tries to sway you into eating the meal she prepared for you. knowing it was your favorite she hoped this would get you back to at least a speaking term with everyone. you bang you fist onto the table cutting Nora's wors short and causing a slight jump between Natasha and Yelena. "No! I don't want to try the goddamn pasta." you scoff as you turn away from Nora as you eye the rest of the figures sitting at the table on edge for you next move. "On second thought never mind, I'm not very hungry anymore." You stand up on shaky legs downing the last bit of your wine and grabbing the whole bottle before exiting the dining room all together with your cane. Natasha stayed true to her word in getting you help for your abused knee. You went through a rough surgery and your current sessions of Physical therapy were still putting you through hell but you’ve slowly made more progress.
Not only were they confused on you turning away your favorite dish but the bite you had aimed toward Nora of all people truly had them worried. They've only ever seen you react that way one time in your life. The day all of their hearts broke, Natasha from you getting revenge, Yelena from having to actually hurt you and bring you pain as well as you not confiding in her to help you, and Nora for making her see you like that and for putting her in a compromising position.
Natasha and Yelena follow after you in a quick and panicked motion and rightfully so when you stumbled into the coffee table almost spilling the entire bottle of wine and causing more damage to your knee. They both stopped your downfall with quick and firm hands. Both of them holding on to you until it was clear you gathered your balance all on your own. “Get the hell off me, don’t touch me!” You free your arms from them as you flop onto the cushion of the couch. You needed to catch your breath just moving from the dining room to the living room was a lot. The level of animosity was beginning to be too much for Natasha, no doubt it was a lot for Yelena as well, but she truly would’ve rather you punched her as a get back instead of keeping her in the dark, in the silence. On the days you didn’t feel up to leaving the house your physical therapist made house calls working with you in the gym room and sometimes outside. Natasha of course kept close eyes and ears on her but the one time she eased dropped on a conversation you had it didn’t sit well with her. It didn’t sit well with her that you could talk to a stranger rather than talk to her and Yelena. "I can't even get you to say a few words to me, but you talk that physical therapist's ears off”
"What do you want from me?" initially shocked by your response. and by your voice she's been yearning to hear she shakes off the look of shock off of her face.
"We want you to acknowledge us!" Yelena interrupts this time.
"You'll get acknowledge when you acknowledge what you did to me and not keep it swept under the fucking rug!"
"We understand that-"
"I'm not finished! you hurt me, both of you hurt me.” You point an angry finger at the both of them as tears pool in your eyes you take a deep swig from the wine bottle and grimace afterwards. “This isn't easy, the reminder it isn’t easy." The reminder of that day, the basement, the confined box, just looking at everyone that was involved on a day to day basis and the remainder of the scars left on your knee. It was too much.
"I didn't want to hurt you, I-I told you." she mutters the words barely above a whisper, tears clouding her vison of you as she's painfully remembering the sound of your cries and pleas.
"It doesn't matter that you didn't want to do it, you did it anyway." Yelena turns her head away in shame and guilt. “How do we move forward from here?”
“I can’t stay here; I can’t stay in this house. I can’t eat the food that I’m being served without feeling some kind of panic or feeling like I’m going to die or be dragged back down into that basement.” This time it was Natasha that felt the twinge of guilt and shame, she overreacted letting her anger, bitterness and jealousy get the most of her. After you turned her in to the police that should’ve been the end of the feud but finding out that you were shaking up with that detective that’s been waiting to put her away, sent her off the deep end that not even you could be saved from.
"I'll have Nora set up everything you need in the guest house." She’d never be able to stomach the thought of you being somewhere away from arms reach, at least with this you’ll truly have your own space to yourself. You won’t be obligated to see your abusers every day or eating food from the woman who abandoned you and left you to feign for yourself. When no challenging remark comes from her proposal, she motions for Yelena to follow her out of the room leaving you to do whatever you set out to do before they followed you.
From that day forward you felt a weight lifted off your shoulders. Months later and you were no longer in constant edge. Everyday since you moved into the guest house you find two bouquets of flowers on the front steps with cards attached to them, each time you opened your door the encounter with them was always the same. Throwing them in the garbage bin outside so Natasha and Yelena would know it wasn’t going to be easy.
One day coming from your physical therapy appointment something about the day brought you to a lighter place. It could’ve been the progress you’ve been making during your appointments, you didn’t need a cane anymore, you walked fine on your own but you were still dealing with pain sometimes and still had a slight limp. This time when you saw the same bouquet’s sitting on the steps you actually decided to put them inside. Natasha watched the scene in front of her from afar with a smile on her face not only from you finally accepting the flowers but she’s noticed the progress, the confidence in you coming back.
This small state of separation was helping you. Despite the fact that you embraced the flowers this time, It still wouldn’t get you to forgive them for what they did. Truth be told you would never forgive them but there still remained a small part of you that wanted to move forward and go back to how things were before. Little did you know Natasha would be watching you everyday from her office window hoping the same thing.
