This went on for weeks before Wally got the nerve to kiss her again and finally asked her out.

Kaldur has a great sense of humor. He just needs to be brought out of his shell for it to come out. Artemis is the same way. The two of them managed to get each other to open up more and share a lot of laughs when everyone else isn't around.

The only other person who has been able to get Kal to open up like that was Roy aka Red Arrow aka Clone Roy.
