Take time to do things you enjoy, whether reading a book, taking a bubble bath, or walking in nature. Prioritizing self-care shows yourself that you're worth taking care of, and that's an essential part of choosing happiness.
5. Negativity can be a happiness killer. Whether it's negative self-talk or dwelling on the past, negativity can hold us back from experiencing joy in the present moment.
