Hi little people in my phone!!! I want to post more prompt ideas but since all the holidays are passing us by I don’t know what you guys want so I have a few options! Pleaseeee vote

New years prompt ideas! 🎆

✩ "Countdown confessions" Two strangers just so happen to get stuck in an elevator on New Year's Eve with the clock ticking down to midnight. To pass time slightly faster they start confessing silly secrets or just telling each other stories about their own lives. How will it end? Will they become friends? How long will they stay in the elevator for?

✩ "A resolution exchange" A group of friends decide to write their crazy New Year's resolutions on slips of paper, put them in a hat and randomly draw someone else's goals. What would you put? Would it be about another person or yourself? Would you make it fun or normal?

✩ "A forgotten toast" At a New year's dinner two people sitting at the edge of table realize they were left out of the group toast. So they decide to make their own private toast, sharing their personal goals and moments of vulnerability. How does that relationship progress? Are they close with this other person or complete strangers? How does the night end?

✩ "The countdown Challenge" At a New Years hangout between friends two people (more specifically two exes) are dared by their friends to list ten things they like about each other before the countdown ends. Do they just make fun of each other the whole time? Does this do something to their relationship? Or do they both just refuse all together?

✩ "Under the streetlights" After a failed New Years party, a couple decides to leave early and go for a walk to get away from all the commotion. Under glowing streetlights and snowy sidewalks they share a quiet moment to welcome the new year together.

✩ "A costume countdown" At a masquerade themed New Year's Eve party, a couple who has been arguing all night doesn't recognized each other in their costumes at all. They share a nice moment as 'strangers' just before their masks come off. How do they react once the masks are off? Does the initial argument get worse or better?

✩ "An almost kiss" Two long term friends find themselves alone once the New Year's countdown begins. As the crowd cheers for the countdown they both lean in for a kiss but get interrupted at the last moment by someone or something. The rest of the night is this awkward 'will they or wont they'. How does the night end? Did they or not?

✩ "Midnight texts" Two people in a situationship accidentally send a heartfelt New Year's texts to each other instead of their best friends. After some awkwardness they end up admitting what they've been scared to say all year. Or do they? If they do how does it end? Is it bad or good?

✩ "The quiet goodbye" Two friends have been slowly drifting apart over the last year and meet for the first time after a while at a New Years part. There's a heavy silence between them as the countdown begins, they share an unspoken understanding that their friendship may be coming to an end. But neither of them is sure whether they're ready to let go or if they'll give things another shot in the new year. Do they give each other another shot? Is it an unspoken understanding or do they end up talking about it? Or maybe they end up getting in an argument?

"Will you protect me inside the haunted house?" "No, I fully intend to let the ghosts have you."

"The haunted house is supposed to be scary, so stay close to me." "Aw, are you just looking for an excuse to put your arm around me?"

"I don't know, wooden roller coasters freak me out. It's like they're asking to fall apart." "Well, if this one falls apart while we're on it, we'll go out screaming together. Romantic, right?"

I really wanted some Thanksgiving writing ideas/prompts and I couldn't find any so I made some of my own!! :D (Also most of these are couple prompts.)

꩜ "You burnt the turkey!!" Then they have to somehow get a last minute turkey for the family dinner :-)

꩜ "I'm thankful you {insert praise}." Imagine laying down with your partner after a long day of cooking and eating and talking about what you're thankful for in each other! This could be cute imagining all the little things one does and their partner noticing ^^

꩜ "This is my new partner." Your new partner is introducing you to their parents on thanksgiving! How will they react? Do they like you or not? (Plus you can reverse it :o)

꩜ "Thanksgiving vaycay gone wrong! :(" You and your partner decide to skip out on the whole thanksgiving dinner and decide to go on a small vacation but everything ends up going wrong. Maybe the heat isn't working or the remote is lost or the chargers were forgotten back home! How will you make light out of the situation? What happens in the end?

꩜ "Thanksgiving confessions. :0" During thanksgiving dinner you and your partner decide to take turns confessing something funny or unexpected you guys have both done on Thanksgiving! Ex. One of you snuck into the kitchen after dinner just to eat the last slice of pie, or maybe one of you secretly love a commonly hated dish! (The canned cranberry sauce or green bean casserole :p)

꩜ "First thanksgiving together ever..!" You're both trying your hardest to impress each other's families and one does a super extravagant dish that maybe flops while the other one does something 'too simple'. How does the day end? Does it get better?

These are so cute omggg

It’s 3 AM, but fuck it, we’re being domestic | Prompts

Alternatively, just some fluffy domestic romance prompts, but they feel more cute when they’re in the middle of the night because one or both of the ship characters are insomniacs.

Dancing together in the kitchen, in the refrigerator light, and then sitting on the kitchen counter, eating ice-cream directly from the carton.

Walking barefoot on the dew covered grass, hand in hand, under the stars.

Sitting on the floor trying to piece together IKEA furniture because one person got obsessed with finishing it the same day.

Middle of the night cooking, except it’s making the weirdest most absurd dishes imaginable, just for fun.

Making love, except it’s on the bedroom floor.

Cleaning cupboards or attics and finding lpppittle mementos, childhood pictures, etc and talking about memories.

Midnight drives with street food pit-stops and making out with the car radio playing in the background.

Tossing a smiley stress ball around the house watching it knock into furniture— Bonus, if one person is tossing it and another is scrambling around trying to make sure no furniture falls over, causing squabbles.

Gossiping about annoying relatives/friends, parents etc.

Making each other coffee, except the rule is: adding all of the other person’s favorite ingredients PLUS one mystery ingredient which might be good bad or ugly. For funs~

Late night massage sessions because they’re old (they’re not even thirty. Maybe they are.) and their back huuurts.

Ramp Walk/Modelling sessions where one person tries out every single outfit in their closet, and the other one rates or judges them all and gives (mostly useless) opinions.

Doing laundry except they can’t put the clothes out for drying because there’s no sun, so they spread them all over the furniture (only the stuff that doesn’t go bad with the water-) and switch on all the fans.

Weird selfie poses and filming random tiktok dances.

Alternately, sitting side by side on the bed (or the floor—) deleting old pictures from their phones to make storage and laughing about embarrassing old pictures. (A “my phone might die of lack of storage but that super embarrassing picture of yours from six years ago isn’t going anywhere!”)

One of them randomly googling super random shit and telling those facts to the other person, and the other one, super sleepy, just nodding along to everything.

Painting dates where either both of them are amazing artists or neither of them are, (or one is and the other isn’t) and they switch canvases periodically to finish each other’s paintings. (Chaos for the ones who can’t paint, and two beautiful art pieces for the ones who can~)

Alternatively, one is an artist and the other models for them while being utterly sleepy bc Artist has insomnia :D

One is a musician and keeps the other up all night with the music. Or alternately, the partner has insomnia and the sleepy musician plays them something to pass the night (and what if it turns out to be a lullaby-)

Turning the junk, broken and useless stuff in their house into a rage room for the night.

Learning crocheting from YouTube and making each other weird little woollen mementos. (Could go for anything really. Learning shit with esch other in the middle of the night from YouTube—)
