You, a fake clone, are stuck in the classic “Shoot one, let one live” situation. To your horror, the person with the gun outsmarts you and uncovers that you were fake all along. Just as you brace yourself for the bullet, they point their gun towards the real person and pulls the trigger.
Your roommate is so bad at pretending to be a human, you’ve started to just automatically back him up in public. Tonight he tells you how nice it is to know the only other alien in the city, and you have to break the bad news
Midnight was my cat for 12.5 years; he passed away suddenly of pancreatic cancer right after his 12th birthday.
He was very sweet, but a total Rat Bastard™️. He quite literally ate two gaming consoles (through chewing wires), a television system, a Christmas tree, and every house plant my parents ever tried to keep! He was a stinky old boy and we loved him very much.
At tabletop last night, one of my friends made a joke that we should give her a steel prosthetic tooth and let her “kill” (eat) all of our Dungeons and Dragons enemies. I thought it would be funny if I drew Karri with a prosthetic steel tooth, and here we are…
Karriposting. Today’s theme: Karri sitting in her window spot!
She loves laying in the warm sunlight. Despite the fact it’s over 90 degrees Fahrenheit today and she’s covered in very thick fluff, it seems like she always wants to be warmer… Couldn’t be me.
Great news! The vet said Karri is a-okay and that sometimes older cats just lose their teeth; I think I knew in my heart she was fine, I was just having a Parental Panic™️ moment.
Here she is with her three little fangs instead of four! While she might be an old girl, she’s still as pretty, sassy, and chatty as she can be!
Welp. Karriposting lasted three days before a hiccup: health scare time. My poor girl suddenly lost one of her charming little fangs! I'm told this is normal for a cat her age (she's 14), but it's still worth a vet visit.
My brave little honey-bun is going to the vet to have it looked at tomorrow, so let's hope she has a (mostly) clean bill of health.
