Filling LC spaghetti with tomato sauce
95cals!
Ingredients:
-125g konjac noodles (13cals)
-100g classic tomato sauce without added sugar (46cals)
-50g cottage cheese 0.4% fat (or less) (36cals)
Rinse the 125g konjac noodles with cold water, then place them in boiling water for a few minutes to heat them.
Heat the 100g tomato sauce in a pot stirring constantly.
Add the konjac noodles to the tomato sauce.
Put both on a plate and now add 50g cottage cheese.
Enjoy^^
Tip:
Vary with the tomato sauce and cottage cheese for more protein/flavor.
You can add vegetables to get more fiber.
Add chicken breast for more protein.
