I have a nine year old! The last year in her single digits. A pre-teen. 😬 . Recently, someone with a 4 year old asked when the sass stops and I had to break it to her that it just gets worse from there. 🤣 . A year into our Weightloss journey to now. 2018 wasn’t our year. We got way off track to the point it was effecting our mental state. I would go maybe one or two days a week to the gym, but we fell off track with our diets, basically eating out too much. I’m so glad we refocused our got back on track. Being in the best physical condition of my life is something I’m so proud of and I thank the girl on the left for not giving up and for doing the scary things to pursue her goals. 💪🏻 Seeing pics like this reminds why I want to keep going towards my goals even when life can get off a little off balance.
