Words Into Medicine

At times, I have things to say, but I just can't find the words.  

Perhaps it's because of a lesson I have yet to fully learn.  

To truly comprehend the message within the lesson,  

In order to turn my words into medicine.  

As I teach from my pain, so you don't feel the hurt,  

Walking through the fire, so others don't get burned.  

Life’s a bitch, but I bet it’s better than being under the dirt.  

Take time to learn yourself; afterward, it's going to be hard to put someone else first.

Just watched a movie called A Dog’s Purpose and I have to say it was a tear jerker or I’m just a sensitive soul. If you haven’t watched it I recommend but have some Kleenex next to you just in case you’re a sensitive soul.
