I've had this scene stuck in my head for so long idk what to do with it so yall can have it.

"We...may need to call on Phantom for this."

Batman grumbled at Constantine's remark. Up until now they hadn't had any issues with ghosts and he was hoping it would be longer before they needed to pull Phantom in for his expertise.

It had only been a month since King Phantom and his children came crashing into their dimension. Their ship had come out of a Lazarus green portal that spontaneously appeared in the lower atmosphere just outside of Gotham. Batman had called the League for potential backup and ended up surrounding the strange craft with Superman, Green Lantern, Martin Manhunter, and Zatanna for magical support.

They were not expecting a child, one no older then 6 or 7, with pearlescent white hair and striking green eyes to come tumbling out and crying for them to help her father.

Superman stood up from his place at the meeting room table with the grace of a man who didn't feel comfortable pestering an eldritch god of a man until it was absolutely necessary, "Are we sure this is a ghost? It could very well be something else-"

"Oh it's definitely a ghost," Constantine cut him off, taking a drag of his (against league policy) lit cigarette and blowing the smoke up at the ceiling, "There's no mistaken it. Even before Phantom's little 'crash course' on ghosts I coulda told ya that."

Batman looked over the blurry images on screen. They were of what looked to be two individuals riding a motorcycle at dangerous speeds through Metropolis. Superman had told them they hadn't hurt anyone directly but had caused a few minor crashes and were a general pain to interact with. Just like Phantom had told them, they couldn't be picked up clearly on any modern cameras and Superman hadn't had any luck capturing them. They simply slipped through a wall or disappeared around a block. It had been a week of this and Clark had finally given up and called for assistance.

"Isn't it like, 4am in Gotham?" Flash asked, leaning back in his chair, "Wouldn't he be asleep or something? Does he sleep?" The last bit he mostly asked to himself.

"Yes, he does," Batman answered, much to the confusion of Flash. "I'll make the call."

After a few rings the line picked up to a slightly slurred and staticky, "Hello?"

"Phantom, are you available at the moment. We think we may have...a ghost problem. In Metropolis."

A pause. Then a tired sigh came through the line, "Alright, give me 10 minutes." And the call ended.

Superman shifted uncomfortably, "It sounded like you woke him up." Of course he was listening. Batman glared at him, then turned to the rest of the gathered league, "He'll be here in 10 minutes."

About 6 minutes later a portal ripped itself open next to the window of the meeting room and out stepped Phantom, looking less drowsy then he sounded. Clinging to his back (to the League's surprise) was his oldest, Dante. And cradled in his arms, wrapped against his chest with his cape was his youngest, Eleonora, (they're only a month apart but Dante would throw a fit if he wasn't referred to as oldest sibling)

With a jaw cracking yawn Phantom stepped forward towards the meeting table, "Sorry, I hope it's alright I brought the kids." He started, running a hand through his daughter's hair, "Elly just had a nightmare and Dan didn't want to be left alone."

Over his shoulder, the little prince grumbled something about 'too quiet' and 'bad memories' and wasn't that mildly concerning.

"It's alright, you're majesty." Superman stood and gave Phantom a nervous smile. He didn't not trust the man but anything magical and/or supernatural tended to make even him nervous, "We know we called you quiet early and out of the blue... Sorry about waking you up,"

Phantom waved him off with another yawn, "Nah, it's fine, you didn't wake me. I was already up with Elly when you called." At her names mention, the little princess shifted and let out a small whimper. Phantom sighed and then a rumbling sound started up in his chest that sounded a lot like purring. At the noise, little Elly settled down again.

It was sweet, seeing this supposedly all powerful being just being a single father. A few days after the king was treated in the Watchtower's medical facility, they got a taste of what Phantom was capable of when a small armada of alien ships decided now was the best time to attack Earth.

The League had been gathered to discuss how to proceed when Phantom had stepped in and offered his assistance. "I owe you all for saving me," he had argued when they tried to refuse.

15 minutes

It took King Phantom 15 minutes (and 25 seconds) to have the aliens running with their tail between their legs. Debris from the lead ship unrecognizable.

"Alright, now what's this 'ghost problem' you need me for?" At that, the League (mostly Superman, considering it was in his city) explained the situation to their resident 'Ghost expert'.

Dead on Main Omegaverse

Jason is having a brothers day out with Dick. The once a month they let the other in on their inner most thoughts.

“So any thoughts of dating?” Dick asked, setting a beer in front of Jason before sitting with his own.

Jason snorts, “An alpha wouldn’t want me.”

“Come on Little Wing,” Dick insists, “a traditional alpha would like the fact you cook and take care of kids well. A non traditional alpha would love your independence and resourcefulness. What’s not to like about you!”

“No alpha wants an omega that can break them in half.”

900 miles away Danny Fenton sits at Nasty Burger with his friends. He was the only alpha in Amity Park that weighed 180 pounds soaking wet.

“Look, there might be someone outside of this small town that likes small alphas,” Sam tries to point out.

“Yeah,” Tucker backs her up, “statistically you’ll find a better match in a global city like New York or Gotham.”

“I did qualify for a Gotham U scholarship,” Danny says. Tucker grasps Danny’s shoulder and shakes it while Sam slaps the table excitedly.

“See!” She exclaims, “already looking at the bright side! We’ll help you pack, set up a dating profile, and plan rogue attack escape routes.”

“Oh! And catch you up to speed on the bats—”

Danny smiled sadly as his friends talked about to do lists and must haves. He’s grateful for them but he knows that there’s no omega out there that would want an alpha they could push over with their pinkie.

Are there any Halfa!Bruce stories out there?

I've seen some super liminal Bruce and some Spirit Halloween stuff that makes him more liminal but not any Halfa!Bruce.

Like, what if he did die when he got lost in time? What if he ends up in the Infinite Relms at some point. Idk.

I feel like it would be dope if Danny met Bruce in the Relms and he becomes Bs ghost mentor. Teaching him all the things about being a halfa he wishes he was taught when he was a kid. Then, when Tim eventually does...whatever it is he does to try and get B back, Bruce is like, "I gotta go back to my kids," and Danny gives him a summons or a Fenton phone so he can call him if he needs him and sends him back to his home timeline or dimension or whatever.

If anyone knows of any fics I would love to hear of some.

Due to his unrelenting determination to keep his town safe, Danny is bestowed a green lantern ring. Which on one hand: Yay! He gets to explore space full time. But on the other hand: Ew! he's a space cop now.

He had to rectify this immediately or he would never hear the end of it from his ghost friends. Or his regular friends for that matter. Sayyy, it'd be a shame if he.... bent a few rules. Maybe even broke some of them every now and again. And it would surely be a tragedy if say.... random pranks started happening around Oa?

I want a game called "Language Barrier" or something where it's kinda like Pictionary where you draw stuff but instead of a word or sentence you gotta communicate your story/problem.

I imagine you draw a card and it's like,

Character: Joe McDonald

Issue: lost in a big city and needs to meet up with his cousin

Info you have: Cousin lives on a "5th Ave"

So on and so forth,

And you gotta draw your way into getting your group to understand that you need directions to your cousin's place.

Without using words.

I feel like this would be a fun game, especially if there are like custom cards or real crazy situations like you're an alian or something. Maybe you have to pretend you don't understand your group so they can't ask too many complicated questions, and they have to do some charades cuz of the "language barrier"

I would appreciate is anyone know it, it was a dpxdc post where Danny was stuck in the DC universe and the infinimap lead him to Gotham and to a psychic shop. The store was called "The Claire Wich Project" and Danny sees a help wanted paper in the window.

The Beginning has him spill him milkshake and his internal dialog is all about how the city's curses are affecting him.

DP x DC Prompt/Plotbunny #6

After days? weeks? months? years? in this mercy-forsaken lab, Danny finds himself slipping; his core straining under the weight of what he's been subjected to. In a last ditch effort to save his fracturing soul, his brain simply stops processing the pain and allows his mind to escape into a waking dream.

Danny knows it's a dream. If he thinks about it; he can still hear, see, feel the scientists at work. He doesn't think about it; instead embraces whatever false world his mind decides to concoct for him.

Several states away, a young boy opens his eyes to the inside of a strange pod in an abandoned lab. Though he cannot see it yet, a strange metal tag dangles from his ear, stamped on one side with the word 'CADMUS' and on the other with 'R-13'.

I made some basic doodles to get some ideas out in the physical realm instead of trying to picture them in my head

I hope it's obvious which is which. But I like the yin yang idea @stars-obsession-pit suggested. And Jason's mask is definitely harder for me.

I hadn't ever considered until now the idea of a Custos using a piece of another one's mask but with the Ghost King Danny idea I could see him using a bit of Pariah's mask.

I can see Jason's fur being burnt in some spots and Danny maybe having frost on his.

So once upon a time I was a little shit that wanted to be cool and I made a "guardian of the woods" type species I called the Custos. They're like big wolf-deer things with masks. Ever since I would occasionally doodle different Custos for my friends and for characters I like.

So, of course, with my current obsession, I had to make one for Danny and Jason cuz I'm mentally ill ❤👻💚.

The thing is I don't know how to design their masks. The masks aren't super symbolic but do represent some character. Like a more uptight, smart, and "intelligent" Custos might have a more symmetrical, and/or angular pattern, while a lazy, more layed back and sleepy Custos would have less harsh details and not so complex patterns. The masks are ment to be a thing one makes for themselves once they are "of age" and are added to and altered through their lives.

I was hoping, since this weird little(?) fandom is so creative and willing to share with ideas, that maybe one (or some👀) of yall could help??

If yall want more info on Custos I can make another post about them but maybe later (it's like 2 in the morning here)

Maybe Danny could play it off as being temporary? Like, he slowly gets his powers back and his heart rate gets slower over time. If he can control his appearance maybe he lets some of his hair turn white. Of course he'd be doing this intentionally but everyone else just sees this kid slowly dying again.

Superman would be devastated but kind about it and want to give Danny the best he can while he's alive again.

He'd been flying above Metropolis.

Like a good ghost! Doing nothing but relax! Enjoying the weather, really.

It was so cool, Superman came up to him, they talked even! Superman was very, very, uncomfortable when Danny mentioned he was kinda dead.

It was really awesome.

Yeah, the keypoint being was.

Now? Now he is in Superman's arms, very much alive after being hit by a stray beam from Lex Luthors newest invention, quite literally hit from the sky when he didn't expect it and out of f reflex turned back human.

"I'm... alive?" He jokes weakly, smiling awkwardly at Superman's stare.

Danny considered this awkward.

Clark was processing the fact Lex Luthor somehow managed to bring back someone from death, his hands now full of said miracle and—

Shit, does the kid even have family left? What's he going to tell Lois!?
