I am mostly SFW and write all forms of trauma, violence and death in many forms (except sexual) so just be aware of that.

She just couldn’t stand to hear Akiko sound so distraught. “You want a story?”

(Y/n) grabbed a random book from the side table and flicked the cover open with one hand. She squinted down at the words that appeared to be moving like blobs in a lava lamp until they lined up just right.

“Ah, The Littlest Rabbit, by Robert Kraus,” she turned the page. God, there was only like, a sentence on each page but the task seemed impossible. Still she gave it her all.

“Everybody is bigger than me. My mother. My father,” she turned the page, “ my father is enormous. A robin is bigger than I am,” another page turns and she squints harder when the letters blur beyond recognition, well, pictures exist for a reason, “a cabbage is bigger than me and a tree. Even a carrot.” Ugh, her eyes hurt. She had to speed this up.

“So I eat and sleep an play and try to grow so I can beat up the bunnies that make fun of me and low and behold, I did it. I grew big and strong and life was good. Then I met a bunny who was smaller than I ever was and he was sad because bullies said he was smaller than a daisy therefore, his father was fat and lazy. So I beat up the bullies the end.”

(Y/n) closed the book with an exhausted exhale. She looked down at Akiko sucking on her own fist and managed a tired smile. She seemed content. (Y/n) would just rest her eyes for a minute and then lay her down…

“Sweetheart, go to bed.”

Soft skin stroked (Y/n)’s cheek, making her peel her eyes open. Before her, Shinobu was dressed and Akiko was clinging to the collar of her shirt.

“What time is it?” She asked, turning to look out the window only for the sun to burn her retinas.

“It’s seven. I’m going to drop Akiko off at Mitsuri’s before I go to the clinic.”

“What? No, I’m awake don’t bother Mitsuri. I got plenty of sleep.”

“I already texted her and she sent eight whole blocks of various heart emojis. Safe to say it’s not a bother at all.” Shinobu adjusted her hold on Akiko so she would stop trying to pull her hair. “And no offense my darling, but you look awful.”

“Hey!” (Y/n) frowned, affronted.

“Come on, I’ll tuck you in.” Shinobu beckoned with a teasing curl of her finger.

With a huff of effort (Y/n) stood up and followed Shinobu back to their room. Shinobu pulled the blankets over (Y/n) and she fell asleep almost instantly. Shinobu kissed her forehead and then quietly left the room, closing the door behind her.

“Let’s go, trouble.” Shinobu said, picking up the car seat with Akiko nestled inside. Then she slung the bag of baby supplies over her shoulder, picked up her keys, and left the house.

(Y/n) was sitting on a white sand beach, Shinobu laying beside her with Akiko wiggling between them. They laughed and gave sweet affirmations while Akiko kicked her legs and gurgled excitedly, arms stretched out to the sky as seagulls flew overhead.

“I’m glad we did this.” (Y/n) beamed, reaching over Akiko to take Shinobu’s hand.

Shinobu kissed her hand then held it to her chest, her eyes sparkling. Through a dazzling smile she spoke,

“Go the fuck to sleep.”

“What?”

(Y/n) jolted awake and sat up, the covers settled around her hips as she looked around the dark room. The moon was out. Just how long had she slept? She tapped her phone, the lock screen read 2:36am.

“The cats nestle close to their kittens, the lambs have laid down with the sheep. You are cozy and warm in your bed, my dear. Please go the fuck to sleep.”

(Y/n)’s head swiveled in the direction of the baby monitor. That was definitely Shinobu. Had she really slept not only the whole day away, but the entirety of Shinobu’s shift? And what the hell was she reading?

“The wind whispers soft through the grass, hon. The field mice, they make not a peep. It's been thirty-eight minutes already. Jesus Christ, what the fuck? Go to sleep.”

(Y/n) stood up and stretched, every joint cracked. She must have been sleeping like the dead. She crept out into the hall and leaned against Akiko’s doorframe and watched Shinobu read to Akiko fussing in the crook of her arm.

“The owls fly forth from the treetops. Through the air they soar and they sweep. The hot, crimson rage fills my heart, love. For real: shut the fuck up and sleep.”

“What the hell are you reading?” (Y/n) snickered. She made her way over to her exhausted wife who gave her Akiko as soon as she stretched out her arms.

“I got it from Sanemi. Once Kotaro started getting bigger, Kanae made him stop reading it. He thought I would like it and he was right.” Shinobu grumbled.

“I can’t imagine why.” (Y/n) laughed, the sound made Akiko gurgle and grab at (Y/n)’s mouth.

“Mitsuri said she pretty much slept the whole time she and Obanai watched her. Our baby is nocturnal.”

“Mm, scoot over.”

Shinobu did as she was asked and sighed pleasantly when (Y/n) sat down beside her and cuddled up. Their legs tangled together and (Y/n) pressed Shinobu’s head to rest her head against her chest. Akiko wiggled in (Y/n)’s arms and tried to grab onto Shinobu’s nose. Shinobu offered her a finger instead and that seemed to sate her.

(Y/n) hummed a lullaby and before long Shinobu went slack against her. Judging by the slow, even breaths she had fallen asleep. Taking a page out of her mother’s book, Akiko’s eyes also shut though she continued to slobber on Shinobu’s finger.

“It’s too bad I slept all day,” (Y/n) sighed quietly, “I’m wide awake now.”

Mitsuri’s Panic

Nothing brought Mitsuri more joy than when Shinobu and (Y/n) dropped Akiko off for her and Obanai to watch her. She was positively the sweetest baby ever and she was growing so fast! She was only a couple months away from her first birthday.

“They’re here, they’re here!” Mitsuri sprinted to the door as soon as she heard a muffled thunk of a car door slamming. She yanked open the door, startling (Y/n) who was about to ring the doorbell.

“Hi! Aww, look at you two! So pretty for your night out!” She gushed.

“Thank you, Mitsuri.” (Y/n) smiled, “For the compliment and for taking care of Akiko for a couple hours.”

“It’s our pleasure.” Obanai, unlike his partner, had taken his time getting to the door and took the baby bag from Shinobu. “She’s a sweet kid. We enjoy watching her.”

“We sure do!” Mitsuri took the car seat from (Y/n)’s hands and set it down so she could free Akiko and put her into her new prison of Mitsuri’s arms. “Feel free to leave her overnight if you want, or even a couple of days!”

“We will be back to pick her up by eleven tonight.” Shinobu said, mostly for Obanai’s benefit. She walked up to Mitsuri so she could give Akiko a quick kiss on the top of her head and (Y/n) followed suit. “Sorry to drop and run, but we’re running a bit late for our reservation.”

“Don’t worry, go have fun. We understand.” Obanai assured. Mitsuri was already dancing away with Akiko before the other couple could turn around.

“Oh, wait…” (Y/n) stopped in her tracks as a thought hit her.

“Oh no, what is it?” Shinobu asked tentatively, “Please tell me you didn’t forget something.”

“No. Well, yes but no.” (Y/n) hummed, wracking her brain, “There was something we needed to tell you two…” she said, pointing between Mitsuri and Obanai, “I can’t… what was it? God, it’s going to bother me all night. Do you remember?” She asked Shinobu, who took her by the arm impatiently.

“No darling I have no idea what you are going on about. I do know however, that we are going to be late if we keep standing here. Text them if you remember later.” Shinobu dragged (Y/n) to the door and thanked Mitsuri and Obanai again over her shoulder before closing the door behind her. As soon as she did so, it was as if a switch went off in Akiko’s brain and she started to cry.

“It’s okay, Aki-chan!” Mitsuri comforted Akiko and bounced her around the room, making her cries pitch with the constant movement. “I know you miss your mommas, but they’ll be back in a little while.”

“Here we go,” Obanai rustled through the bag and found a pacifier, offering it to Akiko who eager vacuumed the nub into her mouth.

“I can’t wait to have a baby with you.” Mitsuri declared with an excited grin, making Obanai blush.

They set up a handful of Akiko’s toys on the living room floor and played with her. Their cat came to investigate for a moment, sniffing at Akiko’s head before sidestepping away from her grabby hands. It made Mitsuri giggle.

“Look at her, she’s watching LoveFluff’s every move. Think we could convince Shinobu to get a cat?” She asked, only half teasing.

“No way.” Obanai snorted. And then his phone rang. He looked at the ID and sighed. “It’s Shinazugawa. He probably wants to ask me about those snake eggs he seized from that exotic animal dealer’s house. I’ll be back in a bit.”

“Okay, we’ll be here!” Mitsuri pecked him on the cheek and he did the same before he got up and accepted the call as soon as he clicked the bedroom door shut.

Mitsuri continued playing with Akiko’s little feet while watching Master Chef Junior. She was having the time of her life. The only thing that would make this better would be a bag of chips and something sweet and refreshing to drink.

“I’ll be right back, sweety.” She kissed each of Akiko’s chubby cheeks, then stood up and walked to the kitchen. She got her chips and her drink and decided she’d have a little bowl of ice cream too. She took her treats in hand and made her way back to the living room. She laid her food out on the coffee table, turned to the play mat and froze.

Where was Akiko?

“What…” Mitsuri lifted the mat as if Akiko must have went underneath somehow and then she looked under the couch because she might have rolled beneath it, but still she saw nothing.

“Nonononononono.” Where could see have gone? How? She could still hear Obanai talking with Sanemi on the phone in the bedroom so he didn’t take her. Oh god, she had lost the baby! (Y/n) and Shinobu would never forgive her! Forget that, she’d never forgive herself!

“Akiko? Aki-chan, where are you?” Had someone broke into the house and took her? She looked under the coffee table and hit her head when her phone chimed. A message.

She grabbed her phone and paled. It was from (Y/n), her soon to be ex-best friend.

(Y/n): 👋 Hey! Hope everything is going well. I remembered what I was going to say before. Akiko learned how to crawl🤗❤️! You probably already know that by now though. She’s a speed demon like Shinobu 😂. As busy as a bee! See you in an hour or so!

Crawling! Mitsuri’s house wasn’t baby proofed enough for a crawling speed demon seven month old!

“Kochou Akiko, where are you?” Mitsuri whined. She tiptoed quickly around the floor as if she was frightened she’d step on the baby if she wasn’t careful.

“What are you doing?” Obanai asked, coming out of the bedroom none the wiser of the situation that had unraveled in his absence.

“I lost the baby!” Mitsuri explained frantically.

“…what?” Surely Obanai heard her wrong.

“I went to get a snack, and apparently she crawled away! I can’t find her!”

“We’ll find her. Don’t panic, just stay calm.” Obanai’s words were as much for himself as they were for Mitsuri.

They split up and scoured every inch of floor, listening intently for any noise. They were starting to contemplate calling both 110 and 119, maybe even 118 while they were at it, they just had to find Akiko before something terrible happened!

Then finally, the sun came out from behind the clouds.

“Mew.”

“Aba bababa.”

Mitsuri slid into the front entrance and cried out in relief. Playing amongst the shoes were Akiko and LoveFluff.

“I found her!” Mitsuri shouted, scooping Akiko into her arms and holding her as tightly as she dared. “I found her.” She repeated tiredly as her adrenaline rush faded. She slid against the wall until she was sitting on the floor.

Obanai jogged into view, his shoulders visibly relaxed when he saw Akiko squirming in Mitsuri’s arms.

“I’ve never been more scared in my life.” Mitsuri whined as Obanai moved to sit beside her.

“Same.” Obanai breathed, staring blankly into the opposite wall as he tried to still his rapidly beating heart.

“We aren’t telling Shinobu and (Y/n) about this, right?” Mitsuri asked, barely wincing as Akiko pulled on her braid.

“Oh definitely not.” Obanai agreed immediately.

“Hey guys!” (Y/n) greeted cheerfully.

“How was she?” Shinobu questioned. “She didn’t give you a hard time I hope.”

“No trouble at all! Prefect angel!” Mitsuri, subtly wiped her sweaty hands against her pants.

“She’s all tuckered out. Hopefully she’ll sleep through the night for you.” Obanai handed Shinobu the car seat with Akiko strapped securely inside.

“Hmm,” Shinobu hummed, looking between her two friends with a curious glint in her eyes. Mitsuri and Obanai imperceptibly stiffened under her calculating stare. Finally, a slow smile worked its way onto Shinobu’s lips. “Thanks again, for everything. Have a good night.”

Obanai and Mitsuri relaxed slightly. They watched Shinobu and (Y/n) put their shoes back on and Mitsuri handed (Y/n) Akiko’s bag.

“It was our pleasure, you three get home safe!” Mitsuri followed them to the door and waved at them when they got settled in their car and drove away.

When the car was at the end of the block, Mitsuri closed the door and gasped like she had been holding her breath and leapt into Obanai’s arms.

“Wahhh! That was so scary! Did you see how Shinobu was looking at us? She totally knew something was up!”

“We got let off the hook for sure.” Obanai agreed, rubbing Mitsuri’s back. “Let’s go to bed, put on some mindless television, and forget tonight ever happened.”

“Yes please.” Mitsuri was already pulling Obanai up the stairs.

“Something definitely happened.” Shinobu said as soon as she pulled away from the curb in front of her friend’s house.

“I thought so.” (Y/n) sighed, she craned her neck to look back at her sleeping daughter in the backseat. “Just what did you get up to, little one?”

The Betrayal

“Come on Akiko, you can do it!” Shinobu encouraged, smiling brightly at her daughter who was looking very happy herself.

(Y/n) was holding Akiko’s hands, slowly stepping towards Shinobu in time with Akiko’s own wobbly steps. She would be able to make the trip on her own in no time!

“Yay!” Shinobu hugged Akiko and kissed her all up when she made it within her reach. “Good job!”

Akiko laughed and babbled, balancing herself on Shinobu’s thighs as she bobbed her knees to a beat only she could hear.

Then the front door opened and a familiar subdued voice called out from the entrance, announcing his presence.

“It’s about time Tomioka showed up. He has no manners. Isn’t that right, Aki-chan?” Shinobu said in a silly voice, making Akiko gurgle in agreement.

“Hi Giyuu! Good to see you.” (Y/n) met the man at the door and ushered him into the main room before he could change his mind and go home.

“Hey.”

“Hey yourself. How’s teaching?” Shinobu asked.

“Fine.”

“Aw, teenagers making you cry already? I told you kindergarten was more your speed. If you want, I could talk to Himejima and put a good word in for you.”

“Not necessary.”

Shinobu shrugged in a suit yourself manner and brought her attention back to Akiko who was making grabby motions at (Y/n).

“Want to walk to momma now? Show Tomioka how much smarter you are than him?” She cooed.

“I know how to walk, Kochou.”

“Sure, like a sad noodle.”

Giyuu gave her a tired look and then walked past her to sit on the couch and begin sifting through the couple’s Netflix account to find the show they had been binging together.

“Oh! Oh, oh, oh!”

Giyuu looked up from his scrolling to see what had (Y/n) so excited and saw Akiko walking on her own. Shinobu was still hovering above her in case she lost balance, but she made it to (Y/n) without so much as a stumble.

The corner of his lips rose just a touch as the two women fawned over child’s accomplishment. He watched Shinobu move back to where she had previously been sitting and pat her thighs excitedly.

“Come back to me Akiko! Come to Kaasan!”

Giyuu had to admit seeing Shinobu like this was refreshing and unbelievably sweet. He found it hard to believe Shinobu could be so outwardly loving.

Akiko began her trek back with (Y/n) following behind her. She was on track to meet Shinobu until she got about half way and then pivoted to the right and kept walking.

“Where are you going, baby?” Shinobu had to admit she was a little disappointed, but she was curious to see what had caught her daughter’s attention.

“Oh.” Giyuu stated simply. Akiko’s eyes were definitely trained on him as she stepped ever closer. He offered his hands and Akiko latched on and bounced her knees in a familiar dance of celebration. “Yayyy…”

“I can’t believe this.” Shinobu grumbled. (Y/n) rubbed her back sympathetically. “The betrayal… he isn’t even acting all that excited! Do you not know that you’ve been blessed with the presence of an angel?”

“Thank you for your blessing, Akiko-chan.” Giyuu bowed his head and Akiko babbled happily.

First Day of School

“Are you excited for your first day of school, honey?” (Y/n) asked Akiko.

The little girl finished a bite of her breakfast and looked up at her mother with wide eyes.

“I don’t know…” she grumbled, reminding (Y/n) of someone else she knew.

“Himejima-sensei is a very nice man. You’ll have a lot of fun with him and all the other children.” (Y/n) promised. “It will be different, but you’ll get used to it. Nezuko-chan will even be there twice a week as a helper. Won’t that be nice?”

“I want to go to Kaasan’s school.” Akiko pouted.

“You mean the clinic? That’s not quite the same...”

Akiko knew that Shinobu wore many hats. Between the clinic and the hospital, she had more interns and med students than she knew what to do with sometimes. Honestly, (Y/n) was surprised with how well she kept all her work straight.

“Then I go with you to work.”

“Akiko, you are going to have a good time. Trust me. Finish up your breakfast and I’ll help you get all settled in your classroom, okay?”

Akiko kept the same unhappy face as she took another bite of her food. She swallowed and asked, “Is Kaasan coming too?”

“Oh, she had a late night honey. She’s sleeping.”

The desolate expression that formed in Akiko’s face was enough to make (Y/n) reconsider her words.

“—But! But, I will ask if she can hop in the car real quick! Shouldn’t take long!”

(Y/n) jogged up the stairs and tip-toed into the bedroom, she sat on the bed and lightly caressed Shinobu’s arm until she groaned and flipped over to face (Y/n) with barely open eyes.

“What’s up?” Shinobu mumbled, wiping at a bit of dried drool from her chin.

“Hey, sorry for waking you. Akiko was wondering if you could come along when we drop her off at school today. What do you think?“

Shinobu closed her eyes and stretched before sitting up only to end up leaning into (Y/n)’s chest, making her laugh when she nodded against her.

“Give me twenty minutes.” She yawned.

“Mm, try for fifteen. I have to be able to take you back home before I go to work.”

“Ugh, fine. Make me something to keep me awake only long enough for this trip, please?”

“You got it.”

“Excited for your big day, busy bee?” Shinobu asked from the passenger seat, hiding another yawn between sips of tea.

Shinobu watched her daughter pout in the rear view mirror and chuckled.

“It’s normal to be nervous. Don’t worry. Kindergarten is great. I wish I could go back to that time in my life. Coloring, snack, recesses… nap time.” Shinobu smirked when (Y/n) rolled her eyes at her before returning her attention to the road.

“Nap time isn’t fun, Kaasan.” Akiko said, though she did giggle a bit.

After a few more minutes on the road, (Y/n) pulled into the parking lot across the street from the elementary school. The parents exited the vehicle and helped Akiko out of her seat and put her backpack on her shoulders. Akiko took the hand of each parent and swung between them as they walked the rest of the way to the school.

Upon seeing the massive man showing a couple of children where they would be sitting, Akiko shied away and used (Y/n) as a shield to peek behind.

“Hello, Himejima-san! Good morning!” (Y/n) greeted, getting the man’s attention.

“Ah, Kochou Family, welcome.” He smiled, walking over to tower over them. “I’m very excited to have young Kochou-chan in my class this year.”

Shinobu coaxed Akiko to the front, though the young girl still clung to the back of (Y/n)’s shirt so it looked a little awkward.

“Akiko, is feeling a little shy right now, but she is excited to learn a lot. Right, Akiko?” Shinobu prompted.

Akiko merely butted her head into Shinobu’s hip in another attempt to hide, making Gyomei chuckle and kneel before her.

“You don’t have to be afraid Akiko-chan. I’m a gentle giant. I made sure to eat all my vegetables so I could grow big and strong.”

Akiko peeked back at the man, than looked up at Shinobu who gave her an encouraging nod. Akiko then turned back to Gyomei with a bit of an incredulous look.

“But… my Kaasan eats all her vegetables and isn’t very big at all.”

(Y/n) pursed her lips to keep herself from laughing and turned away to avoid the piercing glare Shinobu sent her way.

“Results may vary.” Gyomei smiled. “Will you and your parents come with me? I’ll show you where you can put your things.”

“Okay.” Akiko tentatively agreed.

They went over to her assigned cubby and tucked away her backpack and lunch. Then they went over to the carpet space where the other early children were playing with toys and coloring. Akiko looked conflicted as to if she wanted to join or not. Then another little girl looked up from her coloring and noticed her, waving her over excitedly.

“You want to go color, bee?” Shinobu asked.

Akiko turned to her parents and nodded, though she still looked unsure, there was a gleam of excitement in her eyes.

“Give your parents a nice hug and then you may join Akemi-chan.” Gyomei said.

Akiko didn’t need to be asked twice. She turned and leapt at her parents. (Y/n) and Shinobu dropped to their knees to better receive her.

“Have a good day, honey.” (Y/n) murmured, holding Akiko tight, “I’ll be here to pick you up after school so you can tell me all about your day.”

“Be sure to share with me as well. I want all the details.” Shinobu kissed the top of Akiko’s head.

“Okay. Bye-bye.” Akiko kissed each of her mothers on their cheeks and then she went to sit by Akemi-chan who eagerly handed Akiko a sheet of paper and spread out the crayons and markers between them.

Shinobu and (Y/n) hung back a bit and talked to Gyomei for a couple minutes before they had to take their reluctant leave. They gave Akiko another wave from the door before making their way back to the car.

As (Y/n) drove Shinobu back home, she heard a little sniffle and glanced at her wife, rubbing at her eye with her sleeve.

“Awww, Shi…”

“I’m not crying! I just have something in my eye.” Shinobu said defensively. Though a little while later she sniffed again and said, “Our little girl is growing too fast.”

“She will always be out little girl. No matter how much she grows and changes.” (Y/n) promised, reaching over the center divider to hold Shinobu’s hand as she drove her home.

Don’t Tell Your Mother

“Shit.” Shinobu swore to herself as she swerved into the high school parking lot. She parked and got out of the car slamming the door loudly behind her before locking the car. Walking briskly to the school, she wondered just how her daughter got herself in to this mess.

Shinobu had been enjoying her day off by catching up on lost sleep when her phone rang. Already sour from being woken up, the news she received put her in a downright awful mood. It was a phone call from the school asking her to come in because Akiko had gotten into a fight with some upperclassmen. Over what, she didn’t know. Shinobu had cut them off before they could get into it, saying she’d be right there. She’d rather get all the facts in person.

When she made it to the office, she found Akiko, arms crossed, leaning against the wall just outside, a frown upon her lips and a bruise upon her cheek. When she noticed her mother walking towards her, she flinched and looked down at her feet.

“Akiko, what happened to your face?” Shinobu asked, taking her daughter’s chin in her hand to move her jaw and look at the bruise in a different light.

“It’s fine. Tamayo-sensei already looked at it.” Akiko grumbled.

“Great, then can you tell what the hell you were thinking?” Shinobu crossed her own arms over her chest and looked up at her daughter with stern eyes.

“They‘ve been picking on Sakura all week. Making fun of her hair and stuff. I couldn’t take it anymore.” She huffed.

“Is that so.” Shinobu sighed. Kanroji Sakura had just began her first year while Akiko was on her second. She had vibrant pink hair just like her mother which other kids used as a teasing point for years.

Shinobu’s expression softened. “Well, it makes sense that my busy bee would have a stinger to match.”

“Kaasan…” Akiko blushed.

The door to the office opened and a couple of beat up kids and their parents came out. The kids saw Akiko and shrunk into themselves, following their respective parents out of the school with a sense of urgency. They did not want to meet Akiko’s wrath a second time. The Kochou’s were called into the office next and Shinobu whispered,

“Leave the talking to me. Please try to behave yourself.”

“Got it.”

Shinobu was given another, more detailed rundown on the events of what had lead up to the confrontation. All the students involved in the physical altercation would have to leave for the day and have extra cleaning duties the following week. Akiko got one week while the other students got two. They were getting off easy all things considered. When all was said and done, Shinobu took Akiko back to the car and once they were all buckled in, Shinobu blew out an exhausted exhale of air and checked the time.

“Want to pick something up for lunch?”

“You had to come pick me up from school on your day off because I got into a fight and your asking me if I want to go out for lunch?” Akiko asked incredulously.

“The way I see it, those kids had it coming. Now, you can’t be going out and punching every person who pisses you off of course. We’re going to have to work on that. But I think I can let you off with a warning for a first time offense. I got into a couple fights from time to time when I was young too.” Shinobu put the car in reverse and backed out of the spot while Akiko looked at her like she was the coolest person ever.

“Really?”

“Big time. That’s actually how I met your mom. I punched a guy who was making her uncomfortable.” Shinobu smiled fondly at the memory before remembering that she really shouldn’t be advertising her past acts of violence to her daughter if she wanted her to stay out of trouble. “—But our first choice of action shouldn’t be an all out brawl, understand?”

“I hear you.” Akiko sighed, though she still had a small smile on her face as she watched traffic pass through the window.

He grew up in a very matriarchal household and has been surrounded by women his entire life so periods don’t phase him at all. If anything after you’ve been together for a little bit he might actually ask you when your cycle starts and if there’s anything you need from him at that time, just so you don’t have to awkwardly tell him or feel like you’re making a big deal out of it

He knows your cycle probably better than you do at this point. Always knows when you’re due to be on your period and prepares accordingly

Anything you need, name it and it’s yours. The Arashikage clan has more money than sense and he has zero hesitation using it to get you whatever you need to be comfortable. This applies in general, he’s a biiiig gift giver, but especially when it comes to your health and comfort. You will have the best heating pad that money can buy!

“Akiko, do you think there is anything else I should be doing?”

He’s extremely open to offering his embrace as the ultimate comfort. He’ll let you lay back against him and pet over your hair or try and soothe your cramps with his hands whilst he tells you stories about anything under the sun or you watch movies together. Lot’s of soft touches, kisses to your hair and your cheek and just doting on you in general

Falling asleep in his arms with him gently rubbing your stomach or your back to try and soothe your cramps is a regular occurrence, he’s just glad you’re getting rest

Tommy is an extremely comforting presense, especially when he’s in caring mode. He is very much aware of this so he’ll move any meetings he’s supposed to have so he can spend time with you if that’s what you want

Equally, if you just want to be left alone then he’s absolutely fine with that. He just asks that you let him know if there’s anything he can do or anything you need. He’s happy to be whatever you need him to be, including a human body pillow

He’s very affectionate in private regardless of what time if the month it is, but especially when you’re on your period. He just hates that you’re suffering so he’ll do anything he can to make things easier for you

Your future starts today.

You and Bakugou don’t have the greatest relationship, let’s just clarify that. I mean, you don’t hate him, but he is not your favorite person in the world.

And Bakugou’s feelings towards you… well we know him.

You guys were in training class when principal Nezu called both of you to his office.

“What did you do this time (y/n)? And why am I involved in this?” Bakugou was beyond angry, principal Nezu had messed up with his training schedule.

“Me?! What did YOU do this time? Did you yell at someone again?” You said. You always found funny how he gets angry at everything, so you mess with him on purpose.  

When you reached principal Nezu’s office you noticed that in front of the desk there were two children sitting.

One of them, a boy, was crying with his hands cupping his face.

On the other chair there was a girl who seemed so pised at this situation.

You and Bakugou were confused, what did you guys have to do with these two kids?

As soon as you entered the office the kid who was crying jumped right at your legs.

“Mom! I was so scared, I’m sorry I didn't listen to you, me and Akiko were lost, but don't worry nothing happened to us.” The kid still had tears in his face, and kept a strong grip holding your legs.

Wait what? Did you just hear him saying mom?

“Wait, you have a son?!” Bakugou was shocked, but not more than you were.

“What are you talking about, old man? You have a son and a daughter too.” The other kid sitting apparently her name was Akiko said at Bakugou while she pointed at him.

“What?! Listen you little kid, I don't know who you are, so please don't say bullshits like that.” Both Bakugou and Akiko had an angry expression on their faces.

You both looked at principal Nezu for an explanation.

Wait, was he laughing about this?

“Sorry guys to interrupt your training hours, but these kids were looking for their parents.” Said principal Nezu as he leaves his desk.

“And? Why should we care about that? Aren't any teachers in school?”

You always laugh at Bakugou’s expressions, and at how angry he gets, but now you were on his side.

“Well that’s the problem, they said their parent’s names were (y/n) Bakugou, and Katsuki Bakugo.” Said principal Nezu. “Oh! I forgot, and they come from the future.”

You and Bakugou had the same reaction, you were so shocked.

Bakugou couldn’t avoid a little blush on his cheeks, he might find you a little annoying but the man is not blind, he can see that you are a very attractive person.

Principal Nezu explained that he was looking for a way to send them back to their time, in the meantime you had to look out for the kids.

You, Bakugou and the kids, who called themselves your kids, left the principal’s office and went outside.

“Oh god, you are from the future, doesn’t that break all the rules about time and space?” You said looking at the two children in front of you.

Bakugou gave you a look that said “are you kidding me?”

“(y/n) are you kidding me? We have two kids, and the only thing you can think about is time and space?”

“It's basic science Bakugou, haven’t you watched movies? Weird things happen when you mess up with science.”

The kids said their names were Akiko and Haruki.

“Akiko, Haruki, can you explain to us why you got lost in the first place?” You said.

“I'm sorry mom, it was our fault, we went to your and dad’s room and grabbed the machine you told us not to use, after that me and Haruki were in this school.” Said the girl, you could see she was at the verge of crying.

The kids understood the situation, so they knew they were in the past and that’s why their parents weren’t so happy to see them.

You were walking out of school so you and Bakugou could take them for some ice-cream.

They couldn't avoid asking so many questions about both of you.

You noticed Haruki was more attached to Bakugou, and Akiko to you. So you were carrying Akiko and Bakugou was carrying Haruki  

“Mom why did you marry dad? He looks weird as a teenager, and he is always in a bad mood.” Said Akiko.

That comment made both you and Bakugou blush.

“What did you say little shit? (y/n) married me because I’m amazing.” That comment made all of you laugh.

You spent the whole day with Akiko and Haruki. It was so fun being around them.

After that you received a call from principal Nezu, they found a way to send them back.

Both of you became fond of the kids, but it was time to say goodbye.

“Thanks mom, dad, for this amazing day, see you in twelve years” Both of them said their goodbyes as they hugged you and Bakugou.

Bakugou may look like the tough guy but he cried when they had to leave.

“(y/n), would you like to repeat this day? Just the two of us, no children this time” Bakugou said to you.

Twelve years later both of you had Akiko and Haruki with you.
