"Let's get divorced."
When Mingyu came home late at night to see you awake and waiting for him, there was an uncanny feeling that settled within.
Your hands are crossed, face void of any expression. If not for your next words, Mingyu would think he's hallucinating.
"We can decide on the terms and clauses, all as per your convenience.", you stress, "I do not expect any trouble from your side."
Mingyu finally registers everything you have said till now and everything hits him all at once.
"W-What are you talking about? Why do you want a divorce all of a sudden?"
Your monotonous tone rather asks him another question, "We have been married for over two years, nearing it's third anniversary. Do you want to be tied in this marriage?"
Though Mingyu thinks he doesn't know you well enough but he knows you enough to catch the wind of your words.
His gaze turns towards his office room and his suspicion confirms to be correct when he sees the door opened ajar.
"Why did you enter my office? I had clearly warned you about not doing so.", he says in a strict voice.
"That doesn't answer my question.", you say getting up, "Anyways it doesn't matter anymore, I want you to move out of our shared bedroom right now and shift to the guest room. I'll get a lawyer, you get one too and proceed with the divorce."
As you turn back, you feel your husband's hand wrap around yours.
"How are you so calm? Why are you not asking me anything? Do I really mean nothing to you?", you hear a string of questions falling out of his lips, "We are married for almost three years now and your cool headedness after, I'm assuming, knowing everything makes me aware of the fact that I really don't know you."
You jerk your hand out of his grip and turn back to look at him, "And how is that my fault? Maybe you've never tried to know me.", your voice drops another octave, "You can stop with the doting husband act, now that I know the truth."
Mingyu doesn't miss the way your eyes show vulnerability for a moment. Your words strike a chord within him.
"I'll sleep in the guest room.", Mingyu says in defeat, "And we're gonna talk it out tomorrow morning.", he sounds sincere when he says, "I'm sorry. I hope you'll give me a chance to explain everything."
But little does he know, you've already closed the room for any diversions, that you've decided to part ways with the person who has betrayed your trust.

Well well well, the time has finally come and now I can talk about my ocs. Warning: I suck at writing and English is not my first language😭
First of all who are they and where they come from? Their names are Liliana (the one with the braids) and Marina (the one with the bun). They're two Italian girls in their twenties who decided to go to Romania for a trip. Why? To enrich their lives and know a new culture.
Unfortunately, a pack of lycans attacks their carriage during the trip, killing the coachman. Since they are in the middle of the woods and can't use their phone (there's no signal) they decide to look for some help until they find the village where the game is set.
They find a shelter from Cezar, an old, grumpy villager who lives a few minutes away from the village. Despite his "availability", he will let the girls stay if only they work for him. They don't get along really well with Cezar... especially Liliana, who doesn't like his bigoted ideas and his attachment towards Marina. Unfortunately, he's the only one willing to help them, since the rest of the village hates foreigners.
One day, the two girls go out for a walk in the woods, looking for some food. This will be the last time Cezar sees them; they'll disappear and nobody will ever see them again. By thinking they have left the country, Cezar won't look for them.
Time passes and after some months they return... but they look different: paler, their clothes are now rags, their bodies aching. What happen to them? Only they know that and they certainly don't like to talk about it.
They started to live like homelesses: everybody despises them. They're just scum.
Liliana hates the village. On the contrary, Marina still thinks that there's something good in it, such as a group of teens who befriends her. Especially a young boy, Romel, who falls in love with her. On the other hand there's Liliana, who trusts no one and is overprotective with her.
One sunny day, the two girls and Romel decide to take a stroll in the woods. As they walk deeper and deeper in the thick forest, Romel is worried for a possible danger but the other two want to continue due to their curiosity. They don't know that they're in the Dimitrescu's territory AND that it's a great day for a hunt :)
The three of them climb a hill and yeah... hidden in the shadow there's someone waiting for them.
Long story short, the two girls get caught by the sisters while Romel manages to escape.
Luckily for them, they're spared and, after meeting Alcina, they become part of the staff.
What really intrigues the lady of the castle is their lack of fear and their courage. I have to specify that Marina seems the only one afraid at beginning, however she's not scared to die, she's only worried for her friends safety.
Anyway, Marina immediately gets along well the lady and will fall for her. Meanwhile Liliana befriends Daniela and then (sloooowly) Cassandra and Bela.
That's it for now guys! Unfortunately, mrs. Artblock has gently knocked on my door. That's why I haven't drew much lately. You're free to ask me whatever you want if you have questions and maybe I'll make a Dimitrescu/Ocs Q&A in the future.

Words Aren't Necessary

Written for Meta May Monday 2024's prompt: Pack.
I enjoyed Teen Wolf The Movie, all-in-all. Like any piece of media, there were things I wanted that I didn't get and things that I felt should have happened that didn't. Now, while there are things I didn't want and things that I feel shouldn't have happened, for me it is always beneficial to examine the media closely and answer the question, why did they do that?
One of the things that displeased me initially was the appearance of distance between Liam and Scott. (And the absence of Hayden, but if I talk about that, I'll never get to my point). Liam and Scott didn't have a real conversation in the movie beyond a few shouted instructions at each other. Yes, part of the reason for this was trying to fit a whole story into a little over two hours, but they could have at least had a moment together.
However, looking back over time, I had an epiphany. Perhaps that wasn't an oversight but a conscious decision. I decided to look at their relationship in the movie within the context of the show, and I concluded that this was not just a production necessity but -- especially in the light of the "Scott roars and the pack's eyes light up" scene -- a conscious decision. Perhaps words aren't necessary to reaffirm the bond between alpha and beta.
I will explore this by looking at their relationship in the movie and comparing it with two different scenes: the opening when the possessed wolf comes onto the lacrosse field in Said the Spider to the Fly (6x01) and the scene between Derek and three of his betas in Restraint (3x07).
When the movie starts, Scott is in Los Angeles, and he tells Chris that he hasn't been back in Beacon Hills for a long time. Liam lives and works with Hikari in a place that could very well be on the other side of the world but was never specified. Scott and Liam are both drawn to Beacon Hills for different reasons, yet at first, they don't seem to have had much to do with each other. When they do meet up, there are clues that they haven't become strangers. Scott may be surprised to see Liam, but then again Liam was living far away. On the other hand, Liam doesn't have to introduce Hikari. Liam doesn't have to explain the reasons why he and Hikari would come here. Scott can give Liam instructions immediately, and there's no push back. They work together without any of the necessary establishing scenes that people who have lost track of each other would need. I point out that this is also true for Derek, Lydia, and Malia. Malia and Scott have issues, but even so, it doesn't stop them from working together; it doesn't even make it more difficult. Malia tries to tell Lydia that she missed her, which Lydia gently rebuffs, but that's set to the side.
In fact, the person that Scott must talk to the most is Allison, bewitched by the nogitsune. He establishes motive, explains decisions, and seeks to build trust. Melissa tells Scott that it's important to help her remember who she was. Allison was pack. Just like Liam, just like Derek, just like Lydia and Malia.
Now, a possible counter argument is that this was just made to cut down on exposition in the movie due to time requirements, but I feel there are many scenes (especially between Stiles and Scott, but I'm not going to address those because Stiles wasn't in the movie) where trust was demonstrated in the series by there being no need to explain it to each other.
An important scene which I feel demonstrates this is at the beginning of 6B. Liam, having trouble because Hayden has moved away, almost gets caught transforming in the middle of practice. Scott has to talk him down. Yet, when the diseased wolf (possessed by the Anuk-Ite, though no one knows that yet) shows up and menaces Nolan and the lacrosse team, Scott and Liam immediately begin working together without talking. Scott doesn't have to ask Liam to come with him; Liam doesn't have to inquire about their plan. They walk in unison even though Liam was having trouble not five minutes before.
A counterpoint is the scene in Restraint, where Derek is trying to formulate a plan against the kanima and Gerard, and he gets frustrated because his betas keep questioning his decisions. They're looking at the restraints they're going to use for the full moon, and Isaac is asking him question after question. Derek explodes with "We can't!" to these questions which seem to be quite reasonable. Why the anger? Because pack should mean that his betas shouldn't have to badger him about what they were going to do. Isaac never stops questioning Derek, never stops demanding explanations. Eventually, Isaac joins up with another pack.
Of course, the writing decisions are influenced by the limitations of the medium, especially time requirements. Davis very clearly didn't want to spend a lot of time on exposition and explanation. That wasn't what he was interested in. Yet, I feel that the lack of conversation in the movie couldn't be Davis's disinterest in Liam and Scott's relationship, because otherwise there would be little reason for Liam to be there at all. Liam didn't know Allison; he wasn't invested, and if the film could do without Stiles, it could certainly do without Liam. But the narrative reason he was included was to underline the truth behind Scott's taunt to the nogitsune.
Scott: And I'm still standing. And I'm still the alpha.
The nogitsune wants their fun, and it pleases it to kill a pack's alpha right in front of them, and he is there alpha, and they're his betas. It even pretends to be a werewolf to twist the knife. He fails, of course, but Jeff didn't need to have the characters say the words to show that it is true.

Request Guidelines and Rules
Important Things to Note:
This blog is just one of my hobbies that I do for fun in my free time, and I make these gifs for free - of course I am going to prioritize getting requests done in a timely manner, but I might also just chill and take an extra day or three to finish.
Rest assured I'll always communicate if, for whatever reason, life decides that I need to put gifmaking/requests on hold for a few days or longer. Same goes for when I'm back up and running - I will not reopen requests until all previous accepted slots are filled.
Guidelines:
Send gifset requests through the askbox only, please. I won't consider requests made through comments/dms. I'll be more lenient with icon or video requests made through comments, but I'd prefer the ask box in general since I pay most attention to that.
If your request is simple in nature, don't be shy to just send it as it is.
That being said, the more specific, the better! I can get closer to your vision with the more details you can provide, otherwise I'll fill any gaps myself as I see fit.
EXAMPLE: "can i request a set of the scene where niffty stabs adam in episode 8?"
Simple request, but easily doable - in cases like this it would be entirely up to me on certain aspects like how many gifs I'll end up doing, which parts of the entire scene I show, if I add subtitles or not, etc.
Here is an example of a request for the same scene, but with more detail:
EXAMPLE: "request: a set of the scene when niffty is stabbing adam while laughing maniacally (starting from 16:32) and ending when lute shouts "no!" with subtitles? thank you!"
Also just as doable, and now I have clear instruction on what exactly to include. Heck, you can even throw in details like, idk, "including vox's reaction"/"can you take out vox's reaction though?"
If you're asking for a set focused on a certain character and you want it done in what I call a Spotlight style (eg: adam, angel dust), you can specify how many gifs you'd like: The minimal I'll do is 2, with a maximum of 8. Otherwise I'll do 4 by default. If you don't specify that you want this kind of style then I'll just do whatever feels fun for me at the moment :D
My minimum of 2 and maximum of 8 applies to all requests, as of now (though I won't be so tough on this either, if I'm cooking and the set ends up being 10 gifs, it ends up being 10 gifs lol)
Other Kinds of Requests I Will Do (will add more in the future, probably):
Make Me Choose - send me an ask and make me choose between two things related to Hazbin or Helluva, or even both! It can be characters, a particular scene, a character's dynamic with another, anything really. All you gotta do is send an ask that says "[x] or [y]?" no additional details required, but you can totally add some if you'd like. Like instead of just sending "lucifer or stolas?" you could send "who do you think is funnier, lucifer or stolas?" Either way I'll make a gifset dedicated to who or whatever I choose.
Episode Clips - Is there a scene from Hazbin Hotel or Helluva Boss episode that you like? Check out my #episode clips tag, I may have posted it already, but if I haven't, feel free to request a scene! I won't do scenepacks, but I may in the future, who knows.
Screencaps/Icons - I'll also post screencaps or icons of a character, scene, etc, just ask.
Rules:
Repeating this only once more: I will only consider gifset requests made through the askbox.
Keep your request contained in a single ask. I will not fill a request if it is split between two or more asks, so get those details all within the character limit.
For my personal comfort, I'm asking that you don't request gifsets or interact with me directly (ask, dm, @) if you're a minor (also like what are you doing here? lol). As I state in my bio, I'm an adult posting about an adult show that very much has adult themes prevalent in it so like it's not rocket science as to why the idea of talking to a minor about this show is Fucking Weird, right?
That being said I'm not anyone's parent and I'm not gonna spend hours combing through every single blog that sends in a request off anon looking for age confirmation but also like, if I hover over your name and you have your age right there in your bio that is very much under 18, sorry but I'm gonna block you.
I'll try to do every single request I get, but if I can't, I'll always state my reason why. But I'll definitely encourage you to send in another request or link you back here if necessary.
I don't know how to put this eloquently but like, try not to go overboard with requests? I'm still pretty new at this and I don't know how to do a lot of those cool color effects/blending/layering stuff the actual good gifmakers can do lmao. If I feel like I don't have the ability to fulfill the request and/or feel that it would just take too long to complete I'll decline and state my reasons why + encourage that you send another request. I don't exactly see this being a real issue, but hey, just in case.
For personal comfort, I won't do requests that are specifically asking for shipping content - yes, even if I myself do ship it! I figured staying neutral is the easiest way to go about this. Chaggie would be the only exception since they're less of a ship in my eyes and more of just a canon couple whose relationship is an integral part of their own respective stories/the main plot as well.
UPDATE: Since I do Helluva Boss now, I will now include canon relationships from there as exceptions to this rule as well, so Stolitz and Moxillie.
Don't ask for ships, ask for source material instead. What do I mean by this? Instead of asking for content of the characters by their ship name, or by wording the requested interaction in a way that paints it in a romantic light, you can just ask for the scenes as they are.
Example of a request I won't do: "can you do a gifset of huskerdust moments/interactions from the beginning of episode 4 pls?"
I would decline this, but you can still get this exact scene filled if you word it like this instead:
Example of a request I will do: "can you do a set from the beginning of ep 4, when angel is flirting with husk and he tells him he sees right through his act?"
Much better. Yeah, I very much ship huskerdust myself, but I'd only take the request if it's worded in this way.
If you're wondering why the hell this is even a rule, it's for me, mostly. I don't like the idea of constantly declining requests of ship content for ships I'd be uncomfortable doing. Or denying myself making gifs of moments between characters I like in a context outside of shipping. I think this way keeps it fun for everyone.
As for reblogging it and tagging it with a ship name: eh, do whatever. Tag it as you like! Tag it as you will! Not like I can stop you, but also I genuinely don't really care beyond that point AKDKSJFJSJF. Humor me, yeah? I promise this is my only weird rule lmao.
(You may see me talk about a ship I enjoy every now and then, but those will be contained in my own brainrot where the context becomes way more fandom-like and less source material-like. I am just focused on keeping requests neutral this way.)

🍄❄️🌿 if you want!! - @pigeonwit
(Writer ask game!)
🍄 (how did you get into writing fanfiction?)
This has...three answers, depending on how far back you want to go.
Answer 1: The first fanfiction I wrote was a cursed but hilarious Shakespeare mega-crossover that I've contemplated posting here based on a writing prompt on a sophomore year English final. I then proceeded to not write any more fanfiction (except for my Broadchurch-inspired poetry in creative writing), until...
Answer 2: At the beginning of the pandemic, I was rewatching Parks and Rec and was curious how, at one point, Ben knew about Leslie's favorite spot in City Hall. I wrote a short one-shot with my thoughts, made an AO3 account to post it, and thought I'd never use the account to post anything else, until...
Answer 3: A few months after I first watched Newsies, I thought I could fit the Newsies characters into a Much Ado About Nothing retelling pretty well--Javid as Ben and Bea, Spot and Race as Claudio and Hero, Katherine as Don Pedro, etc. My irl friend encouraged me to write it and helped with some plot stuff (Jack dressing up as Rapunzel was her idea if I remember correctly). I thought I wouldn't write anything else after that, but then I had ideas for one-shots and was kind of in a bad place mentally, so I kept going, and now here I am >140k words into the Bachelorette AU! What a time!
❄ (What's your dream theme/plot for a fic, and who would write it best?)
I thought about this in the shower, and I think I'd like to see a whodunit/murder mystery fic, which seems like the sort of thing @jack-kellys would be good at. I know I certainly would not be up to writing a proper murder mystery though (despite taking an entire English class on detective fiction in high school).
(Last answer under the cut because this got long, oops)
🌿 (give some advice on writer's block and low creativity)
I know I maintain the illusion of avoiding writer's block by having a semi-regular posting schedule for the Bachelorette AU, but I am very much not immune to writer's block. Here are some things I do, with the caveat that this is just my experience and my methods do not work for everyone.
If the block is coming from feeling like I'm not sure what I'm doing in the next few scenes, I'll take a bit to figure out and write down what the next few scenes will be. These won't be super detailed, but I'll sometimes specify the POV character and usually say "xyz happens." For example, right now I have notes in my bachelorette document about who's going in the hot seat when, as well as the scenes I want to have take place after the men tell all filming wraps.
If I'm just overwhelmed, I'll take a little longer and write a list of things, in order, that need to happen in a chapter (this is what I did for each chapter for the bachelorette au). In the Much Ado adaptation, I wrote down each scene number from the play and decided which POV(s) each scene would have and in what order, which served as a reminder of what each scene focused on.
If it's just that the words won't come, I look back over what I've read, go read a book, or I just sort of force myself to plod along (with the exception of these past couple weeks, where I've been really tired from work and haven't had much time to sit down and designate Writing Time). Brute-forcing isn't for everyone, but when I'm doing that, I try not to delete what I've written and I try not to think about whether it's good, since if I don't like the scene I can go back and edit or rewrite it later. I also do sprints sometimes.
After yet another abandoned novel attempt in 2022, I never skip ahead to the scene I really want to write. I'll write down single lines or bits of dialogue, but that's it. If I skip ahead, it makes it way harder to finish the fic.
#asks#ask game#pidge!#dubious life advice#writing#that first answer reminded me that i've spent a lot of time writing memoir-style stuff#both for fun and to help make sense of my life because i've had some weird/bad stuff happen#anyway these were very fun thanks for sending them!

For your TF fan continuity:
🏆 - What is the end goal? What are your characters fighting for?
💣 - What/who triggers the climax of the plot?
🦋 - Which character has the biggest transformation?
🌑 - Is there reoccurring symbolism? Motifs?
(from this ask game)
Upon inquiry, Novafire specified which part of the continuity this should be about. There are... four... storylines in total, two of which are important, but many of the sub-narratives happen at the same time. Because why make things simple when they can be complicated >:D
The first sentence is
h elp
I'll try to focus on the main part which is essentially every typical TF story ever and the side story featuring OCs that experience the conflict from the sidelines. I hope you don't mind, since the mythology and post-canon action isn't much exciting. They will be referred to by their WIP titles, Entropy and Incandescence, respectively.
🏆 - What is the end goal? What are your characters fighting for?
Entropy:
Picture every typical pre-war story ever and blend them into something that looks like a smoothie - a badly blended smoothie because some fruit parts are floating around and disrupting the drink's consistency. Yeah, that's what it looks like from the outside. But on the inside it doesn't really look any better, haha.
There are many issues that need to be resolved and all of them stem from one big problem. The protagonists go on numerous adventures and solve many a mystery - though ultimately, they need to find the source of all evil and defeat it. Greed is a nasty thing. It will twist the noblest individuals to become their worst self on their rise to power. It will be their downfall - which is why they never stay in power long enough to leave lasting damage, save for the three mecha who have it all and want even more. It is up to the protagonists to stop them and reverse the damage they had done.
Their enemies are:
1) Cybertron's political system - a few rotten fruits can disturb the entire drink and make it unenjoyable. The main trio responsible for the unstable political situation are Sentinel Prime, Senator Proteus and Councillor Zeta - forming a secret, mighty triumvirate. They want power, they have the means to seize it and they will go to great lengths in order to see Cybertron subjected to their whims. Corruption goes a long way and even the repressed masses will be influenced by the triumvirate. 'You are not immune to propaganda' and all that.
2) The authorities - since the army and enforcers are working under their orders, the freedom and safety of the citizens lies in the hands of three individuals who could not care less about them. Even the enforcers themselves aren't exempt from surveillance. Mutual trust is at an all time low and everyone's priority is to live another day. If a mech doesn't conform to society's expectations, they will find a way to change that and those who work for the government are the first in line for behavioral corrections à la memory wipe or a reframe, etc.
3) Cities, or Titans and their speakers - we have the primacy which speaks for Cybertron, the council that decides what is good for Cybertroniankind and the senate which calls the shots in city states. But Titans also exist and their speakers watch over the districts their Titan resides at. However, not all Titans get the funding and resources they need to keep the population afloat. And helpless, impotent inhabitants cannot care for their home, right? It's a downward spiral. Only the most profitable Titans get what they need. Some are deemed as less important than others and this causes a rift between Cityspeakers. This does not end well.
4) Quintessons - Some time after the war is over, a Quintesson colony ship is spotted in Cybertron's orbit. They want their planet back. Elderly Quintessons like Alpha Q are part of the first generation which left Cybertron even before the First Generation roamed the surface, but they - like many other mechanical lifeforms made by the Primes - were sent to space to explore the cosmos and find a new home somewhere else. Millions of years later, the Quintessons have returned it is up to the protagonists and Alpha Q to find a solution for this problem. Preferably before the Quintessons reassemble Luna I and Luna II into Unicron and pilot him to wipe out Cybertroniankind. Don't worry, they will find a compromise.
5) In the end, their greatest enemy is their own self
What they plan to achieve:
1) Removing the members of the triumvirate from their positions - As the world begins to fall apart, everyone's favorite dock worker Orion Pax, founder of the Autobots, meets up with his fellow revolutionary Megatron, leader of the Decepticons. Both are inspiring spokespeople of their respective organizations, dreaming of a better tomorrow and sending messages of hope to their followers. They coordinate protests and hand out flyers, help those in need and stand against their oppressors. There is nothing more punk than spreading love and hope in a world which wishes to take this from them.
One day, a protest in Iacon turns violent and the Decepticons storm the senate and the council while the Autobots guide shocked civilians to safety. Orion Pax and Megatron hunt down the Prime - they follow him to his safe room where they talk for the last time, before Megatron shoots Sentinel Prime in a fit of rage. At Orion's unwillingness to destroy the root of all their problems, he declares war on the Autobots. At first, it seems like it had been nothing but an empty threat, until the Decepticons start attacking cities with wobbly but still functioning political structures all over Cybertron. One group of Autobots retaliates and this marks the unofficial beginning of the Cybertronian Great War.
Proteus escapes and leaves Cybertron, only to be slain by Starscream once his ship sets course to Earth. Zeta becomes the next Prime and remains on Cybertron, until an angry and upgraded Orion Pax returns from Earth just to kill him for personal reasons.
The Matrix is missing - it has been since the start of the war - but they find clues that it may have been stored away in one of their ships (Autobot or Decepticon). The Matrix acts like a two-way screen here. It lets the dormant Primus experience life on his surface in the form of a dream while the Matrix-bearer may see what is happening on Cybertron and how the planet itself is feeling. There is also this whole wisdom-of-past-Primes shtick, but that doesn't work well nor is it actually helpful. Not that it matters since it's gone anyway.
Rung has simply had enough, transformed and left... because he did not like Sentinel Prime and Zeta even less, lmao.
2) Decoupling the legislative, executive and judicial systems from the Primacy - Prowl was a lawyer before he was reframed. One of his cases was linked to the illegal activities of Sentinel Prime and how he and his allies funded laboratories to which he sent mecha who were causing him trouble. He found himself in such a lab pretty soon, his memories were wiped, he was given a new frame, a new identity, and now he was Prowl, the enforcer. His undetected sibling bond was the only evidence for what was done to him.
After joining the Autobots, he digs deeper into the Prime's illicit activities and finds enough leverage against him to tell Orion about it. The information finds its way out of the inner circles of the Autobots - it sparks an outcry by the public.
3) Form independent but cooperative city-states (gone wrong) - In order to reach equity, they must challenge the status quo which is easier said than done. Although cityspeakers have some influence in the grand scheme of things, it is not enough to ensure that the needs of their titans will be met. Too many lives are on the line so the less powerful cityspeakers team up against the government's favorites.
One of them, Damus, also known as Tarn (the tank), the cityspeaker of Tarn (the titan), argues with his mentor Iaconus, cityspeaker of Iacon. Things get out of hand and Iaconus calls in a favor of the Prime and wants Damus to be (dun dun duuun!) reframed. Shocking! Outrageous! Tarn (the titan) is having none of it and manufactures a second frame for his speaker.
Tarn (the tank) is none the wiser of the situation and just like he did before, he accepts Iaconus as his mentor. But Iaconus is noticably less friendly now. Tarn doesn't mind. The titan does but other than wishing for him to be cautious in the form of gentle pleas and mental hugs, he is powerless to prevent his speaker from falling for Iaconus' illusion.
A few cityspeakers suspect a conspiracy behind this sudden change. Praxus (Commissioner Cordon in his private life, there's a Batman joke here somewhere) investigates as far as he can but doesn't find out much. Or anything that will make a change. Tarn will never know what had transpired and so he lives on in the shadow of his mentor and in the safety of his titan, until the council denies his propositions for a better infrastructure and more needed funding for the umpteenth time. He follows the same path his predecessor has - the path that leads to his demise once again.
This time, he tries to keep it a secret from Iaconus. Other less-favored titan-cityspeaker duos join him and together they make a plan to protest the council's and senate's refusal to help them. Iaconus and a few of his "friends" join the official's side and that marks the end of their mentorship.
Also, no one likes Iaconus. All my homies hate Iaconus.
Tarn (the tank) is heartbroken, Tarn (the titan) is sad but supportive and then. And then the war breaks out, titans are destroyed, killed, and the cityspeakers meet up for the last time. Declaring the end of their neutrality they split up into Decepticons and Autobots - Iaconus and his traitors are waiting for them. They fight and Iaconus injures Tarn who is still hesitant to fight his former mentor. Megatron finds him and lifts him up, promising a better future for all of them if they joined his ranks.
And Tarn, the ever naive and hopeful mech he is, believes him. Those who joined them that day and lost their titans in a fight will later become the Decepticon Justice Division. They will become Headmasters and pilot their dead titans through space to hunt down traitors and dangerous Autobots alike.
4) Find a compromise - Optimus has returned to the Well of All Sparks (because of course he has) and Rodimus has taken over his position... more or less out of his own volition. But! Fret not, as he has a team of some of the best mechanisms the world has to offer standing by his side. He's got this (he does, in fact, not have this). They're not going on a cool space adventure this time - though I don't think they would mind that much.
Seven cross-faction teams are working together to find a way to stop Unicron from forming and destroying their planet. Meanwhile Rodimus has to suffer through bureaucracy and politics. The seven teams find a way to ensure the Quintessons will not destroy their kind and they fight Unicron, G1 movie-style. He wakes for a short amount of time and sees what is going on, separates into his two halves again and threatens to obliterate the Quintesson ships out of Cybertron's orbit. No one is allowed to mess with him, not even creations of Primus. A handful of Quintessons that don't want to conquer the planet but want to live there regardless negotiate for a right of residence and are accepted into their society. Unicron returns to his deep slumber, he resumes orbiting Cybertron as Luna I and Luna II and the day is saved.
5) Characters can change under hardships.
-
Incandescence:
Ironwing's team has commited treason against the Galactic Council and they are on the run from Autobots, Decepticons and the same Space Police Organization they used to work for while simultaneously searching for spare parts to build... something??? that Carbonlight says will end all conflict throughout the universe. It is left unsaid that the machine they intend to create will be a mind-control device for starformers, huge, radiant, resting, planet-sized mechanical lifeforms that were created in the same way that Primus was.
Carbonlight's plans come into fruition and he takes control over three starformers. It is Ironwing's and his team's mission to stop them.
A neutral ship called the Stellar Observatory offers their assistance and together they try to lure the starformers into a trap and destroy Carbonlight's dangerous invention.
-
💣 - What/who triggers the climax of the plot?
Entropy:
This is hard to say because many factors influence how the final battle will play out. One would be that the Autobots have found new motivation to end the war after landing on Earth, another would be that Orion has had enough of Zeta Prime's unwillingness to help them and he murders him. Surprising to no one but himself, he finds the Matrix (pedestal included) waiting for him in the control room of his ship the next day and he accepts the Primacy for the sake of his Autobots.
Megatron is enraged because his opponent has embraced the symbol of their oppression (and he's totally not jealous of OP, noo). He launches an all-out attack on the Autobots at which the newly dubbed Optimus Prime responds with everything his forces have to offer. It's a wasteful event. Too many are injured to fight on, the Decepticons and Autobots are tired of everything. So Soundwave and Starscream come to the conclusion that now would be a good moment to put an end to it all.
They incapacitate him and negotiate the end of the war in the name of their faction and the majority of Cons agree to it. Megatron has become too attached to his warped idea of a fair society. He may have been an inspiring revolutionary once, but as the war dragged on, he had lost himself to the chase of thrill. He had become too obsessed over killing his once insignificant rival.
But despite his lack of fighting skills and his inadequate build, Orion had withstood. He had upgraded himself after each defeat. He had become his equal in strength and wits and destruction. They really, truly deserve each other (derogatory). Megatron is exiled and Optimus flies into the Well of All Sparks because he thinks it's the right thing to do.
Then, Rung escapes and appears in front of a shocked Hot Rod.
Fast forward a couple of years, Unicron is in their planet's orbit and Starscream and his cross-faction science division has made a fleet powerful enough to approach the giant planetary defense system that is targeting them. What triggers the final battle is Unicron's attack.
Seven ships set out to space and only the most courageous (and foolish) enter his frame and trigger the giant to wake up. He chases away the hostile Quintessons and returns to sleep.
Incandescence:
Carbonlight hears of Unicron's short waking and sets course toward Cybertron. Near its sun, the Stellar Observatory overtakes them and they lure the starformers into the sun.

🦋 - Which character has the biggest transformation?
Entropy:
Prowl. Not only is he the main protagonist, he goes through so much character development that I need a full document to keep track of all the subtle but important changes over the course of the story. He does a completely 360° in terms of - I don't know - everything? It's hard to describe in just a few sentences but I'll try.
He wakes up in his new body with no recollection of his past. He is, save for his spark, a blank slate. His partner doesn't care what happens to him, his supervisor doesn't give him explanations and at the slightest mishap, he will meet the fate of all Prowls that have come before him. Strayshot has lost count how many partner changes he's had and all of them had been unexperienced rookies who asked too many questions.
So, on his first mission, he is told over his comms to shoot an unarmed suspect. He obeys because he is three hours old and has no idea what is actually going on. Suddenly, a part in his processor activates and he thinks to himself, "This feels wrong."
Prowl gets used to the monotonous busy life of an enforcer and grows to hate it internally. Slowly, he starts to question whether what he is doing is truly morally correct or if he is being played and he tries to be discreet about it. With little guidance how to do his job correctly, he starts to feel overwhelmed. His tactical network is state of the art software, the best on the market, but it's incompatible with his own hardware. Strayshot finds him during his first crash and stays just long enough to stabilize his condition.
This is how he learns what compassion is, although it's forced and unnatural in this case. After he recovers, something tugs on his spark. A strange feeling makes him wander off to a less favorable part of lower Praxus and he sees two suspicious mechanizms watching him. When he chases after them, they lure him into a trap and reveal their identities.
It turns out that Brawn and Side Burn are his brothers and Prowl’s spark remembers them. The three of them catch up with their lives and while Prowl doesn’t trust them yet, they agree to meet again in a few days. This goes on for a while, until Strayshot dies. He goes without a partner for a while and is tasked with paperwork only, which isn’t as bad as it sounds for someone with the best integrated tacnet Cybertron has to offer. This leaves him with a lot of time to think about how he could make their next meeting safer. This doesn’t work out as planned and during a sensitive case he catches someone spying on them. A chase sequence happens.
As soon as he has the chance, he goes against direct orders not to go underground and follows the stranger deep into the tunnels under their planet’s crust. There he finds himself surrounded by hostile bots hiding from the law. Outnumbered and outgunned, he expects them to treat him like he treats all criminals, but to his surprise they spare his life. Then their leader shows up, a lowly dock worker named Orion Pax who believes it is time to change the world.
They talk about a lot and Prowl learns that the political situation everywhere else on Cybertron isn’t much better. Sentinel Prime has turned the government against the general population in hope to gain even more power, many other politicians are spitting on the rights of the people. It is hard to speak up because the scientists have developed and perfected reframing. Basically every enemy of the state can be reshaped and employed to work for the government against their will and everyone who learns about it shares the same fate. Even those who accidentally insult any of the Prime’s friends aren’t safe.
Prowl is offered a choice. He can either join these rebels that call themselves the Autobots, or return to his old life as an enforcer but not before they use the cortical psychic patch on him and clear his memories of the past couple of hours. He refuses at first and a few Autobots call him out on how he is a murderer of the innocent and this paired with the stress he’s under leads to another crash.
When he wakes up, Ratchet is still tending to him. He recognizes the famous medic and calls him a traitor, but he is grateful for the patch-up. They talk about his role in this conflict and Prowl comes to the conclusion that he cannot join the Autobots yet, but he is willing to function as a sort of associate and advisor and he gives Orion his contact data.
Then he gets a new partner, a brand new reframed mech called Barricade who has different specifications than his prototype and a blank personality. Prowl should act as his partner and his mentor until Barricade is seen fit to be transferred to Kaon and take over a small team of his own once his training is finished. Prowl isn’t thrilled about this development, but soon he sees the potential that Barry has.
The moment the new mech shows signs of a personality starting to blossom, Prowl teaches him to question everything and to think for himself. But only when no one is watching. After some team bonding, Prowl now sees his mentee like a third brother. Since his own siblings don’t want an outsider to get involved in this, he doesn’t tell Barricade about anything. Side Burn and Brawn cross paths with the Autobots too, but since they’re harmless, they only get an invitation to join them - and they will when Prowl does.
One day, Prowl goes against his commander's orders and backs up, while the other enforcers charge forward. It turns out it was a trap set by a radical bunch of Decepticons and all except a critically damaged Barricade die. The young mech is patched up to save his life, but they don’t erase his memories despite the obvious processor damage he has sustained, hoping that it would make him more resilient and aggressive towards Decepticons.
It is the last straw for Prowl when Jazz tells him what he has found out about his team’s fate and while his citizen record is officially marked as KIA (and another Prowl is put in his spot), a highly trained squad under the ‘improved’ Barricade hunts for him. Prowl joins the Autobots full time as their new strategist and does his best to keep his helm low and avoid public attention.
Meanwhile, the Barricade's squad suffers failure after failure and in his pursuit of his former mentor, he strays from his designated path and they decide to have him thrown into the pit fights as punishment. And former enforcers aren’t popular with the poor mecha fighting for their lives. That’s where he meets Megatron and where it really goes downwards for his mental health. Poor guy. He learns a hard lesson and when the war breaks out, he joins the Decepticons.
Prowl is now the head strategist of the Autobots and takes over Ariel’s role as second in command. She remains a general and one of Orion’s right hand mecha like Dion and Jazz.
As the war rages on, the stakes are raised and Orion asks Prowl to run a simulation that should help them gain the upper hand as soon as possible, but he and his carefully picked team of strategists miscalculate the risks one too many times. To him it feels like he is trapped in there for eternity, his processor is operating at such high speeds that he loses track of time. And when it is over the amount of time he has been gone should remain ambiguous to him.
One day, the simulation is disconnected. Everything stops and the program reports that a majority of their forces have lost after what feels like many years of continuous calculation. Orion informs him that this has not been a simulation at all. Well, oops, haha.
Now he has to live with the knowledge that he has sent countless bots to their death and Orion demotes him, hoping Prowl would find something to distract his troubled mind. He joins Spec Ops and as much as he hates to admit it, the energon-pumping action helps him cope with what happened. He goes full-on ninja mode (like in Animated), complete with new looks and extensive training.
It takes a lot of convincing from his coworkers to accept reality after being trapped in a simulation. At one point, he has become numb to outside influence and thinks everything that has happened until now is just one single, enormous simulation and that none of this is real. But it is and it hurts to think about it. Prowl is under constant surveillance since they fear he might snap. And he does snap but not outwardly.
This is as close as he'll ever get to IDW1 levels of cold and calculating. It's his defense mechanism against losing his mind completely. He can't hurt anyone if no one is close to him. His friends catch on quickly though and show him how much they still care about him.
Being reminded about his failures becomes more bearable over time. Then the Autobots find their way to Earth. Humans aren’t affiliated with the Galactic Council which allows Cybertronians to approach the planet. It also happens to be the last one Orion’s team visits before peace is declared.
Here, the Cons capture half of Spec Ops and download Prowl's tacnet into the Constructicons. Yay! Not only that, but their minds come in contact and Prowl leaves behind a backdoor, a string of code which will allow him later to force them to combine and seek him out. With one of their top combiners out of the picture, the Autobots regain superiority on the battlefield and so on and so forth.
Hours after peace is negotiated, Prowl sneaks in to the brig and frees the Constructicons out of guilt. He has had years to come to terms with what he has done and with the help of his friends, he has learned to let go of past troubles. He does testify before court and serves his sentence working in construction alongside new friends. It's surprising how well his tacnet is suited for this industry. And how content he is to just try living like a normal mech while watching the world heal.
Incandescence:
Hmm, it has to be Helios. Life isn't easy on him and he feels like he's only good at being a tool for others to wield. Despite his devotion, he earns naught but a speck of recognition. His efforts are invisible, they are not something to be proud of and he sure isn't proud of himself. His brother didn't express positive emotions towards him and everyone else ignores him, save for Proteus who only sees him for his usefulness as a cheap errand boy and a scapegoat that does the dirty work for him.
Helios learns what it means to be loved and cherished once he lands on Earth. The local air rescue team is kind to him and when the Stellar Observatory takes him in, he befriends Nightjet and Ironwing. They show him what life should feel like and those days are the happiest of his life. He masks his troubles behind false cheerfulness and this scares away other members of the crew, but not these two.
He can be himself when they're around - and the same can be said about Ironwing and Nightjet. A proud warrior and a deceivingly disinterested mech return back to their old, authentic selves, an enthusiastic actor and an adventurer full of romantic ideas and musings.
These three mean so much to me and they don't even have a ship name.

Not as much/many as you'd think😅
Entropy - a state of disorder or randomness 📊 Chaos and order - you can't have one without the other 🔄
Incandescence - the visible electromagnetic radiation emitted by heated bodies ☀️ Colors - every OC under Firecry's command (Ironwing's team) has one hue of the rainbow as its primary color 🌈

There Are Whispers Behind My Smile
(Getou × psycho!reader)
**•̩̩͙✩•̩̩͙*˚˚*•̩̩͙✩•̩̩͙*˚*
Hey all!
I haven't written fanfiction in a while but that Geto mf has been driving me crazy and the fantasies have been running wild
I decided that because psycho Y/n barely happens, I would like to give writing her a try. I live in Canada so any descriptions I give of high school will be from my personal experience.
I will do my absolute best to not specify any of Y/n's physical features so that this fic doesn't exclude anybody <3
Clothing might be specified here and there, but I'll try to avoid that as well when I'm given the chance
Tags will be added as the story progresses! I haven't figured out all the details so I'm only tagging what I know will eventually happen.
I hope this isn't a turn off for anybody (lol) but Toji and Mamaguro are our parents for this fic, Megumi is our half brother. I thought having Toji as a dad (and Megumi as our little brother) would be quite fitting in some places. Plus, I just want those three to be a family (is that too much to ask gege?)
I hope my writing style isn't super wonky! It's been years since I've written for entertainment so my flow might not be strong in the first few chapters.
That's all I can think of to say right now. So without further ado, Enjoy?

Every year the school put together a year-end camping trip for the grade 12 (senior) students. They're always planned to take place over the weekend and consist of three days and two nights. They went to the same cabin camp ground every year that was an hour outside of the city. The camp ground was on the opposite side of a lake that you and your family went to every year, so you were semi familiar.
Despite this, you were still reluctant to go. You didn't really like the other students in your grade - save for a handful of kids who actually had a form of sense - and you thought you deserved better than to waste a precious weekend with the stupid bastards you attended school with. You didn't mind staying at home with your family. Your parents - mainly your step mom - liked to plan enjoyable things for the weekend anyways so it wasn't like you were going to miss out on a good time.
When you told them about your decision to veto the camping trip, they didn't push too much for answers. They of course inquired as to why this was your decision because they thought it odd. Normally kids at the age of 17 would jump at the opportunity to spend a weekend away from home. They even pointed out how the lake was one they frequented as a family. You simply told them it wasn't something you thought you'd enjoy.
"besides, my classmates are unbearable at times. I'd rather stay here than go to the middle of nowhere with people I dislike."
Nonetheless, their hearts couldn't help but warm at the fact that their ‘little’ girl would rather stay with them. Your dad, Toji, raised you after all, and in terms of personality, you took on after him quite much. They, especially he, were familiar with the fact that you weren't super outgoing when it came to things like the camping trip. And even though the fact delighted her, your stepmother couldn't stop the concern from seeping into her chest when you reminded her of your reluctance to be social.
Your tendency to be antisocial reminded her of your dad. When she met you both seven years ago, she wanted nothing more than to help him out with the issues that stemmed from the traumas he faced as a kid. And even though you and him were in a much better place now, she could never guarantee that – outside of the home – you would be safe from the issues that once plagued your father.
You were 10 years old when your father introduced her to you for the first time and she immediately noticed that you weren't like the other kids she had seen of your age. For one, you were quiet. You weren't shy, no, you just didn't want to speak to her.. or anyone who wasn't your dad for that matter. It was like you needed to trust her first.
You were a carbon copy of your father.
You were careful and calculated. You weren't a hasty child and you always thought about your actions. Deep down, she knew that this behaviour was a product of you and your dad's previous living conditions. And it made her feel terrible because she thought the irrational and carefree portion of your youth had been stripped away. It took time, but eventually you started coming around. You stopped hiding from her. And although you were still hesitant to speak to her directly, you slowly let yourself become curious around the new woman that seemed to have captured your dad's heart. When you needed to know something about her, you would whisper your curiosity into your dad's ear and he would smile at your progress.
She felt proud of herself for what she was able to accomplish. But there was always a nagging feeling that there was more she could do for you personally. So although your dad had dropped the issue of the camping trip, she made it clear that should you ever change your mind, you had their support.
You were content with this, feeling like the matter had been disposed of and you could move on with your life.
Besides, it's not like you knew that you would have a sudden change of heart...
________
You had gone to school the next day feeling awfully bored and displeased. Just an hour ago you were sitting at the table with your darling little brother, Megumi, watching him eat his breakfast. You never had an appetite for food in the morning, it made you feel a little ill when you ate in the early hours. Instead you talked with him about odd topics – or whatever you could muster up with a 5 year old kid. How much you wished to go back home..
You sat in first period and waited for class to start, still another 10 minutes. Your assigned spot was in the back of the class. Ir was something you particularly enjoyed because it meant your watchful eyes could see everything. Or...
Everyone...
And that 'everyone' included him.
Suguru Geto.
Geto had been the apple of your eye the moment you first saw him. It was the first day of high school almost three years ago and you remembered the moment like it happened yesterday. Though how could you not? It replayed in your head only a million times a day:
The first day of school and you were already late. Great. Sometime during the night, your charger unplugged from the wall and your phone battery drained down to 0%. You missed your alarms and slept in which automatically set your schedule back 30 minutes. And because getting ready in 5 was out of the question, that meant you were to miss the first bus. Taking the next one was no problem, but when you finally arrived at school it caused you to be 10 minutes late for your first class.
You hastily finished at your locker and moved to speed walk to where you thought you had to go. Luckily for you, orientation happened a week ago and your brain was still a little fresh on how to maneuver through the halls of this maze of a high school. But through it all, you were amused that you weren't the only student still roaming around. Here and there, you would find other first year students still finding their way through the school, consulting the roaming staff and teachers for directions to their classes.
'Just around this corner..' you recalled to yourself, no longer paying mind to the others around you.
And although you were semi acquainted with the route, your mental frazzle posed as a distraction so big that you didn't see the body you collided with until it was too late.
"Oof—"
You had crashed into someone's chest and stammered backwards, holding your nose that unfortunately took the brunt of the impact. In the back of your daze you heard a clutter of something hitting the floor. It was probably your phone, ugh.
"Oh crap.. I'm so sorry!"
You rushed to apologize, still pressing around the surface of your nose. You hadn't looked up at the person yet. You felt increasingly displeased, stressed, and embarrassed about what just happened - not to mention the minutes were continuing to add up, making you more late for class. Your glare at the floor was interrupted by the sight of your phone being.. held out to you.
"You're good, don't worry."
Said a male's voice. Sultry, you noticed. Whoever it was sounded humourous and his amusement at the situation could be heard through his tone.
‘Damn you..’
You couldn’t help but think to yourself. But all in all, at least he wasn’t mad at you for crashing into him, right? A win is a win..
You only nodded at the reassurance he responded with, letting go of your nose to take your phone from him. You thought it was time to be decent and look up at the person you just inconvenienced. And when you did, you couldn't stop the breath that hitched in your throat..
... Woah.
The moment you tilted your head up you found that siren eyes were already looking down at you. His pale skin and black hair complimented each other in a fascinating manner. You had never seen a boy your age be comfortable enough to wear their hair the way that he did. His black hair - silky, you noticed - was pulled back into a messy bun of volume and loose strands. The bang that framed the right side of his face only added to his striking charm. You couldn't stop your eyes from trailing down to his lips. They looked soft and unblemished. The corners were raised ever so slightly, solidifying the amusement that was surely spreading through him. The difference in your heights caused him to stare down at you. His dark, cold-cutting eyes were keeping you locked in a trance. You couldn’t move or look away from him.. Do something, you unresponsive idiot!
Surely this man had to have been carved by God himself, yes? A canvas in which no single brush stroke left space for error.
“S-sorry again.. I was distracted.”
You said with the intention to diffuse the situation, hoping it would help your case. In all of this, a particular heat had rushed to your face and you forced yourself to look away from his captivating eyes. There was no way he hadn't noticed the nerves had taken over your body. Your theory was confirmed when you heard the chuckle that make his chest and shoulders shake, a sound that reminded you of soft leather had sent heat to your stomach.
Oak and sandalwood surrounded you and your eyes trailed from where they looked off to the side of the hall to the pale expanse of his neck... you desperately itched to get closer to where you knew you'd find something akin to heaven.
You knew it was rude, but you didn't want to stay any longer. It was getting harder to control your desires and and you still had a class to attend. Drooling over some boy – who was still observing you with anticipation – wasn't going to make this odd day any better for you
"Anyways I need to go, thank you."
You said and moved to step around him, simultaneously gesturing to your phone he picked up for you. Although your words were hasty, theh came out smoother and you gave him a small smile to show you were sincere.
"You're welcome."
It took everything in you to not falter in your steps while you walked away from him. More heat pooled within your body and when you were far enough down the hall, you released a breath you didn't know you were holding. Your heart was beating rapidly and you could feel your face was still warm.
'What the hell was that?..'
You turned around to look at where you were moments ago, feeling a mixture of relief and disappointment when you found there was nobody there..
For the rest of that day, you could think of nothing but entrancing eyes and a sultry voice.
After that day, you two hardly spoke again in the three years you attended high school together. Maybe once or twice in short commentary but nothing that stood out for anyone as divine as him to remember. You soon found out his name when you overheard him talking to his friend with the white hair.. someone you soon came to despise. Why? Because he was always around Geto; a position you ached to fill.
As the days turned into weeks, and the weeks turned into months, Geto and his friends rose into a popularity that soaked up the attention of the many people at their school. Girls wanted a taste of their charms and the guys wanted their validation and acceptance... You knew for a fact that you would never have to force yourself to appeal to him, it would certainly come to him naturally. Everybody wore a fake personality when they were around Geto or his friends, that included their damned smiles.
... It made you infuriatingly sick.
Those bastards weren't worthy of Geto or his attention. Everyday you came to school and watched him look and interact with people who didn't deserve it. It didn't matter the time or place, there was always someone who had his attention. Bitterness was a common emotion you felt at school because his charisma and smile should have belonged to you only.
So why couldn't he see you too? Didn't he see how much better than the others you were?
Your reminisce was interrupted by the ringing bell, signaling the start of first period. Students started to pile in the room and they moved to sit in their seats. Chatter replaced the silence as they got into their spots. And although your head was turned away to look out the window, you kept your ears peeled. Brainless conversations were heard from all corners of the room, further solidifying your lack of care for these people so dull-witted.
But you had no choice. There was still one person you were waiting for.
'Come on come on come on come on… —'
A cackle could be heard outside the room and you grit your teeth in displeasure. You fought not to turn your head because you knew that wherever Satoru Gojo was – the white haired idiot who couldn't keep his mouth shut – Geto was always there to follow. Soon enough, they too entered the class. You watched Geto's reflection through the window with an intense, obsessive stare. Your ears automatically tuned into their conversation..
"Suguru.. come on. She's hot! Go on the camping trip and who knows what'll happen between you two. I'll even pretend to sleep while you two sneak out of the cabins to make out after midnight.. " Gojo teased Geto like something was fucking funny and the latter had the audacity to not deny a thing.
You on the other hand, let your eyes widen in shock.
'Geto…? With another girl…?'
'Again...?'
Your eyes slowly narrowed, glowering at him through the window.
'No fucking way.'
Wasting no time, you pulled out your phone and texted your dad.
You: Hey dad, changed my mind. I feel
like going on the camping trip if
that's okay

Proposal for a DA Origins adaptation part 2.
This time, I'll be outlining the adaptation from the Warden's meeting with Duncan through the events at Ostagar and in the Wilds and onto Lothering. See my previous post on the topic for more info and as always, feel free to give feedback (constructive ones anyway)
Section 1: A village in the Hinterlands.
Starts with Warden (he has a name and backstory, but unless folk ask for it, I'm more than happy to let folks use headcanons) getting done dirty by a chanter after failing to bring in three bounties alive (the board didn't specify they had to be alive, but the chanter is a little shit) so he leaves with only a half the reward which he uses to buy drinks at a tavern. It's here that he encounters Duncan, Elissa Cousland, and her mabari. Duncan notices the Warden's Oath pendant that Warden is wearing around his wrist and asks about its origin (hehe). Warden is evasive at first, but when he finally recognises Duncan as the one who conscripted his father, he's about to respond until three Howe soldiers enter the bar looking for Elissa. Warden decides to start a brawl so Duncan and Elissa can escape (partially aided by the mabari, the innkeep and some patrons). Elissa tells him the truth about who she is, what happened to her family and where she and Duncan are going. Having originally decided to steer clear of Ostagar, Warden decides to go with them to see if the army will take him on for merc work. Just then, darkspawn attack the settlement. Warden fights alongside the three and Duncan, already impressed by his act earlier on, sees him fighting up close and is further impressed. However, in the fighting, Elissa and her mabari get separated from the group. Assuring Warden that they'll be alright, Duncan asks him if he will join the Wardens himself. Warden agrees on the condition that Duncan tell him what happened to his father. Duncan agrees and they head to Ostagar.
Section 2: Ostagar.
The two meet Cailan at the entrance to Ostagar who is all smiles, but is shocked when he learns about the fates of the Couslands and Elissa going missing. Nonetheless, he welcomes Warden to Ostagar and is his usual charming self. Upon entering the camp, Duncan tells Warden to seek out the other new recruits (with Daveth remarking that he was expecting a girl and mentioning the Wilds). Warden also encounters Loghain and mentions that his mother served in the Ferelden army in the war with Orlais which surprises Loghain who remarks that he wasn't expecting the new Warden recruit to be an experienced soldier from an army family. They also encounter Dog (who I'm going to refer to from now on as Fen) and agree to seek the flower that might help them. After meeting up with Alistair, Duncan gives them their tasks for the Joining and they head into the Wilds.
Section 3: The Korcari Wilds.
I can see this as just being an abridged version of the Wilds section from the game. Some differences here is that while tracking the treaties and darkspawn for blood, Warden gets to know Alistair, Daveth and Jory. In the former's case, Alistair talks about how he was once meant to become a templar, he and Warden talk about the history of the order alongside comments from Daveth and Jory and Warden mentions snippets of his own backstory, including implications that he's met Duncan before the Hinterlands. After killing their way to the archive ruins and claiming their blood, the group encounters Morrigan. The canon exchange occurs, with Warden being wary, but also having some understated banter with her. She leads them to Flemeth, who, in addition to giving them the treaties and her warning, talks in elvish to Warden. He surprises everyone by responding to her in kind. Her response is sad, taking Morrigan off-guard. They then leave, with Warden somewhat perturbed by what Flemeth said to him. He brushes off questions by saying he spent time among the Dalish.
Section 4: The Joining and the Tower of Ishal.
After giving the kennel master the herb to help the hounds (including Fin), the Joining begins and is pretty much beat for beat the same as in game, though Warden does comment that by all rights, it should be Elissa that goes through it, not him. After the war meeting with Cailan, Loghain and Duncan, Loghain wishes good luck to the Warden, albeit tinged with regret, while Cailan whispers an instruction to Duncan (this is regarding Alistair). After Duncan gives them their assignments, he gives the treaties to Alistair for safekeeping while giving Warden a set of other sealed documents (it's implied that Duncan is either suspicious of treachery or is having doubts about them winning the fight). Before entering the Tower of Ishal, the duo encounter Wynne. While she doesn't give her name, she tells them that the Tower has been taken while sending along two other mages to accompany Warden, Alistair and a small group of soldiers. They make their way up the tower, losing soldiers and mages to the darkspawn as they go, before facing the ogre on the top floor. They light the beacon, Loghain betrays them (though he's far more openly shaken about it here), Cailan and Duncan fall to the darkspawn, and Warden and Alistair are wounded fighting. Just as they're about to pass out, Flemeth arrives in dragon form, picking them up and carrying them back to the Wilds.
Section 5: Lothering.
Warden wakes up after having a nightmare to find himself in Flemeth's hut. Morrigan is there and tells him about what occurred. He thanks her for helping him, which surprises her, then goes to join Alistair and Flemeth. They discuss what to do next and Flemeth implies she knows about the true nature of the Archdemons, but doesn't divulge much. The usual stuff about Arl Eamonn and the treaties is broached before they head off with Morrigan in toe. On the road, they encounter Fen, who had escaped from Ostagar. Arriving in Lothering, the group run off the bandits after learning about the bounty put out on the Grey Wardens. They enter the village and head to the inn where they encounter Loghain's men and Leliana. A scrap ensues and Leliana joins up with them. She suggests raising coin by doing odd jobs around the village. Morrigan scoffs at the idea, but Warden reminds her that they won't be able to survive by just stealing. Morrigan eventually relents, albeit reluctantly. They then encounter Sten, reciting the Qun in his cage while children pelt him with rocks. After scaring the kids off, they learn from Leliana why he's in there and he offers them his service in exchange for his freedom. During this time, Leliana offers hints about her past albeit in a minimalistic yet charming manner, making the Warden question his initial assumptions about her. While in the Chantry, they encounter Bethany and Leandra who ask Warden about Hawke and Carver. He can't confirm their survival, but Ser Bryant surprises him by telling him that Elissa is in the Chantry along with her mabari. The two reunite and he introduces her to the rest of the group after gaining the key for Sten's cage (Leliana also recovers her armour and other weapons while there. I imagine it to be similar to her Sacred Ashes gear, but more practical). Meanwhile, doomsayers, opportunists and the desperate argue about having two Wardens in their midst, further using their new association with Sten as grounds for turning them over to Loghain. At that moment, Hawke (should say, my personal headcanon is that this Hawke is Marian and a warrior) and Carver arrive with other survivors. They affirm that Loghain betrayed the army and that the darkspawn are headed their way. The villagers panic, before the Warden rallies them, telling them to get as many out of Lothering before the darkspawn get there. They're almost done before the darkspawn attack. Sten saves the children who were pelting him earlier while Ser Bryant two other templars and the Chasind doomsayer go down fighting. The Hawkes get separated from the main group while Warden and co, having created an opening, manage to escape with the other refugees heading north.
Phew. That was a lot. Hope y'all liked it. Next ones will probably be about individual plots along with some of the side plots that develop. See y'all next time!

Star Wars talk
On my X "Twitter", I uploaded this post that indicated that I might have a positive view of Star Wars (link).
The truth is that... I'm a pretty big fan of Star Wars: the OG trilogy (New Hope, Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi) is a nostalgic thing to me, especially because my uncle brought me to the series with these three movies (he's Star Wars fan, as well).
About prequels + the animated series (Clone Wars, Bad Batch etc.), these are my personal favorites, right after the OG films: the prequels have an amazing choreography in terms of and I really like clones' armor - it's colored, you can easily say which unit is which, etc. I won't deny that the prequel films had problems with emotion writing, the early episodes of Clone Wars didn't have that nice appearence but over all, I pretty much like this content.
The greatest problem I have now are the sequels (and some other new projects) because I see that the visions were interesting, but the way it was made isn't my cup of tea - I don't like the fights, some plot points might be puzzling at times but the worst thing is... WHY IS EVERYONE SURVIVING THE LIGHTSABER STABS?! No, I'll be calm, but seriously: why is every second character able to survive a stab by an extremely hot blade? It makes no sense...
Back to the point, I've came across the information that film "New Jedi Order" is currently delayed and that it might also mean that it'll never be released. I dunno how much truth this is but it actually pushed me to finally release some info about my own Star Wars AU (an AU I'm working on for some years but never found the courage to talk about it) - if you wanna know more, continue this post :-)
Tales from the New Republic (Star Wars AU)
Facts & headcanons (and occasional changes) from my AU:
The major story of my AU takes place over one hundred years after The Rise of Skywalker: the New Jedi Order and the New Republic are prospering and everything looks pretty good.
There will also be some objects as references to the previous series, as well as there are descendants of the canon characters, but I'll try to introduce them naturally.
The only character I won’t show for now is Grogu because although his species has a long life span, we don't know whether he died in canon or not. If he stays alive, he’ll be included in my AU (as one of the jedi knights).
Similarly, I won’t specify who founded the New Jedi Order, whether it was Rey Skywalker alone or if there were also other jedis (Ahsoka, Cal, Ezra, Sabine, etc.)
There’s a New Republic's army consisting of volunteers, humans and aliens. Their armor looks a lot like clone troopers’ (more sharp design + the colors are used to differentiate each unit), as it was my most favorite throughout the canon Star Wars series.
I decided to make more aliens among the major characters in my AU - if there's something that bothers me a little about the major films (and especially sequels), there’s too few aliens with a more major, significant role.
The bad guys with red lightsabers are called “Dark-side-knights” for now - hopefully, I'll come up with a better name for them. If not, I'll probably ask my followers (or any Star Wars fan) for help.
The lightsaber stabs are fatal again (like in OG and prequel movies). They either right off kill the opponent or, if they somehow survive, it's not without consequences/long-lasting struggles.
The scenes of sequel stabs (or overall “Disney stabs”) are replaced by slight scratches or slight stabs Dooku made to Obi-Wan in “Attack of the Clones” in my AU.
Maul was able to survive from the same reason as Anakin - they were both filled with vengefulness, rage and other emotions directly connected to the dark side, meaning it kept them alive.
On the other hand, Qui-Gon stayed alive longer because he desperately wanted to get up and save Obi-Wan but because his emotions and feelings weren't aggressive, it didn't keep him alive for too long (although he didn't die right after being stabbed).
About cyber crystals and their coloring, I combined aspects of the legends and canon + I used the description of the symbolism & the personality traits from this site: https://blog.displate.com/lightsaber-color-meanings/ (yes, I know this website isn’t right in every aspect but I like the interpretation of the colors) + I also added some of my own ideas.
The cyber crystals look pure but to force-sensitive individuals, they appear as crystals that are constantly changing color. In the right owner's hands, they start to glow brighter and become warm - the final color shows after the lightsaber is built.
The color doesn't necessarily represent someone's traits, but it can represent traits this person either wishes to have or traits they value on the others. This is why the crystals can change color over time when somebody manipulates with them because our priorities, likes & dislikes and personality can change, as well. And this is also why some jedis keep their original lightsaber color despite their mental change - if they don't touch their crystal, there's no way it would change.
Middle colors (like cyan, gold, pink, indigo etc.) are very special and they somehow represent the combination of two basic colors that represent the personal traits/wishes/traits the jedi values. These traits have to be equally strong, otherwise one of the basic colors that corresponds more will win.
People from the dark side don't see the colors and because the cyber crystals are light-force-oriented, people have to break them into the darkness, making them bleed. Then, the crystals gain small cracks.
Corrupted crystals can be healed (the way Ahsoka did), however, never fully, meaning they’ll keep scars from cracks + they’ll never be able to become any other color other than white.
When the braking is done wrongly, the crystal can be broken too much and gain too deep cracks, becoming unstable (this happened to Ben Solo/Kylo Ren) - These crystals cannot be healed, as the damage is too deep.
Fighting with lightsabers is also more elegant and acrobatic like in the prequels - I honestly like this style the most (out of all movies & series).
Mirialan jedis are covering themselves with scarves and hoods, not only to protect the extrasensory organs that are placed on their heads (these organs are pretty sensitive), but also to show their jedi status - for those who don't know, mirialans view the force in a religious way, meaning they’d also view jedis of their race as priests or something like that.
By the way, in my AU, not only female mirialan jedis cover their heads: this tradition isn't connected to their gender/sex.
Cyslin Myr is kind of a special case but I think she was either not that religious, or she wasn’t comfortable covering herself. Or maybe she just didn't feel it's needed to show her jedi status by her outfit and her organs weren't that sensitive - who knows.
In Vernestra's case, I think it might be that either the mirialan's culture haven't had the tradition with covering yet, or maybe at that time, Coruscant wasn’t that loud, meaning she didn't feel like there’s a need to cover herself.
And about mirialans who aren't jedis, there will be some (even one among the protagonists) in my AU and you'll be able to see them occasionally putting on a small scarf that looks more like headbands. In these cases, it's always only to protect their organs (because let's be honest, some planets are more crowded and noisy than others).

No! Cause aph will write literally 2 personality types for these guys that could be SO interesting, but that aside, they ALWAYS end up with some kind of incel phase at some point????? Like??? It's literally crazy and for so many of the boys, so WILDLY out of character! The one that makes me the maddest is with Garroth. (Though laurence also pisses me off because I just rewatched mcd S1 and he is SO emotionally intelligent, literally the smartest fucker in that regard in the whole series so i stop watching before he gets to that point because it's so out of character I'll FROTH AT THE MOUTH about it gah!!!!!)
Both MCD and PDH
I'm gonna start with PDH cause I have less to say:
Garroth is incredibly sweet. He's HUGE on manners, and he's SMART!!! He's a golden boy! Literally, the teachers talk about in the very first episode how prestigious his academic record is! He has the occasional slip up with social cues sure, he also I hear you cry can have a bit of a temper which I posit your not wrong but it's also very difficult to GET him to that point as most things don't bother him, and we see him in the moment with zane at the table actively trying to curb his temper and stop the situation, but when zane refuses to back down and Garroth hits his boiling point he responds by removing himself from the situation so he can cool down.
Garroth. Isn't. Dumb.
And yet He somehow keeps putting Aph in this situation of 'I just did something with clear romantic connotations but also we arnt in a relationship or even courting very platonic relationship still also don't tell laurence! Tee hee' which was SOO WEIRD!!! Especially since earlier its established, he and laurence are well aware they are both into her, which gets randomly re-connect. But then later!! Within the same three minutes, he tells her not to let laurence know they are on a 'date'. THEN GETS UPSET WITH HER WHEN SHE DOESN'T TELL LAURENCE THEY ARE ON A DATE???? Like the whiplash from that scene was CRAZY! And it made 0 sense. Garroth is incredibly mature, and in pdh, Jess would randomly make him incredibly immature both generally and emotionally for 0 reason at ALL. And then later when he and laurence decide 'oh Aph is playing us' and decide to snub her?? That was SO WEIRD!!!!! They were GOOD friends of hers! And have been in this school, which is constantly full of crazy rumors longer than her! Garroth should have been able to tell either how out of character that concept was for aph or gone and spoke to her! Even if she had another boyfriend, SHE WAS NOT IN an EXCLUSIVE ANYTHING WITH EITHER BOY!!!!! The BOYS were the ones making that most clear!!!!! He'll when Garroth asks her on a date, he specifies,'it's just to get to know you better' and that it was nothing serious! And he's allowed to be hurt, but he is incredibly caring. He would have asked her about the rumors first, and for him to get mad at her is CRAZY!
Now with
MCD: That one - that one drives me CRAZY ABSOLUTELY MAD!! Not only because of the setup? Is so fucking stupid. So fucking dumb, partially because HE HAS BEEN THROUGJH THIS *EXACT* TRICK BEFORE IN MALACHIS CASTLE! And okay sure he had no reason to suspect a illusionist was sneaking around the villiage.. OH WAIT! he saw a shady mother fucker in a mask and THATS who he was tailing when he came across this pretty physically impossible scene.... because he was *Guarding the entrance to the building aphmau was in... and new for a fact she hadn't left the building.* and if he had gone back to his station he would have seen her still in the barn. Not to mention, he had JUST heard her turn down laurence and explain she wasn't interested in pursuing him to Nicole! Again! Garroth is SOOOO SMART! He was meant to be a lord!!! To like one of the biggest villages in the region! He was top of his class in Guarding academy and was on one of the most prestigious lists a guard can be on.
He has medical training! And was running phoenix drop! He is SMART. There is no reason he shouldn't have been able to tell something was wrong and had his guard up. All he even had to do was call out to the two of them! He KNOWS illusions exist and that they are the main thing of interest to his crazy ass brother who KNOWS how Garroth AND laurence feel about Aph!! He is allowed to be hurt but him just fully accepting and believing that shit at face value drives me MAD.
But that aside, let's talk about Garroths real incel phase, when he joins zane and all that.
I 100% belive Garroth was under the effects of Magicks, there is NO other way for this to be remotely the same character.
I full belive that garroth was just going to take a few days to go through his emotions, sulk and all that. Then go back to his job and the people he loves. Because Family (found in this circumstance) and duty mean EVERYTHING to garroth! EVERYTHING!!! And my god how preventable this was drives me crazy, how casual they were despite the whole situation with Zane, and also in those tiny ass baracks not a single other guard was ever there when Lillian was there and overheard something???? Really???? And when Garroth was CLEARLY acting so out of it and strange no one really pursued him, demanded a conversation had a heart to heart; WHICH WAS PROVEN TO BE WHAT WOULD HAVE CURED HIM!!!! GRAAAH!!!!
Anyway. There's no way that Lillian didn't use some magic and basically hypnotise him NOOO way. Not with how sweet and kind he is, not with how smart and loyal, not with how much HE HATES ZANE! But even still! I always wanted something mundane to break garroth out of it.. aphmaus laugh, Levin holding onto his hand and calling him dad, Emma excitedly showing Kyle around the plaza. Something that shows just how *true* Garroth is, in the very begginjng Burt mentions how 'the light' watches over Azura and how it's this rare purity hardly any guards have, where they are just- so devout, loyal and brave that it would protect them from even becoming a shadow knight!!! And that plot idea just SCREAMED Garroth to me! They already had a traitor! I don't see any reason Garroth had to go on this whole 'she tore out and stomped all over My heart by... choosing to kiss someone else when I never even told her I was interested time to instantly lose all my characteristics'
And I just RAAAAAGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!
also laurance isn't safe from my criticism as well. i love him, but MAN his writing got so pushy at times. him being a casual flirt was fine but there were occasional comments that were SO unneeded. many of the men suffer from this.
#aphblr#aphverse#rolling around on the floor foaming at the mouth#mcd garroth#garroth ro'meave#i have SO MANY big feelings about these fucking blocks#aphmau mcd#i just#GOD ive had guys i thought i was friends with do this shit and trust me! they arnt that nice before it either!#and he could have handeled it so healthily to!!!#but aphmau ALWAYS has men fly off the deep end if she doesnt smooch them and i just#STOP IT#aphmau minecraft diaries#minecraft diaries#garroth romeave#aphmau garroth

Mc putting bows, ribbons, stickers or just painting (with they’re consent of course) on the eye things and just being fond of them +plus mobim joining in plausibly? - Mc who loved Mobim asker
Hello Mobim lover anon!🤗 Don't worry I remember you, since your ask was quite recent and I'm glad you enjoyed last time's post about Mobim☺I'm also happy to see demons like Mobim and the eye-like creatures getting appreciated✨especially because I'm not sure how they would be canonically viewed in Obey Me honestly🤔Anyway, before starting, since you didn't specify "RAD classmates with MC", I assumed you meant just a scenario between MC and the other little monsters for this ask🙈I hope I understood correctly😣if I didn't, please feel free to tell me so,in that case I'll try to fix the problem as soon as I can😢Now, moving on to your ask:
MC BEING FOND OF ODON'S EYE-LIKE CREATURES (+MOBIM)
Odon's eye-like creatures have each shown to possess different behavior traits, so MC may receive conflicting answers depending on which creature they interact with. Usually only two eyes are mainly shown in public, one rather cheerful and playful while the other serious and exasperated. MC would have no problem dealing with the first one, it would prove to be a rather affectionate, cordial creature and willing to be scrambled, provided MC doesn't touch it right in the eye with fingers or other objects, because if they did so,even on accident, both creatures may lash out involuntarily out of pain.
Besides that point, bows and ribbons would be not only cute, but also pratical, useful for distinguishing them, as it is particularly difficult to do so and the stickers and painting would be an interesting experience for them, having never tried anything like that on skin, however it would be safer to use non-harmful products and then help them remove them after a while, for although they are hardy, they have no arms to clean themselves with and it is unknown what effect human products might have on them, still they appreciate being asked for consent and MC's concern for them. As for the other eye-like creature, the grumpy one, it would show a little more resistance to being touched, playing hard to get, despite secretly wanting to feel MC's affection too and in the end, it would join the fun, still a bit jealous with Mobim in the same room, who would not understand the situation or notice the glare of the grumpy eye, therefore limiting itself to gladly helping MC to decorate the creatures, to arrange the details and in turn act as a model too.
The eye-like creatures and Mobim, if we don't count the slight jealousy present when MC has to decide who to spend their time playing with, get along quite well and help each other both for serious things and for activities such as playing together, after all they're all very fond of MC and they don't want to upset them.
Basically, the eye-like creatures would respond with silent enthusiasm, some more and some less, but there is something MC should be aware of: although usually only two eye-like creatures manifest, these monsters just like Odon's limbs in their demon form are multiple and by taking care of them with love and care, there is the risk of attracting a whole up to ten or more of these creatures, waiting for their turn to receive their dose of affection from MC and some even from Mobim. In that case MC could boast, feeling like the most protected and kept in sight human of Devildom, but perhaps it would be better to avoid such situation, because taking care of so many different eye-like creatures and distinguishing them with bows, stickers and paint could be complicated,so perhaps it would be better to limit to three creatures only for the moment, namely the two main eye-like creatures (who Azul once playfully named Bob and Rob-) and Mobim

SO YOU WANT YOUR BLORBO'S NATAL CHART (WATSONIAN)
So you have a blorbo. You want to gain arcane knowledge of the blorbo's deepest motivations. You want to look at their natal chart. You know in your heart that your blorbo is an earth mars and a fire sun and needs a really traumatic moon placement. It is law. It must be. So where is the chart. How do you find something plausible and suitable for your blorbo? I am gonna show you how to generate a real (here meaning 'possible according to the laws of physics') chart for your blorbo. Natal charts follow rules: planets move at certain rates, certain planets will always be within a few signs of the sun, etc. Fortunately, all this has happened before, and all of it will (eventually) happen again, so we can page through our little planetary history and find what we need.
Here is the tool we'll be using. It's from astro-seek, and it's called the Ephemeris search engine. It's free. It will allow us to page back and forward through planetary time to see what planets were where, when. What you're gonna do first is. You're gonna put in a year range. This is a date range for your blorbo's year of birth. I'll put 1915-1920. My blorbo is old. Or a vampire. Or he fights vampires. Who knows.

You are then gonna put in the planetary placements you KNOW you want your blorbo to have. You know it's true in your heart; let's make it true. I would suggest picking one or two personal planets to be married to to start. Outer placements (neptune, uranus, pluto) are generational placements and move slower (years-deacades). Personal planets (moon, sun, mercury, venus, mars) move the quickest (moon changes sign every 3 days). Saturn and jupiter are 1-3 year transits.
It may not be possible to get every placement you want in one chart, because the planets move at different speeds. (If you are not bound by a date range, this gets easier.) If you want pluto in scorpio in 1918, for instance, you're shit out of luck. Pluto takes 12-30 years to move through a sign, and in 1918 it was in Gemini. My blorbo will win almost every time in a war fight, and he will nurse a grudge in a words fight until it literally destroys him. Let's give him a Libra moon and a Capricorn mars.

I've also asked the tool for a stellium, which just means I'm asking for a chart with 3 or more personal planets/luminaries (sun/moon) in one house. This indicates that my blorbo has an intensity and that the stellium theme will come up again and again in many areas of my blorbo's life. It's a little spice. I think they're fun. I have one in my own natal chart and it's miserable. I have also decided to be mean and ask Ephemeris for a uranus or pluto aspect to my blorbo's moon. I am explicitly asking for conditions of trauma. I'm not gonna specify the exact aspect, because I don't know where all the outer planets were in this date range. It could give me trines (generally nice), or conjunctions (always interesting), or squares (the goal, generally not very nice). If you're going for trauma you might also ask it for chiron or saturn aspects. But we're getting advanced. Back to the blorbo. Click ok.

So. It's telling me my options for this incredibly historical blorbo are all charts during Capricorn/Sag season. I think my blorbo is more of an earth sun than a fire sun, so I'm gonna get rid of the November charts, which leaves me with 3 January charts. From here it gives me three charts cast for noon of that day. Ephemeris also casts the charts for Null Island, where the prime meridian and the equator cross off the West Coast of Africa. For our purposes we can change the time, but not the location. That is Advanced and requires literal hand-drawn math. I'm gonna look at all three charts and I'm gonna pick the one with the most red lines, because those are crunchy squares and we're trying to put heartache, obstacles, and trauma into my blorbo. This one has a grand trine AND two squares so I'm gonna pick that one. Nice.

Next, we're gonna go to the bottom: extended settings. I'm going to change it to whole house, and I'm going to click 'show me the ASC & MC' - this will show you your blorbo's ascendant/descendant line and their midheaven (important for fictional characters because it connotes work of a life, purpose, etc).

Now, we fuss. You can adjust the time backwards and forwards in increments of 10 minutes. This will change your blorbo's ascendant. This might also make some placements crunchier/better/worse as planets move a few degrees. Ascendant changes every two hours. This is why you generally need your exact birth time to get a good reading, unless your reader is specifically doing a rectification for you.

My blorbo is now an Aries rising (ruled by mars), with chiron in the 12th house and an 11th house stellium in Aquarius. He also has his Sun and Mars in a loose conjunction in Capricorn in the 10th. Condolences, blorbo. We have also gained 3(!) squares, and a moon-ascendant opposition, which is going to be super fun for me, a writer, and super not fun for him, a man who is gonna spend his whole life managing some confusion about whether or not he IS his public persona. Smash hit. I don't really have to play with his ascendant, because this works for me - I can absolutely justify his Saturn in the 3rd house and Pluto in the 4th placements. Sad times for a sad, artistic man. I was hoping for an 8th house moon, but the 7th house moon makes more sense for his long term relationship with the US government anyway. All but one of my initial planetary placement wishlist items have been satisfied! My blorbo has a Libra Moon, a Capricorn Mars, and a moon aspected by Pluto and Saturn (though not the aspect I was envisioning, it's one that makes sense). And that's it! Now my blorbo has a chart that actually happened in the sky on a day in 1915. 1915 may not be his real birth date, but it's close enough to his canonical age and close enough that I can make a historiographical excuses for the incorrect data. It also, most importantly, contains placements that I know, deep in my bones, to be true. Voila. Cosmic blorbo.

Fic Recs
Alright, folks, I've recently had cause to go through all six thousand something bookmarks of mine, so I figured I might finally do one of these. It's not even close to being all of the good fics I have saved, but these are some my absolute favorites.
All of these are completed and have happy endings unless otherwise specified.
If you try and make fun of me for my choice in fandoms, please keep in mind I have no shame and treat anon hate as fun enrichment for my habitat.
Percy Jackson
Solangelo

Shiny New Fears: Could it be?... Yes, healthy communication. Features established timkon talking through their worries as they decide whether or not to have kids. (Not mpreg.) 10k.
Trust Me to Have a Pen in Hand: High School AU where Conner always has a pen to lend Tim. 1k.
The Mystery of the Superboy Shirts: Tim is obsessed with trying to figure out where the fuck Kon's shirts keep coming from. 4k.

Bluepulse
Stick With Me: A classic set up where Jaime and Bart get stuck in a cabin and have to deal with their continuous proximity. 25k.
Sanders Sides
Analogical
i'll give you the moon: Ironically, Virgil defies logic in order to try to give Logan the perfect gift. 4k.
Intrulogical
by a map half-written: Arranged marriage AU. At the last minute, it's decided Logan will marry Prince Remus instead of his twin. Logan is quite satisfied with this. 4k.
Stalker-verse: A tiny series in which Remus and Logan are each other's stalkers. Somehow, this manages to have fluff. Check the tags. 19k.
The Magnus Archives
Jonmartin
Martin Blackwood and the Power of Research: Martin really wants to talk to Jon, so he tries infodumping. 4k.
Jongerry
fool me, fool me: In which Jon fake dates Gerry so the rest of the archives gang doesn't think he's homophobic. About as ridiculous as it sounds. Textfic. 27k.
Supernatural
Destiel

Hurray!!! We're doing this!! I really hope my baby gets selcted 😍😍😍
Okay okay so, I'll leave the link with the post were I introduced him
Buuut, in case you don't wanna read all that, I'll leave the summary informations like you asked
Ahem!
Name: Aglas
Pronouns: he/him
Shot bio: He's my mc for the whb fandom, so he's the descendant of Solomon, a Film direction student who lived in South Korea before going to hell like in canon, he definitely has trauma about his parents death and sometimes feels like being pretty and being good at sex are the only things he's good for, but overall he's been having a field day ever sice he came to hell (angel's attacks excluded)
Character: aside from being very horny, he's a sassy, flamboyant, flirty guy with a massive confidence but can sometimes be a bit stubborn. He will flirt and tease pretty much with everyone but he's also very honest and loyal, in crisis situations he will try his best to find a solution while making sure everyone else is safe
Voice: Calm, saultry and confident. Teases a lot (so I guess funny)
Important fact: I guess it's important to specify that he's poly, also if he watches a movie with someone he will talk over it all the time pointing out it's technical aspects (he's just that passionated about cinematography)
Demons to include: Two options i'd like to see and from which you can choose from; Either Mammon and Satan or Paimon and Eligos
Relationships: Satan and Mammon are Aglas's love interests, he has a crush on both of them, him and Satan are very close and trust each other a lot, though they often have what I like to call "Teasing Battles"; As for Mammon Aglas fell faster for him and holds a lot of respect for him, although sometimes baffled by how straight foward he is, Aglas tries to tease Mammon but it doesn't work, which often leaves him flustered; Him, Paimon and Eligos have a best friend dynamic, they will tell each other anything and they love giving both love and beauty advices, but are not afraid to jokingly make fun of each other (like: "You're horrible~" "I know~")
Tone: I'd prefer for it to be fluffy, maybe with a bit of spice and angst mixed in but mainly sugar please!
Narrative type: third person
Script: If you chose Mammon and Satan: the three are on a date were the two devils are trying to one up each other but in the end Aglas is smitten with them both/ If you chose Paimon and Eligos: The three of them have a sleep-over, between jokes and laughter Aglas confesses his crush on their kings (which may lead to him talking about his insicurity about his body being the only good thing about him)
Guys, we're doing it!
Do you remember this survey? I didn't expect such a great response. If that many of you really want to participate, I guess I'll have to do more than one batch of the draw to choose as much of your MC's as I can.
More info under the cut!
Time for some rules, so we won't get lost
The concept is simple. You give me your precious OCs/MCs, I adopt them for a while, write fanfic (related to WHB, of course) and hand them over to your loving hands.
For now, I plan to choose 3-5 people to write for. This may change if more people apply. If one applies, I will write for one. If 96 apply, I will choose more. We'll figure it out.
You can apply in two ways. One is to reblog this post and describe everything in reply, the second is to create your own post with the hashtag #whbmcshuffle Preferably both at once. I don't want to accidentally lose any application. I also recommend following this tag for the time being because I will post further information under it.
The people I will write for will be drawn randomly. I want it to be fair, and I guess this is the only way I won't be biased when I see mutuals I like or Andrea my favorite demons.
You can apply for one week. Since we may all be in different time zones, submissions will close when this survey ends.
Feed me information. Since I want to write something good, I would like to ask you for some information. Here's the list:
Name and pronouns: Quite obvious. Short bio: Who are they? Any difficult past or traumas? What were they doing on earth? Did they get to hell like in canon? How do they feel in hell? Where they live? Character: What are their main character traits? How do they usually behave? How do they behave in crisis situations? Voice: (Not mandatory, although, very helpful.) What would the narrative look like? More calm or energetic? Confident or not at all? Funny or serious? Calm or nervous? Laid back or distrustful? You can even paste here a song or a link to some story that you think reflect your oc's voice well. Important facts: Free space, you can put whatever you want here and whatever you think is important. Demons to include in the fic: (from 1 to 3) Brief description of relationship with chosen demons: I guess that's obvious. The tone in which it should be written: (i.e. spicy, angst, fluff, funny or other) Narrative type: Second person (addressing as 'you') or third person (addressing with selected pronouns) The script you would like to see: (Not mandatory, although, very helpful) For example, a date on Earth, cooking together, whatever you come up with.
I know it's a lot to ask. This is a minimal list, but the more information you give me, the better I will be able to empathize with your MCs and hopefully imitate their character. If you have already written about them, for example in your other posts, feel free to include links, so I can take a better look at them. Of course, you can add photos, or a song, or memes, anything you want!
I didn't mention the length of the fic, but it depends on how I will feel writing it. But I'll want it to be at least 800 words.
Most important. Have fun! It's mainly about getting to know each other's OCs/MCs. Who knows, if there's a lot of interest, maybe we'll do more draws. 👀
I tried to include everything, but if you have any questions, feel free to ask!

It would appear we're doing a long-winded masterclass in how to play musical chairs with a TV show and piss off its viewers. :P I'll try to work my way through those anon questions, but it'll be bite-sized (because of the day job) and I'm going to start with the more boring nuts and bolts because you need to understand how things work to get to why we ended up with a mess.
TV and film are very different machines. The production schedules, staffing needs... Everything is the same but different. Right down to the scripts themselves.
Scripted drama (one-hour shows) is four or five acts, with slight variation from production to production. You'll see an A-plot (the main external storyline), the B-plot is the character driven emotional arc and depending on the production (and sometimes even episode), there will be a C-plot as well. For film, you have three acts and act two is always twice the length of the other two.
Screenwriting (both film and TV) is very structured and it needs to be tight. Every scene has to push the story forward or it shouldn't be there, and the general rule of thumb is one page per minute of screen time. Every single one of those screen minutes costs a good chunk to shoot—I've mentioned before that the average projected budget for an episode of a one-hour show in its freshman season (when shows are cheaper) is around 2,5 million dollars. You can buy a nice house in LA for that amount of money.
If you're a novice feature writer, it's easy to feel like you have all this space to get to where you're going and just get lost in the second act because it's a whole hour—the entirety of a TV episode. That's how you end up with a sagging middle act and a really bad script.
Now, for the TWD relevance...
Scott Gimple's deal with AMC would have included an option (this is when a production company pays for first rights to your script, like a deposit) for 3 theatrical release features. It's called an option because at the end of the specified time period, they can decide to pass on the project. In this case, I don't think AMC ever intended to pick up the option. It's an insane offer, especially for someone who doesn't write features—studios get very nervous about their tentpoles (the big in-house productions) because the budget is astronomical, so a feature writer with no tentpole experience would be considered a risk.
AMC needed Gimple gone from the showrunner position, but they couldn't fire him because they'd done away with the two previous showrunners in very public ways, so they gave him this sweetheart deal that was never going to happen. I think the option lapsed in early to mid November, so that's most likely the starting point for our timeline.
I will get to the other parts of the ask (I'm not playing coy, I promise), but there were many questions and I'm trying to do this in a way that explains my reasoning, so everybody can draw their own conclusions instead of just taking my word for it.
Appreciate you taking the time for those of us who can't tell left from right anymore.

Saw some takes from green stans that the show creator is being too pro black team by not killing Laenor and choosing younger actor for the strong boys and adult actor fron the green childs so it will looks like adults bullying teenagers. While i also see a take fron the black stans swears that the show creator hates the black team SO MUCH by making the greens more dimentional. Thoughts?
(Me myself is not invested in this show so i just watch all of these discourse between green &black stan with popcorns. Love Jace so much though)
I mean, with the premises that:
I think both of those takes are massively idiotic
I am a black supporter since book days not just because jace velaryon > anyone else's faves but mostly because a) rhaenyra was right she was the heir she should have gotten the throne end of story b) any green except haelena in the book was either on my 'you bore me' or 'god I hate you' list so like why would I support the side on which I don't like anyone except one character who barely has any input on what happens poor girl
so like take it the way it is, but argument 1 is stupid because:
daemon actually comes off worse-ish in the show because like in the book he never killed his wife and wasn't implied to/was actually in love with laena way more than it was shown in the tv series and he killed vaemond bc rhaenyra asked him it wasn't his idea just to say the first three things that come on top of my head so like at most they're making rhaenyra look better but we still didn't get to the worst thing team black does so jury's out on that
laenor not dying was... wow THEY DIDN'T KILL THEIR GAYS?? like they had a gay character they decided to take a thing that in the book is not specified bc they said the boyfriend killed him and that IT WAS RUMORED DAEMON WAS BEHIND IT BUT WE JUST DON'T KNOW BECAUSE SOURCES WHAT ARE THEY so they took it and they turned it into he actually gets to be happy, like... wow after they had to kill off joffrey bc the story didn't advance otherwise they decided to not let laenor be miserable and that's the issue? pls come on
the actors' ages is ridiculous because like.... yo aegon was two years old in episode three when viserys tried to marry off rhaenyra to jason and episode five was even later and the timeskip was some ten years so like... aegon and aemond are older than jace who's the eldest of rhaenyra's kids so if they look older it's... just... sensed???? because they are?? also aegon looks his age and the velaryon kids are all accurate, the one who looks older is aemond but honestly considering the shit he pulls most likely next ep or in the finale i 100% guarantee you that it doesn't matter how he looks he's gonna be the worst anyway so like the problem with aegon and aemond is that they're both legit pos and I'll get to it in a second not how old they are, if ppl want to stan their side fair enough but own up to it
like tldr if they think the narrative is pro black it's because rhaenyra's right??? sorry but she is
on to why the other argument is stupid af which will clarify stuff I said before:
saying the creator is pro greens because he gave alicent a personality that's not thrift shop c*rsei written like in the main show is ridiculous because like book alicent has the depth of the shallowest pool in existence and sounds like the wicked witch of the west at every corner, which was why I detested her, and the show did a vast improvement in making her a deeper, way more interesting character and explaining her motivations/showing why she is that way and giving her nuance, like sorry that's improving on the source material which can always happen nothing is perfect (same for viserys tbh show!viserys > book!viserys) so that's imvho ridiculous also because I don't see how making alicent more nuanced like that means that they want you to stan the greens since the narrative is openly stating that viserys wanted rhaenyra to reign and that should have been the end of the question
same for aegon and aemond like... I mean they're both terrible and they were in the book and one thing aegon is most likely gonna do two seasons from now from what I'm gathering is imvho a level of fucked up you don't come back from at any point and he's an asshole before anyway and aemond... I mean I loathed him from the beginning but next episode most likely you're gonna see why as far as I'm concerned he deserves to rot so like I think the show is doing a good job of fleshing them out aemond def. had his moment when he claimed the lizard, but like the thing is that you can flesh them out as much as you want but it doesn't make them any less terrible so idg what's so bad about the writers wanting to have characters in the show and not caricatures differently from what the last seasons of got was like... I hate the greens except haelena but I'm really glad they're not making them cartoon villains thanks I'm watching a show for adults I want my nuance
like complaining that the ppl on the opposite side are actually nuanced characters is the stupidest shit I ever read and honestly I'm really glad they did what they did with alicent because honestly if I had to stand through ten episodes of fakewoke girlbossing the way they did with both c*rsei and show s*nsa I'd have suffered and I want to be entertained not to suffer
also you have excellent taste because jace > everyone else's faves thanks I'm planting my flag on that hill but tldr: the show is black-biased in the way the narrative is because again rhaenyra was crowned heir and she was right end of that shit but it's not doing anything to make the blacks look better™ and honestly if they don't pull punches on the thing I'm dreading that should be in the finale if my calculations are right I don't wanna hear any green stan complaining they get whitewashed because honestly Said Thing is... well y'know the red wedding is the most horrific wtf is this shit moment in asoiaf, okay that Thing is that for f&b imvho so if they actually don't tone it down I dare anyone to say they're making them look better bc there's no way you look good after that shit, the greens being actually well-written characters doesn't make them any less awful (okay maybe alicent is less awful than in the book but still) and it just makes for good writing, laenor deserved to fuck off to the free cities and anyone who says shit about my poor velaryon children gets muted as far as I'm concerned xD and that's my two cents
#randomlut#1#2#3#4#ask post#house of the dragon spoilers for ts#house of the dragon for ts#f&b spoilers#fire and blood spoilers#i'm trying to keep my mouth shut but believe me if they keep The Thing it's gonna be BAD#anyway the blacks are in general way more entertaining to me than the greens so#like daemon is a pos but he's there being a ruthless malewife and i'm entertained#aegon/aemond/thrift shop tywin are just ppl i dislike dot so#but like this entire drama is ridiculous#and honestly i just wish ppl read f&b before getting into it#bc the moment you do i think you get a lot more nuance wrt why the writers are doing certain things#i can't go more in depth or i spoil you but honestly this discourse is just stupid af#asoiaf wank#f&b wank#lizards wank
