NOTES This diet wasn’t as hard as I originally expected. I wasn’t doing much that required anything physical, I pretty much just stayed in my room all day most days. But I still felt lightheaded and dizzy when I would shower or stand up or anything like that. Other than that no other symptoms showed up until around day 7 or 8. By day 8 I was getting mild headaches and all of day 10 I had bad muscle aches. But! Day 10 was yesterday and today I had a metabolism day (1200 cals) and all the symptoms are gone except the dizziness. Tomorrow I plan on having another metabolism day but with more cals and then monday I’ll go back to restricting. I ended up losing a little over a stone so the name is right :)  If u plan to do this diet please be safe and careful and make sure to listen to your body!! I am very sedentary compared to most people so strict diets like this don’t effect me as much as they would if I was literally doing anything. Also, drink lots and lots of water and get lots of sleep.

this was a diet i found on tumblr that i wrote in my notes but i haven’t found it since so idk if it was deleted! it was called the “10 day Lose a Stone (14lb/6.3kg) Diet” and it was said to make you lose like 11-14 lbs!

i am 56.6 kilos now!!! i need to lose quicker
mom insisted that i ate breakfast, and, shit, 600 calories!!!!!!! what a waste of calories. i need to get that out of my body right now. i hope i do not gain, i will never eat again today, i am so ashamed. on the bright side, i do see visible progress. i hope i keep losing. i can not believe i let myself eat that.
i want to do the “lose a stone” diet, apparently you can lose a couple 6 kg. but i am so bad at fasting…maybe one of you guys would want to do it with me? for motivation. the diet goes like so:
day 1: water fast
day 2: 200
day 3: water fast
day 4: water fast
day 5: 500
day 6: 200
day 7: 650
day 8: water fast
day 9: fast (just fast, but i need water so water fast)

Okay guys so here's my current wl plan based on stuff that's worked for me in the past:
I'll try to completely ⭐ve and not eat at least one day a week
I'll aim for around 300-500 cals on days when I eat
If I get the urge to b!nge/overeat I'll try to stay under 1.000 cals. I have a bad habit of slightly overeating and then using it as an excuse to completely pig out and b!nge when there's no reason to. A couple hundred extra cals isn't catastrophic, a couple thousand though...
I'll try to reduce sugar as much as possible (I'm a sweet treat girlie, I have one every day 🤡)
No food after 8pm on schooldays/9pm on weekends
No liquid cals (unless I save cals for alc bc I 🩷 alc)
NO breakfast on days where I don't have school, only a fruit on days that I do
If I do b!nge then I'll p_rge as much as I can
Weekly weigh ins instead of daily ones bc they make me cocky (I'll lose 1kg, gain confidence to b!nge and then gain it back)
Low impact workouts/my workout routine from last summer

You hook up with a Nature god, perhaps. Honorary, Given, Birthed as, it doesn't really matter. Shit, titles are made by popular consensus anyway, could be a robot, could be golem out of literal stone. All that matters is that you have a really, really good night with this other person, intimate if not sexual, and you at one point, intentionally or not, latch onto a breast.
At the time? It would not have occurred to you that anything was amiss. It leaked when you latched on, sure. And you maybe took just a few swigs from the source while you were there, they weren't stopping you or anything. But it didn't stick out much, in the moment. You pulled back, and tried something else, and the night continued. Simple as.
It wouldn't be, though. I mean, the whole "Nature god" thing? Comes with some special parameters. It's a little different in each case, sure, but at the end of the day it is inherently... Supportive, for lack of better words. The god thrives, and so too does what their domain encompasses. And in a lot of ways it's really subtle! Most titles aren't carried by the divine anyway, and thus don't carry much power.
...But they fit really well, god or not. Their title loves them. And well... It turns out latching on like that however briefly, maybe, kinda sorta, addedyoutotheirdomain. Just a little.
And again, in the moment you wouldn't have noticed. But after you headed home the next day? While you were heading there, in fact? You realized, really couldn't help but realize: the nip was still in your mouth. You could still feel it, even if none of your other senses chipped in. You could close your mouth, talk, eat, didn't matter. The feeling persists. The possibility of drinking from it has been anchored into you. If you focus, if you suck at nothing? It'll leak right into you.
We can route any number of ways from here. But personally, I prefer one that's simple in its execution: You just drink from it, every once in a while.
Every other meal, whenever you don't have water on hand, maybe you realize that with a little more attention you can fill nearby containers and then you cook with it. Just a little bit, every once in a while. But "once in a while" keeps increasing. It's whole milk. You have what feels like a near infinite tap. On demand.
You were bound to get a little too used to it.
The thing about it is, it would take a while for you to make the connection. Your rate of growth is a inevitable increase, but your rate of consumption does manage the rate. It could take while still before you realize, after outgrowing the largest thing you currently have, after your chairs start breaking, after your meals gain seconds and thirds, to realize that you might need to rein it back. Just a little.
Even if you do? Won't matter. You've been stimulating those breasts constantly. Their production has gone past the roof it was at before. You can stop, and maaaaybe that will work... For like a hour. Any more and you'll realize milk is dripping down your throat even when you aren't drinking. The rate of production is too high. They can't stop anymore.
And shit, you could try a diet. Go off just milk, cutting all other meals out, try exercising if you could even keep it up for enough time to lose a pound. But a nature god nurtures. You can't starve yourself. Enough time spent not "properly" feeding yourself and you'll find yourself pinned to the floor with a milk-filled gut, achingly overfilled and prepped to stand back up again 10 pounds heavier. Your diet is doomed to failure. Even if you start body building, you can't lose weight. More likely then not? You'll just get fatter.
...Anyways, that's enough of that for now.

Day 8 I think? Of the 10 day lose a stone diet. Still way too scared to weigh myself but I did good today. My depression was v bad today, but at least that’s good for fasting, I had absolutely no appetite. Hopefully I’ll feel better tomorrow tho bc I have stuff to do. Had to help push my moms car for a bit because it broke down and I could only really help for a couple minutes bc I started feeling too weak and my vision was going blank and my legs started buckling but tbh, it felt so good and validating. I told her it was bc I hadn’t eaten in 2 days and she didn’t care at all tho, so that’s just a sign I’m not bad enough. I have to get worse. Fasting again tomorrow, excited to weigh myself Wednesday when my fast is over

365 days later...
So... I have absolutely no idea how to start this.. but here we go.
Just over a year ago, my daughter likened me to a gorilla and Daddy Pig from Peppa Pig.
It killed me inside. She was absolutely right though. I was the biggest I had ever been. But.. it wasn't always like that.
I have always struggled with my weight. Ever since I was 11 years old. Always had the round bulbous tummy, ate a little too much, had the 'puppy' fat and didn't exercise enough.
I tried multiple times to lose weight over the years, the first real time I decided to try was age 20. I didn't have a clue what I was doing. I didn't join a gym, I didn't focus on my diet, I didn't have a plan and shock horror - I didn't lose the weight.
Age 25 I decided to join a gym. That's all I did though, I went regularly, hit the exercise bikes for an hour at a time, treadmill for an hour.. then guess what I did.. went home thinking, I've done 2 hours of exercise, where's the takeaway menu, I've earned that today. I didn't lose the weight.
Age 27 I joined a gym, bought a tub of protein powder and some expensive attire and got to it. Again, no plan, no research into routines, eating plans, but I knew I needed to lift weights this time so did that. I did the classic, tried to out train a bad diet. Do you know what though, I had some success. I lost some weight initially, I felt better. I was accidentally doing what I now know is a dirty bulk. I was building muscle, I was getting stronger, I was getting fatter though. Guess what I focused on? Yep, the number on the silver shiny thing on the floor of the bathroom. It was going up, and up. In my head I needed to stop everything, the gym was clearly not working. Fuck it. I might as well go back to before. Again, I didn't lose the weight.
New years eve, 2012. Age 28. My friend is getting married and I go to put my suit on ready.. (Why I didn't check earlier than day of I don't know) and I can't fit in it.. the trousers, the jacket wont fasten, the belt is too small. I Feel embarrassed, ashamed and frankly disgusted. I put together an outfit, swearing that my new years resolution will be to sort myself out.
I spend January 3rd 2013 sat on my laptop looking at fitness advice. I find it difficult to work out what's going to work for me, what's good advice, what's bad. I take three things away from my research.
1) I need to do 3 sets of 10 reps for every exercise
2) I need to track my food.
3) I need to work my abs every day to lose belly fat. 4) Record my progress, logs, photos, vlogs.
Back then I didn't know that a good chunk of that chose to take, wasn't actually correct, but the people on the internet looked in great shape - they clearly were right, look at them and then look at me.
However - I followed it and I got results.
I was 21 stone 3lbs / 297 lbs / 134kg at the start.
I tracked everything, how many reps I did, at what weight ( I wasn't training to failure at this stage, I wasn't aware of the premise) the calories I had (I set myself a limit of 1200 a day, again I know now this was far too low) I did a daily vlog about what I'd done that day, I took a progress photo each week and what cardio I did each day.
I did a 45 minute treadmill walk on a morning before work, I then went to the gym and did strength training after work. Rinse and repeat 6 days a week and then relax on Sundays. I had blips, but I never really had a full blown fall off the wagon, 6 months later I was down from XXXL T shirts to L or M depending on where they were from. I was very pleased. I'd lost a LOT of weight. 5 stone in total. 70 lbs or 31kg.
I started my 30th birthday the lightest I'd ever been, but things were about to fall apart again. I'll detail that in the next post. Thanks for reading.
