🍃Fat Burning Tea🍵
Ingredients:
- Water, 1L
- Dried hibiscus leaves, 5-10 leaves
- Ceylon tea, 1 tablespoon
Instructions:
Boil the water then cut the fire. Add the hibiscus leaves and let it sit, covered, for 5min. Add the Ceylon tea and let it sit covered for 5 more minutes. Filter the leaves and drink it warm. Drink it every day!
Benefits:
CEYLON TEA
Ceylon black tea has zero calories, only if its drunk sans sugar or milk. Calorie counters can consume this tea guilt free! Ceylon tea is packed with compounds known as flavonoids, which are known to have health benefits that aid in weight loss. These flavonoids cause an increase in metabolism, thereby being able to digest and break down food and fats at a much faster rate. Drinking black tea often will also keep your skin healthy and reduce the risk of skin blemishes and the effects of aging.
HIBISCUS TEA
Drinking hibiscus tea every day can help with weight loss naturally. This plant contains anthocyanins, phenolic compounds and flavonoids that can help to regulate the genes involved in fat digestion, which can boost fat elimination. These substances also help to manage fat cell hypertrophy by reducing the dize of fat cells.
You can drink this tea even on an empty stomach. Hibiscus tea does not contain any irritating phytochemicals. Its active substances are mostly antioxidants such as vitamin C and anthocyanins, common in fruits with superfood status. My go - to Breakfast

💪6 g Protein
Its filling and has a good taste, the consistence might be weird at first
- 30 gramms of Jasmin rice or sushi rice (a normal white one should work as well)
- 100 ml almond milk (more or less depending on consistency liking)
- Sweetener
- 5 grams of Sultaninen if u like
Cinnamon
———
1. Put the dry rice into a blender to make the pieces smaller
2. let them soak in some hot water before adding the almond milk
3. let it cook on low heat until you get a slightly thickened consistency
4. Now pour it into a bowl and add sweetener, cinnamon and other toppings to ur liking

DRINK
1L fat burning tea*
latte coffee at will (it’s 30 kcal a cup so I don’t count the calories for this)
EAT
maximum 1200kcal a day for a month, then 1000 (mix some 800kcal and 500kcal days in there)
intermittent fasting 2 times a week minimum
1 cheat day per week
1 meal days, 2 days a week, 500kcal dinner only
only healthy food*
TRAIN
Everyday
15min yoga 
stomach vacuum, 10 reps
Every 2 days
1 hour at the gym :
~ 15min cardio (treadmill : power walk + running + front squat walk)
~ 45min muscular reinforcement (bench press, shoulder press, deadlift with kettlebell, front delt raise with dumbbells, leg press, plank) 8 x 4 reps
SELF CARE
Everyday
face : jojoba oil + rhassoul mask
Every week
body : epsom salt bath (1 cup)

• 50g Siggi's skyr (Icelandic yoghurt) ~ 27kcal
• 5 acherries ~ 37kcal
• 1 apricot ~ 17kcal
-> total : 80kcal
+ latte coffee 24kcal but I don't count them bc I drink that throughout the day
