My fav meals:
- tzatziki:
Ingredients: 1/2 cucumber, 1 clove of garlic (if you like it ofc), 0% fat Greek yogurt (as much as you see fit), salt, dill, and lemon juice (vinegar works as well)
Method: grate the cucumber and remove all the excess water, mince the garlic then add the yogurt, salt and lemon juice
Total calories (approximately): 140
Tips: you can eat this plain or dip some rice cakes (~30 cals each) or veggies (like the other half of the cucumber) in it

- Avocado with rice cakes:
Ingredients: half an avocado, 2 rice cakes, salt, lemon juice, chilli powder (optional)
Method: mash the avocado then add the seasoning
Total cals (approximately): 360

- Low cal shakshuka
Ingredients: 1 red pepper, half an onion, tomato paste, 2 tomatoes, 1 egg, seasoning to your choice, you can add 1 clove of garlic I you want
Method: dice the pepper, put it in a pan and cook it and put it aside (it must me a little crunchy), in the meantime dice the onion (and garlic) as well and cook it till translucent then add about 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, wait a bit then add your dices tomatoes. Cook the sauce until the tomatoes are all mushed up. (Optional: you can blend it) add the peppers to the tomato sauce in the pan and make a little well in the middle and crack an egg, put the lid on and cook the egg as much as you like.
Total calories (approximately): 210
Tips: if you don't like eggs you can use the sauce to make pasta, the quantity I recommend Is 50 grams (180 cals). Total calories (with pasta added: 325)

- LOW CAL YOGURT DESSERT/BREAKFAST
Ingredients: 0% fat sweet yogurt (plain or not doesn't matter), rice cake/s
Method: in a bowl crush one or more rice cakes (I usually do une bc it's enough) then add your yogurt
Total calories (approximately): 140
Tips: if you want an even lower calorie option just add 0cal sweetener to regular 0% fat Greek yogurt. You can also use any kind of milk instead of yogurt, this will save some calories but the version yogurt is more filling and has more protein and nutrients. You can add fruit on top too!!

- SOFT BOILED EGGS AND SOME KIND OF VEGGIE
I don't really have to explain much here lmao
Ingredients: egg, then your veggie of choice (I strongly recommend spinach, sweet potato and carrots)
Method: if you want a runny yolk and a solid white boil your egg for 7 minutes (put the egg in the pot when the water is boiling) then cook your veggies
Total calories: 1 egg 65cal + whatever vegetable you chose (they are all fairly low in calories so it won't add that much)
Tips: this is a lazy and easy meal to cook, it's tasty and filling.

Homemade Curry 250grams (About 1.5cups) - 137cal
Riced Cauliflower 1.25cups - 42cal

ana hot chocolate ~ 8 cals for one cup
ingredients -
1/3 tsp heavy cream (5 cals)
1 tsp cocoa powder (3 cals)
zero calorie sweetener (0 cals, obviously)
hot water (0 cals)
instructions -
put cocoa and sweetener in a mug, stir, then pour hot water into the cup (don't fill it up all the way). add cream and mix. if you can/want then fill the mug up the rest of the way with more water. enjoy your cocoa!!!
ofc remember that cals can vary from different ingredients, I used hersey's 100% cocoa personally. Also feel free to add more cream!! It'll just be a bit higher cal.

🍃Fat Burning Tea🍵
Ingredients:
- Water, 1L
- Dried hibiscus leaves, 5-10 leaves
- Ceylon tea, 1 tablespoon
Instructions:
Boil the water then cut the fire. Add the hibiscus leaves and let it sit, covered, for 5min. Add the Ceylon tea and let it sit covered for 5 more minutes. Filter the leaves and drink it warm. Drink it every day!

hello!! i was really close to binging today so instead i made myself this low cal pancake! heres the recipe:
-flour 20g (73cal)
-almond milk 25g (3cal)
-a bit of baking powder (1/2 cal)
-one egg white (about 17cal depends how big is it)
-a little bit of butter (4cal) u can use the 0cal frying spray or whatever its called but we dont have it in my country so
-salt (0cal)
- 0cal sweetener
- a pinch of sugar (4cal)
mix the flour, baking powder, sweetener together and add milk. whip the egg white with sugar and a pinch of salt until its stiff foam. gently add the foam to the flour mix and pour everything on the frying pan, close the lid and wait for a bit then flip the pancake. when its light brown on the both sides its ready!!
notes: whole thing is about 103cals and it satisfied my sweet cravings so yeah. have a great day, drink water and stay safe!!

This is probably nothing new, but I came up with this chia seed recipe today. It's very filling and tasty, at least for me. It's quick and easy to make as well, and perfect for the summer since it's served cold. Not only that, but it's relatively low cal so that's also great.
As always, you can use this recipe as a guideline and change the proportions and all of that to suit your needs. Just be sure to recalculate the c4l0r1es!
🍓 Ingredients
10g Chia seeds
140ml Milk *I used lactose free, skimmed milk, whichever milk type works.
5g Chocolate/Cocoa powder *Optional. I used sugar-free chocolate powder.
10g Corn flakes
*** If you want it to be less dense/compact, use less chia seeds.
🍓 Preparation
In a bowl, add the chia seeds and chocolate powder. Then, add the milk and mix it until the chocolate powder is completely dissolved. Add the cornflakes and mix again so that they are soaked in the milk. Finally, put the bowl in the fridge and wait a few hours for the chia seeds to absorb the milk.
🍓 Finished! I really like making this kind of simple low cal recipes, so if you try it, please tell me how you like it!

TW‼️‼️Eating habits and anti binge copying mechanism I am used to ‼️‼️
salad pieces with hummus
rice puffs with sauce
half milk half water everywhere I add milk
cucumber instead of bread
boiled eggs or eggs without yolk
'overboiling' boiling till the food is bloating in water so it weights more and takes more place in stomatch but calorie amount doesn't change
water between bites. I often do it like 1 - 2 bites then water (2 oz./+- 60 ml) water
dates with peanut or peanut butter instead of chocolate bar
greek yogurt with cocoa powder and a little bit of honey instead of sweet dessert
how I dont binge so often hack
when you're eating some trash food and want to stop just drink a lot of water between bites not like usual add much more
I always eat one cookie then like half gallon of water and I eat maximum 4 cause I cant
not always working cause binge is binge it's just avoidance
I'm vegetarian but if you're not you can eat like whole chicken breast as a meal cause it's high protein and low cal

Its filling and has a good taste, the consistence might be weird at first
- 30 gramms of Jasmin rice or sushi rice (a normal white one should work as well)
- 100 ml almond milk (more or less depending on consistency liking)
- Sweetener
- 5 grams of Sultaninen if u like
Cinnamon

1. Put the dry rice into a blender to make the pieces smaller
2. let them soak in some hot water before adding the almond milk
3. let it cook on low heat until you get a slightly thickened consistency
4. Now pour it into a bowl and add sweetener, cinnamon and other toppings to ur liking
