Tips & tricks
Drink a lot of water, but not too much. Water burns fat cells and keeps u from only losing water weight. U don't want to lose water weight. U want to lose fat. Even if the numbers on the scale are going down the second u drink water, you'll be the same weight.
Spit into water bottles. I used to do wrestling and I'd have to cut 15 lbs in just a few days and one of my most helpful tricks was spitting in a water bottle, by the end of the day the bottle would be almost completely full.
If u feel weak and shaky, like u just want to lay down or eat, don't. Get up and start walking and start doing something. This is the beginning of starvation. Your body is now depending on the calories stored away. This is prime time to lose weight. If u feel like you are going to pass out, just sit down, don't hurt yourself.
Focus more on planks,jumping Jack's, and sit-ups. Cardio also helps, but don't just do that all day. Do your squats as well. They will not make your legs or butt huge no. They will just shape them to look amazing. I mean, really, do u want a square shaped butt ? Do the squats.
Eat a lot of fruits low in calories but high in natural sugars. If u get shaky or weak too often, these natural sugars that are found in strawberries,cranberries, grapes, etc. will help regulate your body.
If you get hungry, just keep yourself distracted, I know that's what all these posts say, but seriously, find something that will take at least an hour to do. This way, u will forget u were ever hungry

..... I screwed up and lunch today..... and a coworker brought in donuts this morning.... fuck me.. well tomorrow's a day I can completely skip lunch because I would have to bring it myself (my work provides lunch mon-thur) and I never bring lunch anyways so it's super easy to skip on Fridays. I just need to do good at dinner tonight and maybe I can turn it around

Breakfast: 162 cal
90 - 647 English muffin
60 - peanut butter
12 - baby carrots
Lunch: 177 cal
154 - chicken tenders
23 - peach
Dinner: 329 cal
290 - ramen
14 - baby carrots
25 - poppi soda
Total: 668 calories
Reflection: It felt so amazing to be back down in the 600's today, unfortunately I had to eat lunch because my parents pulled me out of class to eat with my medical provider, but I managed to eat only about half and they didn't notice. This weekend i'll be monitored closely again, so the past couple days i've been trying to eat less so that it'll cancel out and i'll still lose.

Drink LOTS water !!
Go for a (small) walk if possible (it helps to relax and makes u feel good)
Do workouts. Even if it's only a 10-minute workout, it's good for you and your body. You can do this <3
Eating something small and healthy won't hurt you if you feel like 猸愶笍ving. (It's better to eat something small than 猸愶笍ve)
Make your bed.
Take a shower, brush teeth, etc. Take care if your self. Self care is important<3
