Smooth Brain Zone
Season 3 Featured on: SiIvaGunner's Highest Quality Rips: Volume AI
Ripped by andres
youtube
I apologize in advance for just how long this post in particular took to get out! Really not sure what happened today lol
I won't pretend to say I really know much of the origins of Brain Power as a song - with views in the million dozens and constant use in shitposting, its been a song that keeps cropping up where I least expect it. And honestly, until the release of Smooth Brain Zone, I don't think I ever even considered what the song would be like when remixed. Smooth Brain Zone is, as the title aptly puts it, a mashup of Smooth by Santana and Brain Power, using the vocals of the former with the instrumentation of the latter - and tweaking the instrumental melody here and there to better fit Brain Power's chaotic nature.
No doubt, this is one of those rips that goes by just in how inherently funny the concept is - its runtime of little over a minute shows that its a rip here to make a quick impression and then seeing itself out. And yeah - it does that amazingly! The opening riff alone, with Smooth's guitar playing the EDM insanity of Brain Power, sells you on the joke immediately, and it keeps the bit going for its entire runtime. Whilst I'm not quite sure what Scrap Brain Zone from Sonic the Hedgehog is doing here at the end, it sort of ties the rip together and just gives andres even more room to toy around with Smooth's guitar sound. I'll likely be going more into Smooth and its history on SiIva at a later date, but its a piece very dear to many older SiIvaGunner fans - a non-ironic, genuinely fun and recognizable piece of music that just ended up becoming used plenty on the channel. Althesame, its sound just lends itself perfectly to jokes twisting and bending it into new molds - even if its for mildly stupid rips like this.

Brain power
Featuring Alyssa And Katey
Alyssa and Katey usually listen to music to keep them calm, Alyssa however is very physically expressive when listening to music, and usually dances or taps her leg to the beat, and it can get intense especially when listening to Brain Power by Noma
Katey sometimes has to deal with these chaotic dances from her sister.

Demystifying High IQs: Practical Steps to Boost Your Brain Power and Test Performance
Tumblr media
Often regarded as the gold standard of cognitive ability, Intelligence Quotient (IQ) scores remain the subject of fascination and scrutiny. While high IQs are typically associated with innate genius, they are not solely the product of genetic fortune. There are numerous practical steps individuals can take to boost both brain power and performance on IQ tests. This article will explore these steps, demystifying the path to a higher IQ.
What is IQ?
Intelligence Quotient, or IQ, refers to a score derived from standardized tests designed to measure human intelligence. These tests assess an individual’s cognitive capabilities, including problem-solving, logical reasoning, verbal comprehension, and memory. However, an IQ score is not a definitive measure of intelligence; rather, it offers a gauge of a person’s cognitive abilities in relation to others in their age group.

I think one of my favorite things about humans is this: at our core we are essentially biological computers. There is nothing intrinsically special about us, no special soul that distinguishes us. Everything about us is the result of a complex series of chemical reactions, remembered on an even more complex storage device that day by day we understand more, and more. Despite this we do so much! We think, we dream, we scream out to the world "I exist, witness me!" From such relatively simple, and definable routes, processes, and chemical reactions springs history, culture, anything, and everything that can be defined as humanity. From these chemicals we derive fantastic worlds, amazing inventions, war, peace, and everything imbetween. While these chemicals are at the center of it all, and while we may be nothing but a husk without them. It's still amazing what the chemicals do to for us don't you think?
The thing about ADHD is that the "lack of reward chemicals in your brain" doesn't just mean that you don't want to do any tasks that don't feel particularly yummy :(, it means that your brain will look at chores and tasks that need to be done like "doing this would be painful and tedious for absolutely nothing to gain from it, Do Not Do That." The same thing that your brain tells you about everything else that would feel really bad and hurt the entire time that you're dying. The part of your brain that stops you from doing the thing is the same part that keeps you from shoving your arm into a wood chipper.
With unmedicated, unmanaged ADHD, "I have to do this assignment or I fail and my life will be ruined and I die" feels like a SAW trap, every single time.
