The main plot is that you, Doctor, have been woken out of a coma by your adopted daughter, Amiya, into an active war zone. You’ve forgotten nearly everything except how to command troops so that’s what you do.

The people you command are by and large members of pharmaceutical company called Rhodes Island, which is based on a giant land ship. (Think mobile fortress/factory on really big wheels, the size of a city)

In this world, there is a disease called Oripathy with a 100% mortality rate. No cure. Few treatments. You contract it by handling a material called originium. People who are Infected are treated worse than dirt, are often exiled or disowned or relegated to second-class citizenship. They are frequently enslaved or culled in pogroms.

Originium is also used to power a lot of the technology in this world, so there are new Infected every day.

So in this world where interacting with a very common material may at any moment make you a part of a permanent sub-human underclass open to constant state-sanctioned violence, Rhodes Island is one of VERY VERY few places that will not only treat Infected like humans, but is actively working to find a cure for Oripathy.

Not all of the characters are infected. Everyone has their own reason for joining Rhodes. But because nearly anyone can contract this disease, your roster of characters is justifiably very very diverse. Mercenaries, engineers, terrorists and criminals and assassins, firefighters, office workers and fashionistas and mailmen and school children and refugees all come to you and essentially pledge loyalty in return for sanctuary, medical treatment, home, or maybe just even a job. They all have unique stories and lore, and there’s hundreds of them.

There are other factions in this world outside Rhodes, and all of them also have their unique plots that have almost nothing to do with Doctor or Amiya. The world of Terra is very very big and complicated, and a lot of big powers are all making moves at the same time.

So yes, a whole lot is going on in there!

Also, angels are real, connected to each other via Wi-Fi in their halos, and they invented guns

I saw someone talk about clicker training the 141, but what about the Shadows or other characters in COD like KorTac?

Over fifty percent of the Shadows are clicker trainable. A lot of them deny it even though Graves already has them trained.

KorTac has a lot of feral people that refuse to be trained… except Roze. As a former Shadow, she’s clicker trained. Not that anyone knows that, she’ll kill them if they got any ideas.
