Not sure if this counts as “horror” per se, but I (finally) watched American Psycho a few days ago. For those who might not know, I’m a really big fan of Christian Bale (you all know me as a huge fan of a certain Mr. Ethan Hawke but BEHOLD there is another……) so it was only a matter of time before I watched and I just have a few things to say. (Spoilers in a few seconds)

What the actual fuck??

I see the point that was proven but that ending really threw me through a loop. Like.. was it all in his head?? Was that interaction at the end just in his head and his own brain trying to instinctively protect him from some sort of demise?? I’m still trying to figure out what was actually real in that film and what wasn’t.

Second, don’t you just love when your friend is watching the film with you and compares your own morning/night routine to that of Patrick Bateman? Yeah. Fun.
